die sache mit quick time von apple ist schon beachtlich. ich persöhnlich benutze aeine APFEL schon seid anfang 1993 und freue mich.
das handesvolumen in den letzten wochen war sehr groß.... bei einem float von 15 mill

Ist ja hier recht ruhig geworden !
Charttechnisch hat die Aktíe jetz auf hohem Niveau gut konsolidiert und sollte bei entsprechenden Nachrichten reagieren.

Auf dem CC wurden für die kommenden Quartale überproportinale Zuwächse ( Was immer das bedeuten mag) versprochen !
Aufgrund der sehr namenhaften Kunden sollten, soweit die Umsätze anspringen der Kurs das gleiche machen !

Gestern sind die Zahlen für das erste Quartal raus.

Umsatz rauf 17%.

Verlust 3,5 Millionen. Allerdings sind 3 Millinonen non-cash expenses. ( Abschreibungen und Ausgabe von aKtien etc. )

So das eigentlich ein Verlust von ca. 500.000$ dasteht. Vorjahresquartal 1,700.000. Verlust.
Nachbörslich gab Onstream 0,27 Cent ab in New York.

Das Cash flow ist fürs 1. Quartal positiv.

Meiner Meinung nach kein schlechtes Ergebnis.
Da haben vermutlich einige nur den totalen Verlust gesehen !

Letzte Woche hat Onstream denUser-Generated Content Facilitator Auction Video gekauft ! Hier steht zum Beispiel der Name E-Bay live auction hinter.

Außerdem wurde einige Rechte erworben, die wie andeutungsweise im letzten CC schon angedeutet die Cost of Revenue auf nur noch 10% schrumfen lassen.

Der Anstieg gestern ist sicherlich auch in Verbindung mit Mamma.com zu sehen, die vorgestern bessere Zahlen als erwartet vorgelegt haben !

Bei Onstream sollte das erste profitable Quartal also nur noch eine Frage der Zeit sein. Der Cash Flow sollte aber positiv sein.

The merger has been approved by the Board of Directors of both companies subject to certain closing conditions, including completion of an audit of Infinite Conferencing's financial statements and is expected to close during the third quarter of fiscal 2007, which ends June 30, 2007.

Infinite Conferencing provides audio and webconferencing solutions to a client base of over 2,000 small to medium sized businesses (SMB) and is also currently a reseller of Onstream Media's webcasting and QuickCast products. For the year ended December 31, 2006, Infinite's unaudited financial statements reflected revenues of approximately $6.1 million, with net income of approximately $235,000, after a deduction for founder draws of approximately $2.3 million. The Company anticipates that approximately $2.1 million of these founder draws represents an expense that will not occur after the merger. In addition, Infinite has shown revenue growth of approximately 38.5% for the past year. Onstream Media expects that, for the first full quarter following the closing of the transaction, the combined companies will reflect, before changes in working capital components, positive net cash provided by operating activities, based on historical information.

Under the terms of the agreement, Onstream Media will acquire all of the outstanding equity of Infinite Conferencing in exchange for $14 million in cash and approximately 1.38 million shares of Onstream Media restricted common stock. Ist zur Zeit recht ruhig ! Gestern zog der Kurs in Amerika wieder ein wenig an !

Ich denke, dass geht noch eine Weile so schleppend weiter, bis Gewinn erzielt wird oder cash-flow positiv !

Dann gibt es vermutlich kein halten mehr !

Die abgeschlossenen Verträge und Übernahmen werden hier Ihren Beitrag leisten ! Insbesondere Auction video ( E-bay live auctions + Rechteübernahme ) und Infinite Conferencing.

Wenn erst einmal der Umsatz anzieht sollte der Gewinn von alleine kommen ! Auf langfristige Sicht sehe ich die Aktie bei $ 10 ++
