Ich habe euch das aus einem australischen Board mal reinkopiert(hotcopper.com.au)
"The principal features of the heads of agreement include the following:

1. Adelong is to pay $150,000 for the issue of 1 million fully paid ordinary shares in FreeISP.com.

This will give Adelong a 10% interest in the issued capital of FreeISP.com. This payment is subject to satisfactory completion
of due diligence by Adelong and its advisers and the parties then entering into an allotment agreement.

2. Adelong has the option, within 6 months, to pay $200,000 for the issue of a further 1,250,000 fully paid ordinary shares in
FreeISP.com which would give it a 20% interest in the expanded capital of the company.

3. When the first parcel of shares in FreeISP.com is allotted to it, Adelong is entitled to nominate a director to the board of
FreeISP.com.

4. In order to provide an opportunity for Adelong shareholders to participate directly in the proposed listing of FreeISP.com,
Adelong shareholders are to have a priority in relation to 30% of the shares in FreeISP.com to be offered to the public."

Point 3 states above that when the first parcel of shares is allotted to it, Adelong is entitled to nominate a Director to the board.

In my opinion Craig Manners is going to be the one who is a new Director of FreeISP? It is stated in tonights ASX release that
Craig Manners is concentrating on freeisp and esmart.

Also if you check out the FreeISP website http://www.freeisp.com.au it states in (join freeisp) that the website will be

LAUNCHED THIS MONDAY AFTERNOON(today).

This message was posted this morning.

Access to the site was not possible all weekend.

It looks to me that freeisp is ready to roll and that Craig Manners is postioning himself to pick up some more shares as a
director of freeisp, on top of the ones he already owned with Adelong.

The ASX query on 30/12/98 asked for top 20 shareholders as at 07/01/2000. Craig Manners held 4.435 million options
AEGOA. I wonder how many freeisp shares he will hold if he becomes a director of freeisp.

As chooch states, HSBC has been positioning themselves in Adelong for some time and at great expense. In my opinion
Adelong holds a controlling position in FREEISP and whoever gets theirs hands on it will be trying to emulate the return of the
FREEISP`s of Europe.

Who out there would like to have a freeisp?

What with surfing the web for hours a day and searching Hotcopper for posts that tickle your fancy. This all costs big dollars.

You only need some freeisp to get it right AND FOR FREE and you will turfing your old ISP for good.

Goconnects free web site will not be open until March. It seems freeisp will steel the limelight in the next few days.

Eine Korrektur! Es ist ein Press release vom 13.08.1999.
Das was ist gelesen habe passt mit in etwa mit dem was jetzt passiert. Damit meine ich zwar nicht dia aussetzung, aber ein neuer Direktor bei freeISP der vom Adelong bestimmt wird. Falls ich etwas falsch verstanden habe, lasse ich mich gerne korrigieren.

Ich sehe das ganze immer noch POSITIV!

Danke für die Korrektur! Sehe ich eigentlich auch sehr positiv! Zeigt, daß der Rücktritt auch deswegen vollzogen wurde!

hat mal bitte jemand Inofs zu Adelong ?? Im Conorsboard steht das die Notierung an der Aus. Börse aufgehoben wurde !!!!!!!!!!!

Na logisch ... merkt ihr das auch schon?
Die Aktie ist am 1.2.2000 vom Handel suspendiert worden. Und war diesmal nicht nur für 3 Tage ... Ihr könnt also zukünftig nachts wieder schlafen. Consors hat ja wohl den Euro-Kurs schon aus dem System rausgenommen ...
Übrigens: Warum lest Ihr nicht erst mal das Board, bevor Ihr den gleichen Irrsinn immer wieder neu postet?
