An Euch die Frage: Habe letzte Woche meinen DWSGold verkauft und halte nur noch 1/2 Position Coeur. Überlege, Coeur zu 1,40 nachzukaufen. Evtl. kaufe ich noch eine andere dazu. Welche findet Ihr gut und wie lange schätzt Ihr wird die momentane Korrektur etwa dauern?

ich denke die Korrektur wird noch 2 Wochen anhalten und frühestens bei einem Goldpreis von 312 US$ enden.
Habe heute einen herben Rückschlag erlitten und mich entschlossen fast alle Minen zu verkaufen.
Könnte mir vorstellen daß DROOY dem Tageschart nach zu urteilen noch sehr viel billiger wird.
(Vielleicht Korrektur bis 3,05 $)
Für mein Nervenkostüm geht die hohe Volatilität zur Zeit tendenziell in die falsche Richtung, deshalb mein Entschluß einen Teil der Minen zu verkaufen.

Ich finde es schon schwierig, das Ende einer Konsolidierung zu erkennen. Meist steigt man ja wieder viel zu früh ein!

An interview with a modern-day Nostradamus

A lot of people around the world have expressed interest lately in the Indian prophet/astrologer known as "Mahendra," who has been amazingly accurate in some of his predictions over the last several years.


Lately, he’s been traveling North America promoting his new book, but this week I finally got a chance to interview Mahendra (whose full name is Mahendra Sharma) from his home in Nairobi, Kenya. Here`s what he had to say:




DKV: Some refer to you as a modern-day Nostradamus. But as I understand it, Nostradamus would actually see visions in his mind. It appears that you are merely using astrology to make your predictions and do not "see" visions of any kind. Is this correct?


Mahendra: No, this is not correct. I do see visions and pictures when I close my eyes, then I compare them with my astrological calculations.

DKV: What kind of astrology do you use, Western astrology or the more traditional (and much older) Hindu Vedic astrology?


Mahendra: The basis of my astrology is Vedic astrology, but I have created my own theory and use my own unique methods. I`d like to emphasize that when I`m making my predictions, they don`t have anything to do with any personal feelings about anyone or anything. I just say what I see in my mind and what my astrology charts are telling me.

DKV: Why do you believe you are able to be more accurate in your predictions than other astrologers?


Mahendra: I believe it may be due to my own birth chart and the yoga combinations surrounding my time and place of birth. You might say I`m living out my destiny. I believe that my gold/silver predictions will give me popularity and fame which nobody has achieved until now, because there is some kind of "cosmic" connection between me and gold. I can`t explain it exactly.

DKV: You say you are expecting gold to reach "historic prices" either this year or next year. You also predicted gold will reach approximately $350/ounce by the end of this month (June 2002). But in order to reach "historic" prices, gold would have to soar beyond $850 per ounce. Can you tell us precisely when this will happen? Also, will gold hit $400 or more this year?


Mahendra: Yes, next year (2003) gold will reach historic heights. This year, I see gold prices reaching $380 to $400 U.S.

DKV: Wow! Four hundred dollar gold, eh? That`s a pretty impressive increase from its current level of about $325!


Mahendra: Yes, but that`s nothing compared to what I see for next year!

DKV: Will the price of gold remain above $400 per ounce for several years after it makes this huge move you`re predicting, or do you see it becoming "cheap" again after its big advance?


Mahendra: No. I don`t see any downturn in the near future in gold prices. I foresee some small monthly corrections on the way up, but gold prices will continuously move higher and higher and will remain strong for many years.

DKV: That`s amazing. What`s going to cause this big run-up?


Mahendra: I can`t give away all my secrets in this interview. You`ll have to buy my book -- even astrologers have to pay the rent!

DKV: That`s fair enough! There are some analysts (a fellow here in the U.S. named Ted Butler, for example) who are predicting that silver, being an industrial metal which actually gets consumed, could become, or already is, more scarce than gold. They say that silver, on a relative basis, could actually outperform gold and could surpass $50 or even $100 per ounce. Do you see this as a possibility, and can you give us any specific information on where you see the price of silver going this year and next?


Mahendra: I have already said in the past several months that within 7 to 9 years silver will touch $48 to $52 U.S. I see silver reaching about $12 U.S. by September next year.

DKV: What about this year? How high will silver go by the end of December?


Mahendra: I see it peaking this year somewhere between $6.80 and $7.50 U.S., which is at least 40% higher than its current level -- not a bad increase! Then, silver prices could nearly double again next year. As I just said, prices for silver will just keep going up for several years and should reach at least $48 per ounce U.S. It should be very exciting!

DKV: I don`t want to steal any thunder from your published book, but can you give us several examples of some major world events -- wars, disasters, financial calamities, etc. -- that you see occurring within the next 6-12 months?



Mahendra:


I foresee war in:


a) Middle East - Between 1st July and 27th August

b) India - Pakistan at around 14th July to 17th August

c) Iraq (between USA and Iraq) on 19th July

d) In addition, between 4th July and 18th August I see many accidents, terrorist attacks, disasters and/or plane crashes happening in many parts of the world.

DKV: Since the United States seems to be the world`s financial "engine," can you tell us specifically what you foresee for the U.S. economy and stock markets over the next year or two?


Mahendra: For the next two years I don`t see a good period for the U.S. stock market and "blue chip" companies, because I see about 75 major U.S. corporations being unable to repay their loans and debts. Very few major technology companies will survive.

DKV: I can understand how an astrologer can do a "chart" on a particular person, since a person has a name, a birth date, a birth time, and a birthplace. But how can you (or any other astrologer) possibly prepare astrological charts for things such as stock markets, precious metals, or even entire economies and governments? It all seems a little wacky from the Western, "scientific" perspective and we tend to be skeptical about these things. Can you tell us a little about this process?


Mahendra: I have my own method, but other astrologers do use incorporation dates for companies or independence dates for countries, yearly charts, and other various things.

DKV: Can you tell us where you see the U.S. dollar`s value going over the next year or two?


Mahendra: In both my books I have mentioned that the dollar will go down against the Euro, Yen and Pound beginning in February this year (2002). We`ve already begun to see that happen. I initially predicted this in my first book which was published last year. My new book gives lots of new details about many things to come. But just to give readers something to think about, I`m predicting that the Yen will touch 96-to-1 against the U.S. dollar, the Euro will achieve 1-to-1, and the British Pound will reach 1.63. The dollar might rise temporarily in September, but not for long.

DKV: You have predicted a major war in the middle east. When do you see this war erupting?


Mahendra: In the months of July and August I foresee a major middle east crisis.

DKV: Will the United States experience a Depression such as the one we had in the 1930s?


Mahendra: Economically, the U.S. will decline for the next 30 years. But it may be able to preserve its superpower status in this century if it can manage to control vast amounts of gold and oil.

DKV: A friend of mine who`s into such things wanted me to ask you about the possibility of extraterrestrial beings from other civilizations finally making clear, widely recognized and undisputed contact with the people of planet earth. Any chance this could happen soon?


Mahendra: No. I don`t see this happening.

DKV: Do you see any major surprises for the American president Bush and his administration?


Mahendra: Yes. President Bush`s tax plan will fail and his popularity will decline rapidly. Greenspan will be removed. And President Bush will not survive his first term.

DKV: Whoa! Wait a minute! Not so fast there! Are you predicting that President Bush will be removed from office or are you saying that he`ll die in office? If he`s going to die, how will that happen?


Mahendra: Sorry, but I`m not saying. Besides, this prediction doesn`t apply to this year, so I`d rather not go into details.

DKV: Do you foresee any new terrorist attacks in the U.S.? If so, when and where?


Mahendra: The months of July and August this year are not good for the USA. I see at least two plane crashes and one earthquake in this period as well, but I don`t want to go into details on terror attacks because I don`t want to start any panics. Besides, my predictions are not "set in stone" -- there are lots of factors involved, and I`m never 100% accurate.

DKV: How accurate are you?


Mahendra: I usually say about 90% or so.

DKV: Which gold and silver stocks do you think will outperform the rest?


Mahendra: No comment. But most legitimate gold and silver mining companies should do well in the strong bull market ahead.

Mahendra: No, not soon. But it will definitely lose its charm!

Gold Prices ::


After 8th July the gold prices will rise steadily. This will be a great period for the gold. This period will make a sound foundation for gold as the price will rise in future to a great extent. Those (funds, banks, countries etc) who will sell gold after 8th July will not be able to repurchase it as the prices will rise drastically after 17th of August. I have been waiting for this period for the past one year when real trade in gold will start and the world will witness growth in gold trade. According to the astrological chart, from 4th July 2002 gold will enter a 52 year cycle. As I had predicted earlier neither a political power nor wealth will be able to negativity the effect on the price of gold. The next two months witness a rise of gold by 12% from the current level of US$311 per ounce. However the gold prices will be pushed up to $360 per ounce for few days due to :


1) The threat of war in the Middle East in the period between 12th July 2002 and 28th August 2002.

2) The threat of the war between India and Pakistan during the same period

3) Further collapse of more business enterprises in the US.

4) The tension between Iraq - USA during the same period.

5) Natural disasters and many accidents.


At the end of February 2002, when the gold prices were at around $295, I predicted that for the next three months it would reach $350. Though my prediction was not 100% correct the gold price reached $330 per ounce.

I see prices moving up faster than the gold. According to the astrology chart I see a great boom for silver is around the corner. During the period 12th July 2002 to 28th August the price of silver will rise to $5.65 per ounce with a possibility that it may touch $6 mark.

Oil Prices ::


During the next two months oil prices will remain stable but I see an upward trend in oil prices from 19th July and may touch 2002 new high. During the period 12th July 2002 to 28August 2002, the prices of oil will rise but not to very high level. In spite of the uncertainties in the world, oil price will have sudden drop from higher level in month of August.

Currency ::


As I predicted three months ago the Euro touching 1 to 1dollar, it came very close to that. Now I see the value of the dollar taking an upward trend vis-a-vis the major world currencies from 5th July 2002. Once again Euro will go down to 0.94 against the US dollar. The Japanese yen will also go down to 126 against the US dollar but then suddenly the dollar will become weaker during end of August. The month of July and August 2002 are not good for trade in currency, as only few lucky people will make profit.

Stock Market ::


For the next two months starting from 4th July 2002, I see all major stock markets will rise. I recommend that this is a good period for short-term investment in the stock market. A major gain will be in European and American markets. As I predicted in my book shares in telecommunication companies will pick up after 27th July 2002. Positive news and results will start showing in the technology and telecommunication sector. My last two predictions for the Nasdaq market have not come true in the last two months. I was predicting because the planetary combination was changing. However this has now changed indicating a turnaround is coming any time after 4th July 2002.

In commodities only the coffee prices will rise from 27th July 2002 and other commodities will remain stable or may even drop.


Middle East ::


As I had predicted the period after 14th July 2002 I see the Middle East conflict being the main concern in the world because two worst combinations are starting from 14th July 2002. This is a big threat for the Middle East. I also see there would be a big threat of assassinations of key personalities around 18th July or 12th August 2002. If this period pass as smoothly according to me the world should sigh with relief because I see a lot of blood shed in the Middle East.

This period is not good for key personalities of the world. I see assassinations of a key figure in the world, which will bring uncertainty in Middle East. Two well-known figures might die during this period in accidents or suspicious circumstances. During this period key personalities (political or religious leaders) should watch their statements or speeches because their statement might bring war and they will be responsible for deaths of many innocents. Also during this period I see a conflict rising between Europe and USA on some issues (Iraq or Middle East) because of the conflict of leaders. An astrological chart also indicates that very strong allegations will be made against a well-known personality.

This will not be a good period for well-known Sports men and Hollywood Stars because I see one or two of them committing suicide.

• Gold Prices will rise (Jupiter is saying) »

As I predicted that in early 2002 we will see a rise in gold prices we are already seeing that.

According to the planetary position jupiter is saying gold prices will rise continually in the next three months.

In the mid year of 2001 I had mentioned in my interview with the SABC (South African Broad Casting) and many Radio & TV interviews that Gold prices will reach a historic high price in 2002/3. Also in my book (WORLD PROPHESIES) I have mentioned about the gold price rise and I have given many reasons for that as follows:

(a) Uncertainty in stock market which will make the common man lose faith in the stock shares.
(b) A big business house will collapse which example we are seeing in ENRON - many investors have shaken up.
(c) Middle East Crises.
(d) Counterfeit in the US dollar which is the heart currency for the world.

This above reasons will help the gold prices to shoot up. That is what Jupiter is saying.

From early March i.e. 1/3/2002. Jupiter is entering in the 12 degree which will give a boost to yellow valuable metal which is gold. In these three months gold prices can reach US $ 350.


Oil prices will rise

From 13th March 2002, I see the world oil prices rising again for 25 days and will touch US$25. Then after 20 days the prices will remain stable.

• Middle East crises will escalate »

Since 1991 I have been predicting about the Middle East crises. I have mentioned this at least 30 0r 40 times in different Newspapers and interviews. I always wanted to bring attention about Middle East crisis to the world and key leaders, but they have not been taking this seriously. Now again I want to give a vision to the Key world leaders that I see a very fatal problem coming ahead, so they should take this warning seriously. The reason why I say `key leaders` is because they are the people holding the future of billions of people in their hand and if they do make one mistake then millions of people will have to pay the price including children, women, old people, animals etc. If they do not try for peace, seriously, then a time come whereby life will be unbearable for most the people in the middle east.

This was one of the main reason for writing my book 2002 World prophesies and the only reason for creating this “Internet site” hoping that some key leaders will read this and will do something for peace.

My astrology is helping me to see the future and if I see anything negative then it is my duty to alert everybody and advice on how to deal with the worst.

Lastly let me say in few words that I see a lot of problems in the Middle East starting from 1st April 2002 going from worse to worst day by day for next three months and the 2002.

Many countries will get involved in this war and hate and enmity will increase in the communities, religions and civil society, this will give birth to problems in many countries.

I see a worst period for the key politicians and well known personalities in the world starting from 12th April 2002 - 13th June 2002. The Key people in the world (i.e. Politicians, Religious leaders etc) must be very careful about their security and health because I see there might be an attack on them from a terrorist group.

Most likely Palestinian leader Mr. Yasser Arafat, Pakistan Military Chief Mr. General Pervez Musharraf and Mr. Tony Blair Britain Prime Minister.....

This might bring uncertainty in the region.

As I have been predicting since last year, I foresee the value of the dollar going down against the EURO and the Japenese YEN, and in the last three months we have witnessed that. From today I see a short term up trend coming in the dollar, during the next 2 weeks dollar will gain against other major currency.

For gold and silver this week will bring an up trend, Friday the 19th of July 2002 is a very crucial day for both gold and silver, if friday without any damage on the gold and silver, then over the next 27 days there will be a major up trend that we shall see in gold and silver and they will touch a yearly new HIGH.

Today also sees the beginning of a bad 40 days, unfortunately before the end of this week we shall see a major crisis coming in the world, in the middle east, India & Pakistan and Iraq & USA.

Mahendra wird langsam wirklich unheimlich.

KEINE seiner Prognosen (bis auf die Nasdaq-P.) hat sich als unwahr herausgestellt.

Wenn es aber heißt: "bad times for gold and silver will be over..." (für den 4.7.), was heißt das schon? Ein Stagnieren des Preises erfüllt die Prophezeiung ja auch schon.

das stand die ganze Zeit schon drin. Ich finde es ganz ganz interessant was er schreibt, würde ihm aber nicht bedingungslos in meinen Investmententscheidungen folgen.

Ich weiß nicht über welche Fähigkeiten er im einzelnen verfügt, als Zufall würde ich es nicht mehr abqualifizieren.

Zu Mahendra:
Seine Vorhersagen sind rein astrologisch begründet.

Sonne, Jupiter und Merkur stehen aktuell eng zusammen, in Konjunktion sozusagen.
Sonne und Merkur schicken sich an nächste Woche in das Sonnenzeichen Löwe zu wechseln. Und Jupiter folgt am 1.8.

Zugegeben!, das war schon gut von Mahendra dies in Hinblick auf einen entscheidenden Tag zu deuten.

Mars das Prinzip Aktivität
Merkur = Denken und Handeln

Der gestrige Anstieg hat mich überrascht, hatte erst die nächste und besonders die übernächste Woche auf der Rechnung. Und denke dabei mehr an Gold, weniger an Silber.

Ob es nur einen Mondzyklus dauert, wie Mahendra annimmt ??

Sorry wegen dieser für manche ermüdendenden astrologischen Erklärungen, wollte nur aufzeigen, dass Mahendra nur mit "astrologischen Wasser" kocht.
Symbolwissen bzw. Entsprechungswissen der Planeten und Zeichen, diese kombinieren und schon hat man die Vorhersage, welche aber nie 100%ig ist.

Jeder Börsenastrologe sollte sowas locker aus dem Ärmel schütteln können.

Für mich ist Astrologie nur ein früheres Hobby, welches sich aber seit geraumer Zeit auszahlt.

Beim Gold hat er ja wohl Trouble gesehen und gemeint, wenn der Freitag vorbei ist ,dann wäre es geschafft, gut kann man sagen, kam eben etwas später.

MAHAYAGNA FOR GOLD

I am doing "MAHAYAGNA" for gold and silver (white and yellow metals) on 4th August 2002 or I might do it on 8th August (I will announce the date if there is any changes), great combinations I say (PUSYAGAJKESHRI YOGA). All those interested in attending MAHAYAGNA are most welcomed in Nairobi.

I am not doing this because gold and silver prices are going down. I have already decided ten days ago. I cannot change my predictions because I saw GREAT RISE for gold and silver one year back after doing a detailed astrological research on gold. I saw a great up trend coming for gold, not for one month or year only but as I said for fifty-two years (52yrs). During this period small down turn will always come but the overall GOLD will higher and higher from US$ 400 to 1800 and above.

As I predicted last week on 15th July 2002 that 19th July 2002 was very important for both gold and silver, if they closed higher (as we know they did) then a rise in prices is coming for 27 days. Yesterday on 23rd July 2002 we saw a drastic fall in gold and silver prices this is because currently Mass is in a very negative position for 20 days. In my book in gold section on page 39 last paragraph says "July 19 to July 25 2002, prices of GOLD will remain uncertain"

As I predicted about Blue chip companies in USA and the World Stock Market falling this is already happening (in stock market section on page 36 says July 13 to September 8 2002 USA will experience political and economic instability, Financial market will remain very uncertain). Also as I predicted last week, the dollar is picking. I would like to clarify that in future if the World Stock Market and the Dollar rises it will not have any negative impact in gold and silver. Currently there is great manipulations taking place in the world to bring down the prices of GOLD but they will not succeed.

I am requesting to fast for six (6) hours on 4th of August (you can have water, tea and juices but no food) and on 4th August you can buy physical gold or gold stocks as a token for good luck.

GOLD-MAJOR UPTREND IN 24 HRS OR 5 DAYS

Still wait for a few more days for confirmation of the MAHAYAGNA for gold. I am doing this MAHAYAGNA to protect gold from any type of evil. According to me gold is the sixth powerful element after five other elements we have in the world. I want gold to rule this century because that is what I saw.

From today, 26th July 2002 gold will start moving up from the current level. A rebirth cycle is starting for gold from today and on 4th August it will turn into an achievement cycle.

In my book on page forty (40) the first paragraph I have stated that from 26th July hold position in gold because it will move higher and higher.

Just I am reconfirming about MAHAYAGNA (to protect gold/silver) for gold on 4th August 2002. I will do one more. So again I am requesting to fast on 4th August for 6 Hrs.
Today is another Tuesday, last Tuesday we had a major crash in Gold as well as Silver prices. As I predicted last week Friday on 26th July that we are right on the corner for major up trend in Gold as well as silver prices.

Ich habe noch niemals einen Schuhverkäufer gesehen, der für das Barfußlaufen plädiert hätte, noch niemals einen Immobilienmakler, der nicht die Immobilienpreise sich erholen gesehen hätte – warum sollte es also bei den Goldgurus anders sein? Zwanzig Jahre haben sie sich wegen fallender und stagnierender Preise regelrecht verkriechen müssen, doch jetzt wittern sie wieder Morgenluft. Und liest man einmal aufmerksam ihre Postillen durch, dann fühlt man sich durchaus an ein Missionarsblättchen erinnert: Der Herr wird kommen - das Gold wird weiter steigen. Doch warum eigentlich?

"Wenn der Hahn kräht auf dem Mist, dann ändert sich das Wetter oder nicht." Das ist ein mittlerweile schon einige Berühmtheit erlangendes Beispiel, echte von unechten Theorien zu unterscheiden. Jede echte Theorie kann richtig oder falsch sein, doch um diese Eigenschaft zu haben, muss sie mindestens eine beobachtbare Tatsache ausschließen. Das heißt: Sie muss an der Wirklichkeit scheitern können. Sie muss falsifizierbar sein.

Beispiel: "Wenn die Wirtschaft sich wieder erholt, dann steigen die Aktien. Wenn nicht, dann fallen sie." Das ist eine echte Theorie, die richtig oder falsch sein kann, die jedoch, da sie an der Wirklichkeit scheitern kann, auch etwas über eben diese Wirklichkeit aussagt.

Betrachten wir nun einmal die Argumentationen ums Gold, dann lesen wir meistens in etwa Folgendes: "Gerade in den USA wird die gegenwärtige Wirtschaftskrise durch sehr expansive Maßnahmen bekämpft. Daraus können inflationäre Impulse erwachsen, die das Gold ansteigen lassen werden. Gelingt es hingegen nicht, die Krise erfolgreich abzuwenden, dann wird dies dem Gold auch helfen, da es nun der Sicherheitsaspekt (Stichwort: Systemkrise) ist, der die Goldnachfrage treibt."

Dies ist nun freilich keine Theorie mehr, sondern vielmehr ein Katechismus. Hier wird nichts mehr ausgeschlossen, weshalb es hier auch nicht mehr um die Wirklichkeit gehen kann. Denn hier hat sich anstelle einer falsifizierbaren Bedingung eine All-Aussage hereingeschlichen, nach der in jedem Fall etwas Schlimmes passieren wird. Das ist jedoch eine pure Behauptung, vor allem eine Behauptung interessierter Kreise, die – genau wie der Schuhverkäufer, der Immobilienmakler und der Missionar – letztlich selbst an dem von ihm ausgerufenen Szenario profitiert.

Wer aufgrund derartiger Gebetsmühlen sich jetzt für den Goldkauf entscheidet, ist selbst schuld. Etwas ganz anderes wäre es hingegen, eine eigene Theorie aufzustellen. Beispiel: "Gold ist ein guter Schutz gegen Inflation, lässt jedoch in einem deflationären Umfeld wenig Zuwachs erhoffen." Doch wie mühsam, denn dann müssen wir sofort weiter spekulieren: Werden also in Zukunft die Warenpreise eher steigen oder eher fallen? Welche Rolle spielt hierbei der Ölpreis? Und was ist, wenn die USA nun tatsächlich doch in den Irak einmarschieren?

Jetzt habe ich den Thread nach vorne geholt,
daß man den vom 24.02.03 sehen kann.

dann wird der nächste wohl bald kommen. Hab mich mit seinen Voraussagungen und Meinungen ein wenig auseinander gesetzt und finde es doch sehr aufschlussreich...scheint ein guter Indikator zu sein, im Gegensatz zu vielen Anal(y)sten in letzter Zeit....

Naja, hab etwas Gold hauptsächlich in Form von Gold- und Silbermünzen (Münzensammler) aber hauptsächlich in OS Gold,Silber und etwas in Oel. Daneben einige meiner Meinung nach stark unterbewertete Aktien, z.B. Plaut, Magna Pacific, Trans Energy (öl-service USA;kleine Chanceposition) die sich in dieser Zeit gut halten und diverse OS, ständig wechselnd, z.B UBS,Roche, CS, Philips, Cisco und Aegon (Ahold lässt grüssen) auf Aktien für das kurzfristige Trading, um meinen Lebensunterhalt zu verdienen.
Ein stressiges Geschäft, mehr schlecht als recht ...aber ich wollte es so.

Außerdem Gold und Silber physisch.
Sehe das Ganze aber langfristig.
Optionscheine sind mir im Augenblick zu heiß
