NEW YORK, June 6, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Total Apparel Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets: TLAG, hereinafter the "Company") announces that it has assigned its' minority interest in Village Tea Company Distribution, Inc., the owner of the Village Tea Company brand of premium loose leaf tea and tea accessories to DC Brands International, Inc., (HRDN) the owner of the H.A.R.D. Nutrition, label of functional water systems and nutritional supplements. The Company believes that this transaction will benefit the long term goals of both Village Tea Company and Total Apparel Group, as it seeks to address short term needs as a part of a major restructuring process that it will undergo over the next several months.
In lieu of this transaction the company will continue to shift its' focus from being exclusively involved in licensing and distribution in the apparel and accessory sector, as the company continues to seek additional opportunities to expand its acquisition model, with a primary focus on a broad range of consumer products categories. The company has identified several potential opportunities, and will continue its due diligence of each of these opportunities, while also focusing on the re-structuring efforts that will enable the company to properly implement and execute its acquisition strategy.

Following 2 seasons with the Superbowl Champion Dallas Cowboys, Gadsden played for the Portland Dragons, of the Arena Football League, where he won the AFL Rookie of the Year Honors in 1998, after posting 93 Receptions for 1,335 yards, for a whopping 38 Touchdowns. The following year he joined the Miami Dolphins where he quickly became the starting wide receiver and favorite target of Dan Marino. Over his 7 year career with the Miami Dolphins, Gadsden posted 227 receptions, for 3252 yards and 22 touchdowns. He also lead the team with 10 games over 100 yards receiving during that time. Bin nun auch dabei ,da ich denke das es zur Zeit sehr gut aussieht um hier noch einige Prozente mit zunehmen.
Habe mich seit vorgestern mit dem Wert auseinandergesetzt und muss sagen,auf alle Fälle interessant.Das Interesse ist gestern gewaltig gestiegen und heute geht dieser Trend weiter.
Seit gestern ein Vol von 350Mio und die Amis wachen langsam auf.Habe es leider gestern verpasst bei der 0,001 einzusteigen und habe mir heute bei 0,0002 einige Stücke geordert.Wenn das Interesse so weiter steigt,müssten 100% noch möglich sein.
Bin sehr gespannt was heute in der Powerhouer passiert.
US89149H4048 oder WKN A1J1E4 für alle interessierten.Meiner Meinung nach auf alle fälle eine interessante Sache.Jeder sollte sich selber eine Meinung darüber bilden.

Umsätze ziehen die letzten 2 Tage mächtig an - da scheint sich was zusammen zu brauen - ich habe was gelesen von anstehendem Merger - hier ist viel Fantasie vorhanden und bei dem niedrigen Preis kann man ja nicht viel falsch machen - werde mir nachher mal welche ins Depot legen
