Halten Sie sich vor Augen: Diese Aktie stand vor wenigen Tagen noch bei 0,30 CAD, heute steht sie bei 2,30 CAD. Centrasia beginnt mit Bohrungen und transportiert zwei zusätzliche Bohrausrüstungen zur Bulakshu Liegenschaft
Update zur Nickel/Kupfer Akquisition

Vancouver, B.C., 5. Juni 2007 -- Centrasia Mining Corp. (Frankfurt WKN A0HFYD, ISIN CA15626R1029) gibt bekannt, dass es mit den Bohrungen auf der Severny Porphyr Gold Schürfstelle auf seinem Bulakashu Projekt im Norden von Kyrgyzstan begonnen hat. Zwei zusätzliche Diamantbohrausrüstungen sind auf dem Weg zur Liegenschaft und werden die derzeitige Bohrausrüstung innerhalb der nächsten zwei Wochen ersetzen. Im Dezember 2006 durchkreuzte das erste jemals auf Severny gemachte Bohrloch eine breite Zone von Goldmineralisierung, welche 1,15 g/t Au sowie anomale Kupfermineralisierung über 50,5 Meter ergab (siehe Presseaussendung vom 29. Januar 2007). Aufgrund der guten Bohr- und Grabenziehungsergebnisse hat Centrasia sein Bohrprogramm von ursprünglich geplanten 1000 Metern auf 6000 Meter erweitert. Der Großteil des Programms wird auf Severny durchgeführt werden. Mehrere Bohrlöcher werden auf der Karabulak Schürfstelle abgeschlossen werden.

Auf Severny wurde das Bohrloch SV06-01 etwa 360 Meter östlich des Grabens entlang einer Bohrstraße gemacht. Der Graben legte ein breites Gebiet von verkieselten Andesiten frei, von denen eine kontinuierliche Sequenz von Gesteinssplitterproben 2,27 g/t Au über 48 Meter ergab (siehe Pressemitteilung vom 23. Oktober 2006). Der veränderte Andesit, der im Graben angetroffen wurde, ähnelt im Aussehen dem veränderten Andesiten von Loch SV06-01. Centrasia hat EDCO Drilling, ein Tochterunternehmen von TVI Pacific Inc., unter Vertrag genommen. Es soll zwei Bohrausrüstungen zur Verfügung stellen, um das Bohrprogramm durchzuführen und das Explorationscamp auf Bulakashu aufzurüsten. Das lokale Bohrunternehmen, welches das eine Bohrloch im Herbst 2006 abschloss, wird die vertraglichen Verpflichtungen noch erfüllen und innerhalb der nächsten zwei Wochen von EDCO ersetzt werden.

Douglas Turnbull, Präsident und C.E.O. von Centrasia, meinte: " Obwohl wir erst im Anfangsstadium unseres Explorationsprogramms auf Severny sind, weisen alle bisherigen Resultate darauf hin, dass wir wahrscheinlich eine Goldzielfläche mit einer Riesentonnage und niedrigen Graden unter der Oberfläche haben. Wir glauben nach wie vor, dass die Goldmineralisierung an der Oberfläche möglicherweise mit der tieferen Zone von Kupfer-Gold Mineralisierung zusammenhängt und an die Möglichkeit einer tieferen Kupfer-Gold Zielfläche."

Update über die Akquisition der Nickel/Kupfer Lagerstätte

Centrasia hat kürzlich eine Aktualisierung zum Status des NI43-101 technischen Berichts erhalten, der von den SRK Beratern durchgeführt wurde. Der technische Bericht ist einer jener wichtigen Punkte, die für den Abschluss der Akquisition der Nickel-Kupfer Sulphid Lagerstätte im nordwestlichen Russland nötig sind (siehe Pressemitteilung vom 14. Mai). SRK erwartet, dass der erste vollständige Entwurf des technischen Berichts Mitte Juni zur Verfügung steht. Das Senior Betriebsmanagement von Centrasia wird sich das Projekt in dieser Woche ansehen, um das gegenwärtige Explorationsteam zu treffen, welches in den letzten zwei Jahren auf der Liegenschaft arbeitete. Centrasia wird das gegenwärtige Personal umschulen und es mit dem Senior Projektmanagement seiner Büros in Zentralasien ersetzen.

Die Expolorationsprogramme von Centrasia werden unter der Aufsicht von William Tafuri, P.Geol., Vizepräsident der Exploration und eine laut NI42-101 qualifizierte Person, durchgeführt. Herr Tafuri hat die technischen Informationen in dieser Pressemitteilung zusammengetragen und durchgesehen.

Keine Ahnung, jedenfalls findet der Absturz bei geringen Umsätzen an der Heimatbörse statt. Und das auch erst seit der letzten Woche. Entweder soll hier nochmal kräftig gedrückt werden oder.....?!
Der Stop im Maydornreport hat jedenfalls heute (noch) nicht gegriffen, denn der liegt auf Schlusskursbasis bei 0.82 Euro.

Also ich bin gespannt, ob sich genug "Idioten" finden lassen werden, die 1,20$ p. Share für das PP zahlen werden.

Ich pers. erachte den Preis unter den geggebenen Umständen der Märkte als zu teuer an! Zumal man berücksichtigen muss, dass einige Herrschaften wie Reynolds und Co. schon teilweise zu Kurse von ein paar Cent sich Shares angeln konnten.

Mal abwarten, ob das PP nicht doch noch abgeändert werden wird.

Ich denke, dass die Finanzierung zu diesen "Mondpreisen" nicht stattfinden wird, da der Explorermarkt sich in den letzten Wochen doch sehr eingetrübt hat.

Kurse um die 0,60 - 0,80$ pro Share wären für solch ein grosses PP meines Erachtens für neue Investoren ungemessener. Aber das werden schon die Investoren selbst entscheiden müssen, die ihr Geld derzeit in den Epxlorermarkt stecken wollen.

Ich orientiere mich derzeit lieber an den Preisen, die Damien Reynolds für seine Shares bezahlt hat; und die liegen doch deutlich unterhalb dessen, was derzeit am Markt gezahlt wird.

Centrasia Mining Corp. ("Centrasia" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:CTM)(OTCBB:CTMHF)(FRANKFURT:C8M) is pleased to announce that it has completed its previously announced private placement of 10,500,000 subscription receipts (the "Subscription Receipts") at a price of Cdn $1.20 per Subscription Receipt for aggregate gross proceeds of Cdn $12,600,000, which includes the full exercise of the agents' option (see June 19, 2007 news release). The gross proceeds have been deposited into escrow with Computershare Trust Company of Canada as escrow agent pending the completion of the previously announced acquisition of a Nickel-Copper Sulphide Deposit and two other exploration properties in Russia by the Company (see May 14, 2007 news release), which remains subject to various conditions including the satisfaction of all due diligence in connection with the acquisition and receipt of all required approvals, including but not limited to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

The Subscription Receipts were sold on a private placement basis by a syndicate of agents led by Canaccord Capital Corporation and including Salman Partners Inc.

Each Subscription Receipt shall be deemed to be exchanged upon the earlier of the Escrow Release Time and the Final Escrow Deadline (see June 19, 2007 news release), without payment of any additional consideration and without any further action on the part of the holders, for one (1) common share of the Company and one half of one whole common share purchase warrant. Each whole Warrant will be exercisable to acquire one common share at a price of $1.70 for a period of 36 months from today's closing date.

At the Escrow Release Time the Company will pay to the Agents a cash commission equal to 7.5% of the aggregate amount of the released Escrowed Funds. The Company has issued subscription receipts to the Agents which will at the Escrow Release Time automatically convert into 840,000 warrants (the "Broker Warrants"), each Broker Warrant entitling the holder to acquire one (1) common share of the Company at $1.50 at any time and from time to time on or before the date which is 24 months after the release from Escrow. The Company has also issued a subscription receipt to Canaccord that will at the Escrow Release Time automatically convert into a Corporate Finance Fee payable in Units.

The Subscription Receipts were sold both within and outside of Canada, including in the United States on a private placement basis pursuant to exemptions from the requirements of the United States Securities Act of 1933, as amended. The Subscription Receipts, and the common shares and warrants underlying the Subscription Receipts, are subject to a four month and one day hold period in Canada.

hmm.. dann reden wir nicht vom gleichem Depot...

als es Maydorn damals aufgenommen hat,, hab ich es auch reingestellt,,,, und als er es Ende Juni 2007 von der Depotliga hat auslaufen lassen und ím neuen Depotcontest nicht mehr aufgenommen hat.. dann hab ich es auch korrekterweise reingestellt..

Vancouver, B.C., -- Centrasia Mining Corp. (\"Centrasia\" or the \"Company\") is pleased to announce that, further to its news releases dated May 14th and June 25th, it has acquired a 100% interest in three nickel--copper sulphide properties in Russia, including the Souker Property, an advanced stage nickel--copper deposit, through the acquisition of a Cyprus-registered company which owns a Russian-registered company which owns the properties (the \"Acquisition\"). The Acquisition has been finalized subject only to the completion of an administrative filing in Cyprus which will occur in the normal course. Centrasia has made an initial cash payment of US$6,000,000 and issued 12,500,000 shares of Centrasia to the vendor, Stargate Solutions Limited. Additional cash payments of US$5,000,000 in July, 2008 and US$1,500,000 in July, 2009 are also payable. A finders/success fee has been paid to DBM Capital Partners Ltd. (\"DBM\"), including 625,000 shares. All of the shares issued for the Acquisition and to DBM are subject to an escrow agreement pursuant to which the shares will be released from escrow in the normal course over a period of eighteen months. In addition, 82,615 shares have been issued to Prussian Capital Corp., a company controlled by Cary Pinkowski, a director of Centrasia, as a bonus for providing a loan of US$500,000 (the \"Loan\") to the Russian target company on May 31, 2007. All securities issued are subject to resale restrictions expiring on November 17, 2007.

Release from Escrow of Financing Funds and Conversion of Financing Securities

Further to Centrasia\'s news release of July 10, 2007, Centrasia also announces that the gross proceeds of $12,600,000 received from the sale of 10,500,000 subscription receipts (the \"Subscription Receipts\") at a price of $1.20 per Subscription Receipt have been released from escrow by Computershare Trust Company of Canada (\"Computershare\"), acting as subscription receipt agent. Computershare has issued 10,500,000 common shares (the \"Shares\") of Centrasia and 5,250,000 transferable share purchase warrants (the \"Warrants\") upon conversion of the Subscription Receipts. The Warrants have been issued pursuant to a warrant indenture dated July 10, 2007 between Centrasia and Computershare. Each Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one common share at a price of $1.70 until July 10, 2010.

The Subscription Receipts were sold on a private placement basis by a syndicate led by Canaccord Capital Corporation (\"Canaccord\") and including Salman Partners Inc. (collectively, the \"Agents\"). The Agents were paid a commission equal to 7.5% of the proceeds received from the sale of the Subscription Receipts, and were issued a subscription receipt that has now been converted automatically into 840,000 agent\'s warrants (the \"Agent\'s Warrants\"). In addition, Canaccord received a corporate finance fee of a subscription receipt that has now been converted automatically into 100,000 units. The Shares, the Warrants, the Agent\'s Warrants, the Corporate Finance Units are subject to resale restrictions expiring on November 11, 2007.

With the completion of the Acquisition and the Financing, Centrasia now has 50,245,245 shares issued and outstanding.

The Souker Property

For more information on the Acquisition and the Souker Property, please see Centrasia\'s Filing Statement dated July 12, 2007 and the Technical Report of SRK Engineering, both of which are filed on www.sedar.com.

During the week of July 16-20, Centrasia\'s senior management and exploration staff visited its the Souker Property, met with key government officials of the Murmansk region and the exploration staff and consulting groups that manage the current drill program at the Souker Property. The current exploration staff will continue to be involved with the development of the Souker Property under the direction of Centrasia. Douglas Turnbull the Company\'s President and C.E.O. states \"It is always a good feeling to stand on your property and be able to see the headframes of the adjacent historic nickel producers, a paved highway, a power line and an operating nickel smelter 12 kilometres to the east in Nickel. We are also very pleased with the progress being made by the current exploration staff that has managed the drilling to date at Souker. They have done an excellent job and we are very happy that they have agreed stay on as a key part of our Murmansk region exploration team.\"

The Loan was used to initiate the 2007 drill program on the Souker Property in early June 2007. The proposed drill program outlines 3,000 metres of drilling to improve drill spacing on the Souker Property deposit in order to upgrade the currently defined Soviet classified C2 historical resource to the Soviet C1 category (see May 14, 2007 press release). To date in 2007, a total of 2,600 metres of drilling has been completed in 22 holes and drilling is still in progress.

The scope and size of the current drill program will be expanded and procedures implemented so that all future drilling, sampling and analytical procedures on the Souker Property will be adapted to meet NI43-101 standards, which will be necessary to convert the historic Soviet estimate to a NI43-101 compliant resource estimate by the end of 2007. Arrangements are being made to mobilize a second drill rig to the Souker Property in August and Centrasia anticipates that in addition to the 2600 metres that has been completed since June, a minimum of 6,000 additional metres of drilling will be completed by late 2007.

Appointment of New Director

In conjunction with the Acquisition, Mr. Grigory Aleksenko has been appointed as a director of Centrasia subject to regulatory approval. Mr. Aleksenko is the managing partner and cofounder of AGA Management Ltd. AGA Management Ltd. is a leading, Moscow based consulting company specializing in Russian financial and M&A markets (see www.agamanagement.com) and played an instrumental role in the Acquisition as agent for the vendor. Anstehen müssten demächst vielleicht mal ein paar Bohrdaten von diversen Liegenschaften.
Die Verwässerung gefiel anscheinend nicht so vielen Aktionären...daher der Kursverfall. Aber ich halte diesen Wert trotzdem noch für billig, vor allem da für 1.20 CAD Aktien ausgegeben wurden.
Bis dahin und darüber hinaus besteht ordentlich Potential.

A0HFYD, ISIN CA15626R1029) freut sich, Ergebnisse von Proben vom
Bohrprogramm 2007 auf der Souker Nickel-Kupfer Lagerstätte auf der
Kola Halbinsel im Nordwesten von Russland bekannt zu geben. Bis heute
wurden 2810 Meter an Bohrungen in 22 Bohrlöchern abgeschlossen.
Centrasia geht davon aus, dass weitere 6000 Meter bis Ende 2007
abgeschlossen sein werden, eine zweite Bohrausrüstung wird im


September auf die Liegenschaft gebracht. Der grossteil der
Bohrkampagne 2007 auf Souker besteht aus "infill"-Löchern, welche die
Abstände zwischen jener Löcher verringern sollen, auf deren Basis die
historische Ressourcenschätzung gemacht wurde (siehe Pressemitteilung
vom 14. Mai 2007).

Die unten angeführten mineralisierten Abstände waren alle mit
verstreuter Sulphid-Mineralisierung innerhalb von schichtweise
angeordnetem, mittel- bis grobkörnigem Peridotit und Pyroxenit
assoziiert und wurden mit einem 0,25% Ni Cut-off-Grad kalkuliert. Die
Werte in den Intervallen waren außergewöhnlich konsistent und die
Durchschnitte waren nicht beeinflusst von höhergradigen Abschnitten.
Die Stratigraphie, welche die Minerale beherbergt, neigt sich
variabel nach Süden, und obwohl die Löcher so angeordnet wurden, dass
sie nur die mineralische Zone optimal abdecken, könnten die
berichteten Intervalle keine wahren Breiten repräsentieren.

Das Bohrprogramm 2007 war ursprünglich auf maximal 100 Meter mal
100 Meter angelegt, um die historische Soviet Ressourcenschätzung von
einer C2 zu einer C1 Kategorie aufzuwerten. Die bis heute
abgeschlossenen 22 Löcher reichen von 50 Meter bis 287,7 Meter in der
Tiefe, für insgesamt 2810 Meter. Die Bohrdaten dieser Kampagne werden
auch dafür verwendet werden, um die Sovietische Ressourcenschätzung
in eine NI43-101 konforme Ressource bis Ende 2007 umzuwandeln.

Douglas Turnbull, Präsident und C.E.O. von Centrasia, meinte: "
Das Bohrloch CP07-05 hat bestätigt, dass wir eine ziemlich breite
Zone an hochgradiger Nickelmineralisierung haben, die an die
Oberfläche tritt. Zusätzlich zu unserem "Infill"-Borhprogramm wird es
für uns sehr wichtig sein, diese Zonen als potentielles
Grubenmaterial zu beschreiben."

Alle Bohrungen werden mit einem NQ Kern und einer Longyear LF 70
Bohrausrüstung durchgeführt. Die bisherigen Entdeckungen waren
hervorragend. Der Bohrkern wird in den Central Kola Expedition Labors
in Monchegorsk bearbeitet. Die Proben werden vom Kola Geological
Information Laboratory Centre in Apatity bearbeitet. Dieses Labor ist
GOST R ISO/MEK 17025-2000 zertifiziert. Außerdem ist es vom VIMS
Institut in Moskau zertifiziert und unterliegt jährlichen
Inspektionen.

Die Expolorationsprogramme von Centrasia werden unter der Aufsicht
von William Tafuri, P.Geol., Vizepräsident der Exploration und eine
laut NI42-101 qualifizierte Person, durchgeführt.

Centrasia Continues to Intersect Wide Zones of Gold Mineralization at Severny

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Sept. 6, 2007) - Centrasia Mining Corp. ("Centrasia" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:CTM - News; OTCBB:CTMHF - News; FRANKFURT:C8M - News) is pleased to announce the 2007 drill program on the Severny Copper Gold Prospect ("Severny") on its Bulakashu Property in northern Kyrgyzstan is well underway with encouraging results to date. Four diamond drill rigs are now operating on Severny and thus far, four drill holes have been completed totaling 1,908 metres of the planned 6,000 metre program.

Complete assays have been received for three of the holes. Each of the three holes are on a NE to SW striking fence designed to test the south-central portion of an IP-resistivity anomaly and associated surface gold mineralization identified in the fall of 2006 (See October 5, 2006 news release). Hole SV07-07 was drilled to a depth of 296 metres, intersecting sporadic gold mineralization and quartz-sericite-pyrite alteration ("QSP") throughout most of the hole. Hole SV07-08, 200m to the southwest of Hole SV07-07, was drilled to a depth of 501 metres, intersecting strengthening QSP alteration and gold mineralization over wider intervals. Hole SV07-09 was drilled to a depth of 320 metres, under a road cut where a surface rock chip sample returned 48m of 2.27 g/t gold (See October 23, 2006 news release). Hole SV07-09 intersected two distinct, broad zones of gold mineralization and associated intense QSP alteration. The mineralized intervals are separated by post mineral, unaltered andesite dikes. The mineralization and alteration vectors point toward the southwest where last year's rock chip surface sampling encountered gold values ranging from 0.14 g/t up to 37.7 g/t in QSP altered greenstones. The table below shows the significant drill intercepts.

Ich glaube der heutige Kursanstieg ist eher auf den gestrigen Schlusskurs (1.16 CAD) in Kanada erfolgt!

In den vergangenen Wochen konnte man gut beobachten, dass größere Blocktrades gehandelt wurden.

Oder gibt/gab es eine aktuelle Kaufempfehlung mit heutigen Datum von Bullvestor=

Hmmmm,

sieht wohl eher so aus als wüssten die Canadier mehr. Dort steigt das Volumen ohne entsprechendes Volumen in Deutschland. Es wird wohl nicht von Canada nach Deutschland verschoben, sondern dort gekauft....

Bullvestor hat sich wohl eher an das Volumen von gestern drangehängt.

Ich glaube kaum, dass Pollinger dazu in der Lage ist, durch eine Musterdepotaufnahme in Kanada einen Tagesumsatz von über 1 MIO CAD zu verursachen!

Die großen Blocktrades, die ich in Kanada aber auch hier in Frankfurt beobachtet habe, lassen darauf schließen, dass das Eindecken schon begonnen hat und irgendwas bevorsteht.
Selbts in den USA gab es größere Umsätze.
Jetzt wird nochmal Luft geholt, bevor der nächste Anstieg in Angriff genommen wird!

Hätte nicht gedacht, dass ich nochmal zu so einem Schnäppchenkurs nachkaufen kann.

Ich kann mir allerdings den Kursrückgang nicht erklären. CM hat weder schlechte News gebracht, noch hat ein Börsenbrief verkauft. Der Nickelpreis ist außerdem stabil. Vielleicht haben nur ängstliche Anleger verkauft, die am Markt einen Crash befürchten. Aber wenn jeder den Crash erwartet, dann kommt der sowieso nicht.

Der Kurs wird meiner Meinung nach im Dezember/Januar wieder deutlich höher stehen, spätestens wenn die nächsten News kommen.
Ich bleibe auf jeden Fall dabei!

Gleiches Chartbild bei allen Explorern (Asian Dragon, Halo res., Centrasia; sind alle unter die Räder gekommen). Es liegt also nicht am Titel, sondern an der Branche.

Nachrichten fehlen mir allerdings. Das die Chinesen ihr Wirtschaftswachstum kontrollieren (bremsen) ist doch bekannt. Liegt es nur an der geringeren Kupfernachfrage? Kann doch eigentlich nicht sein.

Sieht so aus, als wenn die nächsten Tage für diese Branche nicht lustig werden.

Centrasia Intersects 166.0 Metres of 0.31% Nickel at Souker

Vancouver, B.C., Centrasia Mining Corp. ("the Company") announces additional assay results from the ongoing infill drill program at its 100% owned Souker Nickel Deposit ("Souker") in the Kola Peninsula of northwestern Russia. As of November 9th 2007, a total of 5,015 metres of drilling has been completed in 42 drill holes of the total proposed 10,000 metre program. The Company now has results for the first 22 drill holes that were completed during the Phase I drill program this summer.

Douglas Turnbull the Company's President and CEO states "We continue to see excellent continuity and consistency in the nickel grade. The nickel grades we see at Souker compare quite favorably to Talvivaara Mining Company's (TALV:LSE) bulk tonnage Nickel deposit that is currently being developed five hundred kilometres to the southwest of us in Finland."

The mineralized intervals reported below continue to demonstrate the bulk tonnage, near surface target potential at Souker that is amenable to open-pit mining. The intervals reported below have been calculated using a 0.20% Ni cut off grade with no internal waste exceeding 3 m or a grade lower than 0.17% Ni. The historic resource estimate for Souker (See May 14, 2007 News Release) was calculated using a minimum 0.3% Ni cut off grade. The hosting stratigraphy dips variably to the south and although holes have been oriented to intersect the mineralized horizon as optimally as possible, the intervals reported below may not represent true width.

The mineralized intervals reported above are associated with varying degrees of disseminated to semi-massive sulphide mineralization (pentlandite, chalcopyrite, and pyrrhotite) within layered, medium to coarse grained peridotite and pyroxenite. Drill holes CP07-02, CP07-16, and CP07-17, drilled on the southwest and west flank of the deposit, where the mineralization is faulted and discontinuous, did not return any significant results.

The 2007 drill program has been laid out to verify and upgrade the historic Soviet resource estimate from a C2 to C1 category (See May 14, 2007 News Release) and convert the historic Soviet estimate into a NI43-101 compliant resource. All drill data to date from the Souker Deposit is being modeled in house in preparation for the new resource estimate to be completed in early 2008. Centrasia has retained SRK Consulting to provide an independent review of the resource estimation and modeling.

All of the drilling is being completed with NQ sized core using a Longyear LF 70 drill rig. The drill core is being logged, photographed, sawn, sampled, and core samples are being prepared at the Central Kola Expedition laboratory in Monchegorsk. Assaying is being completed by the Kola Geological Information Laboratory Centre in Apatity. This lab is certified under GOST R ISO/MEK 17025-2000. It is also certified by the VIMS Institute in Moscow and is subject to annual inspections under that certification. A full QA/QC program has been initiated on the Souker project and the work program is being carried out under the supervision of Bill Tafuri, P.Geol., the Company's Vice President of Exploration and a "Qualified Person" for the purposes of NI 43-101.

162 Meter mit 0,30% Nickel ist schon ein gewaltiges Ergebnis! Auch
die für ein Nickeldeposit hohen Kupferbeimengungen fallen sofort ins Auge!

Centrasia ist für die blenden Bohrergebnisse, die sie liefern einfach zu schwach bewertet, denn das Unternehmen kostet gerade einmal 25 Mio. Euro.

Vancouver, B.C., Centrasia Mining Corp. ("Centrasia" or the "Company") announces additional results from the ongoing infill drill program at its 100% owned, Souker Nickel-Copper project ("Souker") in the Kola Peninsula of northwestern Russia. As of January 18, 2008, a total of 7,247 metres of drilling has been completed in 58 drill holes.

Cary Pinkowski, Chairman of the Board, says "We are pleased to report these results that further support development of an open pit nickel mine with mineralization starting at the surface and continuing to the deepest levels drilled to date."

The mineralized intervals reported below are associated with varying degrees of disseminated to semi-massive sulphide mineralization (pentlandite, chalcopyrite, and pyrrhotite) within layered, medium to coarse grained peridotite and pyroxenite. The intervals reported below have been calculated using a Ni cut off grade of 0.20% Ni. The assay procedure used is a total acid digestion of the sample with analysis of the resulting solution by AA. This procedure yields a total Ni value for each sample. The drill program was initially laid out to achieve a maximum 100 metre by 100 metre ore intercept spacing in order to verify and upgrade the historic Soviet resource estimate from a C2 to C1 category (See May 14, 2007 Press Release). The 58 holes completed to date, range from 50 metres to 287.7 metres in depth, for a total of 7,247 metres. The drill data from the drill campaign will also be used to convert the historic Soviet resource into a NI43-101 compliant resource. All drill data to date from the Souker Nickel Deposit is being currently modeled in house and statistics from analytical results will be used to determine what intercept spacing will be required for classifying JORC ("Australasian Joint Ore Reserves Committee") defined resource categories.

The Company also announces that it has received the final report for environmental baseline studies that were completed on the Souker Nickel Deposit during the 3rd quarter of 2007. The studies were conducted in compliance with local environmental guidelines and are an important first step in the ultimate development of the Souker Deposit. The Baseline study effectively identifies various environment impacts that historic regional mining and smelting activities and emissions from the local smelters have had on the Souker Property and surrounding area. Given the significant impact mining has had on the local and regional environment, it is imperative that the Baseline study clearly established the current state of the environment and a set of environmental parameters against which the impacts of all future due to development of the Souker Deposit can be identified.
