Also ein klarer Kauf!!!

Sagt mal,

dazu nochmal mindestens 4.000.000 dollar an aktienoptionen

da kommt kde nämlich her vor pockemon.

(In beiderlei Richtung)
Pokemon Kinofilm an.

Was KDE betrifft bin zuversichtlich.

http://biz.yahoo.com/p/K/KDE.html
->Rechts unten
Gutes Timing hattest Du gestern!

4Kids Entertainment Announces Second Quarter Results
NEW YORK, Aug 14, 2001 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- 4Kids Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE:
KDE), today announced results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2001.
Net revenues for the second quarter of 2001 totaled $9,148,269, compared with
$23,398,277 in the second quarter of 2000. Net income for the quarter was
$3,259,459, or $0.24 per common share diluted, compared with net income of
$10,177,591 or $0.78 per common share diluted, for the second quarter of 2000.
The diluted weighted average common shares outstanding for the second quarter
ended June 30, 2001 were 13,326,392, compared with 13,071,556 for the same
period a year ago.
Net revenues for the six months ended June 30, 2001 were $21,411,977, compared
with net revenues of $44,097,796 in the first half of 2000. Net income for the
first six months of 2001 totaled $8,548,952, or $0.64 per common share diluted,
compared with net income of $19,507,590, or $1.49 per common share diluted, for
the same period last year. The diluted weighted average common shares
outstanding for the six months ended June 30, 2001 were 13,279,593 compared with
13,079,634 for the prior year`s comparable period.
During the second quarter, the Company committed to positioning, marketing and
developing properties relating to the entertainment sector. Cubix: Robots for
Everyone debuted on August 11, 2001 on Kids WB! "We expect that our alliances
with Kids` WB!, Trendmasters for toys, 3DO for videogames, and Burger King will
help make Cubix a highly visible property among kids," commented Al Kahn. The
Cubix property, which includes toys, some of which are already in stores, is
being supported by a five-week promotion with Burger King, which will run from
August 27 through September 30, 2001.
Commenting on the second quarter, Al Kahn, Chief Executive Officer, said, "The
decline in this quarter`s merchandise licensing revenues reflects the continuing
transition of Pokemon from a worldwide fad into a worldwide brand. In
maintaining our commitment to the longevity of Pokemon as a children`s brand,
this fall, 4Kids and Nintendo intend to launch 52 new episodes of "Pokemon:
Johto League Champions" on Kids` WB!, In addition, Nintendo recently released
the Pokemon Crystal video game and we expect to release the home video of the
third Pokemon Movie, `Pokemon 3` by the end of this month," said Kahn.
"This is a very exciting time for 4Kids Entertainment, because we have developed
a number of properties for television and merchandising that we expect will
contribute to our bottom line in the last half of this year. We are excited to
have acquired the merchandise and television rights for Yu-Gi-Oh!, a
high-profile children`s property, for the world outside Asia. Yu-Gi-Oh!, which
has sold more than 3 billion cards and 7 million video games in Japan, is
scheduled to air on Kids` WB! beginning September 15, 2001. Tama and Friends,
another new Japanese property in the 4Kids portfolio, is expected to air in
syndication beginning fall 2001. Combined, we expect that these two Japanese
properties will appeal to a broad age group, thus giving us an opportunity to
capture a wide children`s audience," commented Al Kahn.
"We anticipate that this will be a defining year for 4Kids Entertainment. With
$100 million in net cash, we believe that we are well-positioned to execute our
initiatives, which today include supporting our new and existing properties and
identifying and acquiring quality content for children," concluded Al Kahn.

JAKKS Pacific Signs Licensing Agreement for New TV Series Cubix -- Robots for Everyone
MALIBU, Calif., Aug 21, 2001 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- JAKKS Pacific Inc.
(Nasdaq: JAKK) today announced that its Flying Colors(R) division has signed a
licensing agreement with 4Kids Entertainment (NYSE:KDE) to manufacture and
market a line of toys based on the new 3-D CGI animated television series,

Nebenbei: Puhvogel bist eigentlich investiert in KDE?

Insbesondere Heroes of Might and Magic und eine paar andere Spiele zeichneten sehr positiv aus, was die "Langspielzeitmotivation" anbelangt.

3DO Announces CUBIX(TM) - Robots for Everyone Games for the HolidaysHot New Show Premieres to Outstanding Ratings on Kids`WB! Network
REDWOOD CITY, Calif., Aug 29, 2001 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- The 3DO Company
(Nasdaq: THDO) today announced the planned release of the CUBIX(TM) - Robots For
Everyone: Race `N Robots(TM) game this holiday season for PlayStation(R) game
console, Game Boy(R) Color handheld system, and PC. Based on CUBIX(TM) - Robots
For Everyone, the hot new CGI animated show from 4Kids Entertainment Inc., the
Race `N Robots game will be the first in a series of games based on this new
property that will supply high-octane action and adrenaline-packed fun for the
entire family.
CUBIX(TM), from 4Kids Entertainment (NYSE: KDE), is the new action-packed
adventure series on the Kids`WB! Network that`s unlike anything currently on TV.
CUBIX(TM) premiered Saturday, August 11, with outstanding ratings on Kids`WB!
The successful series premiere of the animated series CUBIX(TM) led Kids`WB! to
its highest ratings for 3rd Quarter in all key demos. CUBIX(TM) ranked #2 among
all competition in Boys 2-11 and finished the morning as the #1 broadcast
program in Boys 2-11 and Boys 6-11, and ranked #2 among the broadcast
competition in Kids 2-11, Kids 6-11, and Girls 6-11. The series airs immediately
following Pokemon, the top rated kids TV show also from 4Kids Entertainment.
A national marketing campaign to support CUBIX(TM) began this summer with a VHS
tape mailing to one million kids in the United States. Also, the first-ever
CUBIX(TM) Sweepstakes will begin on August 27th to coincide with the national
Burger King promotion. The "Win An Ixtreme CUBIX(TM) Toy Chest" Sweepstakes will
be promoted in 10 million Burger King Kids Club Newsletters and on the official
CUBIX(TM) website (www.cubixrobotsforeveryone.com).
Set in the future, CUBIX(TM) takes place in Bubble Town where robots are a part
of everyday life. The animated series will follow the adventures of a boy named
Connor and his robot pal, Cubix(TM), along with a cast of both human and robot
friends. They embark on adventures as they attempt to repair damaged robots and
ward off their evil nemesis, Dr. K.
The Race `N Robots game will take players to Bubble Town`s racing championships
and areas throughout the land in a heated battle to win the final race and
defeat Dr. K`s converted racer Kolossal. Players can race as their favorite
series character including Brutix, Hop2ix, Don-Don, Diagnostix, and, of course,
Cubix(TM) himself! For a custom feel, gamers can modify and upgrade their rides
by purchasing "Grav-grip" to help maneuver through curves, obtaining the "Zero
G-engine" to give racers maximum top speed, fine-tune the color of their racer,
and much more.
