Hallo, habe noch einen Restposten, bei dem ich eben erst festgestellt habe, dass der sich innerhalb der letzten vier Wochen vervierfacht hat bei hohen Umsätzen. Ich versuche mal was raus zu finden. Stücke zu bekommen ist praktisch aussichtslos.

HK-listed CASH Financial/Celestial grant 586.9 mln hkd loan to individual client
HONG KONG (XFN-ASIA) - CASH Financial Services Group (Nachrichten) Ltd and unit Celestial Asia Securities Holdings Ltd said they have advanced about 586.9 mln hkd in loan to an invididual client, Al-Rashid Saad Abdulrahman, who is an associate of a substantial shareholder of both companies, to help him buy securities from an initial public offering (IPO) in Hong Kong.

The company undertaking the IPO was not identified, and no other details were given about Al-Rashid.

The companies said in a statement the cash advance was unsecured and carries an interest rate of not more than the prevailing prime lending rate being offered by the HongKong and Shanghai Banking Corp and is repayable on demand.

The advance was granted based on normal commercial terms and carries commercial rates similar to those offered to margin clients of the CASH Financial Services group of companies, they added.

Obige Meldung betrifft 570766 CASH FINANCIAL SERVICES, die sich in den letzten 2 Monaten verdoppelt haben. Ich meine mich zu erinnern, dass die beiden Gesellschaften eine Mutter Tochter Beziehung haben. Celastial Asia Securities Holdings heißt abgekürzt ja auch CASH.

Celestial Asia (1049) terminates TD-SCDMA tech JV agt

(Infocast News) Celestial Asia Securities Holdings (1049) has terminated its plan in relation to formation of a joint venture for TD-SCDMA technology, as the joint-venture conditions, including the valuation of the TD-SCDMA as required to be mutually agreed by the joint-venture partners, have not been fulfilled on or before the longstop date.

Celestial Asia considers that the termination will not have any material adverse impact on business operation and financial position.

In July 2007, Celestial Asia announced that it entered into an agreement with Chongqing Chongyou Information Technology (Group) Limited (CYIT) for establishment of a joint-venture company. CYIT planned to transfer its TD-SCDMA technology into the JV company. Celestial Asia agreed to, subject to the conditions including the valuation of the TD-SCDMA technology which should not be less than RMB300 million, inject cash for an amount of not less than the valuation of the TD-SCDMA technology into the JV company. The investment amount from Celestial Asia was intended to be no more than RMB500 million.

CASH (01049) unit sells 10% Transtech for $13.98M

(Infocast News) Celestial Asia Securities Holdings (01049) (CASH) announced that 90%-owned subsidiary, Nimble Mind Profits Limited, has agreed to sell 10% equity shareholding interest in Transtech Optical Communication Company Limited (which is CASH's unlisted share investment), at a consideration of $13.98 million in cash. The principal activity of Transtech Optical is manufacturing optical fibers.

The CASH group does not have any remaining interest in Transtech Optical after the disposal. CASH intends to use the proceeds from the disposal as general working capital to further strengthen financial position and enhance cashflow.
