Nach unserer Meinung bedeutet diese Expansion einen Meilenstein in der Unternehmensentwicklung, wovon auch der Aktienkurs in erheblichem Maße profitieren sollte. Interessant ist dabei aus charttechnischer Sicht die momentane Flaggenformation, die sich während der letzten Wochen im Zuge einer Konsolidierung in einem starken Trend gebildet hat und aus der der Kurs bereits ansatzweise nach oben und damit in Richtung des vorherrschenden Trends ausgebrochen ist. Auffallend sind hierbei auch die idealtypisch fallenden Handelsumsätze während der Bildung dieser Flagge. Dennoch fragen sich sicherlich viele, wieso wir die Aktie gerade jetzt noch einmal aufgreifen? - Ganz einfach, dafür sehen wir gute Gründe:

Die fundamentale Situation hat sich gerade in den letzten Wochen drastisch verbessert. Schauen Sie sich nur einmal die jüngste Entwicklung an:

Ende November 2004 gab das Unternehmen bekannt, dass sich die täglichen Umsatzzahlen bei der Tochtergesellschaft Wholesalebyus, LLC so weit verbessert haben, dass die Umsatzerwartung für den Dezember um sage und schreibe 100% von 150.000 auf 300.000 USD nach oben korrigiert wurde. Bereits im November hatten wir das Szenario, dass die Umsatzzahlen mehrmals nach oben korrigiert wurden. Ebenso geschehen bei den Zahlen für das vierte Quartal, in dem die sales projections von 250.000 auf 500.000 USD und damit auch um 100% angehoben wurden. Für 2005 erwartet SoftNet sogar Umsätze im Bereich von 3.000.000 USD.

Und auf diese Weise scheint es nun weiter zu gehen. Denn genau diese Umsatzerwartungen für das Jahr 2005 wurden bereits wenige Tage später, nämlich am 30. November 2004, nach oben korrigiert. Aufgrund des enormen Wachstums geht SoftNet nun davon aus, dass Wholesalebyus im Jahr 2005 6.000.000 USD erzielen kann. Ein Wachstumstempo, das seines Gleichen sucht. Umso erstaunlicher wenn man bedenkt, dass in den ursprünglichen Erwartungen bereits Umsätze, die durch eine Expansion nach Europa generiert werden, mit eingerechnet wurden. Nun geht das Management von SoftNet allerdings davon aus, dass die um 100% nach oben korrigierte Umsatzerwartung allein in Nordamerika erzielt werden könne.

Und genau das ist der entscheidende Punkt und der Grund dafür, dass wir die Aktie von SoftNet auf dem aktuellen Kursniveau von 0,155 USD als klaren Kauf einstufen.

Denn dies ist der Stand von Anfang Dezember 2004 und seitdem überschlug sich die Entwicklung bei SoftNet. Nicht nur, dass das Produktangebot ständig erhöht wurde und der Vertrieb auf Yahoo.com ausgeweitet wurde, was nach Unternehmensangaben in Q1 2005 zu einem deutlich höheren Umsatz und Bruttogewinn führen sollte als bisher angenommen, auch die Belegschaft von Wholesalebyus wurde verdoppelt. Und das aus gutem Grund, denn die Expansion auf den europäischen Markt steht unmittelbar bevor. Und genau darin liegt nach unserer Einschätzung das enorme Wachstumspotenzial für dieses Jahr begründet.

Bei unseren bisherigen Empfehlungen für STTC, die sich als wahre Volltreffer entpuppten, haben wir das enorme Potenzial, das sich aus der Expansion auf den europäischen Markt ergibt noch kaum berücksichtigt, da diese Pläne noch nicht konkret genug waren. Dies hat sich nun aber entscheidend geändert:

Anfang dieser Woche gab SoftNet die Expansion von Wholesalebyus (WBU) auf den europäischen Markt bekannt und steht kurz vor dem Abschluss einer Vereinbarung mit einem der größten Express Paketdienste zur Lieferung der Produkte aus den USA nach Europa. Das erst kürzlich von WBU neu angestellte Personal arbeitet daran, die verschiedenen Produkte, die in den USA bereits zum Verkauf angeboten werden auch in den europäischen Ländern unter den entsprechenden Internet-URLs der jeweiligen Länder anzubieten. Der tatsächliche Verkaufsstart wird für die nächsten Wochen erwartet. Nach unserer Einschätzung ein idealer Einstiegszeitpunkt, denn mit diesem Meilenstein in der Unternehmensentwicklung dürfte auch das momentane Kursniveau schon bald der Vergangenheit angehören.

Bedenken Sie zudem, dass wir bisher nur von einer Tochtergesellschaft, nämlich Wholesalebyus gesprochen haben. Nicht minder spannend ist allerdings die Entwicklung von Solutions Technology, der zweiten Tochter von SoftNet, die mit ihren biometrischen Systemen zwar noch nicht die Umsatzzahlen und das Wachstum von Wholesalebyus aufweist, langfristig gesehen nach unserer Einschätzung aber in einem noch lukrativeren Markt tätig ist und somit über noch größeres Potenzial verfügt. Besonders hinsichtlich des SecureTime Biometric System zeigt sich SoftNet äußerst zuversichtlich und rechnet damit, dass die Verkaufszahlen 2005 merklich zulegen. Die Zeichen stehen auf Grün, nachdem auch bei Solutions Technology in Vorbereitung auf eine bevorstehende Expansion neue Mitarbeiter eingestellt wurden und eine umfangreiche Medienkampagne, die die Aufmerksamkeit sowohl der Geschäftswelt als auch der breiten Öffentlichkeit auf die beiden Tochtergesellschaften, deren Produkte und Services lenken soll, in Auftrag gegeben wurde.

Sollte auch in diesem Bereich auf absehbare Zeit der Durchbruch gelingen, dürfte das neue Kursziel von 0,40 USD schon bald der Vergangenheit angehören. Davon scheint auch James M. Farinella, CEO und Präsident von SoftNet Technology, absolut überzeugt zu sein und kaufte bis zu einem Kurs von 0,167 USD und damit über dem aktuellen Kurs weitere STTC-Aktien am freien Markt. Bernardsville, NJ, January 18, 2004 – SoftNet Technology (OTCBB Symbol: STTC) (German WKN#: A0B7RZ) announced today that WholesaleByUs (WBU) expanded product Distribution to Froogle.com and Overstock.com. Froogle.com is operated and run by Google.com. Overstock.com is another auction site similar to EBay.com.

Overstock.com is an auction site that is expanding its presence on the Internet at an extremely fast rate. Overstock was chosen because it currently provides for the ability of WBU to expand and maximize profitability. However, WBU will remain as a seller through the EBay.com Portal. The recent price increases announced by EBay.com will have a minimal to no effect to the profitability of WBU due to the advanced technology and selling procedures that WBU applies.

WBU will be selling through the Froogle.com portal here in the United States and in the United Kingdom. Froogle.com will redirect all searches for products listed through the froogle.com search engine to the WBU website. WBU applied for the right to sell through Froogle.com more than two weeks ago. On Thursday of last week, the CEO purchased an additional 38,300 shares as high as $.22 a share. He has now purchased about 100,000 shares in the month of January.
BizRate.com has developed one of the most powerful shopping search engines known as shopzilla. This shopping search engine directs buyers to a list of vendors and products that a consumer is looking for. Then the consumer makes his/her purchase directly from a vendor`s shopping site. BizRate makes money by charging for each click through to the vendor`s shopping site. WBU has experienced a very high amount of traffic in just the few days that WBU has been listing through BizRate.

Sales in the past week have begun to expand at an accelerated rate. It has been about 30 days since the aggressive expansion to new portals began in late December 2004. It normally takes 30 to 45 days to see a jump in sales after certain portals and new products are added. It also now appears that WBU`s 1st quarter 2005 revenues will surpass 4th quarter 2004 holiday revenues.

This allows other companies and even individuals to use the WholesaleByUs software to sell WBU or their own products through the WBU system.

WBU will set up the Co-Brander with an account on the WBU System and provide the Co-Brander with a list of the currently available products. By next week, WBU will have setup and operational more than 10 Co-Branders. The company or individual (Co-Brander) will be free to upload the WBU products through the WBU system and onto other portals as well. Because of the volume of sales that will be run through WBU, the Co-Brander will be able to sell these products at a discount to what the Co-Brander would otherwise be able to sell the products for on their own. The web application for the transportation industry is to automate information technology flow and customer management through a web interface. This allows the client to make reservations/bookings online. This application adds a complete accounting package including invoicing, payment and transfer of data, automatically schedules drivers and allows the owner of a company to keep track of maintenance on vehicles. All indications on the product called, TravelWorx, have been extremely positive.

A company within the Limousine segment of the transportation industry this week will be the first to utilize this advanced system developed by Indigo. A national rollout, of the product, to a majority of the segments within the transportation industry is expected by the end of March. The system is revolutionary in the platform and the fact that the product is being presented in an affordable pricing structure unmatched in the industry. “The size of the market for this product is enormous,” stated Tom Raymond, President of Indigo Technology Services. “We expect this product to greatly enhance the overall revenue and earnings of the company.”

Sales of STTC’s other subsidiary, Wholsalebyus, have responded over the past month. However, new applications are also being added to the WBU system this week that should greatly expand the overall growth of the Company. Most of the setup work, including the technology and procedure changes, has been made to the WBU system. “Now, the company is in position to handle explosive growth and maintain and even further that growth going forward,” said Mr. James M. BERNARDSVILLE, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 16, 2005--SoftNet Technology (OTCBB Symbol: STTC - News; German WKN#: A0B7RZ) is pleased to announced today that WholesaleByUs, LLC (WBU) has experienced more than a 300% increase in the number of items sold from approximately 100 items per day one month ago to about 330 items per day in the past week. TVA Productions will begin the media Blitz next week with some print media and Radio.
Sales are growing quicker today than they were growing during the holiday rush of last November 2004. A majority of the Technology and procedure changes are in place now and have taken hold. This now allows WBU to literally turn on old parts and new parts to the WBU system and see sales instantaneously increase. Most of the jump in sales mentioned herein has occurred in just the last week. The whole WBU system was shut down in early December due to sales growth that got out of hand. This is now a completely avoidable situation with the technology and procedure changes that were made.

WBU has turned live only a small portion of the system and has the ability to control the increase in sales to properly manage growth. This is significant because WBU is generating sales equivalent to or greater than the 2004 holiday rush with only a fraction of the WBU System live. Sales for the 1st quarter of 2005 have already surpassed sales of the 4th quarter of 2004. More staff and personnel are presently being added for the 2nd quarter when sales could be triple or be even higher than the 1st quarter. These preparations are also being made for WBU and Indigo in preparation for the start of the TVA Productions media blitz. Even more exciting is the addition of personnel for the marketing push for Solutions Technology and the SecureTime System.

SoftNet Technology Generates Record One Month And One Quarter Revenue

BERNARDSVILLE, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 30, 2005--SoftNet Technology (OTCBB Symbol: STTC) (German WKN#: A0B7RZ) is pleased to announce today that the Company has and will generate more revenue than ever recorded in a 30-day period for the month of March. Additionally, the Company will also record more revenue, in the first quarter than ever recorded in any one Quarter before.

Two of SoftNet Technology`s wholly owned subsidiaries, Indigo Technology and WholesaleByUs, have ramped up their operations in the past 90 days to accelerate revenues at a quickened pace. Each of these two subsidiaries will generate their best performance, for one quarter (this first quarter), in their respective histories. More impressive is that Indigo and WBU each will have generated more than 50% of their total revenues for the quarter in just the month of March. SoftNet Technology as a company is expected to generate approximately $200,000 in sales for just the month of March - the best one month in the history of STTC.

STTC`s wholly owned subsidiary, (WBU) www.wbushopping.com , individually will generate record revenues for the month of March. Total Internet sales will far exceed $150,000 for the month. More astonishing is the fact that more than two thirds of the revenues generated in March were generated in the second half of the month. This is made possible from all of the technology and procedure changes that were made in December 2004 and January 2005. However, total recorded revenue, for the quarter, will be calculated using only sales of products that have been shipped to the customer. All sales not recorded in the first quarter will carry over to the second quarter.

Other Company news - STTC subsidiary Solutions Technology has hired sales people in an initial effort to begin a large-scale rollout of the SecureTime System. Final programming adjustments are being made as well for SoftNet International GmbH in preparation of turning the WBU System live in foreign countries with products for sale from those foreign jurisdictions. The Media Blitz with TVA productions has begun and will ramp up and be in full swing over the next 30 days.

Additionally, WBU added more than 100,000 products to the WBUshopping catalog bringing the total number of products for sale to well over 500,000.

Smarter.com and Nextag.com are completely new portals that have been added to the WBU System of selling. While Yahoo is not new to the WBU System, the Yahoo Marketplace is. Yahoo Marketplace is separate and apart from the Yahoo store. These three new portals being added is just another step in the continued expansion of WBUshopping.com. BERNARDSVILLE, N.J., Apr 05, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- SoftNet Technology (OTCBB Symbol: STTC) (German WKN#: A0B7RZ) announced today that wholly owned subsidiary, Indigo Technology Services (Indigo), completed the upgrade of two more hotels with Indigo`s proprietary Guestworx(TM) High speed wired and wireless Internet access system. Additionally, Indigo expands to international markets with the signing of web application contracts.

Through Guestworx(TM), Indigo has enable one of the hotels, a Macon, Georgia, hotel, to provide better high speed wireless products to the hotel guests. This will allow for better signals throughout the hotel rooms as well as the ability to have better mobility in common areas such as the lobby and pool. Indigo also added hard wired Internet connectivity along with the wireless connectivity throughout all of the rooms. This provides for the option for hotel guests who do not have a wireless feature to still connect to the Internet.

Additionally, Indigo`s web division signs multiple web application contracts. These contracts span multiple industries including but not limited to: accounting, unique jewelry and to retail. On Monday April 4, 2005, WBU recorded its highest one-day of Internet sales, of approximately $13,000, during the 2005 fiscal year. WBU also purchases new servers and adds new personnel.

These 5 new vendors bring a total of about 150,000 products with them to the WBU System. About 50,000 of the products are completely new with the other 100,000 products being the same as ones already in the WBU System. By bringing duplicate products from additional vendors, WBU will now be able to ensure that more products will be in stock and available for purchase.

Traffic on the www.wbushopping.com website increased at a very fast rate in the past 6 weeks.
