NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 21, 2000--PayForView.com, an
entertainment destination site featuring streaming multi-media, today
announced that it has received a $ 40,000,000 private equity line from
Swartz Private Equity, LLC of Atlanta, Georgia and has filed a form
SB-2 in conjunction with the equity line to register the securities.
According to terms of the agreement, PayForView.com has the
ability to access up to $40,000,000 over a three-year period. The
registration allows PayForView.com to issue up to 20,000,000 shares of
common stock and warrants for an additional 2,000,000 shares of common
stock.
Given the changing climate of the streaming media space,
PayForView.com is diversifying beyond its previously announced plans
to acquire and develop successful companies synergistic with its
entertainment interests. Negotiations are also presently underway to
acquire companies with proven track records in the education,
information and business content industries.

ja ich bin long, allerdings nur mit einer Miniposition, mir gefällt die Geschäftsidee, denke es ist ein potentieller Zukunftsmarkt, allerdings mit vielen Fragezeichen versehen.

z.B. müssten die flatrates noch billiger werden und in der Folge weiter verbreitet ...

Bin schon vor den pincs eingestiegen, habe Zeit, einen noch rel. günstigen Einstiegskurs von so ca. 50c und kann warten ... we will see
