COSL ("the Group") is the leading oilfield services provider in the offshore China market, which offers integrated oilfield services covering each phase of exploration, development and production of offshore oil and natural gas. The Group`s operations are divided into 4 core segments, namely (i) drilling services; (ii) well services including logging and downhole services; (iii) marine support and transportation services; and (iv) geophysical services including offshore seismic data collection, marine geotech surveying and data processing. These 4 business segments accounted for 39.0%, 24.7%, 22.1% and 14.2% of the Group`s total turnover respectively for the FYE 12/2002.
By the end of 2002, the Group owned and operated a fleet of 12 drilling rigs (including 9 jackups and 3 semi-submersibles), 54 offshore support vessels and 6 oil tankers, which is the largest and most diverse fleet of rigs and marine support vessels offshore China. During the year, the Group has successfully developed the 2002 Surface Acquisition System, which can greatly reduce the risk of wasting the resources as a result of imprecision and dramatically lower the overall operating costs. As disclosed in the Annual Report 2002, marine support and transportation business segment is expected to be a major contributor and driver for the Group`s business growth. In the coming year, the Group plans to further expand its fleet for its marine support and transportation segment by purchasing 7 new vessels, making its fleet to a total of 67 vessels.

Bin hier mal im Januar 2005 zu 0,22 E eingestiegen. Gibt`s zu dieser Firma neue Infos ?
