TRES-OR BEGINS DRILLING AT FONTANA GOLD PROJECT
Tres-Or Resources Ltd. has initiated its first drill program at the Fontana gold project, 60 kilometres north of Val d'Or, Que. The expected three-hole 750-metre drill program is now under way to confirm significant gold mineralization reported in historical drilling and extend the company's understanding of the structural controls.
"This is an excellent time to start our own exploration of Fontana," said Laura Lee Duffett, Tres-Or's president and chief executive officer. "With recent strength in both gold and capital markets and high interest in Quebec gold projects, our own exploration program on this key project makes sense. Tres-Or is now well positioned to start enhancing the value of our core assets."
The Fontana gold project was explored intermittently since the 1930s and includes more than 300 drill holes, construction of a 90-metre shaft with galleries and several bulk samples. The property hosts significant gold mineralization, including intersections of up to 8.14 grams per tonne gold (g/t Au) over 28.96 m near the intersection of the Bunkhouse and Hooper zones (152.7 to 181.7 m; true thickness unknown at this time). Since this drilling was from the late 1980s, Tres-Or considers the reports historical.
In 2013, Tres-Or's then-partner Aurizon Mines Ltd. conducted a 19-hole drill program totalling 5,604 metres regionally across the Fontana property. The drill program yielded highly enriched intervals such as 33.6 grams per tonne Au over 1.5 m and 16.0 g/t Au over 1.1 m within the Bunkhouse zone, but apparently did not penetrate the high-priority structural intersection of the Bunkhouse and Hooper zones which is the target of the current program. Aurizon Mines, which was acquired by Hecla Mining Company in 2013, subsequently terminated all gold exploration activity, including the Fontana gold project.
Tres-Or optioned up to a 100-per-cent interest in the Fontana gold project, subject to underlying royalties, and completed the purchase of an undivided 25-per-cent interest. The Fontana gold project is located in the Abitibi greenstone belt approximately 16 kilometres northeast of Amos and can be easily reached by paved and gravel roads including good access to the Fontana shaft and other workings.

Gestern hatten wir wieder mal guten Umsatz. Gesamthaft waren es 45 Transaktionen mit 379'226 Aktien.Davon entfielen 39 Transaktionen mit 348'526 Aktien und einem Durchschnittskurs von 0.531 CAD auf den Heimmarkt in Toronto. Hoch und Tief lagen dort bei 0.55 und 0.53 CAD. Schlusskurs = 0.53 CAD. Wir hatten eine grosse Transaktion mit 250'000 Stk zu 0.53 CAD. Käufer und Verkäufer war der gleiche Broker 002 RBC Capital Markets.
Der bisherige Durchschnittskurs für den Monat März beträgt in Toronto somit 0.535 CAD.

Auch gestern war totale Flaute in Toronto. Je 1 Transaktion mit 500 Stk zu 0.53 und 0.54 CAD war alles. Wie schon gepostet wurde waren im Bid zeitweise über 270'000 Stück zu 0.53 CAD und bei Handelsschluss hatten wir 0.54 im Bid und 0.58 CAD im Ask.Man darf gespannt sein wie es heute weitergeht.

Lafleur war bis vor Kurzem im Board von Secova und war zuständig für das Duvay-Projekt. Vor Kurzem ist er dort ausgeschieden und man weiss nicht warum.
Er scheint ja allerdings einen guten Ruf zu haben und seine Kometenz ist unbestritten.

All figures are rounded to reflect the relative accuracy of the estimate and therefore numbers may not appear to add precisely.
The independent mineral resource estimates for the Nordeau West deposit was prepared by MRB & Associates, ("MRB") principal John Langton, P.Geo., Qualified Person under NI 43-101, of Val d'Or, Quebec and is reported and classified in accordance with National Instrument NI 43-101. Globex has not undertaken work to verify the results as announced by Chalice and are reporting what Chalice are announcing today in order to keep Globex shareholders informed.
The mineral resources in this news release were estimated using the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum (CIM), CIM Standards on Mineral Resources and Reserves, Definitions and Guidelines prepared by the CIM Standing Committee on Reserve Definitions and adopted by the CIM Council.
