(JOR - TSX Venture), ("JOURDAN" or the "Company") (www.jourdan.ca)is pleased to announce that it has acquired 100% interest in the 15.7 square kilometre Sault Au Cochons Phosphate Property (or, "SAC"), composed of 28 claims and located 100 km by road north northwest of Forestville, 50 km southwest of Jourdan's Dissimieux Lake Phosphate Property, and 35 km northeast of Jourdan's Cache Phosphate Property, in the Province of Quebec, Canada. The SAC Phosphate Property is adjacent to Jourdan's Lac Catherine Phosphate Property.

The property was staked by Jourdan following extensive compilation and targeting of prospective geological units along the St. Lawrence North Shore Region between Saguenay and Baie-Comeau, in proximity to Jourdan's Jazz and Dissimieux Lake Phosphate Properties (See Map 1). The SAC Phosphate Property covers lenses of oxide-apatite gabbronorite (OAGN) rich in iron, titanium and phosphorus (FTP). According to the Quebec Ministry of Natural Resources, "The region shows strong mineral potential for iron-titanium oxide and apatite deposits associated with gabbronorites" (Source Natural Resources Quebec Report RP 2009-01(A)).

Sault Au Cochons contains lenses of OAGN. These lenses occur close to the border and inside the Labrieville Anorthosite (LBV) which is host to Argex Titanium's Lac Brule deposit. In the region the previously mapped lenses of OAGN have an approximate strike length of 20 km, and Jourdan has acquired by staking approximately 15.2 km of these strong mineral potential lenses. There is 11.2 km of strike length on the SAC Phosphate Property and 4 km of strike length has been traced on the Lac Catherine Phosphate Property on surface (See Map 2).

On Thursday October 24, 2013, Arianna Phosphate released the results of its Lac A Paul Feasibility Study:

"A Net Present Value of US$ 1,910.1 million at an 8% discount rate, an Internal Rate of Return of 20.7% with a capital payback of 4.4 years before taxes and mining duties. The mine life estimate is 25.75 years (excluding pre-production) with an average annual phosphate concentrate production of 3 million tonnes with a grade of 38.6% P2O5 and with average mill recovery of 90.0%."

Jourdan continues to target and consolidate low risk and high potential value phosphate properties along the north shore of the St. Lawrence River near Baie Comeau, Quebec. The results reported by Arianne for its Lac A Paul Feasibility Study, as well The Mine Arnaud partnership owned by Investissement Quebec (a Crown corporation), and Yara International ASA (a Norwegian company), demonstrate that large economic phosphate deposits in the region where Jourdan operates is not a unique occurrence.

The Lac Catherine Phosphate Property covers a belt of gabbroic rocks rich in apatite (phosphate) and pyrite, along the western margin of the Labrieville anorthosite intrusive complex which host Argex Titanium's Lac Brule deposit that has a reported historical resource estimate of 3.87 million tonnes grading 30-35% TiO2 (source http://www.argex.ca/properties/lac-brule/). The band of gabbroic rocks on the Lac Catherine Phosphate Property has been mapped for more than 4km on surface and have been interpreted from geophysics to have an approximate strike length of 12.6 km from geophysical interpretation.

The advantage of the Lac Catherine Property, when compared to other occurrences of phosphate, is the logistical access. The exposure near Lac Catherine on the Property is in a road-cut, where the exposure is "at least 1.25km long by 120m wide" with 5 to 20% apatite (reported by Natural Resources Quebec's Sigeom for the Lac Catherine non-metallic deposit, discovered in 1961. (See Map 3)).

The band of gabbroic rocks on the Cache Phosphate Property has been traced for several kilometres on surface.

The advantage of Cache, when compared to other occurrences of titanium-phosphate, is the extent of the host unit. The gabbroic band extends between 0.5 and 1 kilometres wide and has been followed on surface for at least 10 km (See Map 3).

The property also has an additional inferred resource of 13.8 million tonnes grading 1.21% Li2O (cut-off of 0.8% Li2O). The pre-tax NPV on the Quebec Lithium Project is $456 million, with an expected IRR of 32%.

To acquire 100% of the property, ElanOre Resources Inc. ("ElanOre") will issue 6,000,000 common shares at a deemed value of $0.10 per share within 30 days, subject to satisfactory due diligence, and pay an additional $600,000 in cash, common shares or a combination of cash and common shares of ElanOre within 24 months of signing of the option agreement. The issue price of such additional shares would be based on the volume-weighted average closing price per common share for the 30 trading days immediately preceding the fifth trading day before the date of the payment, subject to a minimum of $0.05. This is the third increase by staking the company has completed in two years and the new staking covers areas that are in close proximity to drilling and projected extensions of existing targets. From the original total claim area of 830.8 hectares (prior to the staking done by the Company in 2011 and 2012), the Dissimieux Lake Phosphate Property has increased in area to a total size of 21,490 hectares. A previous increase in the size of the Dissimieux Lake Phosphate Property was announced on June 14, 2012.

Jourdan is also pleased to announce that it has recently completed a 1,314m drill program in 11 diamond drill holes testing the extension of the Main Phosphate Horizon (MPH) a total of 1.2 kilometers to the North-East. Three sections were drilled 400m, 800m and 1,200m North East along strike from the previously drilled section 5300 where hole DL-12-01, DL-12-02 and DL-12-03 were completed and intersected Zone E-1, previously released on May 24, 2012 (http://jourdan.ca/uploads/153.pdf). Results from the April 2012 drilling on Section 5300 include 45 metres grading 3.20% P2O5 in drill hole DL-12-01 and 43.6 metres grading 2.91% P2O5 in drill hole DL-12-02.

QA/QC Protocols

The drill cores from NQ-core sized diamond drill holes were transported from the drill sites by truck to the Jourdan core logging facility located 10 km to the north. There, geologists and technicians, under the supervision of Jonathan Taylor, B.Sc., the Dissimieux Lake Phosphate Project Manager, logged, sample tagged and half-splitted core in 3 metre lengths using a hydraulic splitter. The individual sampled intervals of half-split core were then inserted in tagged plastic bags, sealed and inserted in large nylon bags readied for shipment to the ALS Laboratory Group facility in Val-d'Or (Quebec). Blanks and duplicates were inserted in the sample stream on-site at every 20 core samples.
