Kitov Announces Retirement of Founder and Executive Chairman Dr. Paul Waymack
Dr. Waymack Will Continue to Serve as Kitov’s Medical and Regulatory Advisor
TEL AVIV, Israel, May 1, 2019 - Kitov Pharma Ltd. (the “Company” or “Kitov”) (NASDAQ/TASE: KTOV), a pharmaceutical company focused on advancing first-in-class combination oncology therapies to overcome tumor drug resistance, increase treatment response rate, and slow tumor progression, today announced the retirement of its chairman of the board and chief medical officer, Dr. John Paul Waymack. Dr. Waymack will step down from all executive positions and from the board of directors, but will continue to serve as a medical and regulatory advisor to the Company. The effective date for Dr. Waymack’s retirement will be mutually agreed between the Company and Dr. Waymack, in order to allow the company to nominate his successor and to complete a smooth transition process.

Zurück auf Los heisst für mich zu 1.11$ zurück ins Depot, die Position ist 20% größer geworden. Im Laufe H1 sollten dann neue bzw. Vollständige preklinische Daten zu 219 kommen. Das ist recht wahrscheinlich jedoch mit 10 Wochen ein etwas größeres Zeitfenster. Verzögerungen natürlich nicht ausgeschlossen.
Eher unwahrscheinlich bis dahin aber jederzeit möglich wäre ein Deal für Consensi für Japan, Europa oder ROW.
In beiden Fällen sollte man, zumindest kurzfristig, Kurse von 1,50$ sehen aber dass ist natürlich nie genau vorhersehbar und nur eine persönliche Schätzung.

Nächstes Event vermutlich klinische Daten zu nt-219, bin aber gerade nicht so tief in Thema. Werde es mit buy the Dip probierten, Sabby wird's schon richten. Diese Daten sind viel bedeutender als die Kollaboration mit BMS. Nach meinem Verständnis spendiert BMS das Opdivo für die Studie und trägt im besten Fall einen Teil der Kosten, mehr aber auch nicht.
