TRADING HALT REQUEST
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Liontown Resources Limited (ASX:LTR) requests the granting of an immediate trading halt in its securities pending announcements in relation to the definitive feasibility study and downstream scoping study for the Kathleen Valley Lithium Project.
The trading halt is necessary to ensure the Company can manage its continuous disclosure obligations.
The Company anticipates making the above noted announcement prior to the commencement of trading
on Thursday, 11 November 2021.................

Documentation is being finalised and arrangements are now underway to organise an official signing
ceremony to formalise and commemorate the parties having reached agreement.
The signing ceremony is scheduled to be held on 17 November, in Leinster.
The official signing of the Agreement will represent a significant milestone for Liontown in advancing the

IPO von MI6 kann als gelungen betrachtet werden, konnte man mit nem PLUS von 20% ggüber ausgabepreis
ausm handel gehen..........mit ner MK von maud 132,- !!!!

Personally I think it was a good solid IPO first day, heavily oversubscribed, on a flat day across the market, we all wanted more in our allocations, it opened strongly @74.5 traders made money, the stock traded solidly and investor/accumulators did well too, it wasn’t flogged down to to 50 cents and it wasn’t pumped to ridiculous MCs like $250 million.
I feel quite content and I bet Tim and Dave and the great crew are very satisfied this evening! Congratulations legends!!
