Ich habe folgende mail an die company geschrieben (following mail was sent today to the company):
Dear Sirs,
I am a German resident and I intend (depending on your reply) to purchase some shares of Majestic Gold Corp.
My specific question is:
Why are there no current financial and operating results available ?
The latest figures are based on the end of the second quarter ended March 31, 2010.
Just two month from now and we are looking back to a period of one year without having information concerning financials of Majestic Gold Corp. In my view such a situation is not acceptable for a publicly listed company. The figures as per September 30, 2010 should have been available at least.
Looking forward to receiving your explanation on the subject.

I originally came to the German boards to find out about the newsletters that were distributed in April by hot stock and was able to get a different perspective on the company from **European** Investors.

There are ignorant people everywhere in the world - Lumberjack? Clearly an uneducated German.

The MD&A show a lot about the current agreement on the mill, the fact that Majestic pays for 75%, and only out of profits from gold sales - or, at the option of Majestic, from other means available (financing). This is fantastic as Majestic is under no pressure to pay "out of pocket" and is likely why years 2 & 3 of the mine life have much higher gold production than other years (grades of 2.+ and 3.+ grams per tonne).

Put the MD&A together with the You tube interview from Nov 18th, the German interview from mid-Dec and the slide shows and panoramic view of the Song Jiagou site on the english wesbite, and you have all you need to know about Majestic and its future prospects.

Again, best wishes from across the pond. I'll sit back and watch as the stock continues to climb to new 52 week highs.

Du bist aber auch negativ. Was denkst Du denn wer er ist? Du glaubst doch nicht im ernst, dass es sich hier um Husband handelt (falls doch -> wie kommst Du da drauf?).

Und entgegen Deiner Meinung bin ich mir ziemlich sicher, dass die (meisten) Leute hier sehr wohl des Englischen mächtig sind... einem Canadier zu sagen er soll doch deutsch lernen ist ja wahrscheinlich nicht zielführend.

@Jackfacebone: even if homer disagrees... if you have infos, better write in english than trying automatic translation and post that here. English will be understood at least by some of the readers (I think most of them can understand english, perhaps not write that well but at least get the point while reading). If there are misunderstandings, it can be translated by someone who is able to.

In all industries, there will be bandits. Majestic is not one of them.

I don't like liars and bashers just like I don't like pumpers. I originally came to the German boards to find out about the newsletters that were distributed in April by Hot-stock and was able to get a different perspective on the company from European shareholders.

I invested fully for Mike Hibbits and the property, and the team in China. Mike Hibbits has an amazing reputation for bringing projects into production. The partners clearly want to bring Song Jiagou into production and fast - that is why they are building the mill (see MD&A, terms of the mill - quite nice for Majestic).

I feel that in Canada, the stock is just being discovered - and by bigger players - so I think it has much potential and is a take-over target imo. As Germany lead volume early in 2010, I feel Canada will start to lead in 2011 - and much higher.

Good luck to you and the investors on the board. It seems most have a good grasp on Paphos and his intentions. My intention was to post facts from filings to dispute his wild claims.
