Pacific Gold Corp. Black Rock Canyon Mine Nears Completion on Mill Modifications
      2/16/2010 11:43:57 AM - Market Wire

TORONTO, ONTARIO, Feb 16, 2010 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX News Network) --
Pacific Gold Corp. (PINK SHEETS: PCFG) announced today that the Black Rock Canyon mine is nearing completion of the modifications to its mill.

Nevada Rae Gold has been upgrading the mill to ensure a better efficiency and production rate once operations commence. Currently the Company is working on reconnecting the electrical power to all plant machinery. Having completed the majority of general repairs and upgrades to the plant, this is one of the final steps before production can commence.

Preparations are being made to run a batch of material to test the new system once the electrical is complete. At that time, we will implement the geo-textile tubes for testing as well to ensure we have resolved any issues regarding sedimentary build up within our pond and water flow system.

The advances of the plant are the key to restarting the mine for anticipated production this year, and will aid the company in its search to secure a funding source which is needed by the company.

      Pacific Gold Corp. Corporate Update

TORONTO, ONTARIO, Jun 17, 2010 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX News Network) --

Pacific Gold Corp. (PINK SHEETS: PCFG) -

      Nevada Rae Gold

The Company has completed upgrading the Black Rock Canyon mill to ensure a better efficiency and production rate once operations commence.

Once production resumes the Company will conduct a batch run of gravel to test the new system, including the installation of the geo-textile tubes to ensure that any issues regarding sedimentary build up within the water flow system have been resolved.

The Company is actively searching for working capital in order to restart production at the Mine. The estimated requirements are up to $500,000. Production could begin at the Mine within 8 weeks of the Company securing financing. Due to the lack of potential funding sources in the US capital markets the Company is exploring financing options in Canada as well as the US.

The Company is completing a 43-101 report on the Black Rock Canyon Project which is a required technical report that governs a description of the mining project. This report is necessary in Canada in order to raise public funds for a mining venture. The Company expects the 43-101 report to be complete within the next two weeks.

      Pacific Gold Corp.

Once working capital financing is secured, the Company plans to complete and file its delinquent SEC reports and then apply to have its common stock quoted once again on the OTC Bulletin Board. The Company has secured a quote from an auditing firm for the necessary work involved in completing the SEC reports.

Black Rock Canyon Mine Begins Field Testing With Geotextile Tubes

TORONTO, ONTARIO, Sep 20, 2010 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX News Network) --
Pacific Gold Corp. (PINK SHEETS: PCFG) announced today that the Black Rock Canyon Mine will begin testing Geotextile tubes for dewatering tailings from the mine screening plant in October.

Previously the Company tested Geotextile tubes in a lab setting, with gravel ore from the mine, to test the ability of the Geotextile tubes to contain tailings while allowing clean water to pass through the tubes for reuse. These lab tests were successful and the next step is a full scale field test.

The mine plans to run its on-site stockpile of approximately 9,000 tons of gravel (approximately 1/4 of a month of anticipated normal production) in order to test the Geotextile tubes on site in preparation for beginning full scale mining operations.

The Company expects to complete the field testing of the Geotextile tubes by the end of October.

Antwort auf Beitrag Nr.: 40.370.215 von Geldhahn am 21.10.10 22:31:02TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - 11/01/10) - Pacific Gold Corp. (PINK SHEETS: PCFG - News) announced today that it has completed a successful test using Geotubes to clean process water at the Black Rock Canyon Mine.

The Company processed gravels through its modified screening plant with sufficient efficiency and was able to use Geotubes to successfully reduce the fine sand particles from reaching the water recycling ponds, which in turn provide clean process water for the screening plant.

The cleaner process water allows the screening plant to operate its pumps and equipment with greater efficiency by providing a better washing of gold bearing gravels for increased recovery of gold, as well as limiting wear on pump and centrifugal bowl equipment.

With the addition of polymers, the Geotubes retained a large portion of the sand fed to them while separating the clean water from the sand. The tubes produced an initial flow of discolored water that contained almost no slime or sand particles, and after a small retention time in the tubes the water effluent was transparent with no noticeable sand particles.

The Geotubes were successful in providing the mine with a desanding solution and allowing the Company to begin production planning.

The Company's next steps will include determining the exact polymer mix and retention time for the slurry feed to the Geotubes in order to maximize the cleanliness of the process water at the minimal cost for the mine.

The mine will begin preparing the site for production with the new screen plant assembly and the permanent use of the Geotubes.

The Company is still conducting its search for a hauling and excavating contractor.

      Pacific Gold Corp.-Project Update

TORONTO, ONTARIO, Nov 23, 2010 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX News Network) --

Pacific Gold Corp. (PINK SHEETS: PCFG) announced today a corporate update on the status of its four operating subsidiaries and their mining projects, including development plans for 2011. Additionally the Company commented on its corporate website and production plans for 2011 to 2014.

      Operating Subsidiaries and Projects

Nevada Rae Gold, Inc. - Summary

Nevada Rae Gold, Inc. ("NRG") owns and operates the Black Rock Canyon Mine. The information on this page is partly excerpted and summarized from a 43-101 technical report prepared in June 2010, and historical property reports, prepared for previous property owners, by Bharti Engineering ("Bharti") and Robertson Research ("Robertson"). The Bharti and Robertson reports are not 43-101 compliant. NRG has mining rights to a portion of the property covered in the Bharti and Robertson reports. The Company has identified a resource, in the lower Black Rock Canyon, and not including other areas under claim, of almost 1.2 million yards of gravels with an estimated gold grade of 0.5 grams per yard (grade based on a limited sample location). This resource is permitted and bonded and NRG plans to process up to 480,000 yards per year, for the first three years of operations, producing 6,000 to 12,000 ounces of gold per year. Following the first full year of normal operations NRG plans to expand the permitted area to cover more of its claims and plans to double the size of the screening plant in order to increase production into the 12,000 to 24,000 ounce range. The resource size indicated above is strictly limited to the area of Black Rock Canyon that NRG has studied sufficiently to identify in its 43-101. Future gold grade testing and seismic work will establish the size of the remaining resources at Black Rock Canyon, Tubs Springs, Mud Springs and other areas under NRG control.

      2011 Planning

The Company is currently investigating mining contractors and heavy equipment suppliers and plans to begin gold production at Black Rock Canyon in 2011.

      Fernley Gold, Inc.

Fernley Gold Inc., entered into a lease agreement in 2004 for the right to mine 36 claims covering 640 acres of the Lower Olinghouse Placers. The claims are known as Butcher Boy and Teddy, and are located approximately 34 miles east of Reno, Nevada just off Interstate 80.

The Butcher Boy and Teddy Claims contain an estimated 445,000 ounces of gold contained in approximately 30,000,000 cubic yards of alluvial gravels. The average grade is 0.4 grams per cubic yard. In 2009 Fernley Gold filed its initial mining plan of operations with the BLM which began the permitting process.

      2011 Planning

The Company had an initial scoping meeting with the NDEP and BLM in late 2010 and plans to continue the permitting process in 2011.

      Pilot Mountain Resources, Inc.

The claims cover a tungsten deposit with known mineral resources previously established per a pre-feasibility study prepared by Kaiser Engineers in the early 1980's. Resource estimates are over 9,000,000 tons and approximately 35,000 tons WO3, grading 0.386% WO3. Additionally there is the potential for significant copper, zinc and silver credits. The next step in development of Project W is completion of a 43-101 report based on historical information, and once complete then upgrading the feasibility study to current date.

      2011 Planning

The Company plans to engage a consulting firm to prepare the historical 43-101 report in 2011.

      Pacific Metals Corp.

Pacific Metal mining claims include the historic Graysill Mine, a past producer of vanadium and uranium ore. The Graysill Mine is known to have produced vanadium and by-product uranium during a period of approximately twenty years after World War II. Before the mine ceased production, approximately 32,000 tons of ore were mined with a reported grade of 2.41% vanadium pentoxide and 0.09% uranium oxide. In 1989, representatives of the United States Department of the Interior, Bureau of Mines Division, examined a number of abandoned mines in the San Juan National Forest, one of which was the Graysill Mine. Subsequently, in 1992, the Bureau of Mines produced a Mineral Land Assessment Open File Report titled "Mineral Appraisal of San Juan National Forest, Colorado". Most of the information relating to the Graysill Mine and the geology and mineralization of the general area was obtained from this Open File Report. Based on analyses of the results of the drilling completed by Vanadium Corporation of America a third party calculated a geological resource of 400,000 tons averaging 2.5% vanadium pentoxide and uranium resources with an expected grade of 0.08% for an estimated 20 million pounds of vanadium pentoxide and 640,000 pounds of uranium oxide.

      2011 Planning

The Company is currently evaluating the available information on the Graysill Mine and is in the process of developing its plans for Pacific Metals Corp. for 2011. The Company expects to announce those plans in the first quarter of 2011.

      Corporate Information

The Company would like to announce that it has completed an update of the corporate website and information about the Company and its projects is available at www.pacificgoldcorp.com

Currently the Company has 743,732,651 shares outstanding.

In the fourth quarter the Company engaged a new public auditing firm to prepare the Company audits for 2008 and 2009. The Company is working diligently to prepare and file the annual and quarterly reports for these periods as soon as possible.

The Company would politely ask its shareholders to refrain, where possible, from attempting to directly contact Company suppliers, this practice has the potential to cause damage to the Companies relationship with suppliers, causing increased expenses for the Company, and could expose the shareholders to material non-public information which would preclude the shareholder from legally trading the Company stock.

The Company also advises shareholders that all shareholder communication should be through info@pacificgoldcorp.com or 416-214-1483. Inquiries to other email addresses or phone numbers will not receive a response.

      Financial Summary

The Company plans to begin gold production at Black Rock Canyon in 2011 in a range of 6,000 to 12,000 ounces per year in 2011. In 2012 the Company plans to increase production at Black Rock Canyon to between 12,000-24,000 ounces per year. In 2013 the Company plans to begin mining at Fernley Gold at a rate of approximately 10,000 ounces a year and increasing to 20,000 ounces per year in 2014. Total company wide gold production is planned to be approximately in the range of 32,000 to 44,000 ounces per year by the end of 2014. There can be no assurance as to production rates or profitability from these estimates.

Based on recent prices from www.mineralprices.com , Pilot Mountain claims have a current in-ground resource value of up to $900 million subject to a number of factors; confirming the deposit grades of copper, zinc and silver credits; mining extraction and processing costs; and metal recovery efficiencies; all of which could lower the amount recovered significantly. Once the pre-feasibility study is updated a more accurate expectation of mine finance and potential operating numbers should become available.

Based on recent prices from www.mineralprices.com , Pacific Metals claims in-ground resource values could be as high as $160 million not accounting for extraction costs, which could be considerable, however the Company has not yet undertaken the necessary steps to confirm the size and scope of the deposit as indicated in the historical writings and reports.

Pacific Gold Corp. continues to seek the necessary capital to complete its plans for 2011 and beyond. Without additional capital there is no assurance that the Company will meet all of its goals and develop its business plans as outlined above. In the event that less capital is raised than necessary to meet all the goals above priority will be placed on bringing the Black Rock Canyon mine into production.

In the fourth quarter of 2010, the Company raised $150,000 in the form of loans from a related party controlled by an officer of the Company.

Pacific Gold Corp.-Black Rock Canyon Equipment Order

TORONTO, ONTARIO, Jan 03, 2011 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX News Network) --
Pacific Gold Corp. (PINK SHEETS: PCFG) announced today that it has placed an order for a 12 inch Hy-G concentrating unit, including a concentrating bowl and hopper.

This new unit will be primarily used to clean up the concentrates produced from the main screen plant and the 48 inch Knelson bowl installed at the Black Rock Canyon Mine. The Company is anticipating that the Hy-G equipment will reduce labor costs, and improve efficiency, in the plant gold room by allowing larger amounts of concentrates produced from the main Knelson bowl to be cleaned in a shorter amount of time as compared to the shaker tables currently installed at the mine.

The Company is anticipating receiving the new equipment within 6 weeks.

TORONTO, ONTARIO, May 24, 2011 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX News Network) --

Pacific Gold Corp. (PINK SHEETS: PCFG)

The Company has been preparing the Black Rock Canyon Mine for production. During the first and second quarters of 2011 work has included: road preparation, plumbing for the geotextile tubes, electrical work, additional fencing and enhanced security measures. The Company is also making repairs that are necessary prior to production to one of its water wells.

The NDEP has informed Nevada Rae Gold that it requires the Company to make some adjustments to the Black Rock Canyon Mine settling pond system, and that NDEP staff will need to approve these adjustments prior to the mine commencing operations. The Company will complete the adjustments in June.

Subject to NDEP approval and the water well repairs the mine is ready to commence operations.

Nevada Rae Gold has retained an environmental engineering consultant with a monthly contract that instructs the consultant to perform all of the work as necessary in order to maintain all of the state and federal permits required at the Black Rock Canyon Mine. The new consultant will help to ensure that all permits, regulations and reports are regularly and properly submitted as required to the various county, state and federal regulatory agencies during operation of the mine.

Based on the high price bids received for contract hauling of gravels at the mine, the Company has decided it would be best for the first few months of production to rent machinery and haul the gravels without outsourcing. Renting equipment will keep the capital costs lower and provide the mine with flexibility as production increases.

Pacific Gold Corp., currently has 745,732,651 shares outstanding.

      Pacific Gold Corp.-Stock Quotation Upgrade

TORONTO, ONTARIO, Jul 20, 2011 (Marketwire via COMTEX News Network) --

      Pacific Gold Corp. (OTCQB:PCFG)

Pacific Gold announced today that the Company's stock has been upgraded to now be quoted on the OTCQB market tier of the OTC marketplace.

The OTCQB is the OTC market tier for companies that report to the SEC or a U.S. banking system or insurance regulator. Investors can find Real-Time quotes and information for the Company at http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/pcfg/quote.

The Company has worked hard to ensure all financial requirements are now up to date. Moving up to the OTCQB will allow the company to reach a larger potential number of investors and bring greater awareness to the Company. The transparency of the OTCQB, and its tier requirements, is of benefit to all current and potential shareholders.

The OTCQB is the chosen market tier of many broker-dealers compared to the OTCBB which is currently undergoing changes. It is the broker-dealers (market makers) who chose whether to quote a Company's shares on OTC Markets Group's OTC Link platform (for OTC Pink, OTCQB and OTCQX securities) or the OTCBB; it is not the Company's choice. Please read below in the "About OTCQB" section of this release for a better understanding of the current quotation markets.

In the future, as the Company develops, PCFG will investigate other potential market tiers that may be a benefit to the Company.

      About OTCQB:

OTCQB was created in 2010, by OTC Markets Group, in response to the increasing number of U.S. reporting companies quoted solely on our OTC Link Platform. OTCQB was created to help investors identify OTC-traded companies that report to the SEC.

Ten years ago, OTC Markets Group saw a need to bring electronic trading to what was then a telephone-only OTC marketplace on the OTC Bulletin Board. Broker-dealers responded favorably to this new electronic platform (OTC Link) and superior customer service and overwhelmingly use the OTC Link platform to trade OTC securities. Today, over 95% of broker-dealer OTC priced quotes are on the OTC Link platform compared to less than 5% on FINRA's OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB). As a result, most OTC companies are no longer quoted on the OTCBB.

OTCQB is fully accessible to investors and offers broker-dealers an electronic trading environment. Investors can trade OTCQB securities through their preferred broker-dealers and get real-time quotes through online broker-dealers such as ETrade, Fidelity, Scottrade, Schwab, and TD Ameritrade.

Pacific Gold Corp.-Production Results and BRCM Update

TORONTO, ONTARIO, Aug 15, 2011 (Marketwire via COMTEX News Network) --
      Pacific Gold Corp. (OTCQB:PCFG)(PINK SHEETS:PCFG)

      Mining Plans

Nevada Rae Gold, Inc. has measured its next 3 mining blocks to be mined and processed in the third and fourth quarters of 2011. These blocks are estimated to collectively contain 120,000 cubic yards of gravel and the Company expects the grade of the next 3 blocks to be approximately 0.4 grams of gold per cubic yard ("g/yd3"). It is possible that the gold grade per yard could vary as this is the nature of alluvial deposits. Grades will vary over time as the Company mines all of the Black Rock Canyon Mine ("BRCM") claims and leases.

The Company has rented a small fleet of equipment from a large heavy equipment manufacturer that includes a track dozer, two front end loaders, three 40 ton haul trucks, a motor grader, water truck and hydraulic excavator. The Company plans to use this equipment at least through the end of 2011 and then adjust its equipment requirements based on its mining plans for 2012 which will be determined late in the fourth quarter of 2011.

      July Production

Production at BRCM since July 13th has totaled approximately 9,600 tons or about 6,500 yards of gravels. The processed gravels comprised the entire remaining stockpile at the BRCM as of June 30th. Included in the stockpile were mostly those gravels which the Company has identified as 'mudflow' as well as a limited amount of gravels that the Company considers normal 'pay' gravels (gravels that the Company has identified as its main resource). From the stockpile gravels the Company produced approximately 30 ounces of gold. The overall gold grade of the stockpile amounted to approximately 0.2 g/yd3. The mudflow which was a large portion of the stockpile had an average gold grade of about 0.1 g/yd3. The grade of gold within the pay gravels of the stockpile were between 0.3 and 0.4 g/yd3. Due to the commingling of the gravels over time (the stockpile was mined in 2007) an exact number for the pay gravels was more difficult to determine. The stockpile was mined mostly from the mudflow section (the mudflow being discovered by the Company through a seismic study on the drainage area) as part of a previous plan by the Company to test the gold grade of the mudflow, as this area was not previously mentioned in the historical reports describing the claims and leases of the Company. As a result of now processing a section of the mudflow and its apparent lower gold grade, the Company has decided to not currently mine any more of the mudflow material but to focus on its' previously identified pay gravels for the remainder of 2011. Depending on the world spot price of gold, the Company may return to new areas of the mudflow in the future. The mudflow is located underneath the pay gravels in the deposit and is relatively easy to bypass when mining.

      Plant Operations

The Company is pleased to announce that the plant is now operating more efficiently. So far in 2011 the plant has operated 19 out of 20 possible operating days and averaged about 500 tons or 350 yards per day. The Company has limited the feed rate to the plant in order to make sure that the plant was operating properly during an extended period. In August and September the Company plans to increase the plant throughput gradually on a weekly basis with daily targets of 750 yards by the end of August then up to 1,000 yards by the end of September, eventually to as much as 95% of plant capacity.

PCFG estimates that total Company costs, including production and SG&A, for operating the BRCM should not be more than $270,000 per month from August to December 2011.

August, September and Fourth Quarter Production

BRCM is planning to mine and screen the 120,000 cubic yards as identified above between now and the end of 2011. According to the Company's business plan and past announcements this volume of gravels would normally represent 3 months of full capacity production. The Company is taking a slightly slower approach than originally planned in order to make sure that the plant runs efficiently and the Company plans to increase the production rate each month through the end of 2011. The Company expects a gold grade of 0.4 g/yd3 processed during the third and fourth quarters.

The Company will update its guidance for the fourth quarter at the time that it releases its third quarter report in November.

      Comment from the CEO, Rob Landau;

"I am very pleased about the progress that we have made at PCFG over the past six months.

I feel that we are now ready for consistent production and we plan to work diligently to convert PCFG from a Company developing a mining operation into a Company operating profitably.

We are working at building a long term growth business and are looking to fully develop the BRCM as well as beginning work at our other projects."

      Questions from Shareholders

      Below Company Management has attempted to address some of the more popular questions from shareholders;

BRCM 43-101 - The Company's 43-101 was completed in 2010 however the report only covers a portion of the resources under claim and lease to the Company. The 43-101 report will not be made public so as to avoid confusion in the market. The Company plans to eventually prepare an updated 43-101 on the entire resource area controlled by the Company, however this action has been delayed pending the acquisition of the B&B claims and for financial reasons. Once the revised 43-101 report is completed, which the Company expects to not be until at least the middle of 2012, the Company will consider releasing a summary of the results of the report but not the entire report. Shareholders should note that the 43-101 is not a Securities Act related document and the Company is not required to prepare one. The report's main purpose is for internal planning and financing. The 43-101 generally places resources into three categories, Measured, Indicated and Inferred. The method of increasing a resources confidence level requires more testing and increased expense. In an alluvial operation, such as the BRCM, the expense associated with increasing from an Indicated to a Measured category is nearly the same as actually mining the deposit. Based on the costs involved, the Company is in favor of proving its resources to the Indicated category when possible.

OTCBB - The Company will not be quoted on the OTCBB in the near future. The Company is currently happy with the OTC Markets QB tier and will investigate the new options recently announced by NASDAQ and FINRA for smaller companies as they become available. It is important to note that the Company does not have control over where its shares are quoted on the various OTC options. This is mostly a determination by Market Making member firms of FINRA and where they decide to quote the Company's shares. Some news services and websites are still adjusting their news and quote feeds to account for the different tiers on the OTC markets and so the Company stock ticker may show up on some still as 'pinksheets' and others as 'OTCQB'.

April 1st Promissory notes - As of August 15th these notes have not been converted into shares of the Company's common stock. Any shares of the Company that are issued under these notes are restricted from resale until October 1st, 2011. Shareholders should note that in general, unless a registration statement is filed with the SEC by the Company for the resale of the shares, the resale of all shares issued by the Company in private placements is subject to Rule 144 of the Securities Act of 1933, which mandates, among other things, a 6 month holding period prior to resale. The April 1st notes are convertible into common shares at $0.05 per share which was above the market price of Company's common stock at the time the notes were issued.

Shares Outstanding - As of August 15th the Company had 745,732,651 shares of common stock outstanding.

Fernley Gold - The Company has filed a Plan of Operations with the BLM and the NDEP to begin mining operations at the Company's leased claims. The BLM has responded with initial comments on the Plan. Due to the time constraints in getting the BRCM ready for operations the Company has fallen behind on its internal timeframe for permitting the Fernley claims. The Company plans to hire a consultant in the near future to take over the permitting process in order to get the application back on a timely schedule.

      BRCM Mining Process - The following is a summary of the major steps involved in the process of how mining and screening are performed at the BRCM;

      1. Dozer strips overburden from the new mining block to expose the pay gravels.2. Excavator extracts pay gravels and loads the haul trucks.3. Haul trucks deliver pay gravels to the screen plant, approx 4 miles from the mine pit.4. Front end loader loads the hopper with pay gravels.5. Hopper feeds the gravels to the Grizzly.6. Grizzly screens all rocks larger than 6" and allows the remaining gravel onto the main process conveyor.7. Gravels travel the main process conveyor into the Trommel, gravels are washed as they enter the Trommel.8. The Trommel screens out all gravel that is larger than 1/4", the rest are transferred to the Knelson concentrator.9. The Knelson concentrator recovers black sands (including gold), the remainder (tailings) are then sent to a hydro-cyclone.10. The black sands are sent to the gold room where they are cleaned with the Hy-G concentrator and shaker tables and then the gold is separated and prepared for shipment.11. The tailings are stockpiled under the hydro-cyclone and the smaller particles and water are then sent to the geotextile bags where the water is cleaned for delivery to the ponds for recirculation into the plant.12. The tailings from the Trommel, hydro-cyclone and geotextile bags are loaded into the haul trucks for return to the mine pit.13. The dozer restores the mined section of the pit with the tailings.14. Reclamation work to restore the ground occurs.
Permitted Volumes of Production at BRCM - The BRCM is currently permitted to mine and process no more than 810,000 tons of material per year. This is approximately 540,000 cubic yards, based on the average weight of gravels at the BRCM. The Company can process this material in the time frame that it sees fit so long as it is within 12 month intervals. There is no monthly or daily limit. The Company's current plan is to process 40,000 yards per month but the amount could fluctuate from month to month. As currently configured the plant can handle a maximum of 150 yards per hour. In order to increase throughput at the screen plant, the Company can operate more hours or expand the plant. Taking both actions together would allow for an even greater increase in capacity. To expand the plant would involve adding a second Trommel (or one larger Trommel) and a second Knelson (or similar) concentrator, more hydro-cyclones, and additional various pumps. As well more geotextile bags would be required to clean the increased volume of water. The Company has applied to increase is geotextile bag field size with the NDEP. In order to increase production beyond the 810,000 ton limit of material per year, the Company would have to apply to modify its Plan of Operations with the BLM and NDEP.

Financing - In August of 2011, PCFG's CEO loaned $140,000 to the Company in non-interest bearing short term loans. Additionally on August 10th, the Company issued a convertible promissory note to one investor for $219,000. The note is convertible into shares of PCFG at $0.07 per share and bears simple interest at 10%. Any shares issued under the note are restricted from resale for 6 months from August 10th.

"Fernley Gold - The Company has filed a Plan of Operations with the BLM and the NDEP to begin mining operations at the Company's leased claims. The BLM has responded with initial comments on the Plan."

      Hallo Geldhahn, habe verstanden.
Hallo bertoned, vervolge PCFG on InvestorsHub.com seit Okt 2010.

Pacific Gold Corp.-Pilot Mountain Resources Legal Settlement

TORONTO, ONTARIO, Aug 17, 2011 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- Pacific Gold Corp. PCFG +23.75% (otcqb:PCFG)

The Company's subsidiary Pilot Mountain Resources, Inc. ("PMR") has settled its Quiet Title action with Platoro West Inc. ("Platoro"), Wolfranium Resource Corporation, and William Sheriff.

Under the terms of the settlement PMR is required to pay to Platoro 15% (fifteen percent) of all proceeds received from Black Fire Minerals subsidiary Pilot Metals under the option agreement between Pilot Metals and PMR. If Pilot Metals elects to not exercise its options then PMR will have two years to complete a new mining feasibility study on the Project W claims in order to retain ownership of the claims.

Rob Landau CEO of PCFG stated; "We felt that our claim to title was very strong, however the length of time and money involved in fighting the dispute was considerable and we felt that the Company would benefit more from having our resources working immediately at the Black Rock Canyon Mine."

      Hier der Quartalsbericht:

      Pacific Gold Corp.-Third Quarter Results
      Pacific Gold Corp.-Third Quarter Results

      TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Nov. 17, 2011) - Pacific Gold Corp. (OTCQB:PCFG)(PINK SHEETS:PCFG).

Pacific Gold Corp. ("PCFG") today filed its third quarter 10-Q report for 2011 with the SEC.

The Company was pleased to announce that during the quarter Pilot Metals exercised its first option on the Project W claims for $450,000. The Company used these funds, less the 15% paid to Platoro West as part of the legal settlement, in its preparation and operation of the Black Rock Canyon Mine.

In the third quarter of 2011, the Company completed its work for recommencement of production at the Black Rock Canyon Mine. In August the Company agreed to take delivery, on a rental basis, of heavy equipment to commence mining; however operations were delayed due to the late arrival of many machines from the supplier which did not arrive until mid-September. In late August the Company was informed by the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection ("NDEP") that it would be required to change the liner under the two previously approved geotextile tubes. This additional environmental requirement resulted in extra work which took time to complete and no production at the site was allowed by the NDEP until the additional work was finished. In the Quarter an accident occurred with one rental truck which caused an additional several day delay in production and a main pump failed which required a repair. The Company was also required by the NDEP to meet some very strict requirements for its construction of an additional 8 geotextile tubes that are required to properly run the mine. As a result many days in September and October were spent on repairs and construction of the geotextile tube field, and this required most of the mine and plant labor to participate. The Company is expecting NDEP approval to allow commencement of the use of the new tubes in the third week of November.

As a result of the above, during the third quarter the Company mined approximately 11,000 cubic yards of new gravels beginning in mid-September to the end of the quarter. The Company screened approximately 12,000 cubic yards, from the stockpile and newly mined gravels, in approximately 150 operating hours, producing approximately 50 ounces of gold.

From October 1st through November 14th the Company has mined and screened 12,750 and 8,000 cubic yards, respectively. The Company currently has approximately a 12,000 cubic yard stockpile of gravel to be screened for gold. The Company believes that it will be able to move operations to a more stable level during November.

Black Rock Canyon Mine operating costs for the third quarter were less than half of the expected rates even though the Company used labor for purposes other than mining during the geotube construction. Costs in the fourth quarter may increase, as compared to the third quarter, with increased production as additional, machinery, fuel and electricity are used with the increase in mining volume. The Company's equipment supplier is working with the Company on a lease proposal that will reduce the equipment rental fees by as much as 50%.

Once the additional geotubes are approved the Company anticipates that production will increase to be more in line with the current Company targets.

On October 27th, investors who held approximately $650,000 of convertible notes converted their notes into shares at $0.05 per share for approximately 13,000,000 shares.

Safe Harbor Statement under the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995
Information included in this Form 8-K may contain forward-looking statements within the meaning of Section 27A of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”) and Section 21E of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”). This information may involve known and unknown risks, uncertainties and other factors which may cause the Company’s actual results, performance or achievements to be materially different from future results, performance or achievements expressed or implied by any forward-looking statements. Forward-looking statements, which involve assumptions and describe the Company’s future plans, strategies and expectations, are generally identifiable by use of the words “may,” “will,” “should,” “expect,” “anticipate,” “estimate,” “believe,” “intend” or “project” or the negative of these words or other variations on these words or comparable terminology. These forward-looking statements are based on assumptions that may be incorrect, and there can be no assurance that any projections included in these forward-looking statements will come to pass. The Company’s actual results could differ materially from those expressed or implied by the forward-looking statements as a result of various factors. Except as required by applicable laws, the Company undertakes no obligation to update publicly any forward-looking statements for any reason, even if new information becomes available or other events occur in the future.

Item 1.01 – Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement

In December 2011 an officer of the Company advanced $100,000 to the Company interest free with repayment to be made within 12 months.
In December 2011, a company controlled by an officer of the Company advanced $153,000 to the Company with terms of 10% interest and a conversion price of $0.05 per share with the note due on January 2, 2013.

On December 2, 2011, the Company agreed to the assignment of $500,000 in principal amount of an outstanding note, which represents a portion of the note the Company issued to the original debt holder on January 2, 2011. The assignment was to a third party that is not affiliated with the Company. In connection with the assignment, the Company agreed to various modifications of the note for the benefit of the new holder, which enhance and reset the conversion features of the note and change certain other basic terms of the note. As a result of the amendments, the note now (i) has a conversion rate of a 45% discount to the daily VWAP price of the common stock based on a five day period prior to the date of conversion, which rate will be subject to certain adjustments, (ii) has an annual interest rate of 12%, due at maturity, (iii) has a new maturity date of December 2, 2012, (iv) permits prepayment only with a premium of 50% of the amount being repaid, (v) has ratchet protection of the conversion anti-dilution provisions for all future issuances or potential issuances of securities by the Company at less than the then conversion rate, and (vi) has additional default provisions, including additional events of default and an default interest rate of 24.99%. The Company has also agreed that the assigned debt will not be subordinate to new debt, other than purchase money and similar debt, which may have the effect of limiting the company’s access to additional debt capital while the note is outstanding. Based on the above and without taking into account the conversion of any of the interest to be earned or converted, the principal if fully converted represents the potential issuance of 50,000,000 shares, limited to a maximum conversion right at any one time to 4.99% of the then outstanding shares of common stock of the company.

$50,000 worth of the new note was converted on December 2, 2011. The principal balance as of this filing is $450,000 plus interest.

Item 3.02 – Unregistered Sales of Equity Securities

See Item 1.01 above for a description of equity securities issued and to be issued by the Company in connection with certain debt securities.

Pacific Gold Corp.-New Equipment Purchase and Installation

      TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Dec. 12, 2011) - Pacific Gold Corp. (OTCQB:PCFG)(PINKSHEETS:PCFG) -

Pacific Gold Corp. ("PCFG") announced that Nevada Rae Gold, Inc., ("NRG") a subsidiary of PCFG, has purchased a 36" twin sand screw for use at the Black Rock Canyon Mine. The sand screw works with the plants' hydro cyclone to remove larger particles of sand prior to the process slurry being fed to the geotextile tubes. The removal of this larger sand reduces the volume of material being fed to the geotextile tubes and helps to manage the clean-up of tailings from the hydro cyclone.

Nevada Rae Gold has already received approval from the NDEP and has completed the installation of the new equipment.

On March 8 2012, Pacific Gold Corp.(the "Company") received a complaint that was filed in the United States District Court in Newark New Jersey, Case number 2:12-cv-01285-ES-CLW entitled Black Mountain Equities Inc. V Pacific Gold Corp. The claimant seeks monetary damages of $445,090.90 based on an assertion that the exercise price of a warrant, issued on February 27, 2007, that it holds, and that the claimant purchased just prior to the warrants expiration, was not properly adjusted and that the Company's refusal to issue the shares underlying the warrant on exercise of the warrant at the asserted adjusted price. The Company denies that there was a price adjustment as asserted by the plaintiff and intends to defend itself vigorously in the action.

Pacific Gold Corp.: Pacific Metals Initiates Exploration Program on Graysill Mine

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - April 16, 2012) - Pacific Gold Corp. (OTCQB:PCFG)(PINKSHEETS:PCFG) is pleased to announce that its subsidiary Pacific Metals Corp. has engaged a Colorado based Geologist consulting firm to begin research and field work on the Graysill Claims.

The currently planned scope of work consists of four phases; Phase 1: Detailed research of the mine including geology, production, etc.; Phase 2: Field evaluation of property and mine during summer field season; Phase 3: Exploration program - drilling, sampling of old workings. This work directed by results of field evaluation; Phase 4: NI-43-101 Report of exploration efforts.

The results from each phase will be a guide to subsequent activities. The Phase 1 research will consist of locating and assessing all available literature on the mine followed by a summary report outlining findings. Additionally this report will contain recommendations regarding future work on the property.

Phase 1 is estimated to be completed before the end of May 2012.

The production history of the Graysill Mine is known to have produced vanadium and byproduct uranium during an approximately twenty year period after World War II. Before the mine ceased production, approximately 32,000 tons of ore were mined with a reported grade of 2.41% vanadium pentoxide and 0.09% uranium oxide. The Company believes that there may be a currently known resource of up to 400,000 tons with further exploration potential.

      Hier heute 2 Nachrichten:

      1.) Werbeaussendung:
TORONTO, ONTARIO, Jul 09, 2012 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- Pacific Gold Corp.
(OTCQB: PCFG)(PINKSHEETS: PCFG), announced today that Grass Roots Research and
Distribution, Inc. ("GRRD") (www.grassrootsrd.com) has issued an updated
      research report on the Company.
GRRD has calculated a Cohen Price Index Target of $0.07 per share for PCFG, 663%
higher than the current market price of $0.009. The Cohen Price Index Target is
      calculated using 2014 Price-to-Earnings ratio (P/E), Cohen Price-to-Capital
Employed ratio (P/CE), Cohen Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) method and Cohen Price
Performance Index. The P/E and P/CE are based on market multiples and
representative of the broader industry in which the Company operates. The Cohen
Price Performance Index is a representative of the post coverage performance of
all stocks covered by GRRD. The last component in calculating the Cohen Price
Index Target is the value derived using the long-term DCF valuation approach.

The report states: "Pacific Gold is an exciting investment opportunity. The
Company is in an excellent position to further expand its asset base, advance
toward profitable operations and generate significant cash flows... Since the
capital investment requirement for additional capacity at its mill is limited,
the potential for increased production from additional resources should
significantly improve the Company's top-line... Gold prices have broken new
highs and are currently trading upwards of $1,600. Most analysts believe gold
prices will move up higher in the immediate future. The significant premium is
attributable to various macroeconomic events, resurgence of demand from Asian
economies, depreciating dollar, massive international debt problems, including
in the USA, increased demand for gold from central banks as well as an
investment option as a result of economic and political turmoil across the
globe. We believe that current and future developments are creating conditions
and opportunities that are exciting for investing in gold. Pacific Gold is well
positioned to benefit from this global trend."

Heute keine gute News, ich steige aus:

      Pacific Gold Corp. Corporate Update

      TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Nov. 9, 2012) - Pacific Gold Corp. (OTCQB:PCFG)(PINKSHEETS:PCFG).

Pacific Gold announced today the following update on the status of the Company and each of its four subsidiaries.

      Nevada Rae Gold

During the 3rd quarter of 2012 the Black Rock Canyon Mine mined and processed 16,300 cubic yards of gravel and produced 63 ounces of gold during 167 operating plant hours. The Company's goals for the 3rd quarter were 75,000 cubic yards of gravels processed.

The plant and equipment are in good repair and are able to process the required volume of gravels. The Mine has had numerous difficulties with obtaining staff that are capable of running the plant and mining gravels at productive rates. Some of the most identifiable problems are that mine employees have had trouble with maintaining proper spare parts inventory lists to keep equipment uptime, daily workflow monitoring by site management, and proper daily maintenance and removal of the geotextile bags. In order to resolve the staffing issues initial internal discussions have focused on reducing the amount of labor required at the Mine by using more automation. This would include reducing the number of geotextile bags, changing the current pond system to concrete ponds and adding a new dewatering screen. The Company plans to begin a more focused search to identify a suitable candidate to take over the daily management of the Mine.

As such the Company has temporarily ceased mining and screening operations at the site in order to properly evaluate how to proceed with making the screening operation run at a steady rate of production. The Company estimates that this process will take up to 120 days. NDEP has advised the Company that approval of any changes to the operation will take approximately 60 days from when the Company submits its design changes.

      Fernley Gold

The Company is reviewing its initial Plan of Operations that was filed with the BLM and NDEP and plans to hire a new engineering firm to file an amended plan in 2013. Upon approval of the amended Plan by the BLM and NDEP, the Company will file for its additional necessary permits and reclamation bond in order to commence mining at the Olinghouse Placers. BLM and NDEP approval may take until 2014 to complete.

      Pilot Mountain Resources

The Company is very pleased with progress to date made at Project W by Pilot Metals (a subsidiary of Black Fire Minerals). Since the time Project W was optioned to Pilot Metals significant improvements to the resource calculation have been made and Pilot Metals has advanced the project to meet with the expectations of management. Should Pilot Metals elect to exercise their purchase option they will be required to advance $500,000 to Pilot Mountain Resources in September 2013, along with two additional payments of $500,000 each in 2014 and 2015.

      Pacific Metals

The Company paid its dividend of 1 share of Pacific Metals for each 420 shares of Pacific Gold Corp. on November 2nd, 2012.

Pacific Metals is working towards having a form 211 filed with the FINRA so that trading in Pacific Metals shares may soon begin. Once the market quote is established for the Company it will begin working to raise $500,000 in capital for its 2013 budget. The Company has a work plan for 2013 from its Geologist consultants for an estimated $300,000 of work to be performed in 2013 which includes preparing new maps, resource survey's and new drill holes on the Graysill claims.

      Pacific Gold Corp.

The Company is holding its annual general meeting on November 13th in Las Vegas and hopes to approve a number of measures for financially restructuring the share capital of the Company. Following the meeting, the Company will actively look to raise $2 million in new debt and/or equity in order to complete its business plans in 2013 as outlined above. Without raising the necessary funding the Company may have to curtail some of its plans in 2013.

      Annual Meeting

The Company would like to remind its shareholders that there will be no video or audio recording of the annual meeting permitted. As well any shareholders planning on attending the meeting should bring a valid photo identification as well as proof of share ownership.
