Ich möchte an dieser Stelle eine interessante Empfehlung, die ich über meinen Deutschbanker bekommen habe, weitergeben. Netcommerce ist ein lokaler Internet-Komplettlösungsanbieter aus den USA. Das Management agiert sehr dynamisch, was die letzten Akquisitionen zeigen. Das Wachstum ist überzeugend und basiert auf langfristigen Kundenbeziehungen und nicht auf Unternehmenskäufen, die mit überbewerteten Aktien finanziert werden. Die Produktpalette ist weitgefaechert. Hinter dem Unternehmen stehen starke Finanzierungspartner. Ich habe hier meine Recherchen kurz zusammengefasst. Nachzulesen für interessierte auf den Seiten

Ich habe von einigen "Finanzierungspartnern" gehört, daß 9 Dollar
realistisch seien. Naja, mir reichen auch 5 schon.

Hallo King!

Ich habe den Wert laengerfristig beobachtet und meine Schlüsse aus den Finanzdaten, den Unternehmensmeldungen in Verbindung mit der Marktsituation gezogen. Hinzu kommt die Empfehlung des Bankers, der schon öfters einen guten Riecher bewiesen hat. Ich denke, dass der Durchbruch kurzfristig, jedoch spätestens mit Erholung des Nasdaq kommt, da hiermit auch der fundamental unbegründete Kursverfall zu erklären ist. Also wie immer - keine Garantien, aber gute Erwartungen!

Zugegeben ist ein Kursziel von 9 Dollar zur Zeit nicht gerade glaubwürdig, aber da von Euch auch keiner nach dem Zeitraum gefragt hat, befürchte ich, ich habe es mit Leuten zu tun, die nur in möglichst kurzer Zeit viel Kohle machen wollen. Guckt Euch mal die Homepage an http:netcommerceinc.com.
Guckt Euch auch mal den Chart an; insbesondere die Umsätze in der Aufwärtsbewegung von 2 Dollar an. Wer hat da wohl für die Umsätze gesorgt ?
So ein Wert wie Neet, den kauft man sich unter 1 USD und läßt ihn dann mal getrost ein paar Jährchen liegen, in der Hoffnung, daß diese Perle sich weiterentwickelt und irgendwann einmal einen deutlich höheren Bekanntheitsgrad hat.

die aktuelle situation der beiden ist in den jeweiligen threads zu lesen. ich habe letzte woche auf dem rbb irgendwo (sorry, weiß nicht mehr genau wo) gelesen, daß die sec gegen stockreporter.de ermittelt.
angeblich hätten deren empfehlungen ausschließlich zur kursmani-pulation gedient.

Nein, alle, die ich kenne und die in diesem Wert investiert sind, haben bisher nicht verkauft. Allerdings habe ich auf einem amerikanischen Board gelesen, dass einige grosse europäische Investoren verkauft haben und damit den Kurs kaputt gemacht haben. Da der Weg zum Totalverlust nicht mehr so weit ist, aber das Unternehmen stark steigende Zahlen aufweist, gilt es für mich nur durchzuhalten. Wäre interessant, ob jemand von Euch was über die nächste Kapitalrunde von Neet gehört hat. Denn ohne dieses Geld ist da bald der Ofen aus. Mit dem Geld schaffen sie den Turnaround und werden spätestens Mitte nächsten Jahres profitabel.

Heute ist Netcommerce in Frankfurt 42 Prozent gestiegen.In Berlin ist sie sogar 233 Prozent gestiegen!!!An eurer Stelle würde ich langsam einsteigen. Toward accomplishing this goal, the Board of Directors of NetCommerce today declared a stock dividend, for shareholders of record on February 9, 2001, which results in each shareholder receiving one share of common stock in EasySearch for each nine shares of common stock owned in NetCommerce. In this regard, NetCommerce is also making two filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission, these filings will allow EasySearch to be traded under its own symbol and will affect the registration of the EasySearch stock.

hey anhänger von netcommerce, hier mal eine kurze stellungnahme meinerseits:

sicherlich hat netcommerce in den letzten monaten sehr enttäuscht, doch sollte man nicht vergessen was inder zeit die nasdaq, speziell die internet-werte gemacht haben. die blase in diesem sektor ist geplatzt und die analysten haben die fundamentale seite wiederentdeckt.

diesem ganzen szenario konnte netcommerce auch nicht entfliehen und ist mit dem ganzen geschäftsmodell in die kniee gegangen. die branche ging vor und netcommerce langsam aber sicher hinterher.

im november wurden dann die fehler erkannt und das geschäftsmodell effizienter gestaltet. man hat sich auf die kernkompetenzen beschränkt und das schiff wieder einigermassen flott gemacht. selbst der chef (mark lindbergh) hat ende november eine große aktienposition (1,5 mio stück) aufgebaut. das vertrauen in das eigene unternehmen ist unbeschränkt. mit der fokussierung auf den europäischen markt und die kompetenz der führungsetage wird es bei ansteigendem markt einen outperformer geben und der heißt netcommerce. wer jetzt einsteigt dürfte nicht viel verkehrt machen und es kann jeden tag weitergehen...

bis dahin wünsche ich euch viel erfolg. ich glaube an netcommerce und bleibe ihm treu.

nach kurzzeitigen Gewinnmitnahmen steigt Netcommerce wieder. Die im November angekündigte Umstrukturierung (siehe finance.yahoo.com Kürzel:NEET.OB) scheint zu fruchten. Es hagelt neue Meldungen aus dem Hause Netcommerce. Daher auch der rapide Kursanstieg von 0,03 auf nun 0,14. Sehr wichtig erachte ich auch den angesprochenen Erwerb der 1,5 Mio Aktien vom CEO. Ich sage: Auf zu alten Höhen!!

so, jetzt geht es in eine neue woche. hoffentlich erholt sich die nasdaq noch ein wenig...!! warum ?? ganz einfach. netcommerce braucht ein positives umfeld, um alte höhen zu erreichen. die neuorientierung ist vollzogen, der europäische markt beschritten und das vertrauen der firmeninhaber in das eigene unternehmen (siehe kauf eigner aktien am 30.11.2000) ist ungebrochen hoch.

lasst uns mal schauen ob der internet-wert neet seinen positiven trend beibehält. ich glaube schon.

Diese Nachricht ist von Mitte Mai, weitere Details sind bis heute anscheinend noch nicht bekannt.
