ConectiSys (CNES) Receives FCC Certification for their 8C-BaseStation Utility System
Staff Reporter
March. 04, 2006 - 12:10 PM EDT
NEW YORK (WSNC) - March. 04, 2006--ConectiSys Corporation (OTC: CNES) received certification from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) for their H-Net™ 8C-BaseStation network equipment, part of their wireless Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) system, for commercialization and sales for both the residential and commercial utility markets.
On July 19, 2005, ConectiSys (CNES) submitted their 8-C BaseStation to the Federal Communications Commissions (FCC) for product certification, but approval was delayed due the complex nature of the system. Now with FCC grant approval complete for both their H-Net 8C BaseStation and MeterSystem, this may position ConectiSys to begin the commercialization of their wireless automated utility meter reading system.
What is the H-Net™ MeterSystem?
Many people may already be aware of utility meters that read the usage of electricity and gas consumption in ones home or place of business. (see photo right) With energy costs becoming more of a factor these days, the H-Net system would now allow both individual and businesses the ability to monitor their energy consumption to control soaring energy costs.
The H-Net core is a unique proprietary architecture that allows for two-way communications between the advanced MeterSystem and the C-NES Network Operation Center (NOC). The NOC displays real-time consumption data, 4 times an hour, 24 hours a day, via the Internet at traditional cost; all within a wireless, tower-less private network.
All Eyes Look to Tuesday (March 7, 2006)
CNES closed the week on strong volume of 1.2 billion shares traded to a high of $0.0019 on anticipation of their monthly report to investors due for release on Tuesday, March 7th, 2006. Short-term investors are looking for indications that the company is ready to hit the market to begin selling their automated utility meter, as long-term investors seek some indications to the long term outlook of the potential market for such a device.
The company had been lacking in the area of public information to the investment community over the past several months, possibly due to the review process with the FCC, but many investors will look to see if this final approval may be the start of a more comprehensive investor and marketing campaign from the company.
Investors should be aware of the that CNES has a large number of shares issued and outstanding, and that the company may still need to raise additional financing for marketing and production for commercial sales. But, with a market cap of only around $19 million, ConectiSys could find their market cap increasing rapidly once the company begins sales and operations within the US, or globally as energy costs continue to rise into 2006.
To get a better indication of the potential market for this product, some investors may want to look at Progress Energy and their installation of millions of remote radio utility meters in the Raleigh, NC area. (http://www.newsobserver.com/104/story/413538.html)
Investors look to Tuesday to get a better insight on where the company currently stands, and plans to go into the future.

March 15 th has been rumored as another possible PR from CNES although March 7 is the date per the PR from JAN 31.The GE-Conectisys rumor has something to do with the March 15th date is my guess from everything I`ve read on CNES boards over the last 2 weeks. If you go back a week or so on the RB board there was more talk of a GE-Merger.Trans AM who has the closest ties with CNES[IMO] wrote a piece admitting he would not rule out the "possibility" of a GE-CNES deal but there was not anything substantiated at this time.Yes GE did make most of the old meters that we all [most of us] still have & I`m quite sure GE has a keen, absolute interest in the new AMR`s.How involved they are is anyones guess but I would also say that anything is possible including a GE-Conectisys deal at some point down the road & if there have been talks between GE & Conectisys it certainly has not been made public up to this point, but I repeat the March 15 date has something to do with that possible GE-Conectisys deal..

March 2006 Stock Focus Pick Conectisys Corp. (CNES)
By: R J Cash
I am proud to announce that I have selected my FIRST stock focus pick! The Conectisys Corp. Ticker symbol (CNES). I as others, truly believe the company is just starting to be recognized for its groundbreaking technology in energy savings through its proprietary AMR real time meter reading technoligy. The issue trades on The Bulletin Board below .002 per share, and I am predicting at least Triple digit returns in the near term. With resent developements it is believed that the stock could even see much higher gains as it appears to be in a technical breakout point, but with any security Please do you own Due Diligence.
Good Luck and as always Trade Smart

Company Profile:
The Company`s Mission Statement
ConectiSys desires to be a leading nationwide provider of Wireless Commercial Telecommunications. The Company is specifically targeting the " Automatic Meter Reading" (AMR) market for the Electrical Utility Industry. Our products and services were designed to satisfy the needs of a newfound deregulated energy market.
History
ConectiSys Corporation (the " Company" ) was incorporated on February 3, 1986, in Colorado. Since 1995 it has been a commercial telecommunications company in the development stage. ConectiSys is the parent company of two wholly owned subsidiaries, United Telemetry Co., Inc. and eEnergyServices.com, Inc.
ConectiSys Corporation is a Colorado company with approximately 6,000 shareholders. It is the desire of the Company`s founders and affiliates to finance and market its wholly owned subsidiaries while preparing the path for an initial public offering (IPO) of said entities, thus allowing the incubated entities to fully mature through greater public participation. ConectiSys Corporation is an OTC,BB; trading symbol: CNES
ConectiSys has developed a low-cost Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) solution for both residential and commercial utility markets. H-Net(tm), our product, is imbedded within an electrical utility meter. The H-Net(tm) Network has been designed exclusively for the Electrical Utility Industry.
The H-Net(tm) core is a unique proprietary architecture that allows for two-way communications between a meter and the Network Operation Center (NOC). The wireless network architecture employs peer-to-peer communications for up to 20,000 meters per dedicated BaseStation. The NOC displays real-time consumption data, 4 times an hour, 24 hours a day, via the internet at a fraction of traditional meter reading costs; all this within a wireless, tower-less network
Future Goals
The Company is cleaning up its final stages of development for sales, after eight years and 15. million dollars; we can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. H-Net(tm) is just in time for market entry as the wireless AMR market heats up. Based on proposed and current state legislation, it is likely that the PUC will require Utilities throughout the Nation to retrofit a percentage of existing meters and install AMR metering systems to most new installations within the next 12-months, if deregulation is to move forward. This will create the catalyst for new technology such as H-Net(tm) to explode into the market in a truly vertical manner.
We are taking advantage of the opportunities for advanced metering applications that have resulted from utility deregulation. We are looking forward to bringing to the marketplace, a new commercial Network. H-Net(tm) is designed as an added value solution while providing the high performance required by modern AMR.
H-Net(tm) will revolutionize wireless data and acquisition for real time two-way monitoring, evolving as a new standard for Commercial Telecommunications.
The Company`s focus will be to fast track its network deployment efforts with a single goal of delivering energy consumption records for the electrical utility industry, four times an hour, twenty-four hours a day.
Who Are We?
H-Net(tm)_Simply_Stated ConectiSys has developed a low-cost Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) solution for both residential and commercial utility markets. The product is called H-Net(tm); and is imbedded under glass within an electrical utility meter. The H-Net(tm) Network has been designed exclusively for the Electrical Utility Industry. The H-Net(tm) core is a unique proprietary protocol, that allows for two-way Meter to Meter, Base-collector, to NOC (Network Operating Center) communications, that displays real-time consumer consumption data 4 times an hour 24 hours a day via the internet at a fraction of traditional meter reading costs; all this within a wireless tower-less network.
This was their last press release.

ConectiSys (CNES) Receives FCC Certification for their 8C-BaseStation Utility System
Staff Reporter
March. 04, 2006 - 12:10 PM EDT
NEW YORK (WSNC)
- March. 04, 2006 -
ConectiSys Corporation (OTC: CNES) received certification from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) for their H-Net™ 8C-BaseStation network equipment, part of their wireless Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) system, for commercialization and sales for both the residential and commercial utility markets.

ConectiSys recently received certification from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) for their H-Net™ 8C-BaseStation network equipment, which is part of their wireless Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) system, for commercialization and sales for both the residential and commercial utility markets.
In their March 2006 report ConectiSys comented, "We anticipate that Utilities will take advantage of our robust technology on its merits and consider building its AMR/AMI program around our low infrastructure and communications costs." ConectiSys also mention they continue their move into their new corporate facilities, and expect the move to be completed by April 2006.
What is the H-Net™ MeterSystem?
Many people may already be aware of utility meters that read the usage of electricity and gas consumption in ones home or place of business. (see photo right) With energy costs becoming more of a factor these days, the H-Net system would now allow both consuers and utilities the ability to monitor their energy consumption in a remote real-time format.
For a utility company this technology could go a long way in cutting manpower costs of manually checking each meter lke they have for the past several decades.
Investors should be aware of the that CNES has a large number of shares issued and outstanding, and that the company may still need to raise additional financing for marketing and production for commercial sales. To get a better indication of the potential market for this product, some investors may want to look at Itron, inc. (NASD: ITRI), one of the leders within the AMR industry. Itron, Inc. provides hardware, software, and services to integrate the creation, measurement, collection, management, application, and forecasting of data for electric, gas, and water utilities worldwide. Their Electricity Metering segment provides residential electronic and electromechanical electricity meters, commercial and industrial electronic electricity meters, AMR-enabled meters, international meters for use outside the United States and Canada, and generation, transmission and distribution meters, as well as provides related installation and implementation services.

Test
CNES-Major and powerful momentum run is on! Closed up 29% today with the volume of 323 M. shares. The second phase FCC approval for the commercialization of HNet ™ Base Station is done and the approval news is added in the FCC Web site today. The Chart also looks good for a strong run. The Co. has been developing the wireless meter for the last 8 years and spent about 20 million dollars to develop the final product, HNet(TM) Meter System which is a low cost Automatic Reading System (AMR) solution for both residential and commercial utility markets.
Their technology proves to be outstanding with the confirmed test pilot programs with Southern Edison in California. The electric utility companies in U.S are anxiously expecting this product to come out in the market, since this wireless electric meters can save a lot of money for them by eliminating the employees for meter reading with low-cost wireless meters.
Also based on proposed and current state legislation, it is likely that the PUC will require Utilities throughout the Nation to retrofit a percentage of existing meters and install AMR metering systems to most new installations within the next 12-months, if deregulation is to move forward. This will create the catalyst for new technology such as HNet to explode into the market in a truly vertical manner. The Wall Street predicts the AMR market as a multi-billion dollar sector. Currently, they do not see a market leader in this sector. With the final FCC approval, CNES will be a major player in this sector.
Now with the final FCC certification for sales, if CNES can hit few large contracts with different utility companies in U.S and Europe, PPS could explode to much higher levels and there are rumors about possible PR releases on such contract deals. Also whether correct or not, there are rumors about possible merger with other companies. With the FCC Certification of their product, the contract deals with major Utility companies could be in the final stages and as usual, the lawyers might take few days to put together the final contract deals and I expect the Company to release a PR with such major contract deals next week, probably on Monday.
All technical indicators seem to be in position for a major run to 0.02. Finally the market started to recognize something big is coming here and IMO it is not a good idea to day trade this stock from this point and if stay long atleast for the PR’s with contract deals, the reward will be huge. IMO Do your DD and GLTA!

Hallo zusammen,
