Strategic Resources Stakes Additional Rare Earth Claims

October 23, 2009, Regina, Saskatchewan – Strategic Resources Inc. (“UVR” or “the
Corporation”), is pleased to announce that as a further complement to its uranium/vanadium projects in the Catron County, New Mexico and Apache County, Arizona, a series of lode claims have now been staked in the Lemitar Mountains area of Socorro County, New Mexico.
These claims are highly prospective for Rare Earth mineralization.
Officials from the New Mexico Bureau of Mines have studied this area since the late 1970s and have determined the dikes and veins in the Lemitar Mountains are carbonatites that display rare earth element enrichment patterns.

MEDIA: Chinese rare earth expert calls for immediate stockpiling
November 2, 2009 (Source:Metal-Pages) - China should use its reserves of foreign currency to buy rare earths for stockpiling in a bid to protect strategic resources, said a senior Chinese researcher on rare earths.
“I hope the Chinese government can invest about $ 1 billion to buy rare earths and thorium for stockpiling as China presently has sufficient reserves of foreign currencies and market prices for rare earths are comparatively low at this moment,” said Mr. Xu Guangxian, professor at Peking University in an interview with the China Economy Times.
“We must set up a stockpiling system for rare earths and thorium and support leading domestic producers like Baogang, Minmetals and Jiangxi Copper to implement the stockpiling,” Mr. Xu, also an academician at the Chinese Academy of Sciences said. He is regarded as the "Father of Rare Earths" in the industry in China.
China produces over 95% of the world's rare earth supply. However, there has been much criticism in China that the country's rare earths have been overproduced and undersold in the last decade.
“Japan and South Korea have built up stockpiles which are enough for 20 years of consumption by taking advantage of low market prices before 2008 when China began to restrict production but China hasn’t set up a stockpiling system yet,” Xu criticized.
“We must take action soon to protect rare earth reserves otherwise they could be exhausted in only ten years in some major producing regions,’ Xu warned. “There were around 1.5 million tonnes of industrial reserves of medium and heavy rare earths in southern China but now only 600,000 tonnes is there after years of overexploitation.”

Hier mal das Wichtigste in Kürze:

-für Projekt 1 (Colorado Plateau-New Mexico) wurde die Bohrgenehmigung beantragt und im 1. Quartal 2010 soll gebohrt werden

-1,4 Mio. CAD Cash oder Cash Equivalentsind vorhanden per Nov. 2009

-bei Projekt 3 (Gallinas Mountains-Lincoln County/New Mexico) sollen weitere Claims gekauft werden

-bei Projekt 4 (Jicarilla Mountains-Lincoln County/New Mexico)ist für 2010 "Field Work" geplant

-das Gleiche gilt für Projekt 5 (Limitar Mountains-Socorro County/New Mexico

-die Uranium City Liegenschaften wurden an Red Rock für 75.000 CAD und 5 Mio. Red-Rock-Aktien (zu 0,18 CAD)verkauft

Theoretisch könnte man das Bohrprogramm mit vorhanden Mitteln in naher Zukunft starten. Das Führt im Normalfall zu einem Anstieg des Aktienpreises, was wiederum für die Ausgabe weiterer Aktien zu einem wesentlich höheren Preis genutzt werden kann.

Irgendwie fängt das Ganze an mir zu gefallen.

Zum vorletzten Satz bleibt anzumerken, dass man aktuell gerade 500.000 CAD durch Aktienausgabe einnimmt.

Sobald irgendeine News kommt, das Bohrgenehmigungen erteilt sind sich und der Bohrer dreht, wird auch der Kurs steigen.
Allerdings wird das auf Grund der schon vorhandenen großen Anzahl von Aktien, vielleicht nicht ganz so spektakulär verlaufen.

Auf jeden Fall sind das derzeit traumhafte Kurse um in REE und Uran zu investieren, solange man in CA handelt.

RESTART Act: Proposal To Revive US Rare Earth Supply Chain Introduced Into US Congress

I am presently attending the Technology Rare Earth Metals (TREM'10) meeting in Washington D.C.. So far the event has been very lively and there have been numerous discussions on all aspects of the supply chain for rare earths, lithium and other metals. Ian London is also here and between us we'll try to capture some of the stories going on here, and post to the blog.

One story which broke this afternoon, of major significance to the industry, is the news that Congressman Mike Coffman, a Republican Representative from Colorado, earlier today introduced a new bill to the US House, "to address the looming rare earths crisis". The proposed legislation is House Resolution 4866, the Rare Earths Supply-Chain Technology and Resources Transformation Act of 2010 (RESTART Act), and although it shares a name with a related prior draft proposal that was circulating recently, it is a distinctly different approach for taking on the issues that the rare earth supply chain faces in the US. The Act would require that the United States develop a policy to:

"take any and all actions necessary to ensure the reintroduction of a competitive domestic rare earth supply chain, to include the reintroduction of the capacity to conduct mining, refining / processing, alloying and manufacturing operations using domestic suppliers to provide a secure source of rare earth materials as a vital component of national security and economic policy."

Per the United States Magnet Materials Association (USMMA), the RESTART Act would specifically initiate a number of key activities:

Establish a Federal government rare earths working group, with representation from senior appointees of the Departments of Commerce, Defense, Energy, Interior, and State as well as the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative and the Executive Office of Science and Technology Policy at the White House;
Assess the domestic rare earth supply-chain to determine which rare earth elements are critical to America’s national defense and economic security;
Create a national stockpile within the Department of Defense for important rare earth materials;
Evaluate international trade practices in the rare earth materials market relative to market manipulation and initiate appropriate action through the World Trade Organization and elsewhere;
Provide government-backed loan guarantees for domestic rare earths supply-chain development;
Initiate warranted Defense Production Act projects and programs relative to our national defense and homeland security; and
Support innovation, training, and workforce development of the entire domestic rare earth supply-chain.

In an accompanying news release, Rep. Coffman said that:

“The U.S. needs to support and encourage the development of a competitive, domestic rare earth supply chain to support American jobs and manufacturing and ensure our national defense interests. This legislation is critical to creating a competitive, domestic rare earth supply chain in the U.S. over the next 5 years. We have ample resources, just not the ability to access and process them. That must change; our national security depends on it.”

Rep. Coffman is scheduled to open the second day of sessions here at TREM'10 tomorrow with a keynote address, and will no doubt touch on the RESTART Act. On or before April 1, 2010, the Government Accountability Office is required to complete a report on the extent to which the defense supply chain is currently dependent upon rare earths; it was Rep. Coffman who introduced the specific language required this report, into last year’s Defense Authorization Bill.

Engpässe bei Rohstoffen für Festplattenmotoren und Hybridfahrzeuge befürchtet

Trotz der als ausreichend groß vermuteten Vorkommen an Seltenerdemetallen von 100 Millionen Tonnen spitzt sich die Rohstofflage derzeit anscheinend so zu, dass dazu im US-amerikanischen Repräsentantenhaus eine Anhörung stattfand. Von den im vorigen Jahr verbrauchten 124.000 Tonnen der seltenen Erden förderte China laut einem Bericht (PDF-Datei) des US-amerikanischen Rechnungshofs 97 Prozent und beginnt dieses Monopol nun strategisch auszunutzen.

Hinter den Seltenerdemetallen verbergen sich die in der Allgemeinheit eher unbekannten Elemente Cer, Yttrium oder Neodym, die aber weit häufiger vorkommen als der Name zunächst vermuten lässt. Sie sind mit einem höheren Anteil in der Erdkruste vertreten als die wesentlich geläufigeren Metalle Blei, Gold oder Platin.

Bedeutung haben die chemischen Elemente der dritten Gruppe des Periodensystems sowie die Lanthanoide als Rohstoffe in der Elektrotechnik. Neodym-Eisen-Bor-Dauermagnete finden sich in den Schwenkmotoren von Festplattenleseköpfen wie auch in den Generatoren von Windkraftanlagen (bis zu 2 Tonnen Neodym). In den Nickel-Metallhydrid-Akkumulatoren des Hybridautos Toyota Prius sind etwa 15 kg Lanthan enthalten.

In der Vergangenheit bot China die Metalle der seltenen Erden zu Niedrigpreisen an, so dass in den vergangenen zehn Jahren insbesondere in den USA viele Minen ihren Betrieb einstellten. Nachdem im gleichen Zeitraum der weltweite Bedarf von 40.000 Tonnen auf fast das Dreifache stieg, erhöhte China Ende 2009 die Ausfuhrsteuern von 15 auf 25 Prozent und senkte die Exportquote von 75 auf 25 Prozent. Folglich verdoppelte sich der Preis von Neodym innerhalb der vergangenen sechs Monate. Branchenkenner vermuten, dass China einheimischen Fertigern einen Wettbewerbsvorteil sichern möchte.

Als erstes steuerte Australien gegen, wo die Minenunternehmen Arafura und Lynas seit einigen Jahren neue Minen für Seltenerdemetalle erschließen. Von der Erkundung einer Lagerstätte bis zur ersten geförderten Tonne vergehen allerdings fünf bis zehn Jahre, so dass es schon in den nächsten 12 bis 18 Monaten zu deutlichen Engpässen und damit verbundenen Preissteigerungen kommen kann. Die Marktforscher von Roskill erwarten für 2012 einen globalen Bedarf von 185.000 Tonnen.

Europäische und US-Unternehmen investieren daher in neue beziehungsweise in wieder aufgeschlossene Minen in Kanada, Südafrika und Grönland. Toyota erwarb unter anderem Schürfrechte in Vietnam, um zukünftig ausreichend Lanthan für die Produktion von Hybrid-Fahrzeugen zur Verfügung zu haben.

Die US-Bergbaufirma Molycorp Minerals plant eine 2002 in Kalifornien geschlossene Mine für Kosten in Höhe von 450 Millionen bis 500 Millionen US-Dollar bis 2012 wieder in Betrieb zu nehmen. Neben den Bergwerken wurden in der Vergangenheit aber auch die Unternehmen zur Weiterverarbeitung geschlossen und deren Ausrüstung teilweise nach China verschifft. Die Lieferkette wieder vollständig zu errichten, könne laut dem Bericht des Rechnungshofs bis zu 15 Jahre dauern. (chh)

Höhenflug des Kanadischen Dollars beendet?

Es sind die Währungen der rohstoffexportierenden Länder, wie Australien, Kanada und Brasilien, die in den letzten Monaten die höchsten Kursgewinne zu verzeichnen hatten. Die Kapitalzuflüsse aus den Rohstoffverkäufen treiben allerdings nicht nur die Wirtschaft an, sondern erhöhen auch die Geldmenge. Die Notenbanken müssen darauf mit Zinserhöhungen reagieren, wollen sie nicht Inflation riskieren. Die australische Notenbank hat den Leitzins bereits mehrfach angehoben und die brasilianische Notenbank folgte ihr in der vergangenen Woche.

Zinserhöhung in Kanada

Auch die Bank of Canada dürfte bald folgen. Zuletzt haben die Spekulationen zugenommen, dass die kanadischen Notenbanker schon bei ihrem nächsten Treffen am 1. Juni den aktuell bei 0,25 Prozent liegenden Leitzins anheben könnten. Bei der Sitzung am 20. April haben sie selbst die Märkte auf eine Straffung der Geldpolitik vorbereitet. Kanada wäre damit das erste Land der G7, das den Leitzins wieder erhöht. Die Entwicklung der Fundamentaldaten würde eine Zinserhöhung jedenfalls durchaus rechtfertigen: Das Wirtschaftswachstum dürfte mit 3,1 Prozent 2010 und 3,2 Prozent 2011 das höchste der G7-Staaten sein.

EUR/CAD vor Wende nach oben?

Der Kanadische Dollar, auch Loonie genannt, befindet sich seit Monaten im Höhenflug. Der Wechselkurs des US-Dollar zum Kanadischen Dollar hat die psychologisch wichtige Marke von 1,00 US-Dollar zeitweise unterschritten und ist auf den tiefsten Stand seit Juni 2008 gefallen.

Noch stärker ist aufgrund der allgemeinen Schwäche des Euros der Wechselkurs EUR/CAD abgesackt, und zwar um über 16 Prozent seit November 2009. Mit dem Fall unter die Unterstützung bei 1,33 CAD wurde das niedrigste Niveau seit Mitte 2001 erreicht.

Mittelfristig dürfte sich die Stärke des Loonies gegenüber dem Euro zwar fortsetzen, kurzfristig kann es aber nach der Rallye der letzten Monate zu starken Gegenbewegungen kommen. Solange der Euro allerdings unter Druck steht, wird sich eine Abschwächung des Kanada-Dollars vor allem im Wechselkurs zum US-Dollar zeigen.

Die werde ich mir wieder mal ansehen. Bin damals genau im richtigen Moment (genauer gesagt Minute) bei genau + 100% raus.
UVR ist mit Sicherheit wieder so ein Wert mit dem dies kein Problem sein dürfte. Allerdings sollten da auch kurz- bis mittelfristig 700 - 1000% drin sein.
(Mein ganz private Meinung und keinesfalls eine Empfehlung!!!)

I am just back from a visit to Kalimantan which was designed specifically to get answers to your questions.

The first order of business is to ensure that we have retained proper title. There have been a number of recent changes to the mining laws and changes to ownership laws and title laws which have to be understood and resolved. This is now in process.

Once proper structure and title are confirmed, we are hopeful that recent technological developments we enable us to proceed for much less than previously estimated. This too requires further review.

These are exciting times and we remain hopeful that the years of patience will ultimately be rewarded. Until I have more definitive information, we are not in a position to provide greater detail- we will issue a news release when developments warrant.

A ground magnetic geophysics survey has now been completed at the Lemitar Mountains Rare Earth project located near Socorro, New Mexico. Survey results show linear trending magnetic anomalies likely indicative of dikes and faults. This survey correlates well to previously mapped outcrop geology of the project area conducted by the New Mexico Bureau of Mines. Drilling applications have now been filed with the Bureau of Land Management and efforts are now underway to complete the requisite archeological and biological studies at the various proposed drill pad areas.

At the Gallinas Mountains Rare Earth project (Lincoln County, New Mexico), drilling applications have been submitted for an area along a major breccia fault zone in the eastern part of the claim block. Archeological and biological studies have now been completed. Representatives from both the US Forest Service and the State of New Mexico have now toured the planned drill locations and the drill permitting process is well underway. Two bulk samples of rock from separate areas of the project claims have now been delivered to the Montana School of Mines in Butte, Montana for further evaluation. The bench scale metallurgical work to be undertaken will provide valuable follow-up to previous work done by the US Bureau of Mines dating back to 1946.

At the Baca and White Mesa Uranium/Vanadium projects situated near Datil, New Mexico, the final step in the permitting process will involve conducting a field visitation for two Native American groups interested in observing plant species that may grow in the area. These visitations will be concluded over the next six weeks.

At the McDermitt Lithium project situated in Malheur County, Oregon, Strategic Resources has been advised that both Federal and Oregon State officials have visited the proposed drill sites and that the drilling permit application is moving forward.

Bisher habe ich nichts gefunden.

Dem CEO habe ich vor einigen Wochen ein Fax gesandt, welches er dann per Mail beantwortet.
hat.
Er freut sich, dass auch außerhalb Amerikas Interesse an UVR besteht und sagt es wird kontinuierlich gearbeitet.

Wann sie mit dem Bohren anfangen erfahren wir per News Releases, er gibt generell keine diskreten Infos raus.

Auf jeden Fall habe ich ihn mal erreicht, über irgendwen der noch im alten Office in CA arbeitet. So langsam sollten sie mal die HP aktualisieren in Bezug auf Außenstelle US.

Ich habe meine Position Stück für Stück aufgebaut und bin bei 0,05 CAD im Plus, obwohl ich die allerersten Aktien damals zu 0,28 CAD gekauft habe als die Firma noch Uranium City Resources hieß.

Da hast Du Recht. Allerdings fundiert der letzte Anstieg von CAD 0,03 auf CAD 0,055 nicht auf irgendwelchen news o.ä. ?!
Ich muss mal sehen, wie ich mich am Montag entscheide....wie heißt es so schön? Die berühmte Nacht drüber schlafen....oberattraktiv finde ich die Geschichte hier allemal und über die Bewertung müssen wir auch nicht sprechen...;

Es gab Mitte September einen Anstieg von 0,03 bis 0,035, dann von 0,035 bis 0,04, dann von 0,04 bis 0,05 und dann von 0,045 bis 0,055 CAD?

October 19, 2010 -- Beijing (Source: China Daily) -- China will further reduce quotas for rare earth exports by 30 percent at most next year to protect the precious metals from over-exploitation, said an official from the Ministry of Commerce.

He added that the country is now facing the possibility that reserves of medium and heavy rare earths might run dry within 15 to 20 years if the current rate of production is maintained.

Export quotas will continue to be axed in the first half of next year, said the source who declined to be named.

China, which produces 95 percent of the world's supplies, has reduced 2010 production levels and slashed export quotas by 72 percent for the second half to 7,976 tons, according to ministry data.

Rare earths, composed of 17 elements, are used in a number of high-tech processes ranging from wind turbines and hybrid cars to missiles.

Domestic deposits dropped to 27 million tons by the end of 2009 - that's 30 percent of the world's total explored reserves - from 43 million in 1996, said Chao Ning, section chief of foreign trade with the ministry at a Beijing conference.

He said reserves of medium and heavy rare earths may only last 15 to 20 years at the current rate of production, which could lead to China being forced to imports supplies.

Medium and heavy rare earth, also known as ion-absor bed-type rare earth, is more valuable than the lighter variety. It's used in advanced areas such as missiles.

China's verified reserves of ion-absorbed-type rare earth stood at 8 million tons in 2008, while reserves of light rare earth totaled 50 to 60 million, according to data from the Ministry of Land and Resources.

"China is not the only country that has these deposits, but it has been dominating the world's supply market for more than a decade, thereby depleting its own resources," Chao said.

He added that strategic, environmental and economic considerations mean that the country can't afford to continue shouldering the burden of supplying the world.

Some developed countries - such as the United States, which alone holds 15 percent of the world's reserves - depend almost entirely on Chinese supplies. They ceased domestic production long ago because importation is more cost effective.

Prices in China rose by fractionally more than 20 percent since 1979 to hit an average of $8,500 per ton in 2009.

Prices started to pick up in the middle of that year as the government began to reform the industry by cracking down on illegal mining practices and by reducing exports.

Some of the major rare earth oxides, such as neodymium, had rallied to 24,600 yuan a ton by the end of September, a rise of 80 percent from January.

Erster Angriff auf die CAD 0,08 wurde (erwartungsgemäß) abgewehrt.
Denke es wird nun erstmal einen kleinen Rücksetzer geben (siehe auch Indikatoren) um dann (evtl. mit der news zum Borhbeginn) das ATH zu knacken....danach ist the sky the limit

Meine Rechnung weicht etwas ab davon. Letzter steiler Anstieg lief von 0,045 bis 0,08 CAD, jetzt könnte es von 0,055 bis 0,009 CAD gehen.

Egal wie es läuft, sobald der Bohrbeginn bekannt gegeben wird, könnte es durchaus bis 0,15 oder 0,20 CAD gehen. (Nur meine private Meinung!)

Auf jeden Fall geniese ich schon jetzt jeden Cent des Anstieges.

da ich nicht so ein Chart-Spezialist bin mal eine Frage.

Es gab im April ein GAP bei fallenden Preisen und im September ein GAP bei steigenden Preisen. Kann man beide nicht auch so betrachten, dass sie sich neutralisiert haben?

Schließlich lagen sie auf der gleichen Preishöhe?

hmmm gute Frage nächste Frage...
Normalerweise werden open gaps ja immer mit einer dementsprechenden Kerze geschlossen.
Hab noch nie was davon, dass man ein open gap im Anstieg mit einem im Fall neutralisiert. Muss aber nicht heißen, dass es so etwas nicht gibt, da bin ich dann auch nicht wirklich im Thema.....

Uranium projects - Catron County, New Mexico, USA

The US Forest Service has now “closed out the consultation process” on the Baca Project and the White Mesa Projects. This represents a major step forward in the overall permitting process. The US Forest Service has now flagged and delineated any areas containing archeological artifacts that are proximal to roads cutting through the project areas so that drill crews and consultants can be sure to avoid such artifact areas during the drilling program. The US Forest Service is now in the process of sharing its overall consultative findings with the State of New Mexico which represents the final stage of the permitting process.

Rare earth projects – Lincoln County & Socorro County, New Mexico USA and Lithium Prospects - Malheur County, Oregon, USA

Q3 2010 saw further progress made in Lincoln County at the Gallinas Mountains rare earth project. A geo-chem soil survey program was completed over the entire claim block. Data from this program is being analyzed at the New Mexico Institute of Mining & Technology. In addition, aerial ASTER images were obtained for the Gallinas Mountains area and as Q3 came to a close, plans were being formulated to acquire additional lode claims in the area that encompass additional breccia zones apparent on these images.
As of the end of Q3 2010, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) had indicated what level of environmental reclamation bonding it deemed appropriate for the Lemitar Mountains rare earth project in Socorro County. Officials at the State of New Mexico are currently in the process of determining what level of reclamation bonding the State requires. Once this determination is made, the drill permit process can proceed to completion.

As noted in previous quarters, SRI also holds claims in Malheur County, Oregon in the McDermitt caldera complex which is highly prospective for Lithium mineralization in the sedimentary rock sequences. Oregon State as well as BLM officials have now determined the amount of reclamation bonding necessary for drill permits to be granted. Q4 will see this bonding posted and the drill permit process move to completion.

Other projects – British Columbia
At the conclusion of Q3, the Company had acquired a small graphite prospect in southern British Columbia. Additional Canadian based projects are currently being examined.

Hier der Grund für den heutigen Kursanstieg:

Strategic Resources Inc. ("Strategic" or "the Corporation"), is pleased to provide the following update of activities on its US based projects:

At the Gallinas Mountains Rare Earth project (Lincoln County, New

Mexico), more lode claims have now been staked along an additional

portion of the main breccia fault zone running through the Gallinas

Mountains and in areas of other noted brecciated zones. This brings to

~2900 acres, the total acreage held in the Gallinas Mountains. A

geochemical soil sampling program has now been completed over a

substantial amount of this acreage. Results are being analyzed by Dr.

Virginia McLemore and her team at the New Mexico Institute of Mining

and Technology. The valuable information anticipated from this analysis

will add to the data obtained in 1993 by the US Bureau of Mines and

will be instrumental in delineating future drill targets.

The three drill permit applications (Outlaw #1, #2, #3) submitted

earlier this year for the Gallinas Mountains Rare Earth project are

receiving due attention and proceeding through the approvals process in

an orderly fashion.

At the Baca and White Mesa Uranium/Vanadium projects situated near

Datil, New Mexico, final modifications to permit applications have now

been made. Federal authorities are now making submissions to State of

New Mexico authorities who, following a review and comment period, will

make determination on environmental reclamation bond calculation.

Additional lode claims have now been staked in two areas proximal to

the Baca and White Mesa projects. Plans of Operations for these

additional claims have now been submitted to Federal authorities.

The Bureau of Land Management has now approved Strategic's drill permit

submission for the Lemitar Mountains Rare Earth project located near

Socorro, New Mexico. Similar approvals from the State of New Mexico are

expected soon, following determination of the required reclamation bond

amount.

At the McDermitt Lithium project situated in Malheur County, Oregon,

Strategic Resources has been advised that both Federal and Oregon State

officials have approved the drilling permit application. Drilling

permits will be issued once Strategic completes posting of the

necessary environmental reclamation bond.

Preliminary results have now been obtained from the bulk samples of

Fluorite/Rare Earth bearing rock from the Gallinas Mountains that were

submitted some time ago to the Montana School of Mines in Butte,

Montana. Preliminary results indicate that crushing and grinding to

between 150 and 200 mesh size will result in liberation of Fluorite and

Rare Earth mineralization. Bench scale work involving gravity tabling

and flotation will be completed in the coming weeks.

Wenn die News nicht an alle registierten Aktionäre versandt werden und e-mails nicht beantwortet werden, finde ich es nicht gerade "berauschend".

bin vor kurzem auf den Wert aufmerksam geworden, habe aber zu wenig Einblick momentan, um eine kleine Posi aufzubauen.. muss mich erst mit dem Wert befassen...
Es sei denn es hat jemand eine Kurzzusammenfassung mit Markt-Kap., cash Posi, Summe der Aktien, und die nächsten wichtigen Milestones von Strategic Resources????

Ich persönlich nutze die Seite von Finanznachrichten.de mit einer gestalteten Watchlist für meine bevorzugten Aktien... funktioniert meines Erachtens sehr gut und es werden hier die meisten Berichte (minenportal, marktwire, börseexpress..u.v.m.)zu jedem einzelnen Aktienwert zusammengeführt!..-> reduziert die Suche etwas!

Pinetree hat am 24.02.2011 2Mio shares erworben und zusätzlich noch 2 Mio warrants.
Bei Ausübung aller Recht kommt Pinetree mittlerweile auf insgesamt 21,5 Mio shares. Glaube nicht, dass man da von irgendeinem Trottel sprechen kann, der mal eben ein paar Tausend Stück kauft ...

Handelsvolumen gestern in CA war auch wieder mehr als nur ein paar Tausend Stück ...

("Strategic" or "the Company") (tsx venture:UVR), is pleased to note that the appointment of John Clema to the Board of Directors (see release of Oct 29, 2010) has now received regulatory and TSX Venture Exchange approval.

Strategic Resources to Commence Drilling its REE Project
For Immediate Release TSX.V: UVR

May 05, 2011, Regina, Saskatchewan – Strategic Resources Inc. (“Strategic” or “the
Corporation”), is pleased to provide the following update on its mineral exploration projects in
New Mexico.
The State of New Mexico and the United States Forest Service have now granted permit
approvals for Strategic Resources to begin exploration drilling activity on its Fluorite/REE project located in Lincoln County, New Mexico. Drilling is expected to commence in the next two weeks.
Chemical assaying will be conducted by ALS Laboratory Group. Under the guidelines of National Instrument 43-101, the Qualified Person for this upcoming drilling will be Tony Kovschak, M.Sc.,CPG.

In related news, Strategic Resources has now completed a 5 hole drilling program on the Baca Uranium Project (see press release of March 2, 2011). Strategic has also completed its initial drilling at its Lemitar Mountains project area located near Socorro, NM. Assay samples have been submitted to ALS Laboratory Group for analysis.

June 24, 2011, Regina, Saskatchewan – Strategic Resources Inc. (“Strategic”) regrets to
advise that it has decided to suspend its exploration efforts in the Gallinas Mountains due to fire
danger which has now reached new extremes.

Strategic has been operating under very strict conditions in the project area. These conditions
have included outfitting all equipment with spark arresting devices, having only preauthorized
personnel on site, and posting a fire watch observer on site during drilling operations.
At the outset of this drilling program conditions were very dry. Persistent high winds and lack of
moisture have now made conditions dangerously extreme.

Strategic will initiate plans to resume its exploration activity in the area following the seasonal
rains which should provide enough moisture to relieve the fire dangers.

November 30, 2011, Regina, Saskatchewan – Strategic Resources Inc. (“Strategic”) is
pleased to note that it has now been advised by the US Forest Service (USFS) that two Plans of
Operation submitted for REE breccia pipe targets in the Gallinas Mountains project area have
now been approved. Officials at the State of New Mexico have further advised that a draft version
of the drilling permits has now also been prepared. Discussions have now commenced with
USFS and State of New Mexico officials to arrive at suitable reclamation bonding figures for these
breccia targets. Once reclamation bonding amounts have been mutually agreed upon, final
drilling permits will be issued. The process of sourcing a suitable drilling contractor has also
begun in earnest.

Zur sofortigen Veröffentlichung TSX.V: STI_ 19. April 2012, Regina, Saskatchewan - wird Strategic Resources Inc. ("Strategic") zu freuen beraten, dass eine weitere auf die Pressemitteilung am 23. Februar 2012 erteilt hat Bohr nun abgeschlossen bei seiner Gallinas Mountains REE-Projekt in New Mexico, USA. Die Bohrkerne werden nun protokolliert von Tony Kovschak, M.Sc, CPG - qualifizierte Person für dieses Projekt. Die Proben für Assay-Analyse wird an ALS Minerals in Vancouver, BC eingereicht werden.
