Seamless Wi-Fi Acquires ED.1 Rights From Vercel
Seamless Wi-Fi, Inc. (OTC BB: SLWF) announced today that it has acquired the patent, development and marketing rights for the ED.1 (Entertainment Device) minicomputer and communication device from Vercel Corporation

The ED.1 is an ergonomically-designed portable entertainment device and full-fledged computer boasting a form factor of 5" x 4" x 2" and weighing less than 12 ounces. When closed it offers an MP3 player, a gaming device when opened, and a full-fledged internet communications device and computer when the integrated keyboard is unfolded. The keyboard offers almost full-size keyboard functionality and ergonomics.

Caleb Chung, Vercel Founder and Chief Inventor for Ugobe, stated, "Mobile devices are not about technology. They are about freedom. Freedom to create, communicates, play, learn, work and explore according to your own lifestyle." Mr. Chung`s prolific conceptual and design skills have created widely acclaimed inventions and his experience spans the entertainment, mixed media and toy industries. He co-invented the 1998 hot toy of the year, Furby, which sold over 50 million units worldwide, generating over $1.2 billion in sales. As an inventor with over 20 patents, Caleb is regarded as one of the premier product designers in the industry.

Seamless will enable wireless connectivity for the ED.1 and continue development and integration of other high-consumer demand functionality into the device, which will be sold to consumers through Seamless Internet. The Seamless ED.1 will also be driven specific vertical markets through company subsidiary Seamless Skyy-Fi as an economical internet access and computing kiosk device for the lodging and hospitality industries.

The ED.1 won the "Best of Innovations" award at the 2002 Consumer Electronics Show. Seamless intends to integrate the company`s breakthrough Secure Private Network (SPN) layer technology into the ED.1, which will allow for very rapid development of network applications without having to build full network layers -- and included applications will inherit all the benefits of the SPN layer such as private networking, FIPS compliant encryption and peer-to-peer communication thru proxies and firewalls.

Dafür das sie Morgen wieder fällt ist das ein arg schwacher Rebound! Wenn keine Dynamik mehr kommt steigen die Trader sofort aus und dann gehts südwärts! Vorsicht!!!!

Das ist keine Eintagsfliege...klar, ab einem bestimmten Plus kommen die Gewinnmitnahmen...aber danach gehts weiter...davon bin ich überzeugt.

Und außerdem sind Gerüchte im Umlauf, das ein Börsenbrief ne Empfehlung schreiben will für morgen. Ist nicht von mir, schaut im HT von Seamless nach...

Ich halte zwar nichts von solchen Schmierblättern, aber schaden tuts nun mal auch nicht...

Guten Abend, habe den anderen tread auch schon seit mitte märz verfolgt. War wie immer etwas zögerlich Wenn ich mir die Umsätze anschaue und den chart von einem Jahr vergleiche, sehe ich die Aktie in kürze bei 0,08 stehen. Also für die nächsten Tage ein klares Kaufen!!! Es geht gen norden.
