SAN MATEO, Calif., Feb 8, 2001 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Trintech (Nasdaq:TTPA) (Neuer Markt:TTP), a leading provider of secure electronic payment solutions, today announced that it has scheduled an analyst and investor conference call on Tuesday, Feb. 27, 2001, beginning at 7:30 a.m. Pacific Standard Time (15:30h GMT) to discuss fourth-quarter 2000 results and its 2000 year-end results.

These results are expected to be released before the opening of the market on Trintech’s Website at www.trintech.com after release to the wire services.

Trintech "Stop-Loss" bei 8,50 Euro

Seit einiger Zeit laufe die am neuen Markt notierte Trintech Group (WKN 925534) in ein Dreieck hinein, dass jetzt aufgelöst werden müsse, so die Analysten von „TradingResearch“.

Es deute dabei einiges auf einen Ausbruch nach oben hin. Aktuell verlaufe die obere Dreieckbegrenzung bei 9,30 Euro. Derzeit notiere der Wert lediglich 10 Cents unter der Marke. Die markttechnischen Indikatoren, wie DSS und MACD würden deutliche Einstiegssignale geben. Ebenfalls verlaufe der RAVI auf niedrigem Niveau seitwärts und werfe damit keine Anzeichen für einen weiteren Abwärtsdruck aus.

Wenn der Titel heute dennoch aus der Dreieckformation nach unten ausbreche, wäre das als negativ zu beurteilen und es sollte von einem neuerlichen Test der alten Tiefstände ausgegangen werden.

Gelinge der Aktie der Ausbruch, sei der Weg von Kursen von kurzfristig 12 Euro und mittelfristig 16 Euro frei, so dass hier noch einiges an Potential lauere. Es sollte auf jeden Fall ein Stop-Loss zur Verlustbegrenzung bei einem erfolgreichen Ausbruch bei 8,50 Euro gesetzt werden, so die Analysten.

come under recent pressure, due to a slowdown in discretionary technology
spending, we believe Trintech is well insulated due to its product and
geographic diversification and superior next - generation virtual
eCommerce solutions. We believe Trintech has already weathered one
economic storm in Europe and Asia and will fare equally well in the event

Trintech Q4 and full year for fiscal 2001

Trintech reports results to January 31 2001 on Tuesday February 27. The Q4 numbers should provide early indications as to how Trintech‘s new acquisition strategy is performing. We are forecasting another set of strong results, which should trigger a rebound in Trintech‘s share price.

We expect total revenue tobe $16m, a 77% increase y/y and 14% sequentially. We forecast that Q4 licensing revenue will reach $7.4m, up 112% y/y and 25% sequentially.For the bottom line we are forecasting a loss of 10.1m, corresponding to $0 17 (basic) per ADR.

We will be interested to hear Trintechs comments on progress with the four acquisitions completed since last September. Revenue contributions will be watched closely, along with any signs of emerging synergies between acquisitions and Trintechs organic business.

Clearly there will also be significant interest in any comments on the outlook At the Q3 conference call, Trintech guided revenue of between $93 and $lOOm for the coming year We believe Trintech can achieve $98.8m (99% y/y growth) in the coming year which makes its EV/sales multiple of Just 3 look attractive.

Danke Ines40, wie immer sehr gut Reserchiert. Trintech wird schon sein weg machen man muß nur etwas Geduld haben. Ich werde Trintech noch 3-4 Jahre halten. Ich denke da beginnt erst richtig die Story. Der Markt für T-commerce und M-commerce soll bis dahin explodieren. Und das geht nur mit Security in the Digital World.
