MMC will also produce a customized Coca-Cola MusicCard web page, and
assist Coca-Cola with database marketing efforts resulting from the
myMusicCard promotion. Further, MMC will provide assistance with
respect to utilization of the Internet, client services and quality
control.

ich hab nir die mal angeschaut und bin angenehm überrascht von dem was ich da so gefunden habe.

Der Chart sieht auch sehr gut aus .

Ich denke ich werde mir morgen mal ein paar ins Depot legen.

Ich hab mir die mal angeschaut - gute Story, aber meines Erachtens schon verdammt teuer für nur lumpige $ 55.000 Quartalsumsatz bei gleichzeitig $ 1.544.00 VERLUST pro Quartal - ich denke auch , daß die bei einer
Korrektur eine der Aktien sind die am meisten nach unten abgeben werden.

Mit asiatischen Werten kann man die meines Erachtens überhaupt nicht vergleichen, da man in USA keine derart starken Wachstumsphantasien
haben kann.

Mein Fazit-- Finger weg!!

Unglaublich- ich schreibe normalerweise fast ausschließlich positiv zu irgendwelchen Aktien die mich interessieren nur weil ich mich ein einziges Mal zu celest.asia negativ geäußert habe dreht der so durch.

Intershop ist ja von der Idee her sicherlich eine interessante Firma.

Nicht erklärbar für mich ist aber der derzeitige Kurs von 185 Euro der eine Marktkapitalisierung von nahezu 3 Milliarden Euro
bedeutet.

Wer kann denn ernsthaft noch auf diesem Niveau Aktien der Firmas kaufen, wenn er nur einen einzigen und noch so kurzen
Blick auf die Unternehamensdaten geworfen hat?

Mann die machen Verlust ohne Ende.
Die Erwartungen für dieses und nächstes Jahr wurden nach unten korrigiert.
Die Firma hat bereits angekündigt, daß man auch die jetzigen Zahlen nochmal genau nachrechnen. muß.
Die Konkurrenz wird immer größer.
Die Margen fallen ständig.
Der Umsatz im letzten Jahr lag unter 40 Mio. Euro.

Merkt ihr denn gar nicht, wie ihr über den Tisch gezogen werdet?

Meiner Meinung nach wissen die meisten Institutionellen jetzt schon ganz genau , daß in Zukunft weniger gute
Unternehmensnachrichten zu erwarten sind.
Und genau deshalb wird der Kurs jetzt auch nochmal schön hochgepusht- die steigen dabei aus und können hinterher ihre
Hände noch schön in Unschuld waschen nach dem Motto - das konnte ja nun wirklich niemand voraussehen , daß das
passiert.

Aber sicherlich werden jetzt wieder viele Reaktionen agressiverer Natur kommen, die behaupten, daß stimme alles gar nicht.

Ich empfehle euch , wenn ihr schon den Pushern mehr glaubt als mir und in der Aktie drin bleibt , sichert euren Bestand
zumindestens mit einer Put-Option ab - Ihr werdets mir noch danken (z.B. 839899 )

normalerweise mag ich Deine Beiträge ja wie Du sicher weißt - aber hier geht es doch gar nicht darum ob ich mit meiner Vermutung richtig liege.

Hier geht es doch um das Recht der freien Meinungsäußerung.

Wenn ich auf mein Posting eine Antwort bekommen hätte nach dem Motto : ich glauge daß Du unrecht hast weil... - wär ja alles ok.

So machst Du es doch auch normalerweise.

Avber es kann doch nicht angehen, daßmit solchen Mitteln versucht wird jegliche negative Kritik im Keim zu ersticken.

Schließlich profitieren wir doch alle von den vielfältigen Meinungsäußerungen hier im Board- und man kann nicht immer richtig liegen- wie Du ja wohl selbst auch hin und wieder mal mit SER erlebt hast.

ist schon gut!

Als Fondsverwalter habe ich nichts besseres zu tun, als mit zig zweistelligen Millionenbeträgen mühsam in ISH reinzugehen,
um dann wieder beim gleichen Kurs auszusteigen.

Komm mit Deiner Theorie wieder, wenn ISH bei 300 Euro steht, dann ist der Zeitpunkt, den GESAMTEN Internetsektor erneut
zu analysieren!

Ich habe nichts gegen Diskussionen über Bewertungskriterien, es stößt mir nur etwas übel auf, wenn man sich dabei an
einzelnen Aktien verbeißt!

jedem seine Meinung - keine Frage.

Aber mir dafür auch der Gewinn - Einstieg im April - bisjetzt fast 150 %.

Meine Prognose vom April 1999 - aus jetziger Sicht konservativ: Verzehnfachung in 5 Jahren.

Kurs damals 220 Euro - jetzt schon splittbereinigt bei 550 Euro

Dies ist eine der wenigen Aktien am Neuen Markt, welche kaufenswert sind, den Rest kannst Du in der Pfeife rauchen.

Ich kaufe erst nach eindeutiger Recherche, dies habe ich getan bevor ich gekauft habe.

Was in der Zwischenzeit durch Intershop bewegt und in die Wege geleitet wurde übertrifft meine Vorstellungen.

Es ist überall so, soerst muß gesäht werden, danach folgt die Ernte.

Intershop ist noch bei der Saat, aber die Ernte wird reichlich werden.

Fazit: Auch Du wirst in einigen Jahren zu denjenigen gehören, welche einer vertanen Chance nachtrauen.

Es ist sicher richtig, daß Intershop bei einem Umsatz von rund 45 Mio Euro (1999) mit knapp 3 Mrd Euro extrem bewertet ist.
e-commerce ist aber wahrscheinlich die Branche im Internet für die nächsten Jahre! (Wachstumraten von jährlich zumindest
100 % werden erwartet) Weiters hat Intershop lt. unabhängigen Tests die eindeutig beste Software und einen
Entwicklungsvorsprung vor der Konkurrenz aus Amerika.
Außerdem ist der größte Konkurrent Broadvision fast 3 x so hoch bewertet.

Man kann natürlich gegen Internetaktien sein! Aber nur zu sagen Intershop ist viel zu hoch bewertet obwohl Broadvision viel
höher bewertet ist, ist nicht wirklich seriös.

Hallo Intershop-Aktionäre,

mit über 3 Milliarden Dollar (!) bei einem Umsatz von 75 Millionen DM (!) ist die Intershop-Aktie wahrlich hoch bewertet -
allerdings sind Adjektive wie hoch und niedrig relativ. Realtiv zu deutschen verhältnissen ist vieles hoch. relativ zu
amerikanischen Verhältnissen ist Intershop gerade mal angemessen bewertet. Man muß allerdings ganz besonders beachten,
daß der Kurs von Intershop NCHT in den USA, sondern hier in Deutschland gemacht wird. Schlägt einmal die Meinung über
Intershop ins Negative um und kommt einmal eine Negativkampagne in Presse und Fernsehen in Gang, dann wird die Aktie
steil fallen und eine Verdrittelung der Aktie ist dann nicht unwahrscheinlich. Insofern muß die Public Relation von Intershop
exzellent sein, damit keine Gefahr auf den Aktienkurs aufkommt. Die Aussicht, daß Intershop genauso wie EM TV steigt und
steigt und nicht aufhören wird, bald zu korrigieren, ist allerdings vorhanden. Denn im kommenden Millennium wird der e
commerce noch viel mehr im Blickpunkt der Öffentlichkeit geraten und Aktien wie die von Intershop werden ganz zwangsläufig
steigen.

Ich persönlich fasse allerdings eine Intershop nicht an. Das Risiko, auf einen so ransant fahrenden Zug aufzuspringen und sich
dann ziemlich übel zu verletzen, ist größer als das Risiko, das ich normalerweise eingehe. Bei einer Yahoo! oder AOL oder
@Home weiß ich genau, wo ich bin und wohin es gehen wird mit dem Kurs. Bei Intershop jedoch würde ich nicht so sicher
sein, wohin die Reise gehen wird. Es gibt so viele sehr gute Aktien, warum sollte ich nicht andere Aktien kaufen, bei denen ich
den selben prozentualen Gewinn einfahren kann wie bei Intershop, wenn ich diese Aktie gekauft hätte Anfang des Jahres, als
ein gewisser herr Prior das Unternehmen als "Bettvorläger" bezeichnet hatte, bevor er die Aktien dieser Firma drei Monate
später zu einem doppelt so hohen Preis zurückkaufte.

Amada, so sehr unsere Meinungen bei Artnet auseinandergehen, zu Intershop kann ich dir nur beipflichten. Das grobe
Mißverhältnis von Umsatz und Marktkapitalisierung halte ich auch für bedenklich, besonders da Intershop nicht mal
Marktführer, sondern immer hinter Broadvision hinterherlaufen wird. Die eingepreiste Phantasie ist extrem hoch, sollten die
Planzahlen auch nur etwas verfehlt werden, drohen empfindliche Kursverluste.

Servus ISH-Freunde und ISH-Kritiker,

wenn sich ISH als zweitklassiger Mitläufer entpuppt, dann ist die Aktie sicherlich überbewertet, aber sollte sich ISH in den
USA etablieren (davon gehe ich aus!), dann ist ISH sogar unterbewertet.
Warum?
Weil nur die Software-Internetwerte später einmal richtig Geld verdienen werden, die Verkäufer im Internet aber werden durch
die absolute Preistransparenz kaum Gewinne einfahren können, d.h. die wirklich überbewerteten Aktien sind Amazon, Ebay,
Yahoo usw.
Intershop dagegen wird 2000 ca. 110-135 Mio. Euro Umsatz machen, der anschließend jedes Jahr um ca.100-150% steigen
wird. Die Gewinnspanne nach Steuern wird ca.15-20% betragen. Die eine od. andere kleine Übernahme nicht mitgerechnet.
Die Marktkap. von 3Mrd. Euro ist doch im Vergleich zu Amazon und Yahoo gerade zu lächerlich. Vergleicht mal das
Marktkap./Umsatz - Verhältnis von Yahoo mit ISH, dann seht ihr was überbewertet bedeutet, und Yahoo wird bald mit
sinkenden Margen zu kämpfen haben!
Tip: Jeder darf skeptisch sein, aber man sollte nichts schlecht machen, von dem man nichts versteht. (Berneckers haben wir
schon genug!)

eine Aktie die Deine Kriterien annähernd erfüllt ist meiner Meinung nach Metacreations: Kuv 2 und ein paar zerhackte, machen
Gewinne (O.K. in Spurenelementen), werden Marktführer in Bereich 3-D Visualisierung für den E-Commerce werden (no way
für MB-Software), Allianzen mit Intel, MSFT, Computer Associates, haben geniale 3-D Aufnahmetechnik an Minolta und Kodak
lizensiert, die demnächst entsprechende Kameras rausbringen werden.....O.K. der Chart sieht (noch nicht) wie der von
Intershop aus ( aber der von LHS sah auch lange so super aus......)

Gibt hier geteilte Meinungen, aber damit hatte ich gerechnet.

Tragen wir doch mal ein bißchen zusammen , was von den Befürwortern so alles gesagt wird.
Also erstens wird hier immer die Bewertung mit Firmen in den USA verglichen.

Dazu das folgende :

Deutschland ist nicht die USA!!!
Das sollte ein jeder an den anderen
I-nets längst gemerkt haben.
Wenn wirklich alle Internetwerte am Neuen Markt nach amerikanischem Vorbild bewertet wären, dann läge eine Cybernet
langst bei 200 eine Fortune-City bei 250 oder eine Artnet bei 500 Euro.

Aber am deutschen Markt gelten andere Regeln.

Und Intershop ist die derzeit mit großem Abstand teuerste Internet-Aktie am Neuen Markt.

Der selbe Lemmingpusher der z.B. am letzten Freitag eine Inershop bei NTV zum Nachkaufen empfohlen hat, hat von einer
Singulus abgeraten!!! Singulus macht den 10 fachen Umsatz , gute Gewinne , (Intershop hat übrigens auch für das Jahr 2000
Verluste vorausgesagt- scheint aber wie man oben sieht noch nicht bei jedem angekommen zu sein), und die Zuwächse
bezgl. Umsatz und Gewinn sind auch im guten 2stelligen Bereich.
Die Marktkap ist aber selbst bei Singulus deutlich niederiger als bei Intershop obwohl Singulus fast 20 mal soviel umsetzt- wie
passt das zusammen?
(Abgesehendavon, daß der oben erwähnte Pusher wohl immer noch nicht gemerkt hat, daß Steag mittlerweise fast doppelt so
teuer ist als Singulus und trotzdem hat er die Steag ebenfalls gepusht- aber vielleicht erklärt dem ja irgendwann mal jemand,
daß für die Ermittlung der Marktkap. und des KGVs eben nicht der Preis der Aktie ausschlaggebend ist- nach dem Motto 30
Euro ist ja viel billiger als 60 Euro -sondern Umsatz und vor allem die Stückzahl der vorhandenen Aktien!!!

Und da sieht Singulus viel besser aus.
Ich habe mir heute jedenfalls noch ein paar Puts auf Intershop ins Depot gelegt (839899 zu 2,41 -1400 Stück)
obwohl ich keine Stücke habe und ich denke , daß wird ein guter Zock.

Um es genau zu sagen.
Intershop hat nicht für das Jahr 2000 Verluste vorhergesagt, sondern nur ausgeführt, daß sie nicht genau sagen können, ob
sie im ersten oder zweiten Quartal, die Gewinnzone erreichen.

Generell zu den Bewertungsfragen, möchte ich folgendes zu bedenken geben.

Eine Amazon, Ebay usw. werden auch auf Jahre hinaus keine Gewinne machen. Für mich ein Fass ohne Boden.
Diese Firmen werden auch in fünf oder acht Jahren oder sogar noch länger gezwungen sein, viel Kapital in die Eroberung von
Marktanteilen zu stecken.
Bei ISH dagegen ist das Ende der Verluststrecke abzusehen.
Das Internet ist riesengroß, aber noch lange nicht ausgeschöpft.
Wer wird also davon profitieren ?
Eine Cisco, eine Intershop usw. - Die Lieferer.
Eine Microsoft war auch immer überbewertet. Tausend und mehr mal wurde davor gewarnt, aber im Grunde beißen sich heute
die Warner noch selber in den "Ar..."., daß sie nicht den Mut hatten, zu kaufen. 1990 zum Beispiel oder noch früher.
Je früher man kauft, desto weniger präzise ist eine Risikoabschätzung. Dafür ist das Gewinnpotential um so größer. Aber
auch der Verlust.
Noch mal zu Überbewertungen.
Wenn Firmen wesentlich geringer bewertet werden (KGV oder KUV) als die Konkurenz, stellt sich oft genug heraus, daß der
Markt mit seiner Einschätzung richtig lag.
Eine höhere Einschätzung war nicht gerechtfertig, weil die Gewinne fehlten oder das Wachstum.
Bei hohen Bewertungen traut der Markt der Aktie mehr zu. Wird diese Erwartung auch noch jedesmal erfüllt oder übertroffen,
wird es auch in Zukunft bei Überbewertungen bleiben, von kurfristigen Irretationen mal abgesehen.
Dazu kommt für mich noch ein anderer Aspekt hinzu.
Firmen mit einem überproportionalen Gewinnwachstum versorgen sich selber mit genügend Kapital für das zukünftige innere
Wachstum.
Woher bitte schön, kommt das Kapital für Forschung/Entwicklung/Wachstum bei den anderen. Kurzfristig ok, mittelfristig
Verbindlichkeiten.

Für mich jedenfalls, habe ich mit dem Kauf von Intershop die zukünftige zweite Microsoft erworben.

ich bin der allerletzte, der nicht kritisch zu Intershop steht und momentan auch Korrekturpotential sieht!

Wenn aber schon Aussagen getroffen werden, dann bitte der Wahrheit entsprechend.

ISH hat das Erreichen der Gewinnzone in das Jahr 2000 verschoben, der Finanzvorstand meinte sogar öffentlich auf n-tv, man
gehe nicht davon aus, das man schon im ersten Quartal Gewinne ausweisen kann.
Der Rest bleib geschickterweise offen, die Pessimisten werden nun sagen, die halten sich alles offen bis zum letzen Q. Ich
als Optimist sage, die Gewinnzone wird wohl schon im 2. Quartal erreicht!

So viel dazu!

ISH läßt sich sehr wohl mit US Werten vergleichen, da er bisher als einziger NM Wert von den Amerikanern wahrgenommen
wird und bald auch durch Nasdaq-Listing für US Anleger und Fonds zugänglich wird!

der chart sagt doch alles, wenn die aktie weiter nach oben will, soll sie doch, solange der trend stimmt sind alle
bewertungsversuche nicht nötig.
ob sie überbewertet ist oder nicht entscheidet der markt.
er meint , sie ist es nicht, also ist die aktie nicht zu hoch bewertet.
was nützt es dir, wenn du weisst aus welchem grund eine firma in der bewertung steigt oder fällt, wichtig ist dass sie steig.

Letztlich hat Intershop gute Möglichkeiten, weil es gutes Marketing macht. Allerdings lebt auch die Aktie davon. Wer weiß,
was passiert, wenn der Leumund nicht mehr stimmt. Zur Zeit sieht die Zukunft des Wertes gut aus, jedoch gebe ich zu
bedenken, dass das Business von Intershop leicht kopierbar ist. Es gibt bereits viele Shoppingsystem und Intershop gehört
gewiss nicht zu den preiswertesten.

wenn das Shoppingsystem von Intershop preiswert wäre, dann wäre es die Aktie auch :-) Der schnelle Anstieg wird wohl
vlangsam vorbei sein, aber Luft nach oben sehe ich da schon noch. Und wenn es neue Infos/Zahlen gibt ist ja auch wieder

Wir haben 5 - 6 milliarden potentielle Kunden. In 10 Jahren schaust Du dich um. Dann kauft Du wahrscheinlich alles ueber E-
Commerce. Einige haben das schon erkannt. Andere heizen auch in 10 Jahren noch mit Holz.
Damit will ich sagen alle Analysten, die heute ISH zum Kauf oder Verkauf raten, wie wollen die vergleichen. Woher holen die

Ich verkaufe die Aktie erst in 8 - 10 Jahre. Dann bin ich vielleicht damit Grossaktionaer, who knows...
Vergleiche mal die Expansionspolitik von Broadvision und Intershop, dann faellt Dir vielleicht etwas auf.

Hallo Leute!
Endlich mal eine rege Diskussion über ISH. Ich weiß noch wie vor Monaten sich kaum jemand im Board geäußert hat.
Komisch, weil der Kursverlauf recht erfreulich war. Ich schloß daraus, daß wenig Zocker kaufen. Fondsmanager wie Papas
(Union Investment) haben immer gesagt, daß sie Topwerte auch immer kaufen, egal wie der Index sich verhält.
Einer seiner Lieblingswerte ist ISH!!
Und was erinnere ich mich daran, als vor wenigen Jahren AOL 500% gestiegen ist, und ich dachte daß man sowas doch
nicht kaufen kann. Im nächsten Jahr war AOL wieder einer der Topperformer. Und Amazon +100%, und wieder, und wieder.
Naja, entwerder dabei sein oder zukucken.
Muß halt jeder für sich selbst entscheiden. Der Markt wird`s richten.

das Geschäftsfeld von Intershop ist, keine Frage, äußerst attraktiv und wird es auch bleiben. Intershop wird wohl auch nie
pleite gehen, wie es Artnet in etwa zwei Jahren sein wird. Also, an das Unternehmen Intershop kritisiere ich gar nichts. Nur
mußt Du, wenn Du über den weiteren Verlauf des Aktienkurses sprichst, bedenken, daß der Kurs von Intershop nicht in den
USA, sondern, zumindest momentan, hier in Deutschland am Neuen Markt gemacht wird. Und am NM treiben Emotionen sehr
gewaltig die Kurse hoch oder, wie das Beispiel Cybernet zeigt, runter.

Wenn Du bei Deiner Einschätzung über den weiteren Kursverlauf von Intershop bleiben willst, so kannst Du das auch tun. Bei
Deinem Einstiegspreis wirst Du wahrscheinlich auch nicht in die verlustzone gera

Leute, Leute, Leute, ist Euch schon mal was aufgefallen an diesem Thread???

1. Zwischen Mitternacht und zwei Uhr morgens wird dieser Thread 400 mal gelesen.
2. Das macht 200 Leser pro Stunde.
3. Ab zwei Uhr morgens liest das Ding kaum ein Schwein mehr.
4. Gestern nach zwei Uhr noch 300 Leute bis um Mitternacht.
5. Macht kaum 15 Leute pro Stude,
6. War gestern so und heute auch wieder.
7. Damit steht das Ding morgens, wenn wir alle aufwachen, in den Top Ten, damit jeder den Namen der Aktie ließt und eventuell neugierig wird.
8. Außer Gutemiete, RAZ und Amada leistet hier niemand Beiträge.
9. Gutemiene postet hier ständig (vorgestern, gestern und heute) um kurz vor Mitternacht.
10. Amada ist ständig (gestern und heute) um zwei Uhr morgens hier.

Was könnte hier wohl vor sich gehen. Völlig ausgeschlossen sind natürlich folgende Möglichkeiten.

1. Gutemiene und Amada sind ein und dieselbe Person. (absurd!)
2. Irgendwer ließt sich von Mitternacht bis zwei Uhr den Beitrag 400 mal nacheinander durch, weil er so spannend ist. (völlig undenkbar, weil das machen nur Leute aus der Irrenanstalt)
3. Irgendwer klickt den Beitrag einfach 400 mal nacheinander an, um Fingergymnastik zu machen. (Wer macht den noch Sport um Mitternacht, auch nicht glaubwürdig)
4. Hier soll ein Scheißwert schlicht und einfach gepuscht werden (nein ist doch die Knalleraktie des Jahrtausends!)
5. Alle Aktionäre und Interessierten dieses Threads sind ausschließlich zwischen Mitternacht und zwei Uhr am Board, sonst nie!

Oder hab ich etwa unrecht? (auf jeden Fall natürlich, wie komme ich denn bloß auf solche Verschwörungstheorien?)

Schon interesant was man da so unterstellt bekommt,

ich weiß gar nicht was das jetzt noch soll goodguy.
Bis jetzt hatte ich eigentlich unseren kleinen Disput von gestern von der lustigen Seite gesehen.

Ich habe heute jedenfalls nochmals herzhaft darüber gelacht und mich ob der Reaktionen der anderen Community - Mitklieder sowohl in diesem Thread als auch in Deinem Thread köstlich amüsiert.

Du solltest aber auch mal erkennen wann Schluß ist mit dem Spaß und einfach zur Tagesordnung übergehen können.

Schau Dir einfach die Aktie von der hier gesprochen wird an und leg Dir mal ein paar ins Depot - so habe ich es mit Cash auch gemacht.

Wenn Du recht hast und die steigen hat sich unser gestriges Gefecht für beide Seiten gelohnt.

Zu Deinen Unterstellungen möchte möchte ich eigentlich gar nichts sagen - außer vielleicht mal ein altes Sprichwort zitieren : Wer im Glashaus sitzt sollte nicht mit Steinen werfen !!!

into an agreement with We Media to jointly market and sell myMusicCards,
myPhotoCards, and assistive telecom technology and equipment to the estimated 54
million Americans with disabilities, their families and friends. A portion of
the proceeds from the sale of cards will benefit United Cerebral Palsy
Associations (UCP).

UCP is a not-for-profit corporation dedicated to advancing the independence and
productivity of people with disabilities and their families, preventing cerebral
palsy ("CP"), and improving the quality of life for those with CP and related
developmental disorders.
