Advanced Technology Holdings Limited Reports First Quarter Record Revenue and Earnings; $1.28 Million Reported Earnings From $6.91 Million Generated Revenues


LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 26, 2000--Advanced Technology Holdings Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Score One Inc. (OTCBB:SCRO), a leading Chinese designer and manufacturer of printed circuit boards (PCBs), announced proforma earnings of 6 cents per share for the quarter ended March 21, 2000 with revenue of $6.9 million, beating year-ago first-quarter results by almost 40 percent.

1999 12 months earning of 18 cents per share were generated by $21.5 million in revenue with $3.5 million of net income on a proforma basis. C.W. (Roy) ##, Chairman and President of Score One, said, "Our record operating results are attributable to both increased sales and improved operating efficiency."

The Chairman went on to say, "We anticipate growth exceeding 60% for the calendar year 2000 as compared to calendar year 1999 as we experience new areas of product application and higher levels of market penetration."

The Company manufactures specific application printed circuit boards (PCBs) including flexible double sided conductive carbon and polyester based PCBs for use in consumer electronics and telecommunication devices, such as handheld organizers, scientific calculators and mobile phones.

The Company`s products are sold principally to OEM manufacturers of brand name consumer electronics such as Sharp, Canon, Citizen and Hitachi and is certified at IS09002 level.

The Company maintains general offices in Hong Kong with production and warehouse facilities in Dongguan, China where it employs 600 workers.

History:
The expanded productivity of Advanced Technology International Ltd. (subsidiary of SCRO), formerly Modern Frame International Ltd., began in mid-1995 with the increased capacity & relocation of its warehouse & production facilities to Dongguan in a 45,000 square foot factory & a complement of then 350 trained employees. The R&D Department was instituted that same year.

In 1996, Advanced Technology International reduced its cost of sales by 40% by launching the double-sided conductive carbon PCB which now represents 66% of its production above the single sided PCB. It further advanced its technology & cost reduction in 1998 with the introduction or Polyester & Polyamine PCB production.
In 1/99, group reorganization was completed as a preparatory step for the listing at the Company`s stock in the U.S. Wing Cheong ##, founder of Advanced Technology International Holding., has extensive experience in the PCB Industry in Hong Kong & the PRC. Advanced Technology International was incorporated to encompass all P01 business, operations, & sales.

Advanced Technology International, Ltd. was purchased by Score One (SCRO) 2/2000 for 16,300,000 shares of SCRO with 3 million shares remaining in the hands of SCRO`s original shareholders. Advanced Technology International Holdings Ltd. is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Score One Inc. SCRO began trading on the OTC 4/18/2000.

Business Overview:
There is increasing demand for cameras, wireless communications, digital clocks, handheld organizers, scientific calculators, laptop & palm computers, MP3 player equipment, & other consumer electronics & telecommunications devices. SCRO is meeting the demand for electronic connectivity provided by printed circuit boards (PCB`s) & multiple polyamide interconnection boards (MPIC`s) used in these products. It supplies boards to many large consumer electronics manufacturers. SCRO is IS09002 certified.

The majority of SCRO`s products are sold to Hong Kong & Taiwan electronic manufactures. SCRO, through it`s subsidiary, is a major manufacturer of printed circuit boards in the Hong Kong & Taiwan electronic manufacturing industry. Because of increasing sales volume in the Asian Basin, Pacific Rim, & surrounding economies, SCRO intends to open five more offices in the Peoples` Republic of China (PRC). Wenn man annehmen würde, daß SCRO in den folgenden Quartalen das Ergebnis nicht weiter verbessern kann, also 40 anstatt der geplanten mehr als 60 Prozent Wachstum in 2000, kommt
man auf ein geschätztes Ergebnis von 4x6=24 Cents pro Aktie. Dies entspricht einem KGV von 16,6 auf 2000er Basis und bei einem Kurs von derzeit 4 US-Dollar, vergleichbare Unternehmen
haben ein KGV von 60.

SCRO halte ich auf diesem Level für ein Schnäppchen , das Produkt ist relativ krisensicher, da PCBs Grundbestandteil in elektronischen Geräten
verschiedenster Art sind. Mit dem Beitritt Chinas in die WTO wird China wohl deutlich mehr Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt werden, Unternehmen die schnell wachsen und schon Gewinne schreiben
werden dann wohl am ehesten beachtet.

Das Unternehmen strebt ein Listing an der AMEX oder Nasdaq an, momentan wird das Unternehmen unter dem Kürzel SCRO in den USA am OTC-Board gehandelt.
