(TSX-V: ELO; OTCQX: ELRRF FSE: P2QM) („Eloro“ oder das „Unternehmen“) freut sich bekannt zu geben, dass Minera Tupiza SRL, Eloros bolivianische Tochtergesellschaft, 13 Diamantbohrlöcher mit einer Gesamtlänge von 2.898 Metern fertiggestellt hat von Untertage- und Oberflächenbohrungen auf dem optionalen Grundstück Iska Iska im Departement Potosí im Süden Boliviens. Dies ist die erste Bohrung, die jemals auf dem Grundstück durchgeführt wurde. Abbildung 1 ist eine Plan-Karte, die die Positionen der Bohrlöcher sowie die Geologie und die Änderung zeigt. Die Ergebnisse von Loch DHK-01 bis DHK-05 sind in dieser Pressemitteilung aufgeführt. Ergebnisse für die anderen Löcher stehen noch aus. Aufgrund der polymetallischen Natur der Lagerstätte wurden zu Vergleichszwecken Silberäquivalentwerte („Ag-Äquivalente“) und gegebenenfalls Goldäquivalente („Au-Äquivalente“) berücksichtigt.
Die derzeit definierte Zone mit veränderter Mineralisierung von Iska Iska ist ungefähr 550 m breit und wurde zunächst über eine Streichenlänge von 600 m gebohrt, wie in Abbildung 1 gezeigt. Die Zone ist sowohl entlang des Streichens als auch in der Tiefe weit offen. 2 ist ein geologischer West-Ost-Querschnitt, der die Hauptentdeckung der Brekzienpfeife hervorhebt. Signifikante Testergebnisse sind in Tabelle 1 angegeben. Tabelle 2 gibt Kragenkoordinaten und Azimute / Orientierungen für alle bisher fertiggestellten Bohrlöcher an. Die Ergebnisse für zusätzliche Kanalproben in den unterirdischen Arbeiten von Huayra Kasa sind ebenfalls aufgeführt. Die vollständigen Ergebnisse einschließlich der zuvor veröffentlichten Ergebnisse (siehe Pressemitteilung vom 8. Oktober 2019) sind in Tabelle 3 aufgeführt.

das ist gut möglich, allerdings haben sich die tollen Zahlen ja auch deutlich bemerkbar gemacht... duch den ganzen silber hype ist mein depot stark bei Edelmetall Übergewichtet.. da hab ich eben die 160% gewinn realisiert und es in eine Dividenstarke Aktie im Ölsektor gesteckt.

Bin eigentlich mit billig kaufen und teuer verkaufen immer gut gefahren... andersrum wäre doch echt beschissen oder

da wirst du recht beahlten, das Teil steigt seit ich es gekauft habe fast täglich, selbst so ein Tag wie gestern hat der Aktie nichts ausgemacht. eine Woche im Depot und schon 45% im Plus-mega!

Ich bin wieder raus, zu 5,4CAD verkauft, 150% in 2 Wochen ist einfach zu viel. Wie bei vielen Aktien fällt mir da wieder der Vergleich von Kostolany mit dem Hund ein....

Bis heute hat das Unternehmen 29 Diamantbohrlöcher mit einer Gesamtlänge von 11.696 Metern fertiggestellt, um die Ziele der Huayra Kasa-Mine, der Santa Barbara Breccia Pipe („SBBP“) und der Central Breccia Pipe („CBP“) zu testen. In dieser Pressemitteilung werden weitere Bohrergebnisse aus dem ersten Bohrloch (CDN-01) zum Testen des CBP von der nördlichen radialen Plattform berichtet. 1 ist eine geologische Plankarte, die die Positionen der Bohrlöcher und die aktualisierte geologische Interpretation zeigt. 2 ist ein geologischer NE-SW-Querschnitt durch die Ostseite des SBBP und den nordwestlichen Teil des CBP, der die Position der mineralisierten Hauptzone zeigt. Tabelle 1 gibt signifikante Bohrergebnisse an und Tabelle 2 listet Löcher auf, die mit ausstehenden Assays abgeschlossen wurden. Highlights sind wie folgt:

Das Bohrloch DCN-01 durchteufte mehrere mineralisierte Abschnitte, einschließlich 196,09 g Ag Äq / t (150,25 g Ag / t, 0,10% Sn und 0,05 g Au / t) über 56,2 m und enthielt 342,98 g Ag Äq / t (274,0 g Ag / t, 0,16% Sn und 0,16 g Au / t) über 27,53 m, von 252,84 m bis 309,04 m in Loch DCN-01.
Das kürzlich fertiggestellte Loch DSB-10, das von einer Plattform in der SBBP aus gebohrt wurde, stieß auf über 500 m kontinuierliche Sulfidmineralisierung in einer Position, die mehrere hundert Meter unter der Mineralisierung in Loch DCN-01 liegt. Assays stehen noch aus.
Hauptmineralisierungszone, die im zentralen Brekzienrohr umrissen wird

Das Bohrloch DCN-01, das aus dem nördlichen radialen Aufbau des CBP gebohrt wurde, durchteufte eine breite mineralisierte Zone mit einer Breite von 483,3 m von 107,2 m bis zum Ende des Lochs auf 590,5 m. Innerhalb dieser mineralisierten Zone gibt es 19 Kreuzungen mit mehr als 31 g Ag Äq / t, was 61% des gesamten mineralisierten Intervalls entspricht, einschließlich acht (8) Kreuzungen mit mehr als 60 g Ag Äq / t (Tabelle 1). Das Intervall mit der höchsten Qualität ergab 196,09 g Ag Äq / t (150,25 g Ag / t, 0,10% Sn und 0,05 g Au / t) über 56,2 m, einschließlich 342,98 g Ag Äq / t (274,0 g Ag / t, 0,16% Sn) und 0,16 g Au / t) über 27,53 m von 252,84 m bis 309,04 m. Wie in Abbildung 2 gezeigt und weiter unten erläutert, scheint dieser Schnittpunkt die Spitze einer sehr ausgedehnten mineralisierten Zone im CBP zu sein, die bis zu 500 m dick sein kann.

To date, the Company has completed 43 diamond drill holes totalling 20,030 metres (m) to test major target areas at Iska Iska. This press release reports drilling results from four (4) additional holes which tested the Santa Barbara Breccia Pipe (“SBBP”) and Central Breccia Pipe (“CBP”). To date, every drill hole that has been assayed has returned multiple reportable mineralized intercepts. Currently three drill rigs are in operation at Iska Iska. One surface drill rig is completing first pass drilling of the CBP from the northern radial platform and a second surface drill is testing the major Porco (South) Target. Hole DSB-08, testing the northeast quadrant of the SBBP, encountered eighteen reportable mineralized intercepts beginning near surface to its terminus at 614.4 m. The longest intercept was 69.89 g Ag eq/t over 252.89m from 355.12 to 608.02m including several higher-grade sections of 196.60 g Ag eq/t including 131.13 g Ag/t over 14.52m, 134.62 g Ag eq/t including 93.25 g Ag/t over 21.08m and 145.35 g Ag eq/t including 2.38% Zn over 10.11m.
Hole DSB-10, testing the southwest quadrant of the SBBP and northern part of the CBP, encountered twenty-nine reportable mineralized intercepts beginning near surface to its terminus at 1,019.4m. Tin was notably elevated in many intervals suggesting proximity to a mineralizing intrusive source in this area. Notable intercepts include 114.96 Ag eq/t including 0.325% tin (Sn) over 56.2m from 322.18m to 378.30m including a higher-grade section of 187.98 g Ag eq/t including 0.535% Sn over 28.86m, 80.71 g Ag eq/t including 0.213% Sn over 74.39m from 474.86 to 549.25m and 118.69 g Ag eq/t over 10.77m from 829.97 to 840.74m

We seem to be in the midst of a minor correction in gold stocks. Gold goes down a little and the gold stocks go down a lot more. It must make sense to someone but not to me. In any case, we are due our typical summer low soon as I talked about in an interview recently.

We are moving into the strongest period of the year for the general stock market in the next few weeks. I expect the S&P and NAZ to shoot higher on the DSI, now 84 and 85 into the peak followed by a decline into September/October and a major crash. By almost every measure, the overall stock market is at peak stupidity. Once it starts going downhill, nothing will stop it. A lot of paper resources are about to disappear permanently.

Eloro Resources (ELO-V) put out a brilliant press release last week that clearly no one understood. The stock dropped by 10% over the next few days and is down about 30% from its all time high in February.

That’s nuts. Eloro is quoting the intercepts in silver equivalent basis that creates part of the confusion. It’s actually a silver/zinc rich tin system. Drilling to date in 43 holes has all taken place over a 2km by 1.2km area but the system is obviously far larger. The Covid issue in Peru has led to 2,600 samples sitting gathering dust waiting to be tested in Lima. Eloro is told things are improving but instead of having three drill rigs turning, the company should have fifteen, it is that big.

Hole DSB-08 showed a massive 252.89 meters of 69.89 silver eq. I’m going to convert it to gold because people are a lot more comfortable thinking gold in grams than silver in grams. I’m going to show you two different ways of determining just how good a drill hole is compared to others.

I think most of my readers are familiar by now with the concept of gram/meters. Multiply grams in gold times intercept length in meters to get a number. For hole DSB-08 I’m going to use 1 g/t Au since that is almost exactly the ratio to silver right now. So hole DSB-08 would be an easy 253 gram/meters and anything over 100 g/m is a giant home run.

I use another way of measuring really deep holes because it shows investors just how important long intercepts are. I’m going to cube the hole that is 253 to the 3rd power. Then give it a SG of about 2.7, in grams we will use a factor of 1 for the assay in grams of gold and divide by 31.1 to get ounces and times the price of gold.

Die Untersuchungsergebnisse der induzierten Polarisation weisen auf eine steil abfallende Anomalie mit niedrigem spezifischem Widerstand und höherer Aufladbarkeit in der Tiefe hin, die räumlich mit der Oberflächenmineralisierung korreliert. Ein 3000-m-Bohrprogramm zur Prüfung der Kontinuität der Brekzienmineralisierung entlang des Streichens und neigungsabwärts ist geplant.

Seit 2016 arbeitet Eloro Peru aktiv mit lokalen Interessenvertretern aus der Pallasca-Gemeinde und den umliegenden Weilern zusammen, um allen betroffenen Mitgliedern die notwendigen Informationen zur Verfügung zu stellen. Am 24. Juli 2021 fand eine außerordentliche Gemeindeversammlung statt, bei der eine Mehrheit der Gemeindemitglieder für den Landnutzungsvorschlag von Eloro Peru stimmte. Abgesehen von der Zahlung der Landpacht hat Eloro zugestimmt, der Gemeinde dabei zu helfen, staatliche Infrastrukturfonds in Anspruch zu nehmen, um die landwirtschaftlichen Praktiken der Gemeinde und den Zugang zu Wasser zu verbessern.

Nachdem die Vereinbarung abgeschlossen ist, kann Eloro Peru nun mit dem peruanischen Energie- und Bergbauministerium und der Wasserbehörde mit dem Genehmigungsverfahren für die Bohrung fortfahren. Zu diesem Zweck wurde Geades Consulting S.A.C. beauftragt.

Der geologische Betrieb wird im September 2021 unter der Aufsicht des Chefgeologen (Peru), Marcelo Alvarez, der die Explorationsaktivitäten von Eloro Peru 2017-2018 leitete, wieder aufgenommen. Herr Alvarez bringt 30 Jahre Explorationserfahrung in südamerikanischen epithermalen, mesothermalen und porphyrischen Lagerstättentypen mit. Two (2) of these holes (DSBU-01 and DSBU-02) are underground holes drilled from the Santa Barbara adit. Three (3) of the holes tested the Central Breccia Pipe (“CBP”) target (DCN-06 and DCN-07 from the Central North radial drilling platform and DCS-04 from the south platform). The final two (2) holes reported in this release tested the Porco Breccia Pipe (“PBP”) target.
As previously announced (see press release of January 18, 2022) drilling recommenced on January 17, 2022, with two surface drill rigs and one underground rig. Since the restart, the Company has completed an additional 1,989m of drilling, bringing the overall total to 42,457m in 76 drill holes, including three holes in progress at Iska Iska, as shown in Figure 1. Tables 1, 2 and 3 list significant assay results from each of the major target areas. Note that the prices used for calculating Ag equivalent grades have been updated due to significant increases in Sn, Zn, Pb and Cu prices and a decrease in the Ag price. Table 4 summarizes drill holes with assays pending as of the date of this release. Highlights are as follows:

134.47 g Ag eq/t (10.79 g Ag/t, and 0.15 %Sn) over 115.44m from 1.50 to 116.94m in Hole DSBU-02, including a higher-grade section of 160.87 g Ag eq/t (9.65 g Ag/t, 0.21% Cu, and 0.17 %Sn) over 37.55m from 25.50 to 63.05m.

Hole DSBU-02 also had additional intersections of 145.12 g Ag eq/t over 17.53m from 165.00 to 182.53m and 395.12 g Ag eq/t over 18.0m from 300.20 to 318.20.

The promising results from these holes across a well mineralized width of 200+m opens significant possibilities in the southern extension of the Santa Barbara target area where additional drilling is now planned.
Central Breccia Pipe

DCN-06 and DCN-07, which completed the first pass drilling on the northern radial drilling platform testing the CBP, returned 14 and 21 reportable mineralized intervals, respectively, with the best results as follows:

104.05 g Ag eq/t (24.76 g Ag/t and 0.13% Sn) over 39.03m from 150.30m to 189.33m and 226.19 g Ag eq/t (117.03 g Ag/t, 0.40 g Au/t and 0.11% Sn) over 4.47m from 539.40m to 543.78m in DCN-06 drilled due south at -80 degrees.

183.00 g Ag eq/t (133.05 g Ag/t and 0.49 g Au/t) over 8.99m from 132.93m to 141.92m, 539.96 g Ag eq/t (222.00 g Ag/t and 0.41% Sn) over 1.42m from 324.94m to 326.36m and 220.81 g Ag eq/t (9.54 g Ag/t, 0.13 g Au/t, 0.27% Cu and 0.25 % Sn) over 7.50m from 555.94m to 563.44m in DCN-07 drilled due west at -60 degrees.
Porco Breccia Pipe

Surface drill holes DPC-02 and DPC-03 from the radial drill platform at PBP were drilled south-southwest at -40 degrees and southeast at -60 degrees, respectively.

Hole DPC-02 intersected a 3.02m wide zone from 754.83m to 757.85m that graded 409.55 g Ag eq/t (57.92 g Ag/t, 0.22 g Au/t, 0.48% Cu and 0.44 %Sn) which is approximately 340 m below and likely the same mineralized structure as in the Porco adit which returned comparable high-grade results as previously reported (see press release November 17, 2021).

Hole DPC-03 returned 13 reportable intersections including 334.98 g Ag eq/t (46.13 g Ag/t, 4.75% Zn and 1.43% Pb) over 11.98m from 296.05 to 308.03m. This intersection may reflect higher level mineralization associated with the recently identified secondary caldera in the southeast part of the property (see press release January 18, 2022).

Previously reported drill hole DPC-01 had the best results where it clipped the edge of the inverse magnetic susceptibility model while the other five radial drill holes at Porco were too shallow to intersect the model (see press release November 17, 2021). As a result, deeper drill holes, as shown in Figure 1 in both the Porco and Mina 2 areas, are planned to test for the potential source porphyry at depth.

The Company has completed 45,779m in 81 drill holes, including three holes in progress as shown in Figure 1. Table 1 lists significant assay results. Prices used for calculating Ag equivalent grades are as outlined in Eloro’s February 1, 2022, press release. Table 2 summarizes drill holes with assays pending. Highlights are as follows:

Underground Metallurgical Hole, Santa Barbara Mineral Resource Target Area

Underground hole DSBU-03, collared in the Santa Barbara adit and drilled at an azimuth of 270 degrees at -50 degrees dip, intersected significant mineralization including substantial tin suggesting proximity to a major intrusive source (Figures 1, 2 and 3 and Table 1):

171.57 g Ag eq/t (12.04 g Ag/t, 0.29% Zn, 0.22% Pb and 0.22% Sn) over 373.40m from 0.00m to 373.40m Including higher-grade sections of 401.81 g Ag eq/t (31.46 g Ag/t, 0.19 %Pb and 0.61 %Sn) over 28.58m from 192.72m to 221.30m and 261.83 g Ag eq/t (4.91 g Ag/t and 0.43% Sn) over 95.16m from 272.27m to 367.41m.
The first higher-grade interval above includes the highest single Sn grade sample yet encountered at Iska Iska at 4.1% Sn over 1.47m.
Deeper in this hole, an additional major intersection of 197.61 g Ag /t (1.79 g Ag/t and 0.28% Sn) over 60.50m was encountered from 418.80m to 479.30m.
This drill hole intersected the northern tip of an extensive 3D inverse magnetic susceptibility anomaly that extends from the Santa Barbara area southeastwards beneath Porco as shown in Figure 3. The southern part of this anomaly in the Porco area may reflect a deeper porphyry Sn intrusion and will be drill tested shortly.

Hole METSBUG-01, an underground hole drilled for metallurgical sampling purposes from the Santa Barbara adit, was drilled at azimuth 10 degrees at a dip of -35 degrees to intersect the midpoint of an intercept of 184.97g Ag eq/t (29.53g Ag/t, 0.08g Au/t, 1.45% Zn, 0.59% Pb, 0.08% Cu, 0.056% Sn) over 257.5m in discovery hole DHK-15 (see Eloro’s January 26, 2021 press release; 164.87g Ag eq/t recalculated, up from 129.60 g Ag eq/t, using current metal pricing) to provide a representative sample in the higher-grade mineralized area of the Santa Barbara breccia pipe (Figures 1 and 2 and Table 1).

This hole intersected 182.34g Ag eq/t (29.85g Ag/t, 1.01% Zn, 0.64% Pb, 0.11% Cu and 0.11% Sn) over its full length of 351.0m including higher-grade sections of:

261.14g Ag eq/t (24.65g Ag/t, 0.15% Zn, 0.14% Pb, 0.81% Cu and 0.19% Sn) over 22.56m from 2.94m to 25.50m,

Des einen Leid, des anderen Freud. Ich habe heute in CAN noch einmal 2,5k dazu gekauft und das im Schnitt für 5,-/CAD die Share. Hätte ich heute Morgen noch nicht daran geglaubt, da stand eigentlich eher Eskay auf dem Zettel. Mich auch. Hab dann neulich im Bereich 4,95-5,10 CAD zu früh aufgestockt. Nun warte ich aber, würde bei ca. 4,-- CAD aber noch mal 10k nachladen...

...ansonsten: Im Gegensatz zu Eskay und Goliath wird hier quasi rund um die Uhr gebohrt und somit werden weitere Ergebnisse zeitnah folgen. Die Bestätigung vom Hammerloch vor ein paar Wochen und hier steppt der Bär!

(the “Company” or “Eloro”) (TSX-V: ELO; OTCQX: ELRRF; FSE: P2QM) is pleased to announce that it has filed on SEDAR an updated technical report (“Technical Report”) on the Company’s Iska Iska silver-tin polymetallic project, prepared by Micon International Limited (“Micon”) and in accordance with National Instrument 43-101.
Eloro also announces that it has filed a final short form base shelf prospectus with the securities regulatory authorities in each of the provinces of Canada except Québec.

Updated NI 43-101 Technical Report

The Technical Report supports the interpretation of the drilling and other exploration results thus far, and details Eloro’s next exploration phase leading to the estimation of mineral resources. Micon’s conclusions in the Technical Report include the following:

The potential of the Iska Iska Project is unquestionable in terms of its regional geological setting. It is in the midst of a proven metallogenic district with well-established world-class mines such as Cerro Rico de Potosi, Chorolque, and San Vicente. The fact that nearby mines of the Bolivian polymetallic type are operating profitably, is positive for the current drill definition and metallurgical investigations at Iska Iska.

Proximity of the deposit to surface offers an opportunity/potential for both open pit and underground exploitation, especially in the Santa Barbara – Huayra Kasa area.

Geological mapping, geophysical surveys, and diamond drilling have revealed a potentially large deposit of significance but yet to be converted into a resource. So far, the mineralization/deposit is isotropic, lacking any preferred alignment; this is corroborated by variography and downhole IP surveys.

All holes drilled across the project to date display intervals of alteration and significant mineralization, and the limits of the system have not yet been delineated. The deposit is wide open for expansion in all directions.

The “epicentre” of mineralization appears to be in the Santa Barbara adit area, where the highest grades and widest widths have been encountered to date. Therefore, resource development and expansion should radiate outwards from here.
In making recommendations in the Technical Report, Micon states: Eloro’s nearer term objective is a maiden mineral resource estimate within this large target area. This work is advancing well with the initial mineral resource targeted to be completed in Q3 2022. Exploration drilling is also planned on other major targets in the Iska Iska Caldera Complex including the Porco and Mina 2 areas. Accordingly, Micon recommends a two-pronged approach for Eloro to achieve its objectives, namely an initial phase of geophysics and additional delineation drilling followed by a second phase of resource expansion and preliminary economic assessment.

Final Base Shelf Prospectus

The base shelf prospectus filed by Eloro will allow Eloro to qualify the distribution by way of prospectus of up to C$100 million, in aggregate, of common shares, warrants and units, or any combination thereof, from time to time during the 25-month period during which the base shelf prospectus is effective. The specific terms of any future offering will be established in a prospectus supplement to the base shelf prospectus, which supplement will be filed with the applicable Canadian securities regulatory authorities in connection with any such offering.

One drill hole, DSB-36, collared 400m southeast of the Santa Barbara adit, tested the extension of the core of the high-grade feeder zone at Santa Barbara while hole DSB-34, tested the potential southwest limits of the high-grade feeder zone as shown in Figure 1.

To-date, the Company has completed 79,258m in 118 drill holes to-date at Iska Iska, including four holes in progress, as shown in Figure 1. Table 1 lists significant assay results for the drill holes reported. Prices used for calculating Ag equivalent grades are as outlined in Eloro’s July 21, 2022 press release. Table 2 summarizes drill holes completed with assays pending and holes in progress.

Six of these holes (DSB-35 and DSB-37 to DSB-41) tested the south-southeastern extension of the high-grade feeder zone at Santa Barbara while METSBUG-03 is a metallurgical hole drilled from the Santa Barbara adit underground drill bay. Hole DM2-01 is a reconnaissance drill hole near the Mina 2 adit in the southeast part of the property.
To-date, the Company has completed 84,495m in 122 drill holes at Iska Iska which completes the definition drill program in the Santa Barbara target area as shown in Figure 1. Tables 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 list significant assay results for the drill holes reported. Prices used for calculating Ag equivalent grades are as outlined in Eloro’s July 21, 2022 press release. Table 6 summarizes drill holes completed with assays pending.

Tom Larsen, CEO of Eloro, said: “Now that the reconnaissance drill holes just released, DSB-38, -39 and -40, are adding a further 500 meters of mineralized strike length, these latest results should add substantial tonnage to our resource model. Infill drilling at a later date should further upgrade and expand the higher metal value zonations that have become characteristic of the Iska Iska system.”

“Given the guidance of our geophysics, if one were to draw a line from Huayra Kasa in the north of the Iska Iska Caldera southwest to Mina Casiterita one can reasonably assume up to a 3 kilometre potential strike length of mineralization given the magnetic data to date,” added Mr. Larsen. “The current strike length, width and depth of the Santa Barbara complex, which is still open in all directions, is pointing to the strong possibility that Iska Iska will become a giant “bonanza style” Bolivian polymetallic discovery.”

Dr. Bill Pearson, P.Geo. Eloro’s Executive Vice President, Exploration commented: “We continue to obtain promising results from our drilling on the High-Grade Feeder Zone at Santa Barbara. The on-strike extension of this zone to the south-southeast is now confirmed for an additional 500m for a total strike length of 1,500m. Geophysical data indicates potential for a further 500m strike length to 2,000m which has been initially tested by the final drill holes in our 2022 program for which results are pending. The width of the Santa Barbara mineralized zone is now up to 1,000m across strike with a depth of at least 800m. The mineralized zone remains open in ALL directions as well as at depth. With completion of our planned drilling program, we are now focussed on working with Micon International to complete the inaugural mineral resource estimate.”

Hole DM2-01 is a reconnaissance drill hole collared in the Mina 2 area in the southeastern part of the property. This hole returned several significant short intersections along a structure in the Ordovician basement metasediments as follows:

ELORO RESOURCES ANNOUNCES C$10 MILLION BOUGHT DEAL FINANCING

Eloro Resources Ltd. has entered into an agreement with Cantor Fitzgerald Canada Corp. to act as sole underwriter, pursuant to which the underwriter has agreed to purchase, on a bought deal basis, 3.2 million units at a price of $3.15 per unit for gross proceeds to the company of $10.08-million.

Each unit will consist of one common share in the capital of the company and one-half of one common share purchase warrant of the company. Each warrant shall be exercisable to acquire one common share at a price per warrant share of $4.25 for a period of 24 months from the closing date of the offering.

In addition, the company has agreed to grant to the underwriter an option to purchase up to an additional 15 per cent of the number of units sold under the offering at a price per unit equal to the issue price, on the same terms and conditions as the offering, exercisable at any time, in whole or in part, until the date that is 30 days following the closing of the offering.

The net proceeds from the offering will be used for exploration and development at the company's projects in Bolivia, and for general working capital and corporate purposes as set out in the prospectus supplement (defined below).

The units will be offered by way of a prospectus supplement to the company's existing base shelf prospectus in all of the provinces of Canada (other than the province of Quebec). The prospectus supplement (together with the related base shelf prospectus) will be available on SEDAR.

The offering is scheduled to close on or about Jan. 27, 2023, and is subject to certain conditions, including, but not limited to, the receipt of all necessary regulatory and other approvals, including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

Die Löcher DHK-26, DHK-28, DHK-29, DHK-30 und DSB-42, die mehrere Abschnitte ergaben, sind zusätzliche Löcher, die im Gebiet Huayra Kasa gebohrt wurden und den östlichen Rand der hochgradigen Zone bei Santa Barbara erprobten. Zu den Highlights gehören:

Schlitzprobennahmen der Mina1- und Mina2-Untertagearbeiten im südlichen Teil des Konzessionsgebiets, etwa 2 km südsüdöstlich des Santa-Barbara-Stollens, ergaben signifikante Werte in Ader-Brekzien wie folgt:
153,94 g Ag-Äq/t (55,03 g Ag/t, 0,11 g Au/t, 0,7 % Zn, 0,16 % Pb und 0,08 % Sn) über 145,95 m des nach Nordwesten verlaufenden Stollens, einschließlich eines hochgradigeren Teils von 285,16 g Ag-Äq /t (120,18 g Ag/t, 0,25 g Au/t 1,23 % Zn, 0,30 % Pb und 0,13 % Sn) auf 56,34 m in Mina 1.
382,79 g Ag-Äq/t (15,67 g Ag/t, 1,70 g Au/t, 2,20 % Zn und 0,75 % Pb) auf 68,53 m in einem von Ost nach West verlaufenden Querschnitt in Mina 2. Ein zweiter kürzerer Querschnitt auf einer sekundären subparallelen Struktur etwa 20 m südlich ergaben sich 475,78 g Ag-Äq/t (69,31 g Ag/t, 0,26 g Au/t, 5,62 % Zn und 1,92 % Pb) auf 26,67 m in Mina 2.
Bohrungen durch das Tal der Iska-Iska-Caldera weisen darauf hin, dass dieses Gebiet von einer grobkörnigen porphyritischen dazitischen Intrusion unterlagert wird, die gut mit Ag, Zn und Pb mineralisiert ist und die wahrscheinliche Quelle der ausgedehnten epithermalen Mineralisierung in Santa Barbara und Central Breccia ist Bereiche.
Der Porphyr, der jetzt als Iska-Iska-Porphyr bezeichnet wird, ist etwa 800 m x 600 m groß und zeichnet sich durch das Fehlen einer Zinnmineralisierung aus, obwohl in der nahen Umgebung reichlich Zinn vorhanden ist.
Das Zinn bei Iska Iska ist wahrscheinlich das Produkt eines früheren Zinn-Porphyrs mit höheren Temperaturen und einer tieferen Schicht, der von der späteren Porphyr-epithermalen Ag-Zn-Pb-Mineralisierung auf höherer Ebene überlagert wurde, die mit dem Iska-Iska-Porphyr in Verbindung steht.
Die Definitionsbohrungen haben das Volumen der hochgradigen Zone, die durch das Schalenmodell mit einem Gehalt von >90 g Ag-Äq/t definiert wurde, auf etwa 1.000 m entlang des Streichens, 800 m breit und bis in eine Tiefe von 1.100 m mehr als verdoppelt. Diese Zone ist nach Süden, Westen und Nordwesten sowie in die Tiefe offen.
Eloro arbeitet eng mit Micon International zusammen, um alle Daten bereitzustellen, die für die Schätzung der ersten Mineralressourcenschätzung erforderlich sind, die für Ende des ersten Quartals 2023 geplant ist.
Magnetische inverse Modellierung und begrenzte Tiefenbohrungen deuten darauf hin, dass der große Zinnporphyr wahrscheinlich unterhalb des Iska-Iska-Porphyrs und im Süden und Südwesten in den Gebieten Porco und Mina Casiterita liegt.
Der Zinnporphyr wird im Jahr 2023 ein Hauptaugenmerk der Exploration sein

Eloro Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: ELO; OTCQX: ELRRF; FSE: P2QM) ("Eloro" oder das "Unternehmen") freut sich, die Ergebnisse der zusätzlichen Modellierung von Bodenmagnetdaten und den Abschluss einer ersten induzierten Polarisations-/Widerstandsuntersuchung ("IP/Res") auf der Casiterita-Eigenschaft bekannt zu geben, die an die Iska Iska Silver-Tin Polymetallic-Eigenschaft ("Iska Iska") im Südwesten angrenzt. Diese neuen Daten, kombiniert mit früheren magnetischen Modellierungs- und Bohrloch-IP/Res-Erhebungen ("BHIP") auf Iska, haben das Verständnis der gesamten geologischen Umgebung beider Eigenschaften erheblich verbessert und wichtige neue Ziele für die Exploration der Option Casiterita-Immobilie skizziert (siehe Eloros Pressemitteilung vom 22. November 2022).

Abbildung 1 ist eine Plankarte, die das kombinierte magnetische Analysesignal für Iska Iska und Casiterita zeigt. Diese Daten deuten stark darauf hin, dass sich ein aufdringlicher Körper, der etwa 5 km lang und 3 km breit ist, über beide Eigenschaften erstreckt.

Abbildung 2 ist ein Längsabschnitt eines aktualisierten inversen 3-D-Magnetmodells, das neue magnetische Daten von Casiterita enthält, die die bemerkenswerte Kontinuität der magnetischen Anomalie vom Santa Barbara Deposit-Gebiet nach Süden nach Casiterita, einer Entfernung von 4,5 km, zeigen. Entlang dieses Abschnitts fallen späte Ost-West-Schlagfehler den Magnetkörper allmählich nach Süden, bevor er wieder über eine Grabenstruktur unmittelbar südlich von Porco-Mina 1-2 erhoben wird. Es wird angenommen, dass die magnetischen Anomalien im Süden möglicherweise einen großen Zinnporphyr widerspiegeln, für den wir Beweise in den Bohrergebnissen auf der Südwestseite von Santa Barbara und in tiefen Löchern sehen, in denen die unteren Kreuzungen typischerweise Zinn enthalten.

Fünf Ost-West-Linien von Pole-Dipole IP/Res wurden gegenüber dem südlichen Iska-Iska-Block in das Casiterita-Grundstück mit acht 50-m-Dipolen untersucht, die eine Untersuchungstiefe von etwa 200 m bieten. Abbildung 3 ist eine Plankarte, die das 3D-Leitfähigkeitsmodell in Iska Iska von BHIP (zuvor veröffentlicht) zusammen mit der konturierten Leitfähigkeit aus den neuen IP/Res-Daten in einer Höhe von 100 m unter der Oberfläche auf Casiterita zeigt. Diese neue Anomalie erstreckt sich über etwa 1 km entlang des Streiks und erstreckt sich über alle fünf Linien. Es ist leicht offensichtlich, dass sich die starke Leitfähigkeitsanomalie, die auf Iska Iska skizziert, nach Süden auf Casiterita fortsetzt und die enorme potenzielle Größe des mineralisierenden Systems des zugrunde liegenden Aufdringlichen widerspiegelt.

Dr. Bill Pearson, P.Geo., Executive Vice President von Eloro, Exploration, kommentierte: "Geophysik ist weiterhin ein sehr effektives Explorationsinstrument bei Iska Iska und jetzt auf dem Casiterita-Grundstück. Das Zusammentreffen von leitfähigen und magnetischen Anomalien deutet darauf hin, dass Pyrrhotit für beide Ausdrücke verantwortlich sein kann. Die hochleitfähige, tiefe Sulfidzone, die in Iska Iska BHIP-Vermessungen gefunden und in mehreren tiefen Diamantbohrlöchern kreuzt wird, scheint sich jetzt nach Süden nach Casiterita zu erstrecken, wo die untere Erhebung es ermöglicht, sie näher an der Oberfläche zu erkennen. Dies ist ein wichtiger Marker, da solche Sulfidzonen häufig als Halos um viele bolivianische Zinnporphyrablagerungen herum auftreten.“

(TSX: ELO; OTCQX: ELRRF; FSE: P2QM) (“Eloro”, or the “Company”) is pleased to announce assay results from the last eight (8) diamond drill holes from the definition drill program at Santa Barbara in the Iska Iska silver-tin polymetallic project in the Potosi Department, southern Bolivia. Two (2) of these drill holes (DSB-45 and DSB-47) filled in gaps in previous drilling of the High-Grade Zone. The remaining six (6) holes (DSB-44. DSB-48, DSB-49, DSB-50, DSB-51 and DSB-52) tested the potential south-southeastern extension of the High-Grade Zone at Santa Barbara.

As previously reported in Eloro’s press release dated November 27, 2022, the Company completed 84,495m of drilling in 122 holes to complete the definition drill program in the Santa Barbara target area, as shown in Figure 1. Tables 1 and 2 list significant assay results for the reported drill holes. Prices used for calculating Ag equivalent grades are as outlined in Eloro’s July 21, 2022 press release to maintain consistency with Ag equivalent calculations in previous releases.

Hole DSB-47 was drilled to test the area immediately southwest of the Santa Barbara Breccia Pipe (“SBBP”) (Figure 1) and returned a 321m long intersection with a number of higher-grade intervals as follows:

Six (6) holes (DSB-44. DSB-48, DSB-49, DSB-50, DSB-51 and DSB-52) tested the potential south-southeastern extension of the High-Grade Zone at Santa Barbara. All these holes, which were drilled at an azimuth of 2250 with a dip of -600, tested and confirmed an additional 300m of potential strike length to the south-southeast. Collectively, these holes intersected many significant intersections within altered and mineralized dacite porphyry, dacite and dacitic breccia.

The most significant holes are the most southernmost three, DSB-50, DSB-51 and DSB-52, which each returned well mineralized intersections over 100m in core length as follows:

Eloro Resources Ltd. (TSX: ELO; OTCQX: ELRRF; FWB: P2QM) („Eloro“ oder das „Unternehmen“) freut sich, große Fortschritte in der Metallurgie für das Silber-Zinn-Polymetallprojekt Iska Iska im Departement Potosi bekannt zu geben Südbolivien. Diese Tests wurden von Mike Hallewell, C.Eng., Eloros Senior Strategic Metallurgist und einer qualifizierten Person (QP) gemäß National Instrument 43-101 (NI 43-101) geleitet. in Absprache mit dem leitenden Metallurgen von Micon International Limited, Richard Gowans, P.Eng., einem unabhängigen QP.
Die Arbeiten des Eloro-Geologenteams bei Iska Iska unter der Leitung von Dr. Bill Pearson, P.Geo., Executive Vice President of Exploration, und Dr. Osvaldo Arce, P.Geo., Manager von Minera Tupiza, deuten darauf hin, dass es sich bei Santa Barbara im Wesentlichen um zwei große Minen handelt Lagerstätten in einem, wie in Abbildung 1 dargestellt. Die Zinn- (Sn)-Mineralisierung mit Silber (Ag) dominiert in den westlichen und tieferen Teilen der Lagerstätte (Zinndomäne), während in den östlichen und südlichen, flacheren Teilen der Lagerstätte polymetallische Silber-Zink-Mineralisationen vorkommen. Die Bleimineralisierung (Ag-Zn-Pb) überwiegt (polymetallische Domäne). Die gesamte Lagerstätte erstreckt sich in der derzeit erbohrten Form über mehr als 1.200 m entlang des Streichens, ist bis zu 800 m breit und erstreckt sich bis zu einer Tiefe von mindestens 1.000 m, wobei die Mineralisierung in alle Richtungen offen ist.

Tom Larsen, CEO von Eloro, sagte: „Diese positiven metallurgischen Tests, insbesondere die „Erzsortierungstests“ bei TOMRA, haben erhebliche positive Auswirkungen auf die potenzielle zukünftige Produktion bei Iska Iska. Aus diesem Grund und in Absprache mit unseren unabhängigen Beratern, Micon International, haben wir den Abschluss der ersten MRE verschoben, bis diese Tests abgeschlossen sind und die Ergebnisse vollständig in die endgültige MRE einfließen konnten, die nun voraussichtlich Ende August veröffentlicht wird.“

Mike Hallewell, C.Eng, Senior Strategic Metallurgist bei Eloro, kommentierte: „Der Umfang der bisher bei Iska Iska durchgeführten metallurgischen und pyrometallurgischen Arbeiten ist für eine erste MRE außergewöhnlich hoch, ist jedoch aufgrund der Bedeutung dieses großen potenziellen Tagebaus gerechtfertigt Zinn und polymetallischer Rohstoff. Dieses zusätzliche metallurgische/mineralogische Wissen wird es Eloro ermöglichen, schnell zu einer vorläufigen wirtschaftlichen Bewertung (PEA) überzugehen.“

Tests zur „Erzsortierung“.

Metallurgisch erfordern die beiden unterschiedlichen Bereiche unterschiedliche Ansätze zur Optimierung der Ausbeute. Da ein Großteil der Mineralisierung in beiden Bereichen in Erzgängen und Erzbrekzien vorkommt, war man der Ansicht, dass die von TOMRA entwickelte „Erzsortierungs“-Technologie durch die selektive Entfernung von Abfallmaterial erhebliche Auswirkungen haben könnte, was gleichzeitig zu einer erheblichen Reduzierung der Betriebskosten führen könnte Zeit, was zu einer deutlichen Steigerung der Qualität der Beschickung des Mahlkreislaufs führte.

256 Gesteine, die fünf verschiedene lithologische Gruppen innerhalb der polymetallischen Domäne und fünf verschiedene lithologische und Zinngehaltsgruppen innerhalb der Zinndomäne repräsentieren, wurden mit dem GeologicAI-Kernscanner vor Ort gescannt und anschließend zur Eignungsprüfung bei TOMRA in Wedel, Deutschland, geschickt. Die vorläufigen Bilder und Analysen deuten auf eine positive Reaktion auf die Erzsortierung durch XRT hin.

Basierend auf diesen Ergebnissen deuten die vorläufigen Hinweise darauf hin, dass mindestens 40 % der polymetallischen Mineralisierung im Lauf der Mine (ROM) als Abfall verworfen werden könnten, während im Zinngebiet bis zu 80 % des Gewichts als Abfall verworfen werden könnten. Abfall mit Cutoff-Qualität (COG). Durch die Erzsortierung werden die Gehalte der Konzentratorbeschickung deutlich erhöht, was die Konzentratorausbeute in beiden Bereichen verbessern wird. Darüber hinaus können Bulk-Mining-Techniken ohne daraus resultierende Verdünnungsprobleme eingesetzt werden, was die Kosten für die nachgelagerte Verarbeitung senkt.

Die erzielten positiven Ergebnisse rechtfertigen das Diamantbohren von Löchern mit größerem Durchmesser, um Massenproben sowohl von Polymetall- als auch von Zinndomänen für „Kaskaden“-Tests bei TOMRA, Deutschland, zu produzieren. Das resultierende vorkonzentrierte XRT-Produkt wird für die nachgelagerten PEA-Studien verwendet.

The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Eloro Resources Ltd. will list additional shares at the open on Aug. 3, 2023. As stated in the prospectus supplement dated July 31, 2023, to the short form base shelf prospectus dated May 11, 2022, the company is issuing 1,905,461 units at $3.15 per unit in an offering.

According to the TSX, each unit will consist of one share and one-half warrant, with each whole warrant being exercisable at $4.25 per share for 24 months following the closing date of the offering.
