Die Gold-Silber - und Kupfergehalte sind ein Wahnsinn, nachdem dies aber nur Proben vom "bulk-sampling" sind, bleibt nur noch ab zu warten was die Bohrungen ergeben.

Majestic Gold gibt Probe mit hohem Metallwert bei Sawayaerdun bekannt
Vancouver (aktiencheck.de AG) - Das kanadische Unternehmen Majestic Gold Corp. (ISIN CA5609121077 (News) / WKN A0BK1D) gibt eine Probe mit einem hohen Metallwert von 20.500 USD je Tonne für das Sawayaerdun-Projekt bekannt.

Die Probe enthielt 86,2 g Gold je Tonne, 33.878 g Silber je Tonne sowie 29% Kupfer und hat damit einen Wert von rund 20.500 USD je Tonne sowie von 25,2% Antimon. Majestic Gold hat ebenso ein Bohrprogramm in Sawayaerdun in einer Tiefe von 648 Metern beendet. Mit den Bohrungen wurde eine mögliche Fortsetzung der Zone IV nach Südosten geprüft. Des Weiteren führte Majestic Gold Proben an Zugangswegen, die für die Bohrungen errichtet wurden, durch. Dort konnten Werte von bis zu 3,1 g Gold je Tonne festgestellt werden.

Der Leiter der Exploration, Herr Zimmermann, bezeichnet diese Ergebnisse als sehr viel versprechend für das Projekt. Die Programme in 2006 und 2007 ermöglichten es Majestic Gold, die Zone IV um rund 700 Meter in Richtung Südosten auszuweiten und eine komplett neue Abbruchzone, Zone V, zu entdecken, so Zimmermann weiter.

Das Sawayaerdun-Projekt birgt momentan indicated-Ressourcen in Höhe von 17.967.204 Tonnen mit einem Gehalt von 1,16 g je Tonne (667.196 Unzen) und inferred-Ressourcen von 24.377.458 Tonnen mit einem Gehalt von 1,09 g je Tonne (851.941 Unzen). (02.01.2008/ac/n/a)

(TSX VENTURE:MJS) ("Majestic" or the "Company") is pleased to announce it has engaged a Chinese engineering firm, China ENFI Engineering Corporation ("ENFI"), to complete a technical report on its Sawayaerdun gold project in Xinjiang Province, western China.

The technical report will be done to Chinese standards and will provide information to help the Company formulate its plans to further advance the project to a stage where a development decision can be made.

In addition, Majestic has also begun construction of a year round access road to the Sawayaerdun project in order to allow for work to continue without interruptions. The continuous access to Sawayaerdun will allow the Company to expedite the project plans and shorten its timelines significantly.

Majestic Gold Announces High Grade Sample With Metal Value of $20,500/Tonne(i) at Sawayaerdun

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Jan. 2, 2008) - Majestic Gold Corp. (TSX VENTURE:MJS) ("Majestic" or the "Company") is pleased to report results from its 2007 exploration program on the Sawayaerdun gold project in Xinjiang Province, western China. Included in the results from the program is a high-grade grab sample collected from an area known as Gargoyle Gulch on the north side of the license. A sample of thin massive sulfide (two centimetres to five centimeters thick) was collected from outcrop there containing 86.2 grams per tonne gold (2.77 ounces per tonne gold), 33,878 grams per tonne silver (1,089 ounces per tonne silver), and 29 percent copper for a total value of approximately $20,500 per tonne(i), as well as 25.2 percent antimony.

This zone was previously unrecognized and was discovered in 2006 by the Company's surface prospecting. "We are very encouraged by this new discovery at Sawayaerdun, the high grade grab sample demonstrates that it is possible to find a much higher grade resource on the project than previously thought," said John Zimmerman, Head of Exploration.

Majestic also completed a 648-metre, six-hole surface core drill program at Sawayaerdun thus far. Drilling tested the possible continuation of Zone IV to the southeast as well as one hole each into Zone I-I, Zone V, and Zone XVI. Hole SWD07-56 tested Zone IV approximately 190 metres south of the nearest intercept and intersected 21 metres of 1.01 grams per tonne gold from 47 to 68 metres. Hole SWD07-55 was drilled on Zone V, an untested shear zone just southwest of Zone IV, and intersected 18 metres of 1.71 grams per tonne gold from 59 to 77 metres. The other four drill holes did not return significant assay results.

In addition, Majestic conducted sampling along paths cut for drill access. These returned significant anomalies around the southern extension of Zone IV and near Zone I. Samples were collected from outcrop and subcrop and contained values individual assays of up to 3.1 grams per tonne gold from three meters of material.

"These are highly encouraging results for the project," said Mr. Zimmerman. "The 2006 and 2007 programs have enabled us to extend Zone IV approximately 700 metres along strike to the southeast of the area used to define the current gold resource, and to discover an entirely new shear zone, Zone V, which has shown significant results already."

The Sawayaerdun project currently hosts an indicated 17,967,204 tonnes grading 1.16 grams per tonne (667,196 ounces) and inferred resource 24,377,485 tonnes grading 1.09 grams per tonne (851,941 ounces) using 0.5 gram per tonne cut-off, contained in Zone IV, one of 22 mineralized shear zones that have been identified on the property.

This resource estimate was produced in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 and the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum standards on mineral resources and mineral reserves definitions and guidelines by an independent third party, Wardrop Engineering Inc., Greg Z. Mosher, P. Geo. The data used in this study were collected by Majestic Gold during its 2004 and 2005 exploration programs that included 8,939 metres of drilling in 46 holes and 20 trenches along a two kilometre section of Zone IV.

All core from the 2007 drill program is logged, split, stored and shipped under the supervision of John Doucette, Ph D. (Geol). All samples were stored in Majestic's local office and packaged and freighted directly, to SGS Tianjin Geochem Lab, China, for analysis. The samples were assayed using a standard six-element ICP package and gold analysis was conducted by standard fire assay.

Nach Ansicht der Wertpapierexperten von 'Global SmallCap Report' sollten Anleger die aktuelle Kursschwäche bei der Aktie des Unternehmens Majestic Gold ( ISIN -- / WKN A0BK1D) zum Einstieg nutzen.
Nachdem sich die Aktie von Majestic Gold seit Anfang Oktober mehr als verdoppelt habe, sei in den letzten Handelstagen eine Konsolidierung des Kurses zu beobachten gewesen.
Wie ein Großteil der Junior-Explorer habe auch Majestic Gold den zum Teil deutlich nachgebenden Rohstoffpreisen Tribut zollen müssen. Die Aktie des kanadischen Gold-Explorers reagiere besonders sensibel auf einen schwankenden Goldpreis.
Nachdem das Edelmetall Mitte November bei 835 USD ein neues Hoch markiert habe, sei der Preis für eine Unze des begehrten Rohstoffes inzwischen wieder etwas zurückgegangen und habe sich um die Marke von 800 USD eingependelt. Dieser minimale Rückgang habe jedoch ausgereicht, um die Anleger aus ihren Rohstoff-Engagements herauszulocken.
Fundamental betrachtet gebe es keinen Anlass, Rohstoffaktien aus dem Depot zu werfen. Branchenexperten seien sich einig, dass der Rohstoff-Boom noch einige Jahre andauern werde und noch deutlich höhere Preise zu erwarten seien. Kurzfristige Schwankungen würden bei Investments im Rohstoff-Sektor seit jeher zum Alltag gehören. Langfristig zahle sich ein ruhiges Händchen aus.
Das Management liefere den Anlegern weitere Argumente, die für einen Einstieg sprechen würden: Zusammen mit zwei Partnerunternehmen werde Majestic Gold in Kürze mit dem Abbau und der Verarbeitung so genannter 'bulk samples' auf der Liegenschaft 'Song Jiagou' beginnen. Dabei würden die Prozessabläufe nach dem Start der Rohstoffförderung simuliert. Die im Rahmen dieses Testszenarios gewonnenen Daten würden unmittelbar in die Vorbereitung einer Machbarkeitsstudie einfließen, die das Unternehmen in den kommenden Monaten erstellen werde.
Diese umfassende Testphase werde zwischen drei und sechs Monate andauern, die tägliche Fördermenge werde bis zu 300 Tonnen Gestein betragen. Die Ergebnisse seien für das Unternehmen und auch die Aktionäre äußerst aufschlussreich, da diese Rückschlüsse auf die zu erwartenden Förderkosten und das mögliche Abbauvolumen zulassen würden.
'Song Jiagou' sei eines der beiden Top-Projekte im Portfolio von Majestic Gold. Laut einer Mitte des vergangenen Jahres erstellten Schätzung seien die Ressourcen (inferred) auf 13,2 Mio. Tonnen Gestein mit einer Goldkonzentration von 0,97 Gramm je Tonne taxiert worden.
Parallel zu dieser Testphase werde auch die Exploration weitergehen. Derzeit laufe ein Bohrprogramm mit einer Gesamtbohrtiefe von 5.000 Metern. Das Management erhoffe sich, weitere Golddepots nahe der Gesteinsoberfläche zu lokalisieren und die Ausprägung bereits bekannter Vorkommen näher bestimmen zu können.
Es sei demnach davon auszugehen, dass Majestic Gold ein heißer Winter bevorstehe und CEO Rod Husband einige Weihnachtsgeschenke an die Aktionäre verteilen könne. Man sehe die Aktie weiter positiv und halte am Kursziel von 0,75 EUR fest.

Vancouver, British Columbia, January 21, 2008 -- Majestic Gold Corp. (TSX.V: MJS) ("Majestic" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has completed a non-brokered private placement of up to 2,750,000 units at $0.40 per unit, for aggregate gross proceeds of $1,100,000. Each unit will be comprised of one common share and one half of one common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one additional common share in the capital of the Company for two years from the date of issue at the price of $0.60. All shares issued, or acquired pursuant to an exercise of warrants, will have a four-month hold period expiring on May 19, 2008.
