Hemispherx hoch spekulativ
Die Experten des Börsenbriefs "Hot Stocks Investor" halten die Hemispherx-Aktie (ISIN US42366C1036/ WKN 906543) für hoch spekulativ und brandheiß.

Das Unternehmen habe vor wenigen Tagen gemeldet, dass der Wirkstoff Ampligen in neuen Untersuchungen das Potenzial gezeigt habe, die antivirale Wirkung der beiden derzeit einzig verfügbaren und für eine Grippeepedemie vorgesehenen Präparate Tamiflu (Roche) und Relenza (GlaxoSmithKline) massiv zu steigern. Für die weitere Entwicklung sei besonders wichtig, dass sich Ampligen aktuell schon längst in der klinischen Test-Phase-III befinde - dies jedoch zu ganz anderen Indikationen, nämlich zu chronischer Müdigkeit.

Besonders bedeutsam sei, dass die Sicherheits- und Nebenwirkungsprofile des Präparats und seien Pharmakokinetik weitestgehend bekannt und in der klinischen Therapie belegt seien. Dies würde bei einem Einsatz in einer veränderten Indikationslage als Grundlage übernommen werden können. Falls es zu einer Pandemie komme, könne man darauf spekulieren, dass Ampligen in einer Off-Label-Anwendung eine Sonderfreigabe durch die FDA erhalten könnte. Kaum ein anderes aktuell in der Entwicklung stehendes Präparat wäre so weit.

Auch wenn kein Zweifel bestehen darf, dass der Schuss nach hinten losgehen kann, denken die Experten von "Hot Stocks Investor", dass die Hemispherx-Aktie trotz der bereits gesehenen Kursavancen für spekulative Trader jetzt noch ein klarer Kauf sein muss. Analyse-Datum: 27.02.2006

so sieht man sich wieder. da ja UMS für die nächste zeit keine aufmerksamkeit verlangt, hab ich mal angefangen nach anderen interessanten aktien zu schauen, beobachtet hab ich Hemispherx schon lange. jetzt wo der kurz zurück gekommen ist, habe ich heute mal ein anfangsinvestment gestartet. das baue ich vielleicht noch aus, wenn ich mich mehr mit dem unternehmen beschäftigt habe. gibt es etwas das du mir noch berichten könntest, was noch nicht hier im chat steht. englisch und dann noch fachvokabular ist nicht meine stärke (geht so...)

Hallo Andy,ja schön das man sich wiedertrifft und gleiche Interessen verfolgt.HEB ist hochinteressant.Den Hype hatten wir letzten November,dann verabschiedeten sich viele peu a peu.Das ist nunmal Börse.Im Moment hat Hemisphere heisse Studien im Programm.Die Produktkandidaten befinden sich schon weit in der dritten Phase.Favorit Ampligen tanzt sogar auf mehreren Hochzeiten.Der Durchbruch kann schon morgen erfolgen.Auf diesem Kursniveau ist HEB ein wahres Schnäppchen.Für weiter Infos:HEB in Google eingeben und auf deutsch übersetzen lassen.Dann auf Homepage Invetor-News anklicken.Gruss Apta

naja, der kurs wird in den USA gemacht und wenn aus deutschland einige 10000 stück geordert werden ist das nicht genug um den kurz zu beeinflussen.
bei HEMISPHERX ein kursziel festzulegen find ich komisch.

werden Ampligen und andere produke weiterentwickelt weil die klinischen studien positiv/vielversprechend sind und es eine Chance gibt gerade Ampligen auf den Markt zu bringen können auch kurse von 10 Euro drin sein! werden das alles rohrkrepierer hast du dein geld verloren....

was ich aber bisher gelesen hab, deutet darauf in das HEMISPHERX eine wirkliche Perle werden könnte

Carter, MD, Chairman & CEO, will present at the 8th International IACFS Conference on Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia and other Related Illnesses in Fort Lauderdale. Fla., January 10-14. Dr. Carter's presentation will be based on the submitted abstract "Meta-analysis of Well-controlled Randomized, Double-blinded, Phase II / III Clinical Trials of Poly I : Poly C12U vs. Placebo in Chronic Fatigue Syndrome."

In the course of the study, 326 patients who met the 1988 Centers for Disease Control (CDC) criteria for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), participated in two randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blinded, multicenter, evaluations of poly I: ploy C12U in the treatment of CFS. Only severely debilitated patients were selected. Patients received Ampligen(R), an experimental therapeutic for which an NDA is being prepared for chronic fatigue syndrome, in the amount of (400mg) (n=162) or an equivalent volume of placebo (n=164) twice weekly by intravenous (IV) infusion for 24 (Phase II) or 40 weeks (Phase III).



In parallel with the new data analysis from all well-controlled clinical studies in CFS, Hemispherx Biopharma also announced a successful transfer to, and validation of, production technology by Hollister Stier, Inc. Researchers at Japanese National Institute of Infectious Diseases Present New Data on Hemispherx's Vaccine Enhancement Platform

Hemispherx Biopharma, (Nachrichten) Inc. (AMEX: HEB) announced today that on Friday, October 20, Dr. Hideki Hasegawa, of Japan's National Institute of Infectious Diseases (JNIID), presented the results of his studies co-administering Hemispherx's double-stranded RNA (dsRNA) Ampligen® (polyIolyC12U) experimental therapeutic with an H5N1 vaccine. Dr. Hasegawa's studies, presented at the Second International Conference on Influenza Vaccines for the World in Vienna, Austria, examined the protective efficacy of intranasal co-administration of inactivated whole-virion H5N1 vaccine with Ampligen® in mice and non-human primates.

Intranasal administration of a candidate influenza vaccine with Ampligen® resulted in secretion of IgA, also known as immunoglobulin A, the basis of mucosal immunity, and successfully protected subjects that were thereafter challenged with homologous A/Vietnam/1194/04(H5N1), heterologous A/HK/483/97(H5N1) and A/Indonesia/6/05(H5N1) viruses.

Dr. Hasegawa's presentation concluded: 1) that the intranasal administration of Ampligen® combined with H5N1 vaccine induced cross-protective mucosal immunity against heterologous H5N1 influenza virus infection in mice; 2) intranasal administration of Ampligen® combined with H5N1 vaccine provided protection in the macaque monkey, a non-human primate which has a complex immune system, similar to that of humans, from H5N1 infection; 3) Ampligen® is the only human-applicable dsRNA which has a well-documented safety profile in humans. Dr. Hasegawa and his colleagues at the JNIID intend to pursue human trials as soon as possible.

The FDA has recently announced an accelerated track to commercialization for an influenza vaccine based solely on documented immunological improvements in humans, even in the absence of any long-term clinical studies evidencing benefit in preventing flu.

Dr. William Carter, Chairman and CEO of Hemispherx Biopharma, Inc., stated the Company's intention to “replicate the Japanese studies using Ampligen® combined with H5N1 vaccines, pursuing a path that we hope will benefit from the FDA's new accelerated track to build defenses against an influenza threat.”

The details of these studies and their results will be published in a peer-reviewed journal in coming months.

warum? Hast Du genauere Nachrichten als die letzte Mitteilung von Hemispherx? - Sie stellen sich auf dieser Konferenz für Investoren die vorallem in Mid- und Smallcapbereich investieren vor, sonst noch nichts, wann ist die Vorstellung vorbei und was war das Ergebnis des Meetings in Wien, wie gut waren die Ergebnisse dieser Forschungsreihe durch Dr. Hideki Hasegawa???

Der Umsatz ist zur Zeit ja wirklich nur minimal, die Post geht erst ab wenn wirklich Institutionelle Investoren zugreifen und grössere Bestände aufbauen, so sehe ich das.

Deine Meinung, bzw. Euere, wer weiß mehr??

Hallo b.n.,wie gesagt,habe die letzte Veröffentlichung aufmerksam gelesen.Da erkennt und liest man doch ganz klar eindeutig positive Forschungstatements.Ampligen ist nah dran zum Blockbusterpräparat zu mutieren.Denke,es dauert nicht mehr lang bis Endergebnisse einkehren!
