"Prosoft`s Certified Internet Webmaster certification is a worldwide standard for vendor-neutral Internet certification," commented Debbie Maucieri, vice president of Novell Education. "We strongly endorse CIW and its focus on providing objective certification for Internet administrators, programmers and designers working to accelerate the transition to business on the Internet."

Also, haltet Eure POSO-Aktien und erfreut Euch daran.

Hallo Intracorny,
Also bleib Deiner Linie bitte treu.

@ Daktari
@Catbert

Warten wir mal ab was nun kommt.

( BW)(TX-PROSOFTTRAINING.COM)(POSO) ProsoftTraining.com Certifies Its First Australian Master CIW Designer
Business Editors/High-Tech Writers
AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 17, 2001--ProsoftTraining.com (Nasdaq:POSO), the global leader for Internet certification, training and courseware, confirmed that Australia`s available pool of Master CIW Designers is growing rapidly.
Simon Thomson (age 38), Sydney, became the first Australian to earn his Master CIW Designer certification in the year 2000.
Before becoming a Master CIW Designer, Thomson sought a job in the United States last year, but heard the same thing from every potential employer: "You have to be certified." After talking with several industry professionals, he learned that CIW is the most highly recommended certification.
After receiving his certification, Thomson accepted the task of designing a Web site for EDUCOM, the CIW Authorized Training Provider (ATP) through which he received his CIW training. Thomson, like many others, taught himself to design basic Web sites, said the CIW program has been invaluable in enhancing and perfecting his Web design skills. "The materials showed me ways of doing things I had never thought about before, and helped me quantify design issues I was or was not implementing properly," Thomson said. "CIW has given me confidence in my abilities."
Following the success of his initial site design, he received a position at a growing design company in Sydney, Byte Services. Thomson is looking forward to a successful career at Byte Services, but would still like to work in the United States for several years to further increase his understanding of e-business.
CIW is available through an ever-expanding network of CIW ATPs in Australia, including Educom, New Horizons, Drake Training, Interim and Auldhouse Computer Training.

Vielen Dank

Das is ja wirklich erstaunlich, was meine kleine Bemerkung hier für Wellen schlägt.

revenue increased to 56% for the second quarter of fiscal year 2001, compared to 49% for the same quarter of the
previous fiscal year. The improvement in gross profit margin resulted from the increase in higher-margin courseware
revenue as a percentage of total revenue. Sales and marketing expenses for the second quarter of fiscal year 2001
increased as planned as a percentage of revenue to 19%, compared to 9% for the previous year`s second quarter.
General and administrative expenses for the second quarter of fiscal year 2001 were 19% of revenue, down slightly
from 24% for the same period of the previous year.
Net cash provided by operating activities for the first six months of fiscal year 2001 was $1.83 million compared to
$0.03 million for the same period the previous year. Days sales outstanding (DSOs) held steady at 57 days, which was
consistent with the prior quarter.
``Strong revenue growth in January, a focus toward courseware and certification revenue and adjustments to
discretionary spending enabled us to achieve our planned quarterly profit level despite a sharper decline in quarterly
services revenue than expected,`` Jerry Baird, Chairman and CEO of ProsoftTraining.com observed. ``Looking forward,
we are encouraged about the outlook for calendar 2001 because of positive trends we see in our core business metrics
and acceptance of our programs. Our testing revenue continues to grow sequentially and the number of CIW
certificates earned now exceeds 15,000. The CIW Authorized Training Provider network continues to expand and we
have certified more than 2,000 channel sales personnel as CIW Sales Specialists.``

ProsoftTraining.com Acquires Leading Certification
Program
Acquisition Expands Prosoft into Convergent Technology Arena
AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 28, 2001--ProsoftTraining.com (Nasdaq:POSO - news) today announced the
acquisition of Mastery Point Learning Systems, developer of the TIA-sponsored (Telecommunications Industry
Association) CCNT (Certified in Convergent Network Technologies) training and certification program. Terms of the
acquisition were not disclosed.
``CCNT certification and Mastery Point will give Prosoft the leading certification in a key emerging technology area,``
declared Jerry Baird, chairman and CEO of ProsoftTraining.com. ``We are all witnessing the convergence of voice, data,
video and the Internet. Our dominance in Internet skills training and certification and Mastery Point`s strength in
telecommunications certification is a perfect fit. We believe both sets of customers and Prosoft shareholders will
benefit from this accretive acquisition.``
Mastery Point clients, including SBC Corporation (Ameritech, Pacific Bell and Southwestern Bell), Avaya (formerly part
of Lucent), Lucent Technologies and Siemens, have adopted CCNT e-learning curriculum with modifications specific to
their businesses. Other clients include Cisco, 3Com and Expanets.
Mastery Point and TIA joined together several years ago to create the only vendor-neutral certification program in
convergent technologies for the telecommunications industry. Convergent technologies are the merging of voice, video
and data on a single network, integrating telecommunications and computer technology to open powerful new avenues
of communication. Mastery Point created an e-learning curriculum and an online testing process. Mastery Point sells
the curriculum directly to corporate customers and distributes through online training partners such as Saba,
Click2Learn, Knowledge Planet, Vertical Net and THINQ.
According to the U.S. Department of Labor and ITAA, there were 16 million IT and telephony employees worldwide in
1998. This number is expected to exceed 20 million by 2008. To create qualified personnel for these new jobs and
upgrade the skills of existing workers, substantial technology training will be required. The CCNT curriculum includes
topics such as basic data communications, basic telecommunications, broadband technologies, computer-telephony
integration essentials and local area networks. Currently, more than 3,000 people have already earned the
vendor-neutral CCNT credential.
Any job requiring knowledge of data convergence, computer telephony and telecommunications will benefit from CCNT
job-role focused training and certification. Technology professionals who require at least a basic level of knowledge in
convergent technologies include sales engineers, marketing directors, research analysts, product managers,
installation technicians and software developers.
``This acquisition allows the Mastery Point products to evolve and expand into new markets. Access to the learning
center and academic markets through Prosoft extends the reach of CCNT from the Web to the classroom,`` said Orrin
Broberg, president of Mastery Point Learning Systems. ``We knew that for CCNT to reach its market potential we
needed to join with a company, such as Prosoft, that has the distribution resources and expertise to grow a job role
certification.``
Prosoft acquired Mastery Point to offer its worldwide partners the leading job role training and testing solution focused
on telecommunications and data convergence technologies. CCNT, the most popular Mastery Point offering, is an
important credential in the emerging world of convergent technologies. CCNT serves a market that overlaps with the
Internet, Web and e-business industries already targeted by the existing ProsoftTraining.com brands, ComputerPREP
and CIW.

Einen schönen guten Morgen,
zuvor zwei Presseberichte vom 28.02.01.
Also stay long und keep cool.

Was meint Ihr?

Hi Daktari!

mich zumindest sehr freuen! Vielen Dank im Voraus.

Hallo Intracorny - bist wohl long verreist.
Was kommt denn jetzt?

plan remains in place, all rights holders, except the buyer, will be entitled to acquire Prosoft common stock at a
discount.
``The adoption of the shareholders` rights plan, while not adopted in response to any current offer to acquire control of
the company, will help protect the long-term interests of the company`s stockholders,`` stated Jerrell M. Baird,
chairman and CEO, ProsoftTraining.com.
The rights, which expire ten years from the record date, will be distributed to stockholders as of the close of business
on July 12, 2001, the record date. Until certain conditions are met, the rights are redeemable at any time at $.001 per
right. Additional details of the plan will be distributed in a mailing to stockholders as of the record date.
Was kommt denn jetzt?

POSO, GO LONG!!!

Hallo Leute,
folgende NEWS gestern in www.nasdaq.com !!
CertMag`s StudyGuide Spotlights CIW Certification; Supplement Helps Professionals Prepare for Internet Jobs
AUSTIN, Texas & CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 17, 2001--MediaTec Publishing Inc., publisher of Certification Magazine, today mailed its August 2001 issue, featuring an edition of CertMag`s StudyGuide that focuses on the popular ProsoftTraining.com (Nasdaq:POSO) CIW (Certified Internet Webmaster) certification programs.
Articles and resources in the CIW StudyGuide are also available now for free on the CertMag.com Web site.
Issued quarterly and bound into Certification Magazine, CertMag`s StudyGuides dissect particular certification programs, focusing on exam preparation. The CIW StudyGuide features an overview of the CIW tracks, a report on quick pathways to CIW certification and on available study materials, dissections of the Security Professional Series and CIW Foundations exams and a practice test to prepare you for the all-important Foundations Exam.
The August 2001 issue of Certification Magazine is also available at major bookstores, including Borders, Barnes & Noble, Tower Records, Virgin Megastores and Micro Centers. The next issue of CertMag`s StudyGuides will focus on Novell`s certification programs and will be delivered with the November 2001 Certification Magazine.
"CIW is certainly a hot story in the certification industry, growing by leaps and bounds in the past year," said John R. Taggart, executive vice president and group publisher of MediaTec Publishing, which publishes Certification Magazine and IT Contractor magazine. "We`ve focused our StudyGuides on the most in-demand certifications available, and we expect this issue will be of particular interest to IT professionals. The CIW programs cover large territories in Information Technology, so getting prepared for this program is a large step in the right career direction."
The CIW StudyGuide was prepared by Emmett Dulaney, a noted IT author and Certification Magazine`s StudyGuide editor. Also adding perspectives to the StudyGuide are noted authors Robert Bogue, Malcolm Dean and Jeff Durham. In addition to resources in the printed supplement, the CIW StudyGuide features an additional Web-only article that gives even more information on the CIW programs. That article can be found with the rest of the CIW StudyGuide content online at www.certmag.com/issues/aug01/sg/.
"The Internet and the IT industries have experienced incredible growth and have had dramatic effects on communities and businesses around the world," said Julie Rowe, vice president of products and programs at ProsoftTraining.com (Nasdaq:POSO). "By educating the public on job-role certifications like CIW, Certification Magazine plays a key role in retooling today`s work force for competency in industry standards, strong knowledge of best practices and familiarity with hardware and software from many vendors."
(siehe <1$-Regel !!)

ProsoftTraining Announces Publishing Partnership with WebCT
WebCT e-Packs Offer Fully Customizable Online Course Materials for CIW
AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 8, 2002--ProsoftTraining (Nasdaq:POSO - news) today announced that it has partnered with WebCT, the world`s leading provider of e-learning systems for higher education. Under the terms of the agreement, Prosoft will develop new WebCT e-Packs for its CIW Foundations, CIW Site Designer and CIW E-Commerce Designer course materials.
Most academic institutions are looking to add an online component to their course offerings but are burdened by the resources needed to develop, manage and deliver an online course. WebCT e-Packs make it easy for educators to start teaching online without having to create a course. Now educators can add Prosoft e-Packs to their CIW curriculum to provide enhanced learning tools for use in and out of the classroom.
The National Workforce Center for Emerging Technologies (NWCET) has been selected by Prosoft to develop the online WebCT supplements for current print versions of Official CIW curriculum. As the recognized leader in nationally validated skill standards for the information technology sector, NWCET will contribute its expertise in the development of WebCT e-Packs for CIW courses, ensuring that they are relevant to industry standards and that they reflect current job roles.
The new e-Packs being developed by Prosoft will enable educators to fully customize course materials and tailor their CIW curriculum according to their instructional styles and individual class needs. Educators can specify the course sections offered to students, post tests and quizzes, and add lecture notes and syllabi. The e-Packs also enable educators to initiate thought-provoking online discussions and chat sessions.
``We are thrilled to announce our partnership with WebCT,`` said Julie Rowe, vice president of certification programs. ``The e-Packs we are developing will enable us to serve educators and classroom learners with online content that has an impressive record of both teacher and student satisfaction. Only Prosoft combines this comprehensive online component with the Official CIW curriculum.``
``We are pleased to partner with Prosoft,`` said Carol A. Vallone, president and chief executive officer of WebCT. ``Higher education institutions are greatly increasing their certification and training offerings, in response to growing student demand for these services. The new e-Packs developed by Prosoft will enable institutions to offer these courses online, without having to create a course from scratch.``
