Bin doch glatt am überlegen, ob man da nicht nochmal nachlegen sollte. Allerdings in Hinblick auf die Entwicklung beim W-LAN, mit etwas vorsicht zu geniessen. Aber wer hat schon immer ein Laptop dabei. Und solange es noch nicht das PDA-Laptop-Smartphone gibt werden sich doch genug finden lassen, die dass toll finden.



Und wer die Nase noch nicht voll hat, sollte sich mal NuTech Digital, Inc. (otcbb: NTDL) anschauen. Vor allem die Demo, die da zur Verfügung steht. Auch nicht von schlechten Eltern. Braucht man aber den Media Player 9.0.

immer Sachte. Habe Dir doch gesagt, sollst erstmal einen Teil wieder raushauen, siehe #5 und #7. Das war doch erstmal Gambling, Stufe 1. Solche Geschichten sind immer sehr riskant. Bei Flaute dann ein paar wieder dazu, aber immer vorsichtig.

Dat Problem bei denen ist, dass bis dato keiner so genau weiß, ob Ihr Geschäftsmodell auch funktioniert. Die ganzen Genehmigungen, so muss man es wohl nennen, Ihren Service da oder dort anzubieten, heißt ja noch nicht zwangsläufig dass das auch genutzt wird. Die Ex. Firma CinemaElectric gibt es wohl seit 1999, um und bei, d.h. zumindest die Entwicklung sollte erledigt sein. Durch die Verzögerung des G3 bzw. UMTS Standards war da bis dato wohl nicht viel zu holen. Da aber auch der G2 nun auf MMS Basis läuft, sieht es wieder anders aus, muss man mal sehen.

Rechne auch damit, dass da noch einiges an Teilen auf den Markt geworfen wird, um Cash zu generieren, davon dürfte nicht alzu viel vorhanden sein. Also aufpassen !!!! Nicht gleich soviel Knete hier reinhauen, da läuft nix weg im Moment.


Interessant wird die Sache dadurch, dass Sie anscheinend die Rechte an diversen Hollywood Geschichten haben. Da es soetwas bis dato noch nicht gegeben hat, kann man auch keinerlei Prognose stellen. Man muss einfach abwarten und sehen, ob die Anwender, dürften wohl in der Regel Kids und Jugentliche sein, dass auch nutzen. Erfahrungswerte gibt es hier nur bedingt, da MMS noch zu Neu.


Dementsprechend gibt es auch nur schwammige Prognosen, die völlig daneben liegen könnten, sowohl in der einen als auch der anderen Richtung. Ob Sie den angepeilten Teil vom Kuchen abbekommen, muss man einfach mal sehen. Erstmal schauen ob Sie den Plan für 2004 auch so umsetzen können.

Das ist auch bei etwaigen Umsatzmeldungen mal zu bedenken, da ja wohl die Kostenseite mitgestiegen sein dürfte. Kurs im Keller, genau richtig um mal einen Blick zu riskieren.

Und d.h. Teile, Teile, Teile. Ziemlich riski, aber kleine Position ist ok. und dann mal abwarten, wie die Finanzierung aussieht.



Patriot / Intel

Wird viel geschrieben und eine Menge gemunkelt. Habe mir letzte Woche mal ein paar für 0.10$ reingelegt, the Trend is my friend.

Man sollte sich aber erstmal das Patent reinziehen, um dass es hier geht :

The claims primarily revolve around a patent titled "High Performance Microprocessor Having Variable Speed System Clock," no. 5,809,336 in the U.S. Patent and Trademark

The patent application was filed in June 1995, and itself grew out of a patent application from August 1989. The U.S. patent office granted the patent in September 1998.


Desweiteren wurde Intel anscheinend bewusst nicht verklagt, sondern Sony, Matsushita, Fujitsu, Toshiba und NEC, geschickt gemacht, logo wollte man Intel treffen aber eben nicht direkt. Intel hat aber von seiner Seite aus eine Gegenklage eingereicht (einreichen müssen) um seine Kunden zu schützen.

Als Fakt bleibt im Moment erstmal das Intel seine komplette Prozessoren Produktpalette umbenennt, ob dieses im Zusammenhang mit der Klage steht oder nicht, kann ich nicht beurteilen. Nicht zu vergessen, dass Intel und AMD Intergraph gerade mehrere Milliönchen in einer ähnlichen Geschichte gezahlt haben und diese Klage war von 1997. Die Frage, die man sich natürlich wie so oft stellt ist, warum klagen die erst jetzt ? Wollte Intel sowieso umstellen oder gutes Timing ?

Anzumerken bleibt, das Patriot selber nie aus der Hüfte gekommen ist. Vielleicht ist es auch nur die Flucht nach vorne. Nur, so eine Schlacht fängt man nicht mal ebenso an, dass wäre Selbstmord. Also liegt hier eine ganz klare Strategie vor, nicht umsonst hat man Intel zu Anfang rausgehalten und ist auf einige Kunden losgegangen.

Folgende Punkte dürften wohl entscheidend sein :

- einfach, alle sind sich einig und Zahlen im Vergleich eine Summe X an Patriot. Kaum Vorstellbar.

- schwierig, Prozess der sich über Jahre hinziehen könnte, wahrscheinlich.

Um festzustellen ob die Klage überhaupt zugelassen wird, muss erstmal bei der Anhörung eine formelle Zusage des Richters her. Dieser wird es aber auf Grund der schwierigen Lage wahrscheinlich nicht beurteilen können, und wird mit der Klärung einen Sachverständigen beauftragen. Und dass dauert.

D.h. wenn die Großen es auf einen langwierigen Prozess ankommen lassen, dann wird die Sache für Patriot eventuell zum Überlebenskampf, alleine von der Zeitdauer her. Das kann über mehrere Jährchen gehen. Bei Intergraph hat es 7 Jahre gedauert. Also mal ein paar Teilchen reinlegen kann nicht schaden und dann braucht man Zeit, viel Zeit.

Den technischen Aspekt des Patentes muss ich mir mal in einer ruhigen Stunde durchlesen.

Ist alles Gambling, keine Frage, aber bei vielen anderen läuft ja nun auch nicht gerade umwerfend viel. Jetzt könnte man mal wieder darüber nachdenken ein paar Taler zu investieren, wenn alles so schön am Boden liegt. Mit Sicherheit bleiben einige auf der Strecke, so ist es eben.

Vielleicht gehts auch noch weiter Richtung Süden, scheint im Moment die bevorzugte Richtung zu sein. Schaun wir mal.

ja, ist bei einigen Früheinsteigern dumm gelaufen...Ich hatte zwischenzeitlich Kontakt zur IR-Tante von denen und eine längere E-Mail vom CEO Robinson bekommen. Er hatte da angekündigt, dass dieser Audit-Mist bald vom Tisch ist und man sich zwischenzeitlich mit Meldungen zurückgehalten habe, jedoch weitere Partner in Europa gefunden wurden. V.a. versicherte er mir nochmals (steht ja auch im Business Plan), dass es Umsätze in Europa gibt und man nach Vorliegen der 10k und 10q entsprechendes konkret melden würde (inkl. Ausblick).

Bei 5 Cent ist CINM gerade mal mit 1,7 Mio USD bewertet....

Na, ich schaue mal, find die Branche hochinteressant und UMTS und iMode sind in wenigen Jahren state of the art; schätze nur, dass die Preise noch nachgeben werden und mehr über die Masse Geschäft gemacht wird.

Ich bleibe jetzt auf jeden Fall drin und rechne dieses Jahr noch mit Kursen von 1 US$ bzw. bald nachdem die Reports kommen.

Zur Zeit nur Spielgeld verfügbar, da zu fast 70% in einem Wert drin. Muss mir das mit Cinema nochmal ansehen. Hauptsache die haben das jetzt alles im Griff. Hätte gegen eine ähnliche Performance wie bei FoneFriend nix einzuwenden.


Apropos UMTS, schaue doch mal in dem OTC Bereich bei Artifical Life rein. Lange Geschichte, war eigentlich auch schon mehr als mausetod. Aber was er da jetzt gemacht hat, gefällt mir ganz gut. Und ich könnte mir denken es gibt genügend die das auch nutzen.

Die beiden Meldungen von Mitte September sind ja leider wirkungslos verpufft, vermutlich weil immer noch keine neuen Audits vorliegen. Ich habe noch ein paar (viel zu wenig) Aktien unter 10 Cent nachgelegt und bin jetzt bei 7 Cent Schnitt. Trotz Handel bei 5,5 und 6 Cent habe ich keine zu 7 Cent bekommen ?!
