Rhombic aktuell bei 0,32 $ und steigendes Handelsvolumen also Leute macht euch auf einige Stücke zu KAUFEN bevor RALLY wieder los geht! Ich bin sicher das wir diese oder anfang nächster Woche die 1$ Marke sehen werden.
Außerdem gibt es gerüchte einer ÜBERNAHME von einer Amerikanischen FIRMA Namen gibt es noch nicht!!

Also schnell ich hab gestern noch was gekauft in Amerika und in Deutschland hoffe auf noch höheres HV.

Bei der Bill-storry war ein seeeeehhhhhhhr guter Freund von mir von Abfang an dabei,mit nur 10000 DM.Was glaubst Du,wieviel das jetzt geworden ist??
Ach,bevor ich´s vergesse,der liebe Freund hält über 30000 Stk von unserem Baby,allerdings dicke im Minus,da er nach den ersten 15000 zu 2,80 €,immer wieder nachgekauft hat.
Wir,mein Kumpel und ich,sind uns absolut einig,dass wir bis zum Schluss drinnen bleiben,so,oder so.

TW hat sich und uns keinen Gefallen getan, er hätte einfach irgend einen schnulli-pulli erzählen sollen und die ewig gestrigen wären zum Schweigen verdammt gewesen. So müsen wir uns das nun leider wohl noch ein paar Tage anhören.

President’s Letter to the shareholders

Sir,

Many of you have asked me as President of Rhombic Corporation to comment on the company’s current state of affairs since I took office in September 2000.

As you are aware, Rhombic’s value is based on the potential of various cutting- edge technologies that have been acquired over a number of years and for which the company has funded research of these technologies at a number of USA universities. Through my investigations, I have ascertained the current possibilities of each of these technologies, as well as initially identifying a specific course of action to bring one exciting hidden technology to commercialization in order to re-establish the company’s credibility and stock value. Until now, release of this information has been restricted in order to ensure that all intellectual property aspects have been fully investigated and protected.

So what is the exciting news?

Within the company’s diamond film doping process development program called “Forced Diffusion”, a discovery has been made that could possibly revolutionize the current fuel-cell industry. At this time, the US Department of Energy is working closely with industry partners to overcome critical technical barriers to automotive fuel cell development. These barriers include the development of low-cost, high-performance fuel-cell stack components and efficient, low-cost on-board fuel processing technology. As well as improved longevity, the size, weight, and cost of automotive fuel-cell components, must be reduced in order to make fuel-cell power systems competitive with internal combustion engines. The Fuel-cell process is still a young technology. Many technical and engineering challenges remain, with the biggest problem being that the fuel cells are too expensive. One key reason is that not enough is being made to allow economies of scale. As with the “Model T” Ford when it was introduced, it too, was very expensive, although eventually, mass production made the “Model T” affordable.

The potential of the Rhombic Fuel-Cell is to replace the metals and certain components such as the graphite with a diamond structure that will considerably reduce the weight, size and cost as well as improve the longevity of each fuel cell, and decrease the amount of precious metal catalyst that is required.

Therefore this technology has the promise to revolutionize the current fuel cell industry

Arthur D. Little, which is one of the world`s premier consulting firms, with offices and laboratories in more than 30 countries around the world performed a study on the fuel cell market.

According to their study, the current Fuel-Cell power systems market should exceed $3 billion worldwide by the end of this year. By increasing the systems market by one percent of the global vehicle market of 450,000 vehicles, sales should increase by a further $2 billion. Global demand for transportation fuel cells should reach $9 billion by 2007.


Currently in the USA 85% of all oil imports are consumed by passenger automobiles amounting to 6 million barrels of oil per day. If every new vehicle sold in the U.S. next year was equipped with a 60kw fuel cell, we would double the amount of the country`s available electricity supply. Furthermore, Fuel cells will dramatically reduce urban air pollution, decrease oil imports, reduce the trade deficit and produce American jobs. The U.S. Department of Energy projects that if 10% of automobiles nationwide were powered by fuel cells, regulated air pollutants would be cut by one million tons per year and 60 million tons of the greenhouse gas -carbon dioxide - would be eliminated. The Department of Energy projects that the same number of fuel cell cars would cut oil imports by 800,000 barrels a day -- about 13 %of total imports.

So what do we at Rhombic have to do to bring this to reality?

Currently we are completing the necessary and thorough investigations of the fuel cell industry and defining a specific development program of work in order to bring this technology to market as quickly as possible. Herein lies a unique opportunity for Rhombic to actively expand and develop Diamond technologies, which have been initially researched and established for a number of exciting commercial applications.

i the fabrication of semiconductor based devices.

ii development of n-type diamond semiconductors. Microscopic films of pure diamond equating to faster computers, tougher cutting tools and long lasting satellites.

iii development of Diamond Smart Particle Synthesis technology. The particles will be targeted towards commercial applications in sensor fabrication for chemicals, biochemical, transport and energy industry, catalysis, pollution control, printing, medical diagnostics drug delivery, compact power sources, photonics, computing and communications.

iv development of Diamond Fiber Flywheel technology for efficient energy storage.
Operates on the principal of using diamond layers instead of carbon filters to increase the power density of electro-mechanical energy storage for batteries used in automobiles or other storage systems.

V development and Testing of Prototype Excimer Lamp. The device consists of a solid-state microwave driven ultra violet light source and solid-state laser, which can be used for dry-cleaning and etching in the production of semi conductors.


Other Technologies:

1 The Rhombic Explorer, now named Magnesite and Magnesite Pro is an Internet browser developed in-house. The advantages of this product include automated and quick paced Web searching. In addition the search engine supports nested statements and Boolean logical operations, which will enable end users to construct search statements of large size and complexity while searching the Web.
Whilst agreements have been signed to jointly manufacture and distribute the product, delays have been encountered with the software program, resulting in an expected market launch in February 2001.

2 The Nuclide Battery. The battery produces energy from the breakdown of isotopes with the intended purpose to provide a generation of constant energy for both manned and unmanned space flights. Independent investigations of this battery have established that the current Rhombic approach using Krypton 85 presents a challenge. This noble gas that disperses readily can only be found as a byproduct of fission; nuclear power plants release the Krypton 85 into the atmosphere rather than trap it. Rhombic is currently in discussions to organize a consortium of end users, Krypton producers and space related foundations to fund this project.

3. Inertial Electrostatic Confinement “FusionStar”. A neutron generator device that was developed at the University of Illinois and licensed by Rhombic to Astrium (Daimler Chrysler Aerospace). In the early part of this year Astrium advised Rhombic that they intended to shelve the project at the end of this year as it was not part of their core business and also the current output of neutrons limited potential commercial applications for the technology. A consortium was formed with six interested parties, including Rhombic and Astrium to develop the technology to meet commercial opportunities requiring much higher neutron output. Funding for the project was to have been provided by a member of the consortium and as of today these funds have not been made available.
Discussions currently taking place with Astrium and the University of Illinois to determine the best course of action to take.

the second quarter of 2001, the Company had not performed any research and was evaluating its patents pertaining to diamond doping
and disperse composite material for application.

During the first two weeks of July 2001, the Company had approximate cash disbursements of $15,000 in officer consulting fees,
$5,500 in travel and office expenses and $7,500 in general counsel and auditor costs.

During the second quarter of 2001 extensive travel was incurred to meet with the inventors of the Company`s patents for Disperse
Composite Material in Russia. The meetings were favorable. Other meetings resulted in the Company pursing an exclusive licensing
arrangement to obtain diamond powder suitable for future development work.

In early July 2001, the Company terminated its investor relation representative and hired a scientific consultant to evaluate all of
the patents and patent applications of the Company for relevance to potential commercial applications. After receiving an evaluation
of the commercial viability of applications for its patents, the Company will establish budgets for development programs.

The Company is currently seeking to raise capital under financing arrangements with better terms than the debenture that has been
cancelled as a result of withdrawing the registration statement.

The Company does not have any employees and uses consultants for matters pertaining to coordinating technology development and

JA, ja es gibt noch einen thread, allerdings würde er sich sicher über eine Wiederbelebung freuen. Aber um Nuke ist es verdammt still geworden. Vielleicht ändert sich das ja in diesem Jahr. Wäre schön wenn meine Stücke ihren KP wieder sehen würden. Wenn ich was höre oder lese werde ich posten. Ansonsten auch Dir, wie allen anderen auch ein gutes Börsenjahr.

Die 5$ werden wir so bald nicht ( oder nie ) wieder sehen. Jedoch 50 cents sind diese Jahr noch drin.
Ich empfehle die Lektüre des letzten vierteljährlichen Berichts.
Dort ist zu lesen, daß der damalige CEO einen Zusammenschluß versuchte, nach dessen Scheitern er sich
aber verkrümelt hat. Nun wird wieder etwas versucht und dieses Mal stehen die Chancen besser.
Ich warte also auf den nächsten Bericht und auf den Einverständniserklärungszettel für die Anteilsinhaber.

Also wie gesagt-Beruhigungstee trinken, falls vor allem in den US in nächster Zeit immer noch welche ihre Stücke
zu noch niedrigeren Kursen abgeben, was sie aber bald bereuen sollten.

Nur die gute Ankündigung dort nimmt ( noch ) niemand war.

War gestern wirklich ein verhältnismäßig sehr hohes Volumen mit einer schönen 30% Steigerung. Ist da was im Busch?
Leider interessiert sich momentan bei uns keiner für die Aktie, aber es bedarf hier nur ein paar guten News, dann kann es schlagartig nach oben gehen.
Hoffen wir das beste!
