aus vergangenen zeiten ...
mit den märchenonkeln wurde anscheinend von mehreren stellen schon tacheles geredet. aber erstens hat das management von zerotek offensichtlich keine ahnung von buisiness u zweitens scheinen dem management die investoren am arsch vorbei zu gehen. für die sind neue investoren nur frischfleisch. hauptsache es fliesst neues kapital. es wird weiterhin die strategie „ märchen aus tausend u einer nacht „ gefahren.
Bspw. das thema zerotek 3d printer konnte man schon nicht ernst nehmen als man die erste meldung dazu von zerotek gelesen hatte. wer als neuling auf einem gebiet das wort marktführer in den mund nimmt disqualifiziert sich schon bevor er den mund aufgemacht hat. hier wird ganz klar was die absichten eines ZERROUK Abd El Mounaime Faouzi sind. solche methoden sind nur eines kameltreibers würdig.

Development of New Metal Alloys for 3D Printing Running Ahead of Schedule
Zecotek Photonics is developing new metal alloys for 3D printing, and the process “is running smoothly and ahead of schedule” according to Dr. Zerrouk.
Sales of these new 3D printing materials are expected to begin “by the end of this year .” On the 3D printer front, Dr. Zerrouk said the company has resolved a number of key technical challenges and now has the prototype for a high-speed multi-material industrial 3D printer which the company expects to launch commercially next year.
hab ich da was in den quartalsberichten übersehen oder gibt es nach 2 jahren keine umsätze zu dem thema?
kein seriöses unternehmen agiert so. spätestens hier wurde klar welches spielchen zerotek spiel und das anscheinend schon seit jahren.
und hier wird es ja nochmal von einem fachmann ganz offiziell bestätigt was die kritiker hier schon lange sagen:

Zecotek Photonics is one stock I wish I had never written about.
I personally believe the CEO and CFO were using the 3D printing buzz that was so prevalent in 2013-early 2014 and me directly to pump their stock.
I had several phone conversations with them and honestly believed they were sincere and making a move into 3D printing at the time. Unfortunately, over a year later, nothing has come from all their talk and promises. The CFO has moved to Bermuda and the last I heard the CEO was in Europe... so not sure who is even minding the store at their Vancouver HQ at this point.
I apologize to any investors who feel misled by this article. It was not my intention to "pump" the stock for insiders/management to sell. I honestly believed in the company when I wrote about them.

jede pommesbude ist professioneller als der "marktführer" in allen belangen. und bei einer pommesbude erreicht man auch den chef. aber manchmal will der chef anscheinend auch nicht erreicht werden wenn es um die besprechung von ankündigungen in der vergangenheit und die ergebnisse geht. in meinen augen verarscht das management von zerotek die anleger von vorne bis hinten.
die bilanz des managements nach mehr als 10 jahren ist mehr als erbärmlich und passt in die obige erkenntnis und das bild von gary anderson: nichts als schaumschlägerei.
laser sparte -> wirtschaftlich absolut erfolglos
3d sparte -> wirtschaftlich absolut erfolglos
pet sparte -> minimale umsätze aus testverkäufen im vergleich zu den enormen laufenden kosten einschliesslich der satten gehälter des managements das grosses interesse haben dürfte aus diesem grund die lebenserhaltenden massnahmen dieser bastelstube so lange wie möglich am laufen zu halten mit solchen aktionen wie es gary anderson treffend in klaren worten formuliert und für die zerotek 3d printer sparte enthüllt hat. es würde mich nicht wundern wenn das management bereits wüsste wie schlecht es um den laden steht und das teil an die wand läuft aber weiterhin schöne luftschlösser in die köpfe der zocker pflanzt um weiterhin abkassieren zu können. dankbare abnehmer gibt es ja genug wie man sieht.
das management hat bei der laser sparte und 3d sparte gezeigt wie inkompetent es ist und dies zeigt auch den zukünftigen weg der pet sparte. die haben weder ihren laden im griff noch haben sie anscheinend überhaupt eine ahnung was sie machen wie man an den 3d printing sparte sieht.
es wundert mich also nicht das zerotek langsam aber sicher auf zero läuft wie es der name schon sagt.

Jetzt kann ich es ja erwähnen - Ich hatte Herrn Minder eine bitter böse Mail am 10.10.2018 zukommen lassen worauf dieser sich sofort telefonisch meldete und auf dem Anrufbeantworter eine Nachricht hinterließ. Leider kam es zu keinem Gespräch aus zeitlichen Gründen.
Ich habe ihn unter anderem vorgeworfen, dass seine Berichterstattung maßgebend für den Vertrauen ist.
Ich will nicht behaupten Herr Minder ist gegangen wegen solcher Anschuldigungen von Anlegern.
Warum Herr Minder gegangen ist oder gegangen wurde kann ich auch nur mutmaßen. Bestimmt aber nicht weil er schlecht bezahlt wurde oder die Firma in naher Zukunft Konkurs anmelden muss.
Frischer Wind in Personalien kann sehr positives bewirken.
Jetzt wo er weg ist, wird die Berichtserstattung vielleicht klüger formuliert um das Vertrauen der Anleger wieder herzustellen.

1. Why didnt we see revenue within the finacnial statement even though ZMS reported shipments from 500k
Answer:
Although the crystals were shipped they were not able to be accepted by the customer which created the situation that revenues could not be booked in the first quarter.
2. Are we still producing crystals - we have many sales contracts in place and ZMS opened the facility why are there no news ... whats up to that
Answer:
The Crystal production facility in Shanghai is operating and producing crystals. With the restructuring we are not announcing production.
3. What is the progress of the OEM - employees from them worked with the facility and they analysed future participation within a JV ... never a word whats the status.
Answer:
They will continue to work with us moving forward.
4. All your news are about restructuring or PP ... you plan a facility, report some shipments and then see that you need more money for expanding operations but dont say anything about it for nearly 9 months now there should be strong revenue within this time based on current not expanded facility

Zecotek Photonics - Anatomy Of A Pump And Dump?

Do you ever sign up with email services that promise to alert you about stocks? Typically they'll invite you to join by saying they specialize in notifying you about good companies or special situations worthy of your attention.
I sign up for tons of them.
Not to be notified of good companies or special situations, but because I want to know what stocks to avoid. Call me jaded if you want, but if there was an outfit that truly thought a stock was poised for big growth they wouldn't start pumping out emails. They'd keep quiet and be buying as much as they could at the lowest possible prices.
The only reason to blast out bullish sounding emails in my opinion is if the outfit is selling or if they're being paid by others who are....or perhaps both.
Which brings me to Zecotek Photonics which trades in Canada on the TSX Venture exchange under the symbol ZMS. In the US it trades OTC with the symbol (OTCPK:ZMSPF).
I found out about this company because I received an email about them, a "Special Feature Alert" from an outfit called Prosperity Stock Report. I won't bore readers with what the email says in its entirety, needless to say its all very bullish talking about Zecotek as a candidate for "outsized growth potential".
So...out of the literally thousands of public companies trading on the capital markets in Canada and the US, what is so special about Zecotek?
The devil, as is so often said, is in the details. And if you go to Prosperity Stock Report's website you can find those details, but you have to look closely. Right at the bottom of their page, in small font you'll find a link for Disclosure & Compensation. And if the small font isn't enough to make you miss it, the coloring of the letters is blue against a slightly darker blue background. Nice touch.
And what do we find therein? This:
Elben Capital Corp., owner of ProsperityStockReport.com, has been paid CAD$75,000 plus gst to provide online advertisement coverage for Zecotek Photonics Inc. for a pre-paid one year online marketing agreement. The company (Zecotek Photonics Inc.) has paid for this coverage. The coverage includes, but is not limited to, the creation and distribution of reports authored by ProsperityStockReport.com about Zecotek Photonics Inc. as well as display advertisements and news distribution about the company on our website and in our newsletter. We (Elben Capital Corp., owner of ProsperityStockReport.com) subscribed to Zecotek's private placement. In that private placement we purchased 167,000 units of Zecotek Photonics Inc. at a price of CAD$0.36 per unit.Each unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant of the second tranche entitles the holder to acquire one common share at an exercise price of $0.53 per common share until February 4, 2018. We (Elben Capital Corp.) may buy more shares of Zecotek Photonics Inc. in the future. We (Elben Capital Corp.) intend to sell every share we own, as well as any shares we may purchase in the future, of Zecotek Photonics Inc. for our own profit. All shares we (Elben Capital Corp.) currently own or purchase in the future of Zecotek Photonics Inc. will be sold without notice to our subscribers. Please recognize that we benefit from price and trading volume increases in Zecotek Photonics Inc. Please recognize that we are extremely biased when it comes to Zecotek Photonics Inc. As of Friday March 18 2016, we bought 30,000 shares of Zecotek Photonics Inc. on the open market.
In a nutshell this shop was paid $75,000 (Canadian funds I presume), to promote Zecotek, and they purchased 167,000 shares at .36 for a cost of $60,120 They further purchased 30,000 shares on the open market, probably at a price somewhere around 25 cents (based on where it was trading up to March 18th 2016) for a total cost of about $7,500
So now they have 197,000 shares that, as they disclose, they are intending to sell...with a little over $7,000 CDN left over. Zecotek shares closed at .335 cents this past Thursday which would give 197,000 shares a paper value of almost $66,000....But obviously if they're successful in increasing demand and the price, then they'll get more cash when they dump their shares.
Ahhhh but wait I hear the apologists saying....This is no big deal, small and microcap companies need to engage in this type of promotion to garner exposure and it doesn't necessarily mean its not a good potential investment.
So is Zecotek a good investment? In reading over their filings I have formed an opinion, no I don't think it is. For fiscal year 2015 they reported a loss over $7,000,000.00 and in 2014 the loss was over $8 million. They also have the typical boiler plate "Going Concern" flag you see with many penny stock companies. Also not unusual, they're authorized to issue an unlimited number of common shares on top of the over 100 million already outstanding as per their filings.
"WAIT WAIT WAIT, THEY HAVE NEWS OUT"!!!
Yes, I'm aware of the recent PR with the headline:
Chinese OEM Adopts Zecotek's LFS Scintillation Crystal for New Line of Positron Emission Tomography Medical Scanning Device
So their product is being adopted by a Chinese OEM. Sounds good doesn't it? But again the devil, as it so often is, is in the details.
If you read the body of the PR the company signed a Memorandum Of Understanding (or MOU for short) with an as yet unnamed Chinese OEM. The PR uses the words "it is anticipated" in describing expected delivery. This is of course forward looking language, which means that if for any reason it doesn't happen, the company is protected from complaints because of Safe Harbour Protection.
It might be a good deal regardless, but given the information provided in the PR its impossible to tell as no financial details are given. And it certainly strikes me as "convenient" that this PR came out shortly after a promotional outfit was engaged to promote the stock.
The verdict? In my opinion this is just about as good an example of a Pump & Dump as I have ever seen. With that being said its possible that it will succeed. The Holy Trinity of a successful P&D is News, Hype and Promotion. Zecotek has the news and promotion, it remains to be seen if the hype will follow. If it does then the PPS will likely spike higher and higher as retail investors storm in, convinced they've caught lightening in a bottle, that they are geniuses for recognizing this unique opportunity. Then of course if things play out in typical P&D fashion the bag will close and paper profits will turn into big capital losses.
The comment field is always open. And just like with Ziopharm when I offered up the opinion that it was a bubble stock at $13+ in March of last year....I fully expect to be called an idiot and a moron with substandard writing skills all over again.

Do you ever sign up with email services that promise to alert you about stocks? Typically they'll invite you to join by saying they specialize in notifying you about good companies or special situations worthy of your attention.
I sign up for tons of them.
Not to be notified of good companies or special situations, but because I want to know what stocks to avoid. Call me jaded if you want, but if there was an outfit that truly thought a stock was poised for big growth they wouldn't start pumping out emails. They'd keep quiet and be buying as much as they could at the lowest possible prices.
The only reason to blast out bullish sounding emails in my opinion is if the outfit is selling or if they're being paid by others who are....or perhaps both.
Which brings me to Zecotek Photonics which trades in Canada on the TSX Venture exchange under the symbol ZMS. In the US it trades OTC with the symbol (OTCPK:ZMSPF).
I found out about this company because I received an email about them, a "Special Feature Alert" from an outfit called Prosperity Stock Report. I won't bore readers with what the email says in its entirety, needless to say its all very bullish talking about Zecotek as a candidate for "outsized growth potential".
So...out of the literally thousands of public companies trading on the capital markets in Canada and the US, what is so special about Zecotek?
The devil, as is so often said, is in the details. And if you go to Prosperity Stock Report's website you can find those details, but you have to look closely. Right at the bottom of their page, in small font you'll find a link for Disclosure & Compensation. And if the small font isn't enough to make you miss it, the coloring of the letters is blue against a slightly darker blue background. Nice touch.
And what do we find therein? This:

The company (Zecotek Photonics Inc.) has paid for this coverage. As of Friday March 18 2016, we bought 30,000 shares of Zecotek Photonics Inc. on the open market.
In a nutshell this shop was paid $75,000 (Canadian funds I presume), to promote Zecotek, and they purchased 167,000 shares at .36 for a cost of $60,120 They further purchased 30,000 shares on the open market, probably at a price somewhere around 25 cents (based on where it was trading up to March 18th 2016) for a total cost of about $7,500
So now they have 197,000 shares that, as they disclose, they are intending to sell...with a little over $7,000 CDN left over. Zecotek shares closed at .335 cents this past Thursday which would give 197,000 shares a paper value of almost $66,000....But obviously if they're successful in increasing demand and the price, then they'll get more cash when they dump their shares.
Ahhhh but wait I hear the apologists saying....This is no big deal, small and microcap companies need to engage in this type of promotion to garner exposure and it doesn't necessarily mean its not a good potential investment.
So is Zecotek a good investment? In reading over their filings I have formed an opinion, no I don't think it is. For fiscal year 2015 they reported a loss over $7,000,000.00 and in 2014 the loss was over $8 million. They also have the typical boiler plate "Going Concern" flag you see with many penny stock companies. Also not unusual, they're authorized to issue an unlimited number of common shares on top of the over 100 million already outstanding as per their filings.
"WAIT WAIT WAIT, THEY HAVE NEWS OUT"!!!
Yes, I'm aware of the recent PR with the headline:
Chinese OEM Adopts Zecotek's LFS Scintillation Crystal for New Line of Positron Emission Tomography Medical Scanning Device
So their product is being adopted by a Chinese OEM. Sounds good doesn't it? But again the devil, as it so often is, is in the details.
If you read the body of the PR the company signed a Memorandum Of Understanding (or MOU for short) with an as yet unnamed Chinese OEM. The PR uses the words "it is anticipated" in describing expected delivery. This is of course forward looking language, which means that if for any reason it doesn't happen, the company is protected from complaints because of Safe Harbour Protection.
It might be a good deal regardless, but given the information provided in the PR its impossible to tell as no financial details are given. And it certainly strikes me as "convenient" that this PR came out shortly after a promotional outfit was engaged to promote the stock.
The verdict? In my opinion this is just about as good an example of a Pump & Dump as I have ever seen. With that being said its possible that it will succeed. The Holy Trinity of a successful P&D is News, Hype and Promotion. Zecotek has the news and promotion, it remains to be seen if the hype will follow. If it does then the PPS will likely spike higher and higher as retail investors storm in, convinced they've caught lightening in a bottle, that they are geniuses for recognizing this unique opportunity. Then of course if things play out in typical P&D fashion the bag will close and paper profits will turn into big capital losses.
The comment field is always open. And just like with Ziopharm when I offered up the opinion that it was a bubble stock at $13+ in March of last year....I fully expect to be called an idiot and a moron with substandard writing skills all over again.
