(OTC BB:UCSY.OB - News) subsidiary, Millennium Electric TOU Limited, announced today that the company has secured a new export order for PV Solar Energy Panels totaling up to $4.2 million for the Canadian market. The order will be executed in monthly shipments over the next 12 months.
Company President Ami Elazari today issued the following statement: "I am pleased to announce the execution of a new PV Solar Panel order with HELIOCOL (US) (www.Heliocol.com), our national distributor for the US market, for our unique range of Millennium Brand PV Solar Panels and related products. This new order calls for CARMANAH TECH CORP, a leading Canadian PV Solar enterprise to acquire up to 100KW in 80 watt panels per month totaling up to $4.2 million in value of PV Solar Energy Panels spread over the next year. The first draw down order totaling $420,000 has already been shipped. The PV Solar Panels are all destined for the CANADIAN market. This new export order is again a major and continuing endorsement of the high quality of our Millennium Brand PV Solar Energy Panels."

HELIOCOL, based out of Clearwater, FL, has more than 220 sales agents and solar system installers in the US and controls 80% of the Home pool solar heating systems in the state. The company plans to send installers and engineers for a two/three day training program in Israel in order to obtain better knowledge of all of Millennium PV products, with special emphasis on the Multi Solar System (MSS) a combined PV Solar and Thermal (hot water) flat collectors.

ist auch geringfügig (auf 25 %) gestiegen.
Allerdings müsste die Firma mind. 15.000.000 USD Umsatz
generieren um Gewinne zu erzielen und das auch nur unter
der Annahme bei gleichbleibenden Opex.
Vielleicht hilft die Milliarden Förderung für Solaranlagen
vom Bundesstaat Kalifornien.

Universal Communication Systems, Inc. Subsidiary Millennium Electric TOU Ltd. Receives Payments for the First Container Shipment, Relating to the Order of $2.5 Million of Photovoltaic (PV) Solar Energy Panels and Products to Be Delivered to the US

Universal Communication Systems, Inc. (OTC BB: UCSY) subsidiary, Millennium Electric TOU Limited, Company President Ami Elazari today issued the following corporate statement: "I am pleased to announce the receipt of the first paid for shipments to the US which has resulted from the successful agreement signed with HELIOCOL (US) back in June 2005. HELIOCOL (www.Heliocol.com) has been appointed as a distributor for the US market of the unique range of Millennium Brand PV Solar Panels and other related products. These shipments are the first materialization of a total order to be shipped this year and early next year of up to $2.5 million in value of PV Solar Energy Panels for the US market. This new export order is once again a major endorsement of the high quality of our Millennium Brand PV Solar Energy Panels."

In addition, 180 watt PV Modules have already been shipped to the US and the company has applied for a UL Listing of The Millennium Brand PV Modules. HELIOCOL US is currently going through the process of passing the new brand modules to the UL Standards and Florida Solar Institute for official certification.

HELIOCOL based in Orlando, is a company that has more than 220 sales agents and solar system installers in the US and controls some 80% of the home pool solar heating systems in the state. MIAMI, FL--(MARKET WIRE)--Jan 17, 2006 -- Universal Communication Systems, Inc. (OTC BB:UCSY.OB - News) company chairman and CEO, Michael J. Zwebner, announced today that the company is set to make a major new investment and plans to open a new office in Los Angeles, California from which to market PV Solar Panels and PV Solar Energy Systems throughout the state. This follows the recent announcement by the State of California that it was to enact a Major Incentive Program which is the largest solar energy policy ever enacted in the United States: an 11-year, $3.2 billion incentive program aimed at spurring installation of PV Solar Panels / Systems.

The new State of California incentive represents roughly 3,000 megawatts of production, which is 2.5 times worldwide PV Solar sales in 2004, he said. The California plan, which would offer incentives for solar generation ranging from 1 megawatt to 1 gigawatt, is second in size only the PV Solar incentive program in Germany that began in 2004.

Michael Zwebner also noted; "We are already in the PV Solar industry and now plan to open a major new marketing division even though the industry is going through trying times, as there are already delays in meeting current demand because of production and capacity constraints and shortages of certain raw materials such as silicon. However, there are now some global expansion plans to produce more basic materials needed in the production process, the results will still leave some pent-up demand and may take time to filter down. In addition, to increase production the process could take a year to 18 months, as new facilities will have to be built. Nevertheless, we believe in this fast growing and exciting industry, and we will work to establish ourselves as a major player both in the manufacture and marketing of PV Solar panels and Energy Systems."

Bis 20 cent wird der Titel sicher nicht von heute auf morgen durchmarschieren. Aber langfristig sehe ich sehr gute Perspektiven. Die Käuferseite müsste noch einen stärkeren Überhang auch langfristig bekommen. Dafür sind durchschlagende Vertriebserfolge nötig, die auch als Zahlen wieder auftauchen. Nach meinen bisherigen Recherchen in den letzten Tagen hat das Unternehmen die letzten Jahre viel investiert, was erstmal Früchte tragen muss in den nächsten Monaten. Das ist immer das Problem bei OTC-Werten. Schwer das alles realistisch einschätzen zu können. Wichtig ist immer entspannt bleiben.

Fazit zu UCSY:

Wegen des hohen bilanziellen Defizits von 39 Mio US$ ist
es sogar nicht ausgeschlossen, dass im schlimmsten Fall
ein Delisting am OTCBB und ein Abrutschen in die
Pinksheets geschehen könnte.
