Let me give you some comments about questions and uncertainties you and other shareholders could have.
Skyline: The Website is under redesign this is why we are missing to publish it, we’ll try to speed it up in order for all of you understand the importance of the partner in Dominican Republic, which will enable business also with one of the incumbent operator.
The Financial Statement published ending in September is correct as show Quarter 3, The last Quarter will be included in the Year End Audited Financial Statement, we are missing to publish the Monthly Progress Report, and we will update next week all missing months. (Thanks for this observation)
It will be integrated inside the existing App as WebAPP and after a period of strong test, will become a native APP included in the existing one, with different look and Feel.
We are finalizing the graphics of UpcoPay as actually we have a very skeleton graphic; I’ll ask my team when the release date could be announced.
Upco will never publish something without having in the corporation a material information; we received an official communication from our Partner, and we wanted to notify our shareholders accordingly.
To start a Massive Marketing campaign are necessary important funds and we are working to finance the Company; in addition, we are working reducing costs since the beginning of 2020 in order to maximize the Business and Marketing.
We will work on some insight soon and Twitter will be the official channel.

There has been a lot of good news regarding UpcoPay in the last weeks, which has also been reflected in the rising share price of Upco.
I also have Upco shares and of course I am interested in new positive news regarding UpcoPay - like many other shareholders.
In the last few days, in my opinion, uncertainty is spreading more and more in German forums as well as in Canadian forums. What will happen next and when can we expect UpcoPay?
I am aware that the release of UpcoPay will not happen overnight, but due to the current situation (loosening momentum and good mood of shareholders) it would be necessary to have more presence and news from your sides.
Currently there are still open questions for me, which were promised, but there is still no news about it:
1. Skyline Dominican: There was a statement from your side, however, there is no information on the Internet to this company, nor to the person mentioned (Luis Concepcion, President of SKYLINE Dominican). Here should come something on your homepage - unfortunately missing until today.
2. Financial Statements: The last statement is from September 2020, further reports are missing. When will the missing reports come here?
3. Release UpcoPay: will it be a standalone app or integrated into Upco mobile messenger? A rough release window? February? March? In your news it says, all is set up, only Brexit was holding you back.
4. Token.io / Enfuce: You have provided a statement on this, what the path for UpcoPay will be. However, nothing has been confirmed by Token.io or Enfuce. An official statement from either company would be helpful.
In general, I would like to see more transparent communication from Upco, otherwise the momentum will drop soon.
For a good start of UpcoPay I would appreciate a heavy marketing campaign – especially now where WhatsApp is tumbling.
Or how about some ‘insights’ of Upco Team while programming? A photo story via twitter? Advertising via reddit?
