danke,nur gut wenn manviel luft um kk hat.schon merkwürdig,daß der kurs in den usa wieder so angezogen hat. 
Das wird wohl der Satz in der PR vom Montag sein, auf den alle reingefallen sind, und der wahrscheinlich mit Absicht so formuliert wurde:
"and received FDA recognition for its ability to detect cancer cells. The product development and subsequent approval provided early proof of concept for its technology. "
FDA und approval in einem Satz aber eben nicht als FDA-Approval.
Biocurex hat angeblich angekündigt, heute noch Stellung zu beziehen.

2.) wir haben ueeberhaupt keine information, warum und aufgrund von welche meldungen oder nachrichten der kurs so gestiegen ist. oder hat jemand eine information auf deutsch ? ich meine die entsprechende mitteilungen, die den kursanstieg verursacht haben ?
3.) wieso wurde der kurs ploetzlich ausgesetzt und wiso ist von tiefpunkt dann langsam auf 1,92 gestiegen. ?
4.) was passiert, wenn die mitteilungen icht korrekt waren ? Faellt der kurs ins bodenlose

WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)--The Securities and Exchange Commission said Thursday it temporarily halted trading in shares of BioCurex Inc. (BOCX) because questions have arisen about the accuracy of the company`s public statements.
The trading suspension will last until April 23, the agency said.
According to the SEC, it is concerned about statements BioCurex has made about a study confirming the effectiveness of its primary product and the approval of a product by the Food and Drug Administration.
On Monday, the company issued a press release saying its blood test product, known as Serum-RECAF, is able to detect lung cancer 90% of the time with about 95% accuracy.
"The findings further substantiate the use of RECAF(TM) as a universal cancer marker with a potential market size of $2 billion per year for all cancers," the company said.
Officials at the company`s Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif., office were not immediately available to comment, but a person answering the phone said the company was aware of the SEC`s action.
According to company press releases, BioCurex is a biotechnology firm that is developing products based on proprietary technology in the areas of cancer diagnosis, tumor imaging and therapeutics.

Die Aktie bleibt zunächst ausgesetzt, die SEC wird nicht so schnell reagieren, sie hat sich ja selbst ein Limit bis zum 22.4. gesetzt !
Aber die Chancen auf einen Absturz ins Bodenlose sind wieder etwas gesunken.
