headquarters in Menlo Park, California in celebration of their initial public
offering (IPO) which will take place today, Friday, May 18, 2012 on The NASDAQ
Global Select Market. Facebook will begin trading under the ticker symbol 'FB'.
In honor of the occasion, Facebook Founder and CEO, Mark Zuckerberg will ring
the Opening Bell.
Where:
Facebook Headquarters in Menlo Park. The event will be closed to the press.

mal ne frage: wie sieht es denn aus mit den aktien, die nicht von "altaktionären" abgegeben werden? können die auch einfach so auf dem markt veräußert werden bzw. gibt es da sperrfristen?
wenn nur die "paar" papiere auf den markt kommen, die zugeteilt wurden, kann ich mir vorstellen, dass der kurs erstmal richtig nach oben schießt. bevor die ganze welt fb-aktien besitzt, gerade auch wegen den schwierigkeiten bei der zuteilung von ausländischen "investoren", kann ich mir nicht vorstellen, dass der kurs fällt.

Facebook kaufen, zwei Wochen liegen lassen und dann Gewinne einsacken, so mache ich es!
