SulphCo Technology...
SulphCo`s technology will increase oil refining efficiency, improve crude oil product yields, lower refinery operating costs, and contribute to meeting worldwide governmental mandates for low sulfur and ultra-low sulfur fuels which are needed to protect the environment. In addition, SulphCo`s technology will reduce our dependence on foreign oil by reducing residuum and increasing yields.
The key to SulphCo`s technology is the use of high power ultrasound to alter naturally occurring molecular structures in hydrocarbons (petroleum) and water. The process begins when liquid is exposed to high power ultrasonic waves creating bubbles, known as cavitations. Cavitations or "bubbles" are created at sites of refraction as the liquid fractures or tears because of the negative pressure of the intense sound waves in the liquid. As the wave fronts pass, the "bubbles" oscillate under the influence of positive pressure, eventually growing to an unstable size.
In essence, the ultrasound waves stress these bubbles, causing them to grow, contract and eventually to implode. With implosion, immense heat and pressure are produced in and around each micron and sub-micron sized bubble. The whole cycle only takes a few nanoseconds. . Every imploding bubble acts as a micro reactor - accelerating physical reactions, due to the extreme heat released upon implosion. Temperatures can reach 10,000°K with pressures up to 10,000 PSI for a few nanoseconds within the imploding bubble. These are the conditions that break molecular bonds.
The SulphCo process focuses intense high power ultrasonic energy on a mixture of crude oil and water, plus inexpensive, but proprietary catalysts. Breaking molecular bonds in water vapor in the thermolic center of the cavitation bubbles creates H· and OH· radicals. While most of the free radicals quickly reform into water vapor, some of the free hydrogen radicals are available to displace sulfur in hydrocarbons.
The thermolic center of the cavitation bubbles is also where bonds in complex hydrocarbons are broken. The SulphCo process frees sulfur by breaking bonds in complex hydrocarbon molecules, thus creating smaller, lighter, cleaner (and more valuable) hydrocarbon molecules. As part of this process bonds of residuum elements are cracked providing improved crude quality.
By transferring hydrogen from water to various petroleum streams, SulphCo`s technology is able to desulfurize those streams. In addition to desulfurization, breaking complex HC bonds also upgrades the value of hydrocarbon fractions due to increases in product volume and API gravity.

mal sehen wie das so weiter geht ...
Verwunderlich wie sehr sich der Kurs Hierzulande trotz
relativ geringer Umsätze bewegt!!!Hab die Marktkapitallisierung nirgendwo gefunden hast du
