Solange die Aktien in stabilen Händen bleibt, solange ist es schwer Aktien im BID und zwischen BID und ASK zu bekommen.

Kann es nur immer wieder schreiben, dass TOFS nach seiner Steigerung von mehr als 300% und einer Konsophase, die im eigentlichen Sinne gar nicht danach ausschaut, sondern eher wie eine PPS haltende Chartabkühlungsphase, immer noch sehr interessant.

Alleine die letzte News, zeigt weitere Möglichkeiten auf und lassen sehr viel Platz für die Phantasie. Die benötigt auch TOFS, denn ich will mindesten mein Ziel von $0.20 - $0.30 erreichen

Der CEO macht das schon geschickt.

Hab das heute bei TOFS gar nicht bedacht. Fühl mich bei TOFS schon viel zu sicher, dass sie steigen wird:

Wir haben heute den Trend im aufsteigenden Dreieck durchbrochen und es dürfte nun einem weiteren Anstieg echt nix mehr im Wege liegen.

Schaun wir mal, wann das OTCBB-Listing auf der Website http://www.otcbb.com/asp/dailylist_search.asp?SearchSymbolFo… eingestellt wird. Spätestens dann wird wohl einiges mehr an Volumen in TOFS kommen.

Danach dann ein 8-K, welches wohl nochmals einen weiteren Kursanstieg hinter sich herzieht.

Sobald TOFS an der OTCBB ist, werden weitere Aktionäre dazu stoßen, weil ein OTCBB Unternehmen einfach sicherer ist als wie ein OTC (Pinksheet) Unternemen.


Mein Ziel ist und bleibt immer noch $0.20 - $0.30
Anthony bleibt bei seinem Ziel über $0.50

Es werden weitere Aquisitionen gemeldet. Das Patent wird wohl auch noch dazukommen. Die Radioshow soll diesen Monat noch "ON AIR" gehen. Im kommenden Quartal, glaub November, soll das TV-Studio online gehen.

Dann werden wohl noch zusätzlich Zahlen (ist vielleicht mit das 8-K) von Purefusion gemeldet, welches ja Verträge mit zwei weiteren Unternehmen am laufen hat.

Es werden vermutlich Radio Shows gemeldet, weiters Verträge mit Unternehmen, die im Filmstudio einen Werbefilm drehen lassen oder z.B. Sportsendungen ausgestrahlt werden.

Dazu benötigt man auch den Player, der ca. 50% - 95% an Datentransfer verringert

Auf den Player bin ich auch gespannt, vorallem auf das Patent.
Man muss sich ja nur ein bisschen Gedanken machen, wo Avalon mit drinsteckt (Microsoft Windows Vista). Und genau von dem Unternehmen kommt das Verfahren, der den Datentransfer so stark verringern soll.

Dann können Unternehmen unter ihrem eigenen Namen den Player verweden, ob für Kundengespräche, ob für Schulungen, ob für Netzwerk-Meetings, ob für uns zum Video-Chatten, da sind dann keine Grenzen gesetzt.
Das muss einem mal so nach und nach erst bewusst werden. Das checkt mit Sicherheit immer noch kaum jemand, für was das alles einsetzbar ist.
Macht euch mal Gedanken dazu, wo überall Videotechnik verwendet wird!
Redet einfach mal mit anderen darüber, dann werdet ihr immer mehr euch vorstellen können.
Wichtig ist natürlich auch, dass es soviele wie möglich wissen. Hab die letzte News einem in der Medienbranche arbeitenden Freund zugesandt, der fand das auch sehr interessant.
Und ich erst meine bisherigen positiven Prozente sind gegen das was da wohl kommen wird ein Witz dagegen.

Wenn ihr mal anfangt die Anwendungsmöglichkeiten aufzuzählen, dann hört das gar nicht mehr auf. Da gibt es soviel, dass ist der Hammer. Und wenn gegenüber der Konkurrenz die Übertragungsrate um so viel geringer ist, dann ist das ein Produkt, was der Markt im Endeffekt weltweit gebrauchen kann.

Die Übertragungswege sind nicht nur einfach Datenleitungen, sondern auch WiFi und Satellit.

Usw. usw. usw.


Es gibt einfach und pauschal gesagt: Bis Ende diesen Jahres genügend durch News zu verkünden.





Wer jetzt noch denkt, dass bei TOFS nicht mehr viel gehen kann, dann weiß ich auch nicht mehr

Schwer zum Sagen. Bis jetzt wurden seltenst mal mehr als 50.000 Aktien seit Anstieg August unter dem letzten SK gehandelt. Das war dann auch eher nach dem vorherigen Anstieg der Fall.

Ich gönne es dir, wartest auch schon etwas darauf.

Bin mal gespannt, ob der nächste Widerstand bei ca. $0,113 überhaupt sein wird.
Wenn das OTCBB-Listing heute oder Morgen endlich bekanntgegeben wird und in der kommenden ersten Hälfte das 8-K ebenfalls, dann sollte es die $0.113 mit Leichtigkeit übersteigen.

Zusätzlich wird wohl auch die erste(n) Radioshow(s) noch in diesem Monat gemeldet, was dem Kurs auch helfen wird.

That is yet to be determined and only Matt knows the relationship if in fact there is one.

IMO, if the 2 are related, I think that it is either a method of stand alone Avalon OR an interface that takes further advantage of what already exists.

Either way, the patent HAS to deal with a compression algorithm of some kind. That's the only way that bandwidth can be reduced. Even multi-port delivery would not reduce the bandwidth that much. What would be nice is a super compression combined with multi-port delivery. Now that would be near light speed, especially with the next gen processors coming out starting in Dec. this year and a supposed quantum leap by the end of next year.

Servus,

Ich bin auch schon gespannt ob es heute kommt.
Die Aktualisierung der Site soll einmal 13:00 US-zeit sein und dann nochmals 16:00 Uhr.

Die drei Tage wurden vom CEO in der Emai lso genannt, das es so um die drei Tage dauern könnte.

Sollte eigentlich letzten Donnerstag schon bearbeitet werden, da soll der Jogi nicht dagewesen sein. Erst wieder am Montag und das wurde so auch in der letzten News ja verkündet.

Jetzt heißt es weiterhin gespannt warten.

Die letzten richtig coole News kam an einem Freitag ca. 16:01:00 US-Zeit. Hoffe, dass es heute nicht auch wieder so wird und wir ab ca. 19:00 Ortszeit auf der OTCBB.com das uplisting für Montag sehen.

the list usually updates around 1:30pm to 2pm eastern time. if not then there is another update around 4pm. rest assured that the OTCBB is in our future. no worries if we do not see it this week. it would be nice but just knowing that the wheels are in motion for the uplist is great. the papers are filed so now it is just a matter of posting TOFS on the list. HOLD STRONG OUR DAY IS COMING

Reply from Matt regarding about uplisting.

I did that the other day when the MM filed the 211 exemption it can
take up
to 10 days to be cleared its only been 3 not including the day it was
filed.

Streaming media refers to the transmission of digital audio and video files over an IP network or wireless network in real time or on-demand, while prohibiting users from storing the files locally.

Insight's market analysis study, "Streaming Media, IP TV, and Broadband Transport: Telecommunications Carriers and Entertainment Services 2006-2011," describes the technology and market forces underpinning the network-derived revenues generated from distributing streamed content across the public Internet, content distribution networks, cellular networks, or telco IP networks. The study also estimates the revenue from the various types of content-derived revenues, along with associated advertising revenue. The streaming market is expected to grow at a compound annual rate of nearly 32 percent over the next five years, driven by on-demand audio, on-demand video, as well as the accompanying advertising revenue.

"The US streaming media market has entered a growth phase, meaning it is experiencing realistic and sustainable growth," says Robert Rosenberg, Insight Research president. "The forecasts that we present are conservative and in line with current performance. If, however, per-stream costs drop faster then anticipated, we have quicker acceptance of IPTV, or improvements in 3G delivery take place faster than expected, it could blow the doors off of our forecasts, propelling this industry into explosive growth," Rosenberg continues.

Consumers worldwide will increase spending on digital home devices by 32 percent to $159 Billion in 2006, according to the latest research from Strategy Analytics' Connected Home Devices service. The report, "Digital Home Devices Global Market Forecast," predicts that digital cameras, DVD players and MP3 players will be the most popular items this year. In terms of revenue, however, LCD and plasma TVs are the star performers.

Consumers around the world will spend nearly $70 Billion on flat panel TVs during 2006, representing 44 percent of total digital home market revenues.

This report identifies a trend towards IP-connected devices as the next important wave in the migration toward digital homes. Fourteen percent of digital home devices sold this year will be IP-enabled, which allows them to access digital media websites on the Internet, or stored on the home network.

An introduction to IPTV

Television is changing
Over the last decade, the growth of satellite service, the rise of digital cable, and the birth of HDTV have all left their mark on the television landscape. Now, a new delivery method threatens to shake things up even more powerfully. Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) has arrived, and backed by the deep pockets of the telecommunications industry, it's poised to offer more interactivity and bring a hefty dose of competition to the business of selling TV.

IPTV describes a system capable of receiving and displaying a video stream encoded as a series of Internet Protocol packets. If you've ever watched a video clip on your computer, you've used an IPTV system in its broadest sense. When most people discuss IPTV, though, they're talking about watching traditional channels on your television, where people demand a smooth, high-resolution, lag-free picture, and it's the telcos that are jumping headfirst into this market. Once known only as phone companies, the telcos now want to turn a "triple play" of voice, data, and video that will retire the side and put them securely in the batter's box.

In this primer, we'll explain how IPTV works and what the future holds for the technology. Though IP can (and will) be used to deliver video over all sorts of networks, including cable systems, we'll focus in this article on the telcos, which are the most aggressive players in the game. They're pumping billions into new fiber rollouts and backend infrastructure (AT&T alone inked a US$400 million deal for Microsoft's IPTV Edition software last year, for instance, and a US$1.7 billion deal with hardware maker Alcatel). Why the sudden enthusiasm for the TV business? Because the telcos see that the stakes are far higher than just some television: companies that offer the triple play want to become your household's sole communications link, and IPTV is a major part of that strategy.

How it works
First things first: the venerable set-top box, on its way out in the cable world, will make a resurgence in IPTV systems. The box will connect to the home DSL line and is responsible for reassembling the packets into a coherent video stream and then decoding the contents. Your computer could do the same job, but most people still don't have an always-on PC sitting beside the TV, so the box will make a comeback. Where will the box pull its picture from? To answer that question, let's start at the source.

Most video enters the system at the telco's national headend, where network feeds are pulled from satellites and encoded if necessary (often in MPEG-2, though H.264 and Windows Media are also possibilities). The video stream is broken up into IP packets and dumped into the telco's core network, which is a massive IP network that handles all sorts of other traffic (data, voice, etc.) in addition to the video. Here the advantages of owning the entire network from stem to stern (as the telcos do) really come into play, since quality of service (QoS) tools can prioritize the video traffic to prevent delay or fragmentation of the signal. Without control of the network, this would be dicey, since QoS requests are not often recognized between operators. With end-to-end control, the telcos can guarantee enough bandwidth for their signal at all times, which is key to providing the "just works" reliability consumers have come to expect from their television sets.

The video streams are received by a local office, which has the job of getting them out to the folks on the couch. This office is the place that local content (such as TV stations, advertising, and video on demand) is added to the mix, but it's also the spot where the IPTV middleware is housed. This software stack handles user authentication, channel change requests, billing, VoD requests, etc.—basically, all of the boring but necessary infrastructure.

All the channels in the lineup are multicast from the national headend to local offices at the same time, but at the local office, a bottleneck becomes apparent. That bottleneck is the local DSL loop, which has nowhere near the capacity to stream all of the channels at once. Cable systems can do this, since their bandwidth can be in the neighborhood of 4.5Gbps, but even the newest ADSL2+ technology tops out at around 25Mbps (and this speed drops quickly as distance from the DSLAM [DSL Access Multiplier] grows).

So how do you send hundreds of channels out to an IPTV subscriber with a DSL line? Simple: you only send a few at a time. When a user changes the channel on their set-top box, the box does not "tune" a channel like a cable system. (There is in fact no such thing as "tuning" anymore—the box is simply an IP receiver.) What happens instead is that the box switches channels by using the IP Group Membership Protocol (IGMP) v2 to join a new multicast group. When the local office receives this request, it checks to make sure that the user is authorized to view the new channel, then directs the routers in the local office to add that particular user to the channel's distribution list. In this way, only signals that are currently being watched are actually being sent from the local office to the DSLAM and on to the user.

No matter how well-designed a network may be or how rigorous its QoS controls are, there is always the possibility of errors creeping into the video stream. For unicast streams, this is less of an issue; the set-top box can simply request that the server resend lost or corrupted packets. With multicast streams, it is much more important to ensure that the network is well-engineered from beginning to end, as the user's set-top box only subscribes to the stream—it can make no requests for additional information. To overcome this problem, multicast streams incorporate a variety of error correction measures such as forward error correction (FEC), in which redundant packets are transmitted as part of the stream. Again, this is a case where owning the entire network is important since it allows a company to do everything in its power to guarantee the safe delivery of streams from one end of the network to the other without relying on third parties or the public Internet.

Though multicast technology provides the answer to the problem of pumping the same content out to millions of subscribers at the same time, it does not help with features such as video on demand, which require a unique stream to the user's home. To support VoD and other services, the local office can also generate a unicast stream that targets a particular home and draws from the content on the local VoD server. This stream is typically controlled by the Real Time Streaming Protocol (RTSP), which enables DVD-style control over a multimedia stream and allows users to play, pause, and stop the program they are watching.

The actual number of simultaneous video streams sent from the local office to the consumer varies by network, but is rarely more than four. The reason is bandwidth. A Windows Media-encoded stream, for instance, takes up 1.0 to 1.5Mbps for SDTV, which is no problem; ten channels could be sent at once with bandwidth left over for voice and data. But when HDTV enters the picture, it's a different story, and the 20-25Mbps capacity of the line gets eaten up fast. At 1080i, HDTV bit rates using Windows Media are in the 7 to 8 Mbps range (rates for H.264 are similar). A quick calculation tells you that a couple of channels are all that can be supported.

The bandwidth situation is even worse when you consider MPEG-2, which has lower compression ratios. MPEG-2 streams will require almost twice the space (3.5 Mbps for SDTV, 18-20 Mbps for HDTV), and the increased compression found in the newer codecs is one reason that AT&T will not use MPEG-2 in the rollout of its IPTV service dubbed "U-verse."

Simultaneous delivery of channels is necessary to keep IPTV competitive with cable. Obviously, multiple streams are needed to support picture-in-picture, but they're also needed by DVRs, which can record one show while a user is watching another. For IPTV to become a viable whole-house solution, it will also need to support enough simultaneous channels to allow televisions in different rooms to display different content, and juggling resulting bandwidth issues is one of the trickiest parts of implementing an IPTV network that will be attractive to consumers.

Muss man Morgen schauen, wo der SK liegt. heute hat wieder die MA 10 als Stütze gedient.

Jeden Tag wo das OTC-BB-Listing länger braucht umso härter wird es beim Warten.

Zeitlich gesehen müsste es spätestens diese Woche sein.
Wenn man den Chart seit Mitte August hernimt, dann hält sich TOFS immer noch sehr gut und hat aktuell einen Seitenwärtstrend, anstatt ca. 50 % zu konsolidieren.

Aber es sollte nun dann endlich was kommen, sonst kommt TOFS noch auf die Idee, zu konsolidieren.

Die 3 Tage sind mehr als vorbei und nicht sist passiert. Es gibt auch keine neues News dazu.....es sei ich hätte was übersehen.
Evtl. kann mann morgen wieder günstig rein kommen, falls das Listing dann auch wirklich kommt und den Kurs nach oben zieht.

Wo seht Ihr die Entwicklung in den nächsten 2 Wochen hin gehen, vorausgesetzt das UP Listing kommt. ?????

Generell sag ich, dass wenn SK tiefer als .073 wird, dass die ersten Verkaufssignale generiert werden.

Dann kommt es auf die Geduld der TOFSler an. Sobald SK tiefer als .06, dann siehts hässlich aus.


bis jetzt schauts so aus, dass es zwischen .07 und .085 einen Seitwärtstrend hat.

Ich hoffe sehr auf ein morgiges Uplisting.

Hab drüben im IHUB noch ein wenig nachgelesen.

Das ganze Prozedere dürfte etwa 10 Tage dauern. 3 Tage waren nur auf seinen eigenen Part (vom CEO) bezogen, bis der restliche Ablauf von Statten gehen kann.

Ihr müsst für euch selbst entscheiden. Ich für mich kann sagen, dass der CEO bei mir mind. eien Trumpf im Ärmel hat:

Er hat bisher noch kein einziges Mal verwässert. Man konnte es in den Trades nicht feststellen und auch im Chart kann ich nirgends was erkennen.

Weshalb pumpt normalerweise ein Unternehmen eine Aktiengesellschaft?
Bisher hab ich das nur zum Abladen erlebt.

Ich erfuhr zwar bis auf das letzte Mal, dass News kommen werden, aber ich wusste nie den Inhalt.
Geschweige mein Kontakt wusste vom Inhalt. Somit kann auch sein, dass mein Kontakt einfach nur ein gutes Ohr hatte oder zwischen den Zeilen lesen konnte.
Gestimmt hatte es bisher immer.

Nur einmal, da hatte es nicht gestimmt. Da kam aber auch die Info von anderer Seite, was ich dann verifizieren lies und sich im Nachhinein rausstellte, dass es nicht stimmte.


Generell würde ich sagen, es gibt keinen Grund zum Schmeißen, aber ihr müsst für euch entscheiden.

Nach dem OTCBB-Listing warte ich noch das 8k ab und werde dann zum ersten Mal Aktien im 8k-Hype in den Markt geben. Weil dann wirds langsam Zeit, dass ich etwas davon realisiere.
Denn kurz zuvor hab ich mir gesagt, dass ich nicht mehr so lange in einer Aktie bleiben möchte.
Aber bisher schauts super aus.

Was selten der Fall bei einem OTC oder OTC-BB Wert ist.


Hatte heute Nacht Emailverkehr mit meinem Kontakt und er fragte mich: \"Are these people blind Tekky? Do that really not see what Matt is building here?\"


Darauf meinte ich zu ihm:
The problem is that it is a pinksheet. And OTCBB is a little better, but even bad. You don`t know if the CEO`s are lying or saying the true.


The problem is, how much can we trust an CEO. The positiv at TOFS is for me that Matt didn`t dilute the stock.
That is a sign of confidence and that is the point where Matt has to be in my`s good books. Thats not normally for a stock like TOFS

The other side is, maybe a few can image the potential of TOFS and the codec or technics of it. But 50% - 95% is unbelievabel. That is too much. I hope it is correct, so it will be a hammer.

The rest will be come in near future. Maybe the stockprice goes a little bit down and somebody can buy cheap shares.

Maybe it comes the uplisting tomorrow.

Es geht nicht schnell genug und wir warten darauf.


Allgemeine Punkte was bei TOFS ist:


Es kann heute ab 13:00 - 19:00 das OTC-Uplisting kommen sobald das kommt, dann dürfte es schnell hochgehen. TOFS ist ein Lowfloater mit "nur" knappen 6 Millionen im Float. Gesamt OS 30 Millionen.
Wurde mehrfach zugesichert, dass nicht verwässert wird und das wurde auch bisher eingehalten. Es soll weiterhin auch nicht verwässert werden, da keine finanziellen Mittel benötigt werden.

Wenn das OTC-BB Listing kommt, dann kommt danach ein 8k mit den Zahlen drin. Das sind dann nun die Zahln von TOFS selber, dann purefusion, (glaub nur ein Teil) Digicard und meine noch von Jacob Cane Design.

Das sind alles Aquisitionen aus den letzten Monaten.

Gerade mit purefusion ist es gut, weil die einen Codec mitbringen, dessen "abkauf" von TOFS dann extra gemeldet wird. Somit geht ein zur Anmeldung liegendes Patent über auf TOFS. Das Patent beinhaltet die Technik, die es TOFS ermöglichen soll über IPTV und Satellit ein 4x größeres Bild als die bisherigen, üblichen Streams zu übertragen.
Es soll die Bandbreite um 50% - 95% senken.

Zu dem Player, der für das IPTV usw. verwendet werden muss, damit die Technik funktionier, haben sie zusätzlich noch 3-4 weitere Softwareentwicklungen.
Eine weiterer Punkt ist das integrieren des Players in den Browser, so dass zum Beispiel Money-TV im Browser abgespielt werden kann, während man tradet.
Damit kann man auch interaktive Liveshows machen, da ein Chat mit integriert ist.

Diese Shows können im eigenen Studio produziert werden. Dort werden Liveshows und Aufnahmen für Werbesendungen gedreht.

TOFS hat die Verbindlichkeiten glaub um ca 20 - 25% gesenkt, in dem alte Unternehmenteile verkauft wurden.


Sollte erst mal genügen, denn da gibt es noch mehr, was ich heute noch nach und nach zusammenschreibe.


Die Reihenfolge wird so sein:
1. OTCBB-Listing
2. 8k
weitere Aquisitionen.


Was bis Ende des Monats gemeldet werden soll: Das Sie mit dem IP-Radio online gehen. Das müsste heute spätestens Montag sein.


Auf was warten gerade alle: OTC-BB Listing.
Warum? Weil dann auch gleich mit gemeldet wird, dass es kein sich entwickelndes Unternehmen mehr sein wird, sonder ein (wie sagt man dazu?) produzierendes/aktives Unternemen sein wird. Dazu, weil dann es ein OTCBB-Unternehmen ist und das dann endlich das 8K rauskommt. Vielleicht wird das alles auch im 8k gemeldet.
Dann werden Radioshows gemeldet und TV-Streaming und Produktion soll im November los gehen.
Am 17.09. hatte der zuständige MM die Unterlagen ausgefüllt und bei der OTCBB abgegeben.
Nun kann das Listing jeden Tag kommen.

Habe begonnen zu TOFS eine strukturierte DD zu machen. Bisher konnte ich mir einiges merken, doch je länger das dauert, desto schwerer wirds für mich wieder was schnell zu finden.

For IPradio, could you list some of your competitors? I can list content provider competition which would include; SmallcapVoice.com, CEOcast, MN1, Wallst.net, Pennysotck Busters.com, Traders Nation and any other of the many sites that have “canned” audio interviews or live. The majority of our own programming will be financial related to the OTC and OTCBB markets, but we will also rent out our facilities and/or host material for other providers and give them an outlet.

I've done a search and it doesn't seem like this market exists... I mean I do see internet radio, but is it the same technology? The technology for delivering a stream is the same now once it is sent from the encoder to the listener/viewer that is where the Avalon technology comes in.

Will the 8K include the new share structure and also the float? We will have further information related to this item in the 8K

I'm assuming Avalon and the media player will be similar to like how Quicktime or Real Player have their own media player with their own file format? Will Avalon be a compressed version of AVI or MPEG or its own entity? Unfortunately as I have discussed in other emails the information related to the Avalon Technology and the company is in a quiet period and I am not at liberty to discuss it.

The 211 exemption was sent back because it was submitted to early the market maker had not been quoting the stock for 30 calendar days. The Form was resubmitted on the 27th I was told I even had the market maker call to verify it was received by FINRA. It has been received the reason the person wasn’t able to find out any information is because it hasn’t been processed yet also I was told no one not even myself should be calling FINRA we are risking the chance of delaying the process so please pass the word not to call FINRA.

Kommst jetzt doch noch an ein paar günstige Shares dran.


Alter so ein Hosenscheißer im IHUB. Das ist ein Lowfloater, der ist leicht zu beeinflussen, denn es gibt nicht viele Aktien auf dem Markt.

Macht den Nachmittag schon immer wieder stunk und schmeißt wohl seine restlichen Aktien heute. Er ist seit dem 27. Juli 2007 angemeldet und postet erst seit dem 04. September überhaupt regelmäßiger und das gleich bei TOFS. Am 03. September macht er noch Werbung, dass es ein 10 - 100 Bagger wird. Am 04. September im TOFS-Thread gleich mal "10ct. werden leicht erreicht"

Hatte laut seinen Aussagen 200.000 Stücke zu .05.
Irre, wie kann man dann so blöd sein. Was ich aber nicht denke. Denke eher, er ist zu Jung für solch eine Aktie.
Ist aber auch ärgerlich, dass das OTCBB-Listing sich nochmal rauszögert.


Tja, solche muss es auch geben, aber doch nicht wenn ich kaum was kaufen kaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaannnnn.

I do not have a specific time frame for the up-listing, but the last one I did took 7 calendar days so it was filed again on the 27th could be Friday or Monday.

I am trying to finish my revisions on the 8k tonight so maybe I can get the final version before the weekend to review.

Zurück wieder in Richtung alte Höhen.

Auf dass das Bidschmeißen am Ende mal endlich aufhört.
Ich kanns nur immer wieder schreiben, dass TOFS ein empfindlicher Lowfloater ist.

Umso mehr knallts dafür bei richtige News nach oben.

Heute wurde sich nochmal über den TA bestätigen lassen, das TOFS bis jetzt trotz des höheren Kurses bis zu $.09 (Gegensatz zu August: ca. .02) keine Dilution durchgeführt hat und wir wissen durch Emailkontakte, dass es auch weiterhin in naher Zukunft keine geben wird.


Und so bleibe ich weiterhin long und strong. mein Ziel ist zwar weiter in die Ferne gerutscht aber bleibt bisher immer noch $0.20 - $0.30

its really amazing, only a few impatient people brought this down really b/c of the float.. now these shares have moved into stronger hands.

I know plenty who are holding big positions (like myself) and thats why we are getting these big moves cause the amount of shares out there are diminishing (eating that float baby). There are lots of eyes on this, so for the patient ones remember, super low float will send us soaring the other way when we get our news and uplist and everyone tries to buy. GL this is one that will be a very hard chase. be prepared to pay money lol we are so close!!

Bin echt gespannt, wann das OTCBB Listing kommt

was so ein paar Käufe ausmachen, grins. Man kann sich auch die MM`s zu nutze machen. War schon sehr interessant wie die mich heute bedient haben zu Börsenbeginn . Macht wirklich Spaß den Kurs so zu beeinflußen. Vielleicht kannst Du die Jungs im IHUB mal aufklären Kaltental, die Rätselei war schon interessant, dass sind aber wirklich auch coole Typen dort.

Wie steht es sonst so bei Euch allen? Bin sehr auf Mittwoch gespannt, wenn das hier brennt, dann fliegen wir am Mond vorbei. Wünsch uns allen geile Gewinne und eine tolle Woche.

Jetzt weiß ich was du mit dem Mittwoch meinst. War seit heute Vormittag im IHUB nicht mehr angemeldet.

Ja, darauf hoffe ich sehr und sehe immer noch keinen Grund, weshalb es sich nochmals verschieben sollte. Das es vielleicht am Mittwoch nicht kommt, ok, weil die Bürokratie einfach manchmal schlampt, aber nicht weil TOFS uns irgendwelche Lügengeschichten erzählt.

Diese Woche wird es kommen und dann kommen die nächsten 3 Legs auf denen ich in Richtung meines Zieles zwischen .20 und .30 surfen werde.



Was soll ich den Jungs drüben mitteilen? Gerne auch per BM.

Hilfe, ich verstehe es immer noch nicht. Die Reduktion der Shares oder Float oder was auch immer hat aber doch nichts mit meinen Shares zu tun oder? Nicht das die nachher auch noch reduziert werden, denn dann muss ich nun nachkaufen, sind ja sonst viel zu wenig! Kann mir hierzu einer biiitteee behilflich sein, bin nämlich nicht wirklich ein Zahlen / Daten / Fakten Mensch.

Das Ziel ist erst mal das OTCBB-Listing, damit das Unternehmen wieder im anderen Börsensegment für eine breitere Schar Aktionäre interessant ist.

Danach soll ein 8K kommen, was die Finanzen usw. aufzeigt.
Die Finanzen in dem Sinne der News vom 31. August 2007 und gefolgten News:

Das 8K kam bis jetzt noch nicht und soll mittlerweile geschrieben und bei der Überprüfung sein (Stand letzten Freitag).

Die "Gruppe" PurFusion Group of Companies, Inc. mit PurFusion Worldwide, Inc. und PurFusion, Inc. kamen mit dazu. Was die an Assets usw. mit einbringen, wird man dann wohl im 8K sehen.

Dann bezogen auf das Patent:
Avalon is being acquired as a wholly owned subsidiary of which 247MGI shall retain 60% ownership of the new company with Avalon and Norman Farrar owning the remaining 40%. Wird da vielleicht auch was einfließen.


Zusätzlich, wenn etwas von diesen Digicards vertrieben wurde:
Among the assets acquired was Digi Card, a personalized alternative to traditional birthday cards, the DVD birthday greeting card from professional athletes ...

Dann müsste die Reduzierung der AS von 500.000.000 auf ca. 100.000.000 ersichtlich sein und das 247MGI nun kein sich mehr entwickelndes Unternehmen, sondern ein Umsatz generierendes Unternehmen ist.

Das dürfte somit glaub alles sein, was direkt nach dem OTCBB-Listing im 8K kommen wird / könnte.


In dem weiter oberen unterstrichenen Satz ist schon der weitere Zusammenschluss angekündigt. Ob das jetzt "nur" das Patent zu der Technik Avalon ist oder ein weiteres Unternehmen, steht mal im Raum.

Zumindest denke ich, dass noch was drittes nachkommen dürfte, damit die 3 Legs wieder möglich sind.



Genug Phantasie für weiteres ist da.
z.B.
1. Wurde mir letzte Woche per Email von 247MGI mitgeteilt, dass nur noch kleinere Kabelarbeiten zu machen seien, dann würde das Studio für das IP-Radio fertig sein.

2. Dann der kauf des Patents, was in den Händen eines von Purefusion ist.

3. Ab November soll das IPTV-Studio fertig sein und in Betrieb gehen.

4. Dazu dann Meldungen über ggf. Liveshows oder Produktionsaufträge für Werbespots usw.

5. Irgendwann mal, wenn das IPTV steht und auch shows oder Sendungen bringt, dann ggf. Zahlen zu der "proprietary hybrid player application"

6. Meldungen über 247MGI has also acquired four software applications that are in various stages of development and deployment.

7. Dieser CEO Matt Dwyer ist ein Mergerjongleur, der mittlerweile schon mehrere Shells wieder in den Markt integriert hat.
Eigentlich ist das ein Aktie für nen Megapush, weil nur ca. 6 Millionen Aktien im Float.
Da ich mittlerweile gebrieft bin, lass ich das lieber andere machen. Denn so intensiv wie bei GLIF habe ich hier nicht recherchiert. Es hat sich bisher noch keinen hier eingefunden, der vermutlich gerner mehr Hintergrundinformationen möchte.

Ich hab hier schon meinen Schnitt gemacht und lass die Aktie nun laufen. Denke, aber dass hier noch viel passieren wird.
Wenn diese Technik Avalon das hält, was versprochen wird, dann ist die der Hammer.
Aber das muss erst mal bewiesen werden.


Aber bevor das alles kommt, hat sich der CEO Matt Dwyer sich in den Kopf gesetzt, dass erst das OTCBB-Listing kommen soll, bevor der Rest gemeldet wird.


Ich denke, dass langt mal wieder als Aufzählung, dass noch mehr kommen soll.

Wenn heute kein OTCB-Listing kommt, dann gehts nächste Woche zurück auf die .03 zu um dort nochmals zu bouncen.

Und wenn dann immer noch der CEO von TOFS meint, er müsse auf das OTCB-Listing warten bevor er eine News rausbringt, dann krieg ich langsam einen Koller und nerve dann langsam zurück. Und wenn ich mit Mailbomben oder nächtlichen Weckdiensten kommen muss. Das ist mir dann glaub auch egal. Vielleicht zeig ich ihm auch, dass sein Briefkasten eindeutig zu klein ist.

denke viele haben den 8-K noch nicht gelesen und / oder verstanden. Denke auch viele warten auf das uplist, welches IMO nun sehr nahe gerückt ist. Fakt ist mit dem 8-K hält er Wort und setzt seine Sache um!!!!! Ferner beruhigt es ungemein und macht die Investition IMO sicherer und klarer!!!! Alles nur meine Meinung und stellt keine Kaufempfehlung dar. Werde kein Stück verkaufen und gemütlich abwarten.

4.13 Litigation .
Vor allem der Teil b gefällt mir sehr gut. Viele unklare Dinge, welche bis dato nur vermutet wurden sind nun auf dem Papier ersichtlich.
Habe selten so einen Wert gesehen, wo der Chief Wort hält und die Kommunikation aufrecht hält und sich um die Shareholders gekümmert wird ( hier war ich zu Beginn skeptisch, da es oftmals anders läuft ). Und bei dem niedrigen Float hält sich der Wert gigantisch stabil.

Sharereduktion um 410MM auf 90MM ( welche waren das nochmal, glaub die A/S, richtig? ). Neuer Firmenname aufgetaucht, Avalon erwähnt etc. Das nur beim Überfliegen. Hoffe wir können uns am WE ein bissl austauschen.

On a cursory overview it appears that we need a legal opinion to be written as to statements made in the 8k it also could be as simple as massaging the language on the 8/31 and 9/11 PR’s. I know everyone wants me to say “it will be cleared up on Monday” unfortunately I can’t say that, but I do believe we will overcome this issue it appears to be an issue of perception versus reality so we will need to be of the same mindset as the examiner so he satisfied with our disclosures in the 8k and the PR’s.

People need to realize the company was in a catch 22 we couldn’t find an MM to file the 211 without any operations so we had to move some in and by doing this has created the issues with the examiner. So again it is a game of perception and how “he” the examiner believes what he is reading in the 8k versus the PR’s is the same. We cannot push FINRA on this we need to work with them so they are satisfied and the company will do what it needs to do in the meantime we will move forward with business and keeping our shareholder up to date. We cannot control FINRA, but we can control our operations and the flow of information to our shareholders as to what has been going on and where we are going.

MANHATTAN -- This summer, Ryan Bradburn, a second-year veterinary medicine student at Kansas State University, had the chance to investigate the realities of border security up close and personal.

"That really opened my eyes," he said of his research trip to New Mexico, where he visited a border security station and a cattle crossing. "The very definition of border and food security took on a new meaning for me -- much more than just ensuring that incoming products are free of harmful residues, but also keeping lines of trade open."

Until this summer, Bradburn, Manhattan, evaluated world issues through the academic lens of animal or human health. But K-State's Frontier program broadened his horizons.

Frontier is an interdisciplinary program for the historical study of border security, food security and trade policy. Its mission is to better understand how border security, food safety and security, and international relations intersect. To that end, students are taught to approach these issues from a multiplicity of academic perspectives.

"We started the Frontier program to illustrate how multidisciplinary research can help paint a more complete picture of complex problems," said Justin Kastner, K-State assistant professor of diagnostic medicine and pathobiology and co-founder of Frontier. When it comes to border security, food safety and trade, fully understanding any one topic requires a working knowledge of several disciplines, he said.

"The world is very complex, and for tomorrow's leaders to develop solutions they need to fully understand the problems. We remind our students that it's no longer enough to think one-dimensionally on an issue," Kastner said. "The Frontier program offers bona fide multidisciplinary educational opportunities for students."

Frontier interns are exposed to a variety of people and ideas. "It's amazing what you can learn by meeting with others in a variety of professions," Kastner said. "I've had the opportunity to compare notes with fellow researchers in political science, government, human medicine, education, public relations, food science, and Web development, just for starters. In today's world, all of these things work together."

Earlier this fall, the Frontier program also began using multimedia to enhance the learning opportunities. With the help of Bradburn and Steve Toburen, the program's Web developer, Frontier launched a new Web site, http://frontier.k-state.edu Student projects and other resources are displayed at the Web site. Some of the more recent projects include student-produced videos and audio commentaries on topics like the role of primary care physicians in pandemic flu planning and the impact of foot-and-mouth disease on trade. "Podcasting and RSS-feed tools allow us to attract visitors to the Web site while providing our students an electronic means to creatively present their research findings," Kastner said. "Last week one of our students -- Edward Nyambok, a graduate student from Kenya -- published a podcast commentary on the international trade aspects of a Rift Valley fever outbreak in his home country."

Ja darauf bin ich allerdings auch gespannt. Diese Warterei auf ein uplist ist wirklich elend. Besser wäre gewesen, dass wir nie davon gewußt hätten und boom wäre es da gewesen. Ansonsten sind m.E. genügend News und Aktionen unterwegs und in Planung, dass dieser Wert weiter steigen kann. Allerdings wäre es mit dem uplist noch ertragreicher, denn damit würden mehr und andere Investoren auf der Bildfläche erscheinen. Mal sehen bis jetzt noch nichts raus, vielleicht haben wir ja Morgen ne Info.

Servus miteinander.


TOFS ist nun bei .02 wieder angelangt. Absoluter Tiefpunkt sehe ich bei 1,2 ct. Aber das auch nur, wenn mal ein Dipperchen kommt.

TOFS war leider nur ein Pump and Dump ABER kein typischer. Denn es wurde wie versprochen nicht verwässert.
Das OTCBB Listing kam nicht und die Technik des sogenannten Avalon kam auch nicht.
Das hat leider die Pghantasie de raktuellen Anleger zerstört.


Jetz tbeginnen zu verwässern wäre nun absoluter Blödsinn. Ausschließen kann man es nicht, aber vorstellen kann ich mir das bei Dwyer nicht.
Er hat schon irgendwas vor, denn er hat genügend Erfahrung mit Aquisitionen und anderen Aktien.

Zumindest kennen nun viele TOFS, was bei entsprechendem, neuem Newsflow sich positiv auswirken kannn.

Generell ist für mich TOFS wieder ein Kauf wert, denn Matt Dwyer will bestimmt nicht auf eine Ladung Aktien verzichten. Und dazu muss der Kurs wieder auf .06 hoch!!!

Der 1. Januar ist der nächste Termin!!!

Glaub so langsam, dass es sein Hobby ist, was er nun zum Beruf macht.
So als gemütliche Beschäftigung für den Alltag.


Wenn man nur wüsste, wie gut der Player wirklich ist und ob er damit richtig Marketing betreiben möchte. Dann wäre es eine Wucht.
Die Versprochene Leistung und dann ein aggressives Marketing, dann haut Microsoft und Apples Matt eins zwischen die Hörner:


Aber genau deswegen hab ich immer wieder nach TOFS geschaut. Das will ich miterleben, was da am Ende rauskommt.

FT LAUDERDALE, FL--(MARKET WIRE)--Apr 14, 2008 -- 247MGI Inc. (OTC BB:TOFS.OB - News) ("247MGI"), is pleased to announce it has signed an LOI to acquire a manufacturing company located in Miami, Florida.

As previously announced the Company is seeking to increase liquid assets and has been working with several companies looking to go public. The manufacturing company will become a wholly owned subsidiary 247MGI and the transaction does not require the issuance of any Common or Preferred stock to the manufacturing company.

The manufacturing company currently has sales of $1.8 million and with some changes247MGI has required as part of the deal the company will net a minimum of 10% before taxes. The goal of 247MGI is to help expand the company through acquisition then package the company and spin it off as its own publicly traded company within the next 12 to 15 months.
