On Monday, the Kyrgyz licensing commission, made up of a number of government officials, met with Stans KG's Managing Director, Gennady Savchenko, and Stans' lawyers, to discuss the new terms of the licensing agreement. Every single member of the commission voted in favour of extending the licence for Stans Energy's 100% owned Kutessay II mine - a unanimous decision. There were official writen minutes for the meeting, and Stans has been waiting for the final, signed paperwork before finalizing a news release.
When I asked about the reports in Kyrgyzstan, Mackay said the english translations of these Russian reports were terrible and made many incorrect comments. The statements reposted on chat rooms are completely contradictory to what was discussed, and agreed upon, in Monday's meeting. Stans will put out a press release when they get the official, signed, licencing agreement

The latest Tazabek news just says Kyrgyz government will do nothing illegal during the decision on our License Agreement #3
Obviously some reporter asked the wrong questions and to stop any rumors the Kyrgyz have made this statement.
IMO the protocol 13-H-12 (was) is accurate but was published by mistake. IMO gov. and stans have an agreement to remain silent till the final LA#3 is signed. But this failed by the Kyrgyz mistake of publishing the protocol.
The release of signed LA and PFS will have impact to our SP. IMO SP will rise a little. So if Stans is going to buy back some shares and give them to the Kyrgyz it would have been better to keep the SP down for a little while. If we are really talking about only 130000 shares this would be the best way to deal with this, instead of use new shares.
To me everything is fine by now, just wait for PFS and LA deal.
