Ich habe seit einiger Zeit die Encore Renaissance Resources Corp. auf meiner Watchlist, Kürzel in Candiland ist EZ.V.

In Canada ist da in den letzten Tagen und Wochen reger Handel, nur in Deutschland bzw. Frankfurt tut sich irgendwie nix und der Spread ist auch unterirdisch.

Chart in Can$ sieht aus meiner Sicht auch ganz vielversprechend aus, obwohl ich (leider) von Charttechnik nicht allzu viel verstehe...

Newsflow gibt's auch, die haben gerade frisch einen Übernahmevertrag mit einer privaten Candiland-Firma unterschrieben, ausserdem haben die im August auch ein Placement bei 10 Can-Cents geclosed.

ENCORE RENAISSANCE RESOURCES COMPLETES OPEN PIT MINING PHASE AT BONAPARTE GOLD MINE

Encore Renaissance Resources Corp.'s contract miners have completed the initial open-pit mining and are setting the collar in preparation for continuing to extract the test mining bulk sample from underground. Approximately 1000 tonnes of mineralized quartz vein rock with high sulphide content has been extracted from the open pit mining phase of the vein.

Four pit face samples were also submitted to EcoTech Labs for analysis. They averaged 36.5 g/tonne gold (0 M: 45.6 G/T; 2 M: 56.7 g/t; 3 M: 23.0 g/t; & 4 M: 18.9 g/t). Additional samples taken from this vein and samples taken from several of the similar parallel veins have been collected and sent for assay. These samples across the mined vein are believed to be representative of the grade of the mineralized rock within the potential mine site.

The preliminary testing by the mill has indicated that the recovery of the gold from the samples and potentially the whole proposed bulk sample was 97% (a large sample of material was sent to the facilities grading 1.4 ounces per ton). The mill reported as follows, "Results for latest test series are complete, recovery for best test with the use of lead nitrate to assist recovery was excellent at 97.5%. Recovery for the test without lead nitrate was 85.7%. For the best test the lime consumption was 10 lb/ton, but appears we can use less. The cyanide consumption was 20.7 lb/ton, but also appears we can use less. The next test series will be conducted on the actual as received material to confirm the results above and fine tune them for the actual mill run." Also the Gravity separation test has shown a very positive result with over 80% recovery of the gold bearing sulphides from a simple coarse grind is possible.

Michael Mulberry, President of Encore comments, "Management of Encore is pleased with the results achieved from the sampling taken so far. The recovery rates have been solid and management is optimistic regarding the future of the potential of the bulk test."

Encore, which has earned a 51% interest in the property to date, has the right to earn up to 60% in the Bonaparte property by conducting the bulk sample and a proposed drilling program, which will enable the company to delineate the mineralization on the property. The Bonaparte Property is located near Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada.

ENCORE RENAISSANCE RESOURCES NOW SHIPPING GOLD MINERALIZED ROCK TO KINROSS FOR SALES

Encore Renaissance Resources Corp. has commenced the shipment of gold mineralized rock from the Bonaparte gold mine site. The custom mill processing will be completed at Kinross Gold's mill in Washington State. The mineralized material will be trucked from the Bonaparte property to the Kinross facilities at Republic, Wash., where it will then be processed through that mill's cyanide, carbon-in-leach, precious mineral extraction circuit. Scheduling of Encore's processing is expected to be completed shortly with the first payment expected right after that. Approximately 1,000 tonnes of mineralized quartz vein rock with high sulphide content have been extracted from the open-pit mining phase of the vein.

Michael Mulberry, president of Encore, comments: "This is the single most important milestone achieved by Encore to date. Now shipping the gold mineralized rock to Kinross for processing is a goal that has been attained by management, and is a significant step forward for a company of Encore's market capitalization. Encore expects to receive its first revenue from sales within the next 30 to 60 days. Encore Renaissance Resources Acquires 6,660 Contiguous Acres in the Stewart Mining Camp of British Columbia

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Sep 30, 2009 (Marketwire via COMTEX) -- ENCORE RENAISSANCE RESOURCES CORP. (EZ)(FRANKFURT:OUH1)(PINK SHEETS:ERRCF) Encore Renaissance Resources Corp. (the "Company") wishes to announce that it has entered into an option agreement with an arms length vendor to acquire 6 contiguous claim blocks consisting of 2695 hectares (approximately 6,660 acres) in the Stewart Mining Region of British Columbia Canada.

These claims are in the vicinity of the recent discovery made by Decade Resources Ltd. and Mountain Boy Minerals on its Red Cliff property. Decade Resources Ltd. and Mountain Boy Minerals recently announced (Sept. 3, 2009) drilling results of 7.3 grams per ton of gold across 28.3 metres and 5.78 grams per ton across 28.4 metres and 7.5 grams per ton gold across 32.5 metres.

Michael Mulberry, President of Encore comments, "We are happy to be able to add this prospect to our core assets. The Stewart mining region of BC has been the site of some significant discoveries in the past and with the recently discovery of Decade and Mountain Boy, the investor sentiment for this area has been magnified. There has been a staking rush on the area since the Decade discovery and we are please to be able to get a good sized land position at this time. Also, operations on our flagship gold property, the Bonaparte property located near Kamloops, B.C., Canada are progressing and we look forward to receiving the first revenue cheque from Kinross within the next 30-60 days at a time of near all-time highs on gold."

Encore will pay the vendor, $50,000 cash, and issue 3,000,000 shares of Encore and grant a 3-per-cent net smelter return royalty, with an option to buy back 1 per cent for $1-million. The company also agrees to spend $250,000 by September 30, 2010, and an additional $250,000 by September 30, 2011, as a work commitment. This transaction is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.

Schedule of payments would be:

- $25,000 and 1,500,000 shares on exchange approval

- $25,000 and 1,500,000, shares within twelve months of TSX Venture approval.

Encore Renaissance Resources Corp. Receives Underground Mining Approval From the BC Government

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Nov 23, 2009 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- ENCORE RENAISSANCE RESOURCES CORP. (EZ)(FRANKFURT: OUH1)(PINK SHEETS: ERRCF) Encore Renaissance Resources Corp. (the "Company") is pleased to report that the company has been granted a permit by the BC ministry of mines to commence underground mining at the Company's flagship property, the Bonaparte Gold Mine, near Kamloops British Columbia.

Underground extraction will commence immediately with further shipments of ore to Kinross Gold's mill in Washington State. The additional mineralized material will be trucked from the Bonaparte property to the Kinross facilities at Republic, Washington, where it will then be processed together with the substantial tonnage already stockpiled there from the recently completed Bonaparte surface mining activities.

Michael Mulberry, President of Encore comments, "This is a substantial milestone achieved in the development of the Bonaparte Gold Mine. Having the BC Mines approval means the company can now focus on the development of the mine with an expected steady flow of ore to be shipped to Kinross for sales. Management is very excited at the imminent realization of gold sales especially when you consider gold prices are near all time highs. There are few junior companies that become actual producers, and we are proud to say that we will be joining that group in the coming weeks."



Scheduling of Encore's processing through that mill's, cyanide, carbon in-leach, precious mineral extraction circuit is expected to be completed shortly with the first payment to Encore immediately thereafter.

Preliminary testing by the mill has indicated that the recovery of gold from Bonaparte samples and potentially the whole proposed bulk sample was 97% (a large sample of material was sent to the facilities grading 1.4 ounces per ton). The mill reported as follows, "Results for latest test series are complete; recovery for best test with the use of lead nitrate to assist recovery was excellent at 97.5%. Recovery for the test without lead nitrate was 85.7%. For the best test the lime consumption was 10 lb/ton, but appears we can use less. The cyanide consumption was 20.7 lb/ton, but also appears we can use less. The next test series will be conducted on the actual as received material to confirm the results above and fine tune them for the actual mill run." Also the Gravity separation test has shown a very positive result with over 80% recovery of the gold bearing sulphides from a simple coarse grind is possible.

Encore is a well diversified junior with projects that include its flagship property, The Bonaparte Gold Mine, located near Kamloops, British Columbia. Encore also has approximately 5,200 contiguous acres bordering Underworld Resources in the Yukon, approximately 160,000 contiguous acres of land prospective for lithium in Alberta, and 6,660 acres of land in the Stewart Mining Region of British Columbia.

AXcess News: Junior Gold Mining Company Makes Rare Move Into Production


11:24 AM ET, November 23, 2009

NEW YORK, NY, Nov 23, 2009 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- Encore Renaissance Resources Corp. (EZ) (PINKSHEETS: ERRCF) says it will commence underground mining at its Bonaparte Gold Mine after receiving the go ahead by Canadian mine regulators.

The gold mine, which is to ship ore to Kinross' Gold's Kettle River Mill in Washington, is one of the few junior gold mining companies to make the move from exploration to production.

Encore Renaissance's President Michael Mulberry, was quoted in an early morning release as saying, "This is a substantial milestone. There are few junior companies that become actual producers, and we are proud to say that we will be joining that group in the coming weeks."

EZ's Bonaparte Gold Mine shipped 500 tons of ore to Kinross Gold Corp.'s (KGC) Kettle River Mill in September. KGC acquired Kettle River through the acquisition of Echo Bay Mines Ltd in June 2002. The acquisition moved KGC to the level of Senior Gold Producer. KGC has since continued expanding through acquisition, having recently announced a bid on Teryl Resources 20% stake of its joint venture Gil property which adjoins Kinross' Fort Knox Mine in Alaska. Encore Renaissance said indications from its sample tonnage sent to Kinross' mill came back at 1.4 ounces per ton on a 97.5% rate of recovery, which amounts to a near-bonanza grade of gold.

Bonaparte Gold Mine operator, BCT Mining Corp's President, Roger McClay, told AXcess News in an interview that production costs would run about $425 per-ton and that the Company would be gearing up to produce as much as 120 ton-per-day shortly.

McClay explained that the veins are one to two meters wide with "consistent grades" that McClay says are "hard to find." The mine operator explained that further tests indicate grades of 26.5 grams per ton within the "Crow Vein," which some 200 holes had been drilled since its initial discovery in 1994. This summer, BCT Mining trenched even more veins on the property with grades consistent with the Crow vein, though McClay would not give details.

When asked about further exploration at the Bonaparte Gold Mine, McClay said that if production levels could be brought up to 120 ton per day or higher, Encore would be one of the few junior gold mining companies that wouldn't need to raise further capital if gold prices remain at current levels. "We're just going to go do it," McClay stated.
