Jourdan Highlights Results from the Vallee Lithium Project Adjacent to Canada Lithium Corporation's Quebec Lithium Project

      * Vallee Lithium Project has the same geology and similar grades to its contiguous neighbour: Canada Lithium's Quebec Lithium Project

      * Lithium miners and explorers continue to have an active merger & acquisition year

NOT FOR DISTRIBUTION TO U.S. NEWSWIRE OR FOR DISSEMINATION IN THE UNITED STATES

Montreal (Canada), November 13, 2012: JOURDAN RESOURCES INC. (TSX-V: JOR) ("Jourdan" or the "Company") (www.jourdan.ca) is pleased to issue an update on the 100% owned Vallee Lithium project located approximately 60 km north of Val d'Or, Quebec.

Canada Lithium Corporation, whose Quebec Lithium Project is contiguous to Jourdan's Vallee Lithium Project, announced on November 12, 2012 the signing of "a five-year lithium carbonate offtake agreement with Tewoo-ERDC (Tianjin Products and Energy Resources Development Co., Ltd.), one of China's larger commodities traders, for a minimum annual commitment of 12,000 tonnes of battery-grade lithium carbonate." This represents approximately 60% of the projected annual capacity to produce approximately 20,000 tonnes of lithium carbonate.

Jourdan's Vallee Lithium project is contiguous to the south and east of the Canada Lithium Quebec Mine and in May 2011 Jourdan completed a 21 drill hole, 4,256.1 metre drill program intersecting a series of lithium rich pegmatites along strike and less than 2 kilometres from the Canada Lithium Quebec Mine. The results of this drilling program were announced in the press release of October 24, 2012 titled Jourdan Initial Drilling Results From The Vallee Lithium Project - Multiple Intersections Of Lithium Mineralized Pegmatite Dikes (http://www.jourdan.ca/uploads/163.pdf). Highlights of the drilling program are in the table below:

Location of the drill holes in relationship to the Vallee Lithium claims is shown in the attached maps.

In a statement Michael Dehn, President and CEO of Jourdan highlights "that the Canada Lithium announcement of an offtake agreement with Tianjin Products and Energy Resources Development Co., Ltd., demonstrates the increasing interest in Lithium Development companies, especially those in Australia and Canada."

"This agreement follows on the July 2012 acquisition by Galaxy Resources of Lithium One which included the James Bay Pegmatite Project in Quebec. And on August 23 2012, Rockwood Holdings Inc., announced a definitive agreement had been reached in acquiring all of the outstanding shares of Talison Lithium Limited which has been followed by the November 12th, 2012 announcement of a potential superior bid for Talison by Chengdu Tianqi Industry Group Co. It should be noted that Chengdu Tianqi already holds a nearly 20% interest in Nemaska Lithium which is advancing the Whabouchi and Sirmac lithium deposits located in the James Bay Region of the Province of Quebec."

Mr. Dehn further states "Canada Lithium has announced that it is close to commencing production at the Quebec Lithium Project. If they become the target of a large financial investor, another lithium carbonate chemical company or lithium battery producer looking to secure near term supply, Jourdan's Vallee Lithium project is in a great location to potentially benefit from any interest in Canada Lithium. And even if Canada Lithium doesn't become a target, the Vallee Lithium project is still in a great location because we will be right beside a soon to be producing lithium mine, so this is potentially good news for Jourdan either way. I feel that Jourdan's Vallee Lithium claims are a hidden gem in the Jourdan property portfolio."

Jourdan Releases Results of 2011 Reconnaissance Grab Samples from Jazz Property
Monday , 18 Jun 2012 Jourdan Resources Inc.

Mississauga, Ontario CANADA, June 18, 2012 /FSC/ - Jourdan Resources Inc. (JOR - TSX Venture), ("JOURDAN" or the "Company") (www.jourdan.ca) is pleased to report the results of reconnaissance grab samples collected on its 100% controlled Jazz Phosphate Property (the "Property") located approximately 200 km west-northwest of the Upper North Shore port community of Baie-Comeau (Quebec), 40 km west of JOURDAN's Lac Dissimieux Phosphate Project, and sits contiguous to the south of the Lac a Paul Phosphate Deposit, where Arianne Resources recently completed a prefeasibility study for open-pit mining operations. The study projected an annual production rate of two million tonnes of 39% P2O5 apatite concentrate over a 25 year open-pit mine life with a forecasted net present value of $649-million and an internal rate of return (IRR) just under 20%.

A total of 30 reconnaissance grab samples were collected by prospectors in 2011 under the supervision of Christian Tremblay, P Geo., who had no direct interest in the Property upon completion of the work, prior to the acquisition of the claims by Jourdan. The results of these samples were included in a report "Rapport des activites de prospection sur la propriete Apa-ti realises le 17 et 18 juillet 2011 par le groupe de prospecteurs " by Christian Tremblay, P. Geo., dated November 1, 2011. Grab samples are selective by nature and are unlikely to represent average grades of the deposit.

The report outlines the grab sample result highlights, including:

      Sample H902375 with 13.195% P2O5
      Sample H902377 with 8.187% P2O5
      Sample H902379 with 7.812% P2O5

"The results from the Jazz Phosphate Property from work completed last year, along with the ongoing success and enhanced prefeasibility results from Arianne Resources Paul Lake Project, adjacent to Jazz, continues to demonstrate the region has the potential to be a material source of phosphate for the fertilizer market" states Jourdan's President and CEO Michael Dehn.

Results for the 30 reconnaissance grab samples that were collected in 2011 are listed below:

Jourdan Further Increases Dissimieux Lake Phosphate Project By Staking

NOT FOR DISTRIBUTION TO U.S. NEWSWIRE OR FOR DISSEMINATION IN THE UNITED STATES

Dissimieux Lake increased in size by 3,100 hectares to 17,100 hectares

Montreal, Quebec CANADA, June 14, 2012 /FSC/ - Jourdan Resources Inc. (JOR - TSX Venture),(www.jourdan.ca) is pleased to announce it has once again increased the size of the Dissimieux Lake Phosphate Project by staking. On March 20, 2012 Jourdan Resources staked 56 new claims adding approximately 3,100 hectares to the company's flagship Dissimieux Lake Phosphate Project to bring the total area to approximately 17,100 hectares. This represents a 22% increase since November 22nd 2011 announcement and a 1,963% increase versus the original property.

This is the third increase by staking the company has completed within the past year and covers areas that have been reconnoitered on the ground by the company and have potential for phosphate mineralization. A previous increase in the size of the Dissimieux Lake Phosphate Property was announced on November 22, 2011.

The new claim units cover potential mineralization parallel to the original zones discovered at Dissimieux Lake based on interpretation of geology and geophysics and ground work completed this past summer and fall. All claims at the Dissimieux Lake Phosphate Project are 100% owned, with no royalties, by Jourdan.

"As Jourdan continues to locate additional potential in the Dissimieux Lake area and the company will continue to opportunistically and economically add to the land package" states Jourdan president and CEO Michael Dehn. "Outside of the previously identified main mineralized horizon we see other high priority targets."

The technical information in this news release was approved by Mr. Jean Lafleur, M. Sc. P. Geo, a Consultant to Jourdan Resources, and a Qualified Person under NI 43-101 regulations.

Jourdan Completes 23 Hole Drill Program at Dissimieux Lake Phosphate Project

      * 2,633 metres of drilling completed

      * 21 of 23 holes followed up on historical targets

      * Drilling completed ahead of schedule and on budget

Not For Distribution to U.S. Newswire or For Dissemination in the United States

Mississauga (Canada), May 24, 2012 /FSC/ - Jourdan Resources Inc. (JOR - TSX Venture),("JOURDAN" or the "Company") (www.jourdan.ca) is pleased to announce the completion of its first drill hole program at the Dissimieux Lake Phosphate Project, Quebec. The 23 hole drill program follows up on historical drilling completed in 1993 as well as one new target area in proximity to the historical drilling.

A total of 2,633 metres were completed in 23 holes. Originally planned as a 2,500 metre, 19 holes drill program, the Company was ahead of schedule and on budget, and as such, additional drilling was authorized and completed. 12 of these holes targeted the Main Phosphate Horizon (MPH). This drilling was originally announced in Jourdan's press release dated May 1, 2012, which can be found here: http://www.jourdan.ca/uploads/150.pdf

12 holes tested an 830m strike length of the MPH in the South-West drilling area, up from the originally planned 10 holes covering a planned 440m strike length of the MPH. The two additional holes tested a geophysical target approximately 400m SW and along the interpreted strike of the MPH from 10 holes that were originally planned.

9 holes tested a 730m strike length of the MPH in the North-East drilling area as originally planned. 2 additional holes tested a geophysical target 200m SE of the middle section of drilling on the MPH, on a target interpreted to be a parallel zone of phosphate mineralization.

This drill program tested less than 1% of Jourdan's 100% owned Dissimieux Lake Phosphate Project. The 1994 Drilling Report (in French) that describes the 1993 drilling can be reviewed here: http://www.jourdan.ca/pdf/Diamond%20Drilling%20Report%20-%20…

Stephen Wallace, VP of Exploration states "This is the initial drill program by Jourdan Resources on the Dissimieux Phosphate target and it was encouraging that the ease and speed of drilling allowed for four extra drill holes within the original budget. This extra drilling will add to the knowledge of the property and greatly assist the planning of future drill programs."

Quality assurance / Quality Control ("QA/QC")

The core from diamond drill holes was transported from the drill sites to the JOURDAN core logging facility. There, qualified personnel logged, sample tagged and half-split the core in 0.25 meter to 1 meter intervals using a hydraulic splitter. The individual sampled intervals of half-split core are then inserted in tagged plastic bag, sealed and inserted in large nylon bags readied for shipment to the ALS Laboratory Group facility in Val-d'Or (Quebec). Blanks and duplicates were inserted in the sample stream on-site at every 20 core samples. The drill program was completed under the supervision of Jean Lafleur, M. Sc. P. Geo.

The technical information in this news release was approved by Mr. Jean Lafleur, M. Sc. P. Geo, a Consultant to Jourdan Resources, who is a Qualified Person under NI 43-101 regulations.
The material in this news release has been reviewed by Mr. Stephen Wallace, P. Geo, VP Exploration, and a Qualified Person as defined in NI 43-101.
