Dass sich die Lage bei Globex in den letzten Monaten spürbar verbessert hat, hast Du gut erkannt, wenn es auch weniger mit "Wert" zu tun hat, sondern mehr mit dem positiven Cash-Flow, der auf Globex schon bald zukommen wird: Die laufenden Kosten sind nun deutlich niedriger, der Zinkpreis stabilisiert sich über 0,9$ und der Preis der Liegenschaften ist am Markt deutlich gestiegen wie zuletzt durch den Fayolle-Deal durch Iamgold bestätigt. Auf Globex könnten also schon bald rosige Zeiten zukommen, sofern man die Kosten auf dem niedrigeren Niveau nun stabiliert. Was das Ganze besonders explosiv macht: Dass sich der Markt auf dem aktuellen Bewertungsniveau einlullen hat lassen. Nichts von dieser spürbaren Verbesserung ist bis dato im Kurs eingepreist....LG

ich bin seit Mai wieder an Bord. Warum eigentlich?
Ich glaube dauerhaft an steigende oder auf dem Niveau konstante Goldpreise. Dieses Gelddrucken überall auf der Welt wird auch die nächsten 2 Jahre nicht aufhören.
Zinsen werden ebenfalls nicht steigen.
Irgendwo müssen diese Geldmengen hin. Die Industrienationen haben unglaublich hohe Schilden die sie so nie zurückzahlen können ohne eine Geldentwertung oder hohe Inflation.
In der letzten Finanzkrise 2008 wurde auch Geld gedruckt (ein Bruchteil zum Vergleich zu heute) aber das Geld wurde in die Banken gesteckt und es ist nie beim Bürger angekommen.
Wir haben daher auch keine(kaum) Inflation erlebt.
Übrigens stieg Gloebx damals von 0,5€ auf 2 Euro. Als der Goldpreis von 1800$ auf 1200 viel, ging es mit gmx ebenfalls runter. Die Parallelen sind eindeutig zu sehen.
Der aktuelle Goldanstieg von 1200 auf 1700$ ist bei gmx noch gar nicht angekommen!!!
Das wird er aber (hoffentlich) etwas Zeitverzögert tun.
Die Dimensionen sind mit der Krise 2008 auch noch viel höher und diesmal wird Geld auch in die Märkte gepuppt. Es wird sogar Geld an die Bürger verteilt.
UND die Zinsen sind diesmal bei 0.
Das und ich könnte viele weitere Argumente für Gold nennen.

Globex gibt es seit Jahrzehnten...nur 54 Mio ausgegebene Aktien.
Globex hat zahlreiche Beteiligungen an anderen Firmen die ebenfalls an Wert gewinnen werden bei dem aktuellen und steigenden Goldpreis.
3-4 (?) Minen die nahe der Produktion stehen.
Alle Projekte in politisch stabile Ländern.
Es wird wieder vermehrt Geld in Junior Bergbauunternehmen gesteckt und Globex hat noch einiges zu vergeben/verkaufen.
50% aller Projekte sind Gold und etwa 30% der restlichen Projekte haben Gold als Nebenprodukt.
Globex ist aktuell mit NUR 13 Mio € bewertet. So eine Bewertung haben teilweise kleine Explorer mit nur einem Projekt die teilweise noch 3-10 Jahre vor der "vielleicht Produktion" und zahlreichen Kapitalerhöhungen stehen.
Das Modell der Royalty- Unternehmen wird mittlerweile verstanden und ist angekommen.
Drei die ich kenne haben die Mrd Marke überschritten. Eine davon hat gerade mal 30 Mitarbeiter aber bereits mehrere Mrd Wert. Allerdings mit produzierenden Minen ...das fehlt gmx noch.
Hauptvorteile: Man hat kaum Risiko. Bei niedrigen Edelmetallpreisen kann man Projekte kaufen und bei hohen Preisen verdient man Geld gehebelt zum Goldpreis.
Ich meine mal gelesen zu haben (von William oder von Jack), dass die meisten gmx- Projekte ab einem Goldpreis von 1600$ wirtschaftlich abgebaut werden könnten.
Ich glaube 2-3 Projekte in Produktion würden erstmal reichen, damit der Kurs von gmx wieder über 1 $ steht (Außer das Zink Projekt...Zink steht wieder über gmx- Einnahmemarke von 0,9).
Ich habe mein gmx investment nie wirklich bereut und ich war mal richtig groß drin aber ich war zur falschen Zeit drin!
Diesmal glaube ich zur richtigen Zeit eingestiegen zu sein und werde von Zeit zu Zeit nachlegen.

Excellon Resources Receives Permit to Drill Silver City

TORONTO, June 16, 2020 /CNW/ - Excellon Resources Inc. (TSX: EXN) (TSX: EXN.WT) (OTC: EXLLF) and (FRA: E4X1) (Excellon or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the drilling operation plan for the Silver City Project in Saxony, Germany has been approved by the Mining Authority of Saxony.
Highlights
Approval received for initial drill program of 15 holes totaling 2,500 metres – drilling is expected to commence before the end of June
Additional 12 holes permitted for immediate follow up should drilling intersect anticipated veining and mineralization
Silver City Project is a 164 km2 high-grade epithermal silver district in Saxony, Germany that was mined for over 750 years but has seen no modern day exploration for precious metals
"We have a special opportunity at Silver City to put the first drill holes into an historic high-grade silver district," stated Ben Pullinger, SVP Geology. "Production records from the property indicate multi-kilo per tonne silver grades over substantial widths throughout the district. Equally compelling are our local partnerships with both the Freiberg University of Mining and Technology and the Helmholtz Institute Freiberg."
In addition to complying with the technical and permitting requirements, Excellon has finalized contracts with the landowners and land users for drill sites and access roads.
Drilling is planned to commence in the second half of June 2020. An internationally experienced and accomplished drilling company was awarded the drilling contract following a competitive bidding process. Preparations are underway for an early start of field operations complying with the highest technical, environmental and occupational health standards, including all necessary preventive measures in respect of COVID-19 from the Saxon government. Depending on the results of this early stage exploration, further drilling will be planned and plans will be submitted for approval.
Excellon has an option to acquire a 100% interest in the Silver City Project from Globex Mining Enterprises Inc. (TSX: GMX) (OTCQX: GLBXF) and (FRA: G1MN).
Silver City Project
The Silver City Project encompasses a 36 km SW-NE strike by 1 to 5 km wide epithermal vein system situated west of the town of Freiberg (30 km southwest of Dresden) in the state of Saxony. The immediate exploration license and surrounding area have a long and rich history of silver mining with numerous historic mining camps, small mines and prospects, many of which have only been explored and/or mined to shallow depths seldom exceeding 200 metres below surface. Historically reported veins ranged from 0.5 to 10 metres width, with grades of over 3,500 g/t Ag and no assaying for gold or zinc. Petrographic and fluid inclusion studies recently conducted by the Mineral Systems Analysis Group at the Freiberg University of Mining and Technology indicate a productive depth for precious metals from 50 to 450 metres below surface.
