Schön, dass einer den Erfolg mitgenommen hat. Ich habe selbst nicht mal 200k.

Durch das neue Standbein ist MLHP bestens aufgestellt.Und in der Lage, den weiteren Weg von

Melarex zu finanzieren.


Da kommt noch Einiges (siehe Uluru, die sind mir leider davon gelaufen).

Ich habe 150k.
Es steht ja immer noch ein Erfolg mit Malarex aus.
Dazu glaube ich, dass die Zusammenarbeit mit der Holley Group und
Pierre Fabre Unmengen an Folgeaufträgen und Geld einbringen wird.
Und den Focus auf HIV/AIDS darf man auch nicht vergessen.
Die neue MLHP ist sehr gut aufgestellt.

Ich kaufe in den USA, aber manchmal auch in DE, wenn es unter Pari ist.

Bei Malarex wartet alles auf den Durchbruch. Dass abschließende Ergebnisse
vorgezeigt werden und erste Abnehmer/Verkäufe.

Dann knallt es.

Die UNICEF- und Pasteur-Studienergebnisse stehen noch aus.

Es sieht gut aus für die Zukunft, denke ich.

Ja ich habe mich auch informiert und bin der gleichen Ansicht. Zudem steht noch ein Börsengang von MH Biopharma an, bei dem die Altaktionäre sicherlich Aktien erhalten werden. Bei Malarex weiss ich nicht, ob eine UNICEF Studie in Auftrag gegeben wurde, wenn aber große Aufträge für das Medikament kommen sollten, wird sich der Kurs exorbital nach oben bewegen.

sieht sehr gut aus heute ! Scheinbar versuchen die MM den Kurs moderat steigen zu lassen, ohne Explosion. Vielleicht steigt ein Fonds ein oder ein großer Investor kauft am offenen Markt. Möglicherweise kommen aber ich sehr gute News und das sind die Insider-Trades, wie am OTC markt üblich. Das Volumen ist jedenfalls immer noch sehr gering, d.h. wenn Volumen in die Aktie kommt wird eine steile Kursbewegung folgen.

Ich denke es liegt an der Tochterfirma Biopharma, da soll ein Multimillionen-Dollar-Vertrag mit einer langen Laufzeit in Kürze bekannt gegeben werden.

MLHP hat 48 % der Anteile, d.h., bei einem Börsengang werde die Altaktionäre wohl für 2 MLHP Aktien 1 neue Aktie bekommen. Wenn nun aber die Biopharma Sparte gerade super Verträge veröffentlicht hat und das Unternehmen mit 100-200 Millionen Dollar bewertet wird, kann ein guter Kurs zustande kommen. Auf alle Fälle keine Centbeträge.

Eine weitere Möglichkeit ist eine Übernahme zu einem deutlich höheren Kurs !

Hinzu kommen die möglicherweise guten anderen News von MLHP (Malarex,Aids etc.)

Die aktuelle Marktkap. von 16 Mil. $ ist auf alle Fälle ein Witz im Vergleich zu Mitbewerbern. 100 Millionen § wäre sicherlich möglich, d.h. in etwa 0,5 Dollar Aktienkursbewertung. Nach reichlichen Überlegnungen werde ich auch nicht vorher verkaufen.

MILLENIA HOPE INITIATES W.H.O. MONITORED PEDIATRIC ANTI-MALARIA TRIAL WITH MMH8™ MALAREX

MONTREAL, Canada (Feb 22, 2005)

Millenia Hope Inc., a Biotech Corporation (MLHP-OTCBB) (MLF- Berlin), announced that it has initiated a second Company sponsored trial in the Republic of Central Africa (RCA).

The 360 patient trial, is under the watchful eye of the World Health Organization, UNICEF and the Pasteur Institute, France. This trial follows the Company’s recent success with three efficacy trials; on 33 adults using MMH18™ adult formulation and in 30 children (12-60 months) withMMH 8™, the pediatric formulation of MMH 18™ in RCA; and with Camoquin 200 as a comparator in 52 adults in Cameroon.

The new Millenia Hope trial is an extended study in the pediatric patient group, previously studied (12-60 months), with non-complicated malaria, (children with no signs of malnutrition and/or other diseases including HIV and Hepatitis). It will be carried out in three major cities in RCA.
A five-day treatment of MMH™ reduces the fever, in the majority of patients within three to four days and significantly decreases the parasite density per µl of blood, (from as high as 50 000 per µl to > 200) in five days. In all patients the parasite density was decreased to zero within seven days, and the disease-associated anemia improved significantly during the 14-day follow-up period.
Leonard Stella, CEO at Millenia Hope reports, “MMH Malarex™ has a major impact on drug-resistant strains of malaria when administered to patients in areas where these are the prevalent strains.” He continued, “We are ecstatic that the WHO, UNICEF and the Pasteur Institute are monitoring this study and have approved the protocol. Millenia Hope Inc., a Biotech Corporation (MLHP-OTCBB) (MLF- Berlin), announced that it has initiated a second Company sponsored trial in the Republic of Central Africa (RCA).

The 360 patient trial, is under the watchful eye of the World Health Organization, UNICEF and the Pasteur Institute, France. This trial follows the Company’s recent success with three efficacy trials; on 33 adults using MMH18™ adult formulation and in 30 children (12-60 months) with MMH 8™, the pediatric formulation of MMH 18™ in RCA; and with Camoquin 200 as a comparator in 52 adults in Cameroon.

The new Millenia Hope trial is an extended study in the pediatric patient group, previously studied (12-60 months), with non-complicated malaria, (children with no signs of malnutrition and/or other diseases including HIV and Hepatitis). It will be carried out in three major cities in RCA.
A five-day treatment of MMH™ reduces the fever, in the majority of patients within three to four days and significantly decreases the parasite density per µl of blood, (from as high as 50 000 per µl to > 200) in five days. In all patients the parasite density was decreased to zero within seven days, and the disease-associated anemia improved significantly during the 14-day follow-up period.

ja das Schöne ist, dass wir immer sehr moderat steigen ! Dies bringt uns keine Zocker in die Aktie wie bei "bany" oder "qmmg" etc. Die MM versuchen zwar immer wieder, den Kurs nach unten zu drücken, jedoch bislang ohne Erfolg. Eine Konsolidierung um die 10 cent wäre toll, ich denke heute kann der Kurs nochmals zulegen.

Wielange bist du eigentlich schon in der Aktie und was ist in etwa dein Einstandskurs ?

Nach Jahren der Abstinenz beteilige ich mich wieder an der Diskussion. Ich bin schon seit 4 Jahren MLHP Aktionär und kenne alle Nachrichten, Zahlen (SEC-Filings) u.s.w.. Hin und wieder maile ich mit Hugo Valente. Die letzte Meldung, die ich von ihm habe ist aber schon 5 Monate alt. Ich fragte ihn nach den Ergebnissen der Trials, vor allem mit Coca Cola. Er sagte (vor 5 Monaten), dass Ergebnisse in den nÄchsten 3 Monaten verÖffentlich werden. Bis jetzt ist nichts passiert, aber vielleicht bald.

Ich denke, dass man sich gut aufgestellt hat. War scheints noch nie so excellent.

Die Früchte werden wohl jetzt nach und nach geerntet.

Am OTCBB ist es nicht einfach für kleine Firmen. Hoffentlich steigt man bald auf.

Der Anstieg der letzten Tage ist auf die NAchricht von gestern zurÜckzufÜhren. Man hat insgesamt mit einer besseren Nachricht gerechnet. Ich auch. Es dauert alles doch sehr lange. Und auch die IR-Firma und die angeheuerten Personen, die Malarex bekannt machen sollen, sind in der Versenkung verschwunden. Ebenso die in Aussicht gestellten Abkommen mit NGO`s kommen nicht. Man braucht eben Geduld. Zu lange darf es nicht dauern, sonst ist man, bedingt durch das schwache EK der Firma gezwungen wieder neue Aktien auszugeben. Ausstehende Aktien haben wir aber wahrlich schon genug.

Ja das sehe ich ähnlich, allerdings bin ich überzeugt, dass der Anstieg der letzten Wochen nicht auf die News von gestern zurückzuführen ist. Da wird deutlich mehr kommen, vielleicht schon heute. Ausserdem 24% im Minus mit 300k gehandelten Aktien ist kein Verkaufsdruck. Die MM haben halt wieder mal die Chance am Schopfe gepackt und den Kurs gedrückt. Ich kenne aber keine vergleichbare Aktie bei diesem Kursniveau mit ähnlichen News seit Dezember. Gerade der Ausblick ist wirklich gut ! Aber Gedult braucht man halt immer. Weiviele Aktien besitz Du denn, wenn ich fragen darf ?

Die MM spielen wirklich ein grausames Spiel mit der Aktie. Meiner Meinung nach sollte das Unternehmen ein kleines Rückkaufprogramm starten, damit die MM kalt erwischt werden. -33% bei Top News ist schon sehr sehr merkwürdig. Ich denke wir sollten mal bei dem Management nachfragen was los ist !

Aktie steigen lassen, Aktien verkaufen, Aktie fallen lassen, Aktien zurückkaufen usw. usw. Das ist das Hauptproblem am OTC Markt und noch mehr bei den Aktien mit geringem Volumen.

ich muss sagen, MLHP hält sich ausgesprochen gut. Ein toller Aufwärtstrend, welcher nicht durch die MM gestoppt werden kann. Leider ist die MK nun doch schon recht hoch, was heißt, dass nun wirklich gute News bzw. echte Verkäufe folgen müssen. Falls dies nicht der Fall ist, wird die Aktie nochmals Richtung 5 cent laufen. So gut die letzten News auch waren, wir haben immerhin fast 20Mil. $ MK erreicht. Vielleicht kommt ja noch ein großer Deal oder Malarex verkauft sich sehr gut. Auf alle Fälle ist die Entwicklung der letzten Wochen super, allerdings sieht der Kurs fast aller Biotechs vergleichbar aus.

Was mich stört ist, dass keine Testergebnisse von Malarex veröffentlicht werden. Wahrscheinlich sind keine da oder das Ergebnis war nicht so berauschend.
Vor Monaten schon sagte mir L.Stella, dass in Kürze Ergebnisse veröffentlich werden.

Ohne das neue Standbein sähe es schlecht aus um MLHP.

Lorsque la compagnie française Pierre Fabre médicaments, spécialisée dans la recherche sur le cancer, a cherché à produire certaines molécules que l'on trouve dans une plante, ils sont allés voir dans le «jardin» de Millenia Hope Biopharma, une compagnie biopharmaceutique de Kirkland.


«La plus grande bibliothèque de plantes au monde se trouve ici, à Kirkland. La variété des espèces couvre 40 % des familles de plantes supérieures représentées sur terre», explique Georges N. Horobjowsky, qui travaille au développement de Millenia Hope Biopharma. En fait, ce «jardin» est situé dans un laboratoire, et les espèces qui s'y trouvent sont cultivées en éprouvettes. «La molécule étudiée par Pierre Fabre médicaments est produite par une plante, et l’ingrédient actif est présent à la grandeur de 0,001 %», explique Bahige Baroudy, président de la compagnie mère, Millenia Hope, située à Montréal. « Et encore, pour que l’ingrédient soit actif dans la nature, cela dépend des conditions, qui doivent être optimales. Si la température ne s’y prête pas, la molécule ne sera pas présente dans la plante.» La solution : contrôler chaque variable de la croissance, pour ensuite extraire les molécules intéressantes et purifier le produit.


Plante-éprouvette
Dans ce milieu où chaque variable est contrôlée, même la photosynthèse est inexistante dans le processus de croissance. C'est que la chlorophylle rend la purification du produit plus difficile. «Au départ, nous faisons germer des graines, dont la surface est stérilisée, sur un papier buvard. Ensuite, nous transférons dans un milieu nutritif, avec sels minéraux et des sucres, et un mélange d'hormones végétales. Nous essayons différents mélanges. Le but du processus: dédifférencier les tissus. Le tissu végétal ne sera ni une feuille, ni une branche. Ces cellules sont appelées «cals» », vulgarise Yvan Chapdelaine, en charge du département de biologie à la compagnie de Kirkland.


Le résultat n'est pas du plus bel effet, et ressemble à une grosse tumeur. En fait, dans un organisme vivant, les cellules se spécialisent pour former un tout, un être humain par exemple. La cellule cancéreuse ne répond plus à cette règle et se multiplie au petit bonheur. Comme la tumeur, le cal vit indépendamment des autres cellules aux alentours. Ces tissus seront ensuite mis dans un flacon et oxygénés en permanence. À cette étape, les tissus végétaux ressemblent à de la soupe. La solution est liquide parce qu’il n’y a pas d’agent solidifiant, et les cellules végétales vont pousser en suspension.



La prochaine étape: le bioréacteur. Cette technologie a été développée à Kirkland et son détail est tenu secret. Il a même été impossible pour Cités Nouvelles de le photographier. «Ce qui fait la force de la compagnie, c'est que nous pouvons contrôler l'oxygénation des cellules à haute densité grâce au bioréacteur», explique Yvan Chapdelaine. L'oxygénation permet aux solutions de cellules végétales de devenir plus concentrées. Chaque paramètre est contrôlé, les nutriments par exemple. Au moment choisi, les scientifiques vont stresser les cellules pour qu’elles se mettent à produire les composés actifs recherchés.


Raffinage
Autre maillon de la chaîne: le département de purification. Luc Lavoie est en charge de ce département. Lui et son équipe vont extraire, parmi toutes les molécules des cellules de la plante, celle qui a les propriétés recherchées, une molécule anti-âge pour une crème à main, par exemple. Le produit sera ensuite purifié, la molécule recherchée s’en trouvera concentrée. «C'est exactement comme faire du whisky, le fabricant extrait avec de l’alcool des composantes qui sont dans certains végétaux, il les concentre et en fait une boisson», explique le scientifique. Cette étape est primordiale, et la tâche est énorme, surtout lorsqu’un grand nombre de molécules doivent être extraites pour analyse. «Dans un extrait organique de cellules, il y a des centaines de milliers, voire des millions de molécules», explique monsieur Lavoie. Ces scientifiques sont aidés dans leur tâche par des technologies de pointe, certaines machines peuvent valoir jusqu’à un million de dollars.


L'ingrédient mystère
Dans la bibliothèque de Millenia Hope Biopharma, on trouve beaucoup d’espèces aux propriétés médicinales connues. Cette caractéristique est hautement appréciée des compagnies de cosmétiques, qui sont d’importants clients pour la compagnie de Kikland. «L’industrie des cosmétiques est de plus en plus basée sur la science», explique Bahige Baroudy. Les compagnies recherchent des masques pour le visage qui aident à freiner la création des rides, les crèmes pour les mains qui effacent les tâches de vieillesse. L’avènement qui a tout changé : le décodage du génome humain. Les chercheurs peuvent maintenant mettre le doigt sur les mécanismes biologiques qui régissent ces phénomènes.


Les compagnies de cosmétiques qui font affaire avec Millenia Hope Biopharma souhaitent rester anonymes. «C’est une industrie qui brasse des milliards de dollars. Si une entreprise vient vers nous pour créer une crème qui atténue les poches en dessous des yeux, le produit vaudra cher sur le marché. Le détail et la provenance des molécules actives devront rester secrets», explique le président. Certaines compagnies cherchent à trouver une alternative naturelle à un produit chimique, qu’ils utilisent pour la fabrication de leurs produits. Par exemple, les parabens sont des conservateurs synthétiques. C’est ce produit qui empêche la prolifération de bactéries dans les crèmes au contact des mains. Son utilisation est controversée, les compagnies cherchent donc à se tourner vers des extraits de plantes pouvant remplacer cette action.


La cure au fond du bois
Une nécessaire alternative aux traitements du VIH et de la malaria


Les plantes pourraient même servir dans le traitement du sida et du VIH, et la compagnie mère de la compagnie de Kirkland, Millenia Hope, travaille présentement sur ce sujet. Les chercheurs travaillent à créer un médicament qui bloquerait deux récepteurs moléculaires impliqués dans le mécanisme d’infection du VIH.


En 2003, les travaux sur le VIH de Bahige Baroudy se sont classés parmi les 50 recherches les plus importantes du magazine Scientific American. Ce prestigieux palmarès recense meilleures publications scientifiques de l’année. Pourtant, seuls Millenia Hope et la compagnie Merck aux États-Unis travaillent sérieusement sur cette cible, jugée difficile. Pourquoi travailler sur ce sujet alors que la trithérapie existe pour ceux qui souffrent du VIH et du sida? À long terme, il faudra la remplacer. Impossible de guérir de cette maladie : elle se fond à notre ADN. On ne peut que la contrôler. «Avec le temps, chaque thérapie qui contrôle une maladie infectieuse doit être changée, le virus développe une résistance», explique Bahige Baroudy.

Thank you for your email...the company is on track in carrying out it's business plan...markets react in ways that are beyond our control....investors cashing out....with the overall market correction last week because of China...probably many margin calls ...ususally shares that are not marginable are sold first ...at any price...and companies like ours are materially affected.
Further to my previous email...and having just come in after being away until this afternoon, I discovered that our year end filings with the SEC are late due to a delay by the auditors...this caused our stock to be temporarely delisted from OTCBB and now trades on "PINK SHEETS"until the problem is resolved...this most likely caused a nervous reaction by some investors and put a lot of pressure on the stock...hopefully this answers your concerns.

Pink Sheet Handel, da es Verzögerungen mit dem Jahresabschluss gibt.

Plan of Operation.

The following discussion should be read in conjunction with the financial statements and related notes, which are included elsewhere in this prospectus. Statements made below which are not historical facts are forward-looking statements. Forward-looking statements involve a number of risks and uncertainties including, but not limited to, general economic conditions and our ability to market our product.

The business objectives of Millenia are twofold. First, is to bring to market our drugs used to combat infectious diseases, initially via 2 major programs, Malaria and HIV/AID. Our mission is to alleviate human suffering in individuals afflicted with these diseases. We are determined to market affordable treatments to individuals infected with Malaria and HIV/AIDS to help increase their survival rate and offer them a better quality of life.

Millenia has endeavored diligently to position MALAREX/MMH(TM)18 as an accepted control agent for the treatment and prevention of malaria, a $10 billion market, throughout the world. We believe that MALAREX/MMH(TM)18 is a highly effective anti-malarial drug, and will be made available at prices that are competitive for a new anti-malarial agent with no parasitic resistance. The availability and pricing of MALAREX/MMH(TM)18, and its lack of harmful side effects, will ensure its use in the fight against malaria. To this end, the company is involved in ongoing clinical trials of MALAREX/MMH(TM)18, to be monitored by regional offices of the World Health Organization (WHO) designed to get MALAREX/MMH(TM)18 global recognition as an anti-malarial treatment. This will allow organizations, such as the Global Fund and other international Non-Governmental Agencies (NGO), to fund the purchase of our products on behalf of different countries.

Millenia are also pursuing its patent application (pending) to identify potent inhibitors of a specific HIV enzyme, RNase H. There is a substantial amount of information in the literature to indicate that inhibition of this enzyme or certain mutations in the domain of this enzyme leads to the inhibition of HIV replication. These observations are of the paramount importance to support our drug development program for this enzyme target, that will lead to a successful outcome. Successful development of a drug that targets HIV RNase H will play an important role in the treatment of HIV/AIDS patients who have become resistant to current therapy. The revenue of a first in class, orally bio-available drug that targets HIV RNase H is estimated at US $350-$500 million, per year. The current market for HIV drugs is about US$ 6 billion estimated to reach US$ 10 billion by 2010. Professor Michael A. Parniak (University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine) presented some of our results at the 12th conference on Retroviruses and Opportunistic Infections in Boston, Massachusetts (February 2005).

Inquiries were made by pharmaceutical companies, regarding the strong correlation between the results of the bio-chemical and cell-based assays obtained by Millenia Hope. These results are unique for this particular target, HIV-1 RNaseH, and validate it as a highly valued program. Millenia made a strategic decision to further develop this program, before considering partnering with a pharmaceutical company.

Based on the strength of the scientific data obtained so far, we decided to continue our collaboration with Prof. Parniak, a long time collaborator of Millenia Hope, and to submit, under his leadership, a grant application to the National institute of Health, USA (NIH). To strengthen the application we invited Prof. Eddie Arnold and Prof. Ron Levy, both from Rutgers University, to participate in this application. This grant was approved by the NIH as of March 20, 2007 and will support the efforts of an outstanding team of scientific investigators, over 5 year period, to discover and develop new therapeutics targeting a novel HIV-target, Rt-associated Rnase H.

The Millenia " Hope Village" project, an original concept of Millenia Hope in lock step with the objectives of the UN's Millenium Development Goals, commenced with a June 2006 meeting, in Geneva, between Millenia's CEO, Leonard Stella, and the African co-ordinator of our project. Preliminary criteria and parameters are being defined, by our African -foundation partners, and we are awaiting a further concretizing of the details timetable. As stated on the U.N. Millenia Project's website, "The underlying principal for each Millenia Village is that community empowerment, participation and leadership are key to designing and implementing the solutions."

Each pre-selected African Village will implement as Home Based Treatment (HBT) anti-malaria program, since 80% of all deaths occur at home. HBT specifically targets women and children, as they are the segment of the population at the greatest risk. The programs will include: education effective anti-malaria treatments for the entire village consisting of MALAREX/MMH(TM)18, attention to the environmental factors inherent in the spread of malaria i.e. stagnant water etc. and the promotion of co-operation between private individuals and public sector institutions in this initiative.

Taking the aforementioned into account, as of June 29, 2007, Millenia Hope had received 19 sales authorizations from West African nations, Congo (Brazzaville) and Guinea (Conakry), Togo, Burundi, Central African Republic, Benin, Gabon, Chad, Niger, Mali, Senegal, Democratic Republic of Congo, Guinea (Equatorial), Cameroon, Ghana, Sierra Leone, Mauritania, Burkina Faso, and Liberia, and one from the Caribbean nation of the Dominican Republic. These authorizations mean that we have the right currently, without doing any further testing or receiving any further approval, to sell MALAREX/MMH(TM)18 to any individual, group, company or NGO or Governmental Agency in those countries. We are also awaiting sales authorizations from several other African nations. In fact, as of September 2005 Millenia had 2 MALAREX/MMH(TM)18 sales, one in Guinea Conakry and one in Mali. We are actively working with other groups and individuals to conclude further sales of MALAREX/MMH(TM)18. The only cost to concluding future sales is the normal day-to-day operating costs of our business. Based on management's best estimates, Millenia hopes to conclude on several large orders for MALAREX/MMH(TM)18, in at least 2 major markets during fiscal 2007. We concluded an intensive marketing effort in Africa led by our CEO, in Spring - Summer 2006. Helping us coordinate our effort in this area, as well as in other strategic areas, is the firm of Heenan, Blaikie. Heenan Blaikie's knowledge of the international markets will continue to give Millenia a great lead to future sales and opportunities.

In the face of anti-malarial drug resistance in the case of quinine-based treatments and neuro-toxicity for artimisinin products, the need for effective treatments will continue to intensify. Millenia commenced building a network of local distributors and expects that the demand for MALAREX/MMH(TM)18 should progressively increase over time.
Millenia has chosen to remain conservative and has established a goal of capturing 1 1/2% - 2% ($150 - $200 million) of the marketplace by 2011. According to the company's estimates, attaining this sales level will ensure the viability and solid profitability of the Company for its shareholders. No assurance can be given that the Company will meet its sales goals.

Millenia continues to have regular commercial access to Voacmine processed by producers in Southern Brazil and does not foresee any supply shortages in the near future. Millenia utilizes the services of Ropack, an FDA approved, HACCP, cGMP and ISO 9002 certified corporation, as well as other providers, to perform quality control and encapsulating of MALAREX/MMH(TM)18, conforming to the lightest level of U.S. and Canadian manufacturing standards.

In August 2006 Millenia co-sponsored the business- evening entitled "Africa, Open for Business" as well as the "Coupe de la Prix" cycling race. Both events helped raise the public of the Company, as well as garnering much sought after corporate contacts. Also, the former event gave us further exposure for MALAREX/MMH(TM)18 with the African and Canadian businessmen present at the evening.

Secondly, Millenia is committed to ongoing research and development, to expand the efficacy of MALAREX/MMH(TM)18 and its derivatives and other acquired or to be acquired products, in fighting infectious diseases. Based on discoveries in the development program, the Company has submitted a global patent covering a profile of the active ingredients and the additional clinical properties of the product, namely anti-parasite, anti-viral and antibacterial activities. A second US patent application was filed in 2005 covering the treatment and prevention of multi-drug resistant strains of malaria utilizing Millenia Hope's products. As the company has not yet made any significant sales of its product, it is difficult for management to evaluate the growth curve of product sales. However, given the market size and the recognized need, by the world's premier anti-malaria organizations (WHO, etc.) for new, viable and effective drugs, the Company believes that it will not have a problem generating sales, thereby creating positive cash flow, once it has attained its first large volume sales of the product.

In furtherance of and in concert with Millenia's R&D efforts in the area of infectious diseases, we have signed a partnering protocol with a leading Quebec Research Institute, the Institute Armand-Frappier - INRS. This institute, a member of the international network of Pasteur Institutes organization, will collaborate with Millenia in the discovery and development of new anti-infectious therapeutic products, specifically anti- bacterials.

On February 14, 2006 Millenia Hope Pharmaceuticals (Millenia Hope Biopharma or MH-B), purchased intellectual property and research equipment from Avance Pharma, an unrelated company, for $526,270.

MH-B is one of the world's leading bio-research firms in Phytomic Technology, the commercialization of plant cell cultures. MH-B has spent over $25 million US in creating its unique technology, including the world's largest collection of highly purified phyto-chemical fractions to be utilized in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and nutraceutical industry and is commencing the initial commercialization of several projects, with leading multi-national corporations, in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries.

MH-B has made great strides in its metamorphosis from pure plant-based drug research and discovery. Commencing with the end of Q1 2006, MH-B signed a plant-based product agreement, and received the initial payments, with the world's largest cosmetics and health beauty products giant, France based L'Oreal. A similar agreement was signed with the Pierre Fabre Group, a company with $1.8 billion in revenue, from pharmaceuticals and cosmeceuticals. In Q1 of 2007 we signed a contract with Sederma S.A.S. of France, a large provider of ingredients to the cosmetic industry. MH-B is, currently, in the midst of a 2 yr. contract to do research and analyses for Millenia Hope Inc.

These contracts have up - front payments, fees for services rendered and add-on payments for reaching pre-agreed upon milestones. Furthermore, these agreements, we anticipate, are just the inaugural step in long-term collaborative relations with these French multi-nationals.

Taking the above report on our commercial activities into account, we continue with our R&D and drug discovery efforts, in order to avail ourselves of new and unique molecules and fractions to offer to our client base. As well, Millenia Biopharma relocated to larger premises, with much expanded and advanced facilities, at a better lease rate, in October 2006.

On December 11, 2006, the Company entered into an agreement with an unrelated company to secure the rights for a method for treating hyper-cholesterol in all indications and conditions. The Company issued 8,750,000 shares of its common stock plus a note payable in the amount of $800,000 due in August 31, 2007, bearing interest at 7% after the due date.

In 2006 our subsidiary MH-B had revenue of $150,325, an initial payment for work for a multi-national cosmetic pharmaceutical firm. In 2007 Millenia Hope had a sale of MMH Malarex/MMH18(TM) for $10,900 and MH-B had income, from several companies totaling $ 524,946.
