Syrah Resources Limited (ASX: SYR) (Syrah or the Company) today announced the execution of a
convertible note deed and a fully underwritten institutional placement to raise a total of A$112 million
(US$83 million1).
In addition, Syrah is offering a Share Purchase Plan to eligible shareholders to raise
up to an additional A$12 million (US$9 million1) (collectively, the “Capital Raising”).
The Capital Raising has the following components:
An approximately A$56 million (US$42 million1 ) fully underwritten placement to professional and
sophisticated investors (“Placement”), at a fixed offer price of A$0.90 per share (“Offer Price”);
a non-underwritten Share Purchase Plan (“SPP”) to raise up to A$12 million (US$9 million1), to be
offered to eligible shareholders in Australia and New Zealand following the completion of the
Placement;
a proposed A$56 million (US$42 million1 ) in convertible notes issuable, at Syrah’s option, in two
equal tranches before 31 March 2021 and 30 June 2021 to AustralianSuper Pty Ltd as trustee for
AustralianSuper (AustralianSuper) (“Convertible Notes”). Issue of the Notes is subject to certain
conditions (such as completion of Placement and obtaining Syrah shareholder approval under ASX

Ich hab`mal nachgeschaut: ich bin ab Seite 1 zu finden
...war aber schon viel früher in Syrah investiert! Wann war der erste Grafit-Run? 2010? Ungefähr ab diesem Zeitraum war ich immer mal wieder investiert.

Antwort auf Beitrag Nr.: 65.983.121 von cash_burner am 08.12.20 10:57:34Meine "Geschichte" in Bezug auf Syrah kann man hier im Thread ganz gut nachlesen. Ich bin zum xten Mal in Syrah investiert. Was damals noch Phantasie war (Tesla kannte damals fast keiner), scheint sich doch immer mehr durchzusetzen...Batterie-Technologie. Ich denke, wenn alles einigermaßen glatt läuft, sollten wir noch viel Freude mit Syrah haben.

Hier in Deutschland haben viele mit Syrah seit 2018 viel Geld verbrannt.
Seit der Bodenbildung ist man wieder eingestiegen und hat nun seit dem Corona-Tief 100 - 200% plus auf dem Zähler. Daher gab es nun meiner Meinung nach natürlich Gewinnmitnahmen, da man nach den früheren Verlusten nicht schon wieder die Gewinne riskieren möchte.
Ich habe auch mit dem Gedanken gespielt.
Aber wir wissen ja - Gewinne laufen lassen.
Vielleicht hat die Credit Suisse mit ihrem jahrelangem "buy"-Rating doch noch recht.
