Baidu and Rock Music Announce Partnership to Stream Music Online

BEIJING, July 4 /Xinhua-PRNewswire/ -- Baidu.com, (Nachrichten) Inc. , the leading Chinese language Internet search provider, and Rock Music Group (RMG), the world's leading independent Chinese language record label, today announced that they have established a partnership to provide an advertising-supported online music streaming service.

According to the related agreement, a selection of Chinese language music from RMG's repertoire will be made legally available for streaming at no charge to all users of Baidu. Internet advertising will be displayed while users listen to music licensed under the agreement. The two companies will share revenue generated from the advertising and will continue to work together to explore new opportunities in advertising-supported online music distribution.

"This partnership with RMG, the world's leading Chinese language record label, reflects growing industry recognition of the advertising-supported free music streaming model," said Robin Li, Baidu's Chairman and CEO. "Advertising- supported music provides more listening options for Internet users and gives online advertisers a powerful marketing platform."

Ich bin gespannt wie der kurs sich in den nächsten wochen entwickeln wird, und ob die ganzen shorties bei dem jetzigen kurs alle abspringen.. wünsche noch einen angenehmen abend.

gratuliere zu diesem einstiegskurs, war ein guter riecher.
meiner meinung nach wird das ding noch viel höher steigen.
1. bekanntheitsgrad nimmt zu
2. die banken sind alle noch dabei und stocken sogar auf ( siehe volume)
3. baidu wächst täglich und gewinnt mehr marktanteile.
4. übernahmefantasie

es gibt fundamental noch mehr gründe, aber wie du weisst zählt an der börse auch mal timing and feeling.

Hallo ich bin neu hier. habe shares von baidu.com und wollte mich mal erkundigen, wie es aussieht mit eurer Meinung. ich bin bei ca. 80 euro eingestiegen und habe auch ein gutes gefühl, was die performance angeht. bin mir nur nicht sicher ab wann man verkaufen sollte. was denkt ihr. danke und einen schönen abend noch.

Chinas Online-Werbemarkt: Baidu.com verdrängt Sina von Platz 1

Peking 24.05.07 (www.emfis.com) Der Suchdienstbetreiber Baidu.com hat in China im ersten Quartal die höchsten Online-Werbeeinnahmen auf sich ziehen können. Dies meldete die „South China Morning Post“ unter Berufung auf den Branchendienst Analysys International. Baidu.com habe gegenüber dem Vorjahr einen Zuwachs um 108 Prozent auf 274,6 Millionen RMB erzielt und damit den bisherigen Marktführer Sina erstmals von seinem Spitzenplatz verdrängt.

Der Marktanteil von Baidu.com sei wiederum von 20,3 auf 20,6 Prozent des gesamten chinesischen Online-Werbemarktes gestiegen. Insgesamt habe dieser ein Volumen von 1,35 Milliarden Renminbi erreicht, was auf Jahressicht einem Anstieg von 38,9 Prozent entspricht.

According to China Network Information Center (CNNIC), Baidu.com (Nasdaq: BIDU), China's top Internet search provider, also takes the lead in the field of wireless Internet by providing a series of services like WAP (Wireless Application Protocol) search, WAP news and WAP post.

WAP used to be generally agreed as a way to spend leisure time and entertain oneself. However, a report from CNNIC shows that more than half WAP users resort to WAP for information on mobile and emergent occasions.

Under the circumstance, Baidu, representative of search engine companies, plays a crucial role in linking sources of information with information users and thus becomes the biggest beneficiary in the era of information.
