CARSON CITY, Nev. - PRNewswire-FirstCall - Jan. 25
CARSON CITY, Nev., Jan. 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Palomar Enterprises, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: PLMI) announces today that the Company has successfully positioned itself to begin raising capital in Europe. In an effort to bring long-term value to the Company`s shareholders, Palomar Enterprises has designated a separate class of stock to be sold outside the United States to meet the Company`s financial objectives and provide capital for future growth.
The Company seeks to raise $1 to $3 million dollars in the next 12 months to expand the team of real estate and mortgage loan agents employed by Palomar Enterprises. The Company expects to double their current personnel and sales force in the Southern California real estate market, as well as develop, buy/sell properties that have a high potential for profit.
Palomar Enterprises chose to raise the necessary capital overseas in an attempt to reduce shares sold in the U.S. marketplace, while providing increased revenue, assets, and value to current shareholders.

(OTC Bulletin Board: PLMI), announces today that the first quarter revenue for 2005 has already surpassed last year`s revenue for the entire first quarter, 2004. Revenue received from The Company`s real estate and mortgage division is off to a rapid pace and expected to increase 200% in 2005 vs. annual revenue in 2004.
Palomar Enterprises, Inc. plans to double the number of real estate and loan agents currently employed, while increasing The Company`s successful marketing program. Palomar is gaining market share in the highly competitive Southern California real estate market, by offering real estate services for buyers and sellers, as well as in-house lending options.
