Steigende Kuse bei PVT, wat is dat denn???? Gibt es Neuigkeiten???? Der harte Horizontalwiderstand bei 58€ genommen, aber keine Umsätze!!! Hmmmmm ?????????

Hat sich momentan bei 60€ festgesetzt und damit oberhalb des massiven Horizontalwiderstandes von 58€, aber was sagt schon ein Chart bei diesen Miniumsätzen?

Aus der chechischen Firma ist jetzt eine polnische Firma geworden. In jedem anderen zivilisierten Land hätte es ein Pflichtangebot an die Kleinaktionäre geben müssen.

Poland: Prokom Software buys Czech IT firm PVT for USD 58 mln


Warsaw (Bluebull) - Prokom Software was picked along with two financial partners to buy 96.52% of Czech system integrator PVT for USD 58 million.

Business strategy and price were the main factors behind the choice of the Prokom-led group. . The sellers are the Czech state bailout agency Ceska Konsolidacni Agentura (CKA), 1.N Restitucni Fond (20%) and Tarpa Securities (18.55%), among others.

Prokom and Czech-Slovak financial group J&T and Middle Europe Investments will now await regulatory permission from the Czech cabinet and the country`s anti-trust agency UOHS. mp

Czech Republic: Owners of PVT to split firm and sell part



Prague (Bluebull)- PVT was set up in 1991 as Podnik vypocetni techniky (PVT). Last month The Prokom Software/J & T/ Middle Europe Investment group bought 96.5% of PVT, the Czech systems integrator, for CZK 1.6bn. The group plan to divide PVT to parts.

The main business should be operated by Polish biggest system integrator Prokom Software. 40 properties, with value of CZK 900 mln, would be allocated between other partners of the group along with CZK 680 mln that would be generated from the PVT´s reserves.

Prokom Software says that the takeover would be beneficial for both firms as they have a similar line of business. Owners believe that restructuring of PVT could be finished in six months./em

Czech Republic: PVT no dividends pay out



Prague (Bluebull) - At the annual meeting shareholders of PVT have approved no dividends pay out. From the last year´s profit of CZK 11.9 ml, CZK 8.5 ml was allocated in to social fund and undistributed profit was retained at CZK 3.5 ml. General management did not make any changes in personnel management.

The firm PVT, that is important systems integrator in the communication and information technology, recorded CZK 126ml fall in profits to CZK 11.9 ml. Sales from 2001 dropped CZK 3.2 bn to last year´s CZK 1.9 bn. The main reason for such decrease is the sell off of the firm´s unit at the end of 2001 and the prepared sale of majority concern to current shareholders.

Top management of the firm is anticipating growth of sales by 13% to CZK 2.1bn. The expectation is based on the present projects and deals. Higher sales should then by reflected in the growth of profit to CZK 52.7 ml.

The majority concern of 96.5% in PVT bought polish company Prokom Software together with investors J&T and Middle Europe Investment for CZK 1.6bn in May this year. The new owners want to more develop systems integration and current services in the long run. From this year the firm promises more effective allocation of the resources and increase in the volume of service-sales and extension in the zone of systems integration./em

Oh, habe grad erst gesehen, das der Threat hier wiederbelebt wurde.

Ich hab von den Teilen auch noch ein paar im Depot und weiss nicht, was ich von den ganzen Vorgängen halten soll.

Sei froh, daß Du das Abfindungsangebot nicht angenommen hast. Die Gebühren waren eine Frechheit!!! Verkauf über die Börse, dann bekommst Du selbst bei 54 Euro mehr raus.
