This will be a reverse merger and Sportsnuts Inc. is expected to become the executive hub of the Amateur Poker League Inc. (3) Poker is "the hot new craze" enjoyed by millions of people around the world and Doyle Brunson is one of the most famous players of all-time! The APL generates 60 million in revenue and is growing at a very rapid rate internationally.
