An alle SOW`ler,
Neuste Meldung der Software AG!!!!

Software AG buys stake in European Internet group
Joint marketing of e-business solutions based on XML technology
New products lead to sustained double-digit revenue growth rates
Darmstadt, Germany, July 11, 2000 – Software AG, Europe`s largest provider of system software for electronic business, has acquired ten percent of Winsome S.A., Brussels. Winsome is the holding company for a number of young Internet firms in several European countries, which specialize in the development of Web applications.
As part of the agreement, Software AG will participate in knowledge transfer and distribution partnerships with the young Internet firms. The new partnership also represents a significant increase in the number of software houses, which will develop and market their electronic business solutions with Software AG products. In the short term, Winsome plans to grow its network of European Internet companies with the addition of more firms -- to be followed by its IPO at a later point in time.
Winsome S.A. was established in 1999 with the goal of rapidly building up a European network of Internet companies. Winsome acquires minority interests in these Internet firms through increases of capital. The initial founders continue running their companies. The group currently consists of companies in Germany (Freiraum AG, Munich), Italy (21 Network, Milan), Monaco (21 ICMN), Spain (Muchomedia) and Belgium (SISA). More acquisitions in France and Great Britain are planned.
Winsome is aiming to achieve revenue of more than Euro 20 million with about 200 employees this year. Its subsidiaries primarily concentrate their activities on the development and implementation of Web solutions for businesses in the "front-end" sector. This includes online shop solutions and Internet marketplaces as well as services such as Web design and online media communication. Becoming a truly European network, the Winsome group is targeting international corporations to complement its customer base.
Software AG began focusing on the Internet B2B (business to business) sector more than two years ago and has brought a complete product line (database software, application development and integration) onto the market. As its classic business division is entering an era of maturing market segments, this new area is developing dynamically and creating a foundation for sustained double-digit revenue growth rates.
Software AG`s newest product, Tamino, has had a convincing effect on IT experts worldwide and has captured several international awards. Tamino is an information server, which was developed specifically for the new Internet standard, XML (eXtensible Markup Language), and simplifies and speeds up e-business transactions considerably. Software AG operates internationally and is recognized worldwide as a technological leader in this market. Its solutions are particularly interesting for Internet companies that want to integrate their customers’ existing IT infrastructure with Web applications.
Software AG has launched a partner program whereby it shares its expertise with young Internet start-ups for implementing cutting-edge XML technology and handling the specific requirements of mission-critical applications within established systems. It is becoming clearer and clearer that this is the only way to realize high-performance electronic business solutions which are adequate for meeting the demands of the B2B sector. In addition, Software AG assists the young companies in the areas of capital acquisition, distribution and expansion to foreign markets. After having kicked off this program with partnerships in Belgium, Switzerland and Germany, efforts have been stepped up to quickly penetrate the front-end market with XML technology. The stake in Winsome is an important step towards implementing this strategy.

Mensch Super !
Was verdienen die eigentlich ?

Hallo Mutzinger,
Kurs eingearbeitet,

@MaxMeise,
erste Teilkäufe heute ausgeführt!!!!!
Ab 75 Euro ging`s nochmal ganz schön schnell runter, woran das wohl liegt ??????????????
Warte was gegen Nachmittag passiert.........
