AXIA GROUP INC. SIGNS EXCLUSIVE INTERNATIONAL LICENSE AGREEMENT TO MARKET

SEC OKs Expanded Reporting Of Short Positions

WASHINGTON—Federal regulators have approved a new requirement for brokers to report short positions in stocks that trade over the counter. The Securities and Exchange Commission announced Tuesday that it has approved the National Association of Securities Dealers` proposal for expanded short-position reporting.

Short selling involves sales of borrowed stock. Short sellers profit when the stock price falls, allowing them to replace borrowed shares at a lower price.

The NASD now requires its members to keep records and file monthly reports of total short positions in their own accounts and those of their customers, but the rule applies only to exchange-listed stocks and those on the Nasdaq Stock Market.

Once the change takes effect, the same short-position records and monthly reports must be made for shares traded over the counter. The NASD said the change will increase information available to those who buy and sell OTC stocks.

NASD Regulation Inc. board members approved the rule change last summer and filed it with the SEC last fall. The NASD said those who commented generally supported the idea. The expanded reporting requirement is expected to take effect by late spring or early summer.

The new requirement " will provide greater information and enhanced transparency to investors and other market participants," NASD Executive Vice President for Market Regulation Stephen Luparello said through a spokesman.

R. Cromwell Coulson, chief executive of Pink Sheets LLC, a privately owned New York firm that provides pricing and financial information for OTC stocks, applauded the move.

" How great is that," Coulson said in a telephone interview. He predicts investors will benefit from having more light shed on short sales " because dark corners are not good for markets."

Coulson petitioned the SEC in January 2005 to require NASD members to file short-position reports for all publicly traded stocks, including the approximately 4,800 quoted in the Pink Sheets and 3,300 trading on the OTC Bulletin Board.

The Pink Sheets CEO figures the new reports will help combat penny-stock frauds such as " pump and dumps," in which manipulators convince investors to buy a stock while the manipulators are selling. He also expects the OTC short-sales reports to shed light on reports of widespread " naked" short-selling abuses.

" Naked" sales occur when shares are sold by sellers who don`t borrow them and have no intention of doing so. Coulson expects the expanded reports will show that legitimate market makers are not engaged in " naked" short sales of OTC stocks, although many of those who commented to the SEC in support of his petition took the opposite view.

Once the new monthly reports are filed to the NASD, Coulson said, the Pink Sheets will make them available free of charge. His only complaint is that the reports aren`t filed more often: He`d prefer daily reporting on short positions.

Ich wünsche mir das ihr mit eurem optimismus recht behaltet
da ich investiert bin und bleibe. Das soll kein bash-versuch werden. allerdings habe ich das dumme gefühl das der kurs nach oben gezogen wurde um die position von 1500000 st. die letztens zu ich glaube 0,022 über den tisch ging gewinnbringend zu veräußern. was die letzte news wert ist werden wir erst um 22:00 wissen wenn kurs und volumen in den USA stimmen.

Es können nicht die echten Kurs sein,da mehrere Ihre Order hier zu 0,03 drin haben ,die haben die Makler nur noch nicht eingestellt weil sie noch frühstücken,jede Wette ,das die Eröffnung über Deinen Angaben liegt,zu mal ja daß ask von gesetrn bei 0,028 lag und hier heute nur aus dem ASK gekauft wird.

Fakt ist doch dass in USA noch keine müde Aktie gehandelt wurde. Andere werden in dessen rege gehandelt. Was nicht heissen soll, dass das Teil nicht doch den Allerwertesten in die Höhe hebt.
Aber die Herausgabe von Zahlen wäre natürlich für die Seriösität nicht so schlecht.

Jetzt mal ehrlich, ist Euch schon mal
was aufgefallen?

Gestern und heute mehr als 11mio shares
gehandelt.

Immer wieder wird mit minimalbeträgen
der Kurs niedergedrückt, aber es geht
einfach nicht tiefer als 0,025

bei 0,025 und 0.026 wird eingesammelt,
was das Zeug hält.

D.h. die genervten, die nicht schnell genug
Geld verdienen können verkaufen dann aufgrund
des fallenden Kurses ihre Anteile.

Unten sitzt ein großer Fisch der dankbar alles
aufkauft...

nur mal so am Rande meine Vermutung was hier abgeht.

Ergänzend wird der Kurs auch fast schon manipulativ
niedrig gehalten, da bis jetzt einige Ausbrüche (ich
glaube es waren 3 oder 4 in der ganzen Woche) ständig
bei 0,04 bzw. 0,034 zunichte gemacht wurden.

Aber vielleicht schafft es axia ja heute, zweistellig im Plus zu bleiben. Dann könnte dieser Kampf zumindest ein kleinen Teilsieg in die richtige Richtung nehmen!

Ist doch klar, dass die Aktien zunehmend die Aufmerksamkeit auch von größeren Anlegern erregt! Bei den News! Nur leider sind einige Kleininvestoren durch die starken Kursschwankungen derart verunsichert, dass sie lieber mit kleinen Gewinnen verkaufen und so den Haien in die Tasche arbeiten. Würde keiner verkaufen, würde das Bid unweigerlich nach oben gehen!

Nachdem einige hier sich mit dem Wert die Hosen vollgestopft haben, sollte man vielleicht auch mal die andere Seite sehen. An dem Leid andere Menschen haben wir partizipiert. Gebt doch jetzt mal einfach einen Teil zurück. Ich meine nicht damit weitere 100 € in diesen Wert direkt in die Aktie zu investieren, sondern spendet doch einfach mal einen Beitrag an SOS Kinderdorf.

Für diejenigen die 3 - 500 % Gewinn gemacht haben dürfte es doch wohl kaum ein Problem darstellen.

Wenn alle mitziehen, es den Nachbarn sagen und allen Freunden und Bekannten, hat SOS vielleicht noch noch mal 250 Häuser für Axia übrig. Das Geld kommt dann doppelt und dreifach zurück.

seit geraumer Zeit stelle ich mir die Frage, wie denn nun der Vergleich Axia und Siteworks zu beurteilen ist. Sollte Axia im März erfolgreich neue Aufträge an Land ziehen (bspw. mit einem Volumen von 25 Mio. $, was schon best case ist im Vgl. zu den 1,85 Mio als Initialauftrag), müsste der Aktienkurs nach Siteworks-Standard sogar sinken.

Allerdings liegt das Momentum und die Aufmerksamkeit momentan stärker auf Axige als auf Siteworks (für steigende Kurse nicht gerade hinderlich)...

Prior to this agreement with Titan, Axia has been working in areas of Southeast Asia to provide high quality, low cost building technology to replace homes and buildings destroyed by the tsunami of 2004.
The Sentry 5000 was developed by Titan to be a smaller, completely self sufficient "first response" unit that will provide vital services in situations such as manmade or natural disasters. There are three possible cases of confirmation. You have to follow the next session carefully to check if these cases will hold or not:

The market opens with an upward gap, signaling a bullish sentiment in the first case. Your benchmark will be the opening price. If the prices stay over the benchmark, go long. Any white candlestick with an upward gap is a valid confirmation criterion.

In the second case, the market opens at a level, equal to or below the previous day’s close. The benchmark is that closing price. If prices during the session stay over the benchmark, go long. Any white candlestick closing above the previous day’s close is the second confirmation criterion.

If, however, in both cases, the prices during the session start coming below the benchmark, avoid buying. Sell if you feel a definite tendency in prices to close the day below the benchmark.

The third case of confirmation is rarely observed. The market opens with a big downward gap suggesting a very bearish day, and the day ends with a long white candlestick, but still closing below the previous day’s close. However, such a day satisfies the third confirmation criterion and in this case the closing price of the long white candlestick will be taken as the price of confirmation.

If one of the three confirmation criteria is not fulfilled, or in case of a black candlestick or a doji on the confirmation day, the BUY-IF alert remains valid, however without confirmation and the three confirmation criteria are then sought in the following day. The only exception is the long black candlestick. Any long black candlestick following a BUY-IF alert makes it (the signal) void and invalid.

We do not suggest any new short positions given the bullish alert. The short sellers should consider covering their positions if the market confirms the BUY-IF signal. Otherwise, existing short positions should be carried.

hast Recht -100%- aber in den Zeiten von USXP etc. ärgert es ein wenig wenn die AXIA so ruhg ist.

Aber man darf nicht vergessen,die 9 1/2 cent nach der Meldung der ersten Häuser.

Zudem habe ich ja schon vor Wochen gepostet:

wenn UN,Red Cross etc.kein Interesse an AXIA hätten,dann müsste man sich auch nicht extra treffen.


Daher ist es sicher nicht bei einem Kurs von 0,025 bis o,o3 sich ein paar zu sichern!

Bei relevanten NEWS ist die Aktie sehr schnell bei 0,06 Dollar
