Zustimmung der Regierung bei malaysischen Aktien - 500 Beiträge pro Seite

ich versuche nun schon seit einiger Zeit malaysische Aktien von meiner Hausbank auf mein online-Konto zu uebertragen. Von beiden Banken bekomme ich die Antwort ich braeuchte dazu die Zustimmung der malaysischen Regierung.
Wer kann mir sagen wie ich diese bekomme ,an wen ich mich wenden muss.

Meines Wissens wird das überhaupt nicht gehen.

Du hast ja - wie ich annehme - extra diesem Antrag auf Nahmensoffenlegeung nachkommen müssen, und danach sind die Aktien allesamt auf ein (sauteures) Sammelkonto entschwunden.
Daher wirst Du sie erst wiedesehen, wenn die malayische Regierung ihre Restriktionen wieder aufhebt.

Was mich hingegen interessieren würde: hast Du diese sch... Promet ebenfalls im Depot gehabt? Weißt Du was neues von der Firma? Gibt´s die überhaupt noch?

ich danke fuer die Antwort. Es ist richtig, ich musste meinen Namen offenlegen bei der malayischen Regierung, das lief ueber die Bank, die alles weitergeleitet hat. Danach wurde die Aktie vom Handel ausgeschlossen. Die Aktie ist mit null Vollumen notiert, da tut sich also nichts. Die Firma Promet Berhad besteht noch und hat ihren Sitz in Kuala Lumpur. Ich habe Freunde dort, die mir sagten, die Firma sei aktiv. Ich zahle nun schon seit fast zwei Jahren Bankgebuehren fuer diese einzige Position und kann sie weder verkaufen noch auf mein online Konto uebertragen. Ich habe die Aktien als Verlust gebucht, doch muss ich weiter Bangebuehren zahlen.
Ich habe schon an verschiedene Foren geschrieben, doch scheint niemand eine Antwort auf meine Frage zu haben. Vielleicht gibt es ja bei wallstreet -online einen Experten??

Wird die Aktie auch in Malaysia nicht gehandelt ???

Ich weiß, das TRI-Aktionäre ihre Aktie seit einigen Monaten in Malaysia verkaufen können. Es entstehen nur sehr hohe Kosten !!! Ein Handel von Malasia-Aktien ist außerhalb von Malaysia nicht mehr möglich (so weit ich da informiert bin).

Die strengen Handelsrichtlinien für Malaysia-Aktien sind auf jeden Fall gelockert worden. Wenn die Dinger in Kula Lumpur gehandelt werden, dann kannst Du die auch verkaufen ohne das Geld wieder in Malaysia anlegen zu müssen.

Was mich nur stutzig macht: Wenn man sich die Notierungen für Promet an der Heimatbörse anschaut, dann gibt es dort immer nur einen (denselben) Kurs - 0.29, oder so...

Da liegt der Verdacht nahe, dass die Aktie immer noch vom Handel ausgesetzt ist- zumal das ja schon der Fall war, bevor die Restriktionen der malayischen Regierung in Kraft getreten sind.

Was mich dabei stets gewundert hat ist folgendes: Meines Wissens hat Promet mit seinen Gläubigern einen zeitmäßig begrenzten Schuldenaufschub (Muratorium) vereinbart. Gleichzeitig erfolgte damals die Kursaussetzung.
Kann es wirklich sein, dass der Kurs (an der Heimatbörse) solange ausgesetzt ist, oder bin ich nur zu blöd um aktuelle Kurse zu finden?

Bin auch Promet Aktionär. Das Unternehmen existiert noch und ist noch immer dabei,
Schuldenrestrukturierungen vorzunehmen. Daher bittet es seit 2 Jahren alle 3 MOnate
beid er Börse Kuala Lumpur um Aussetzung des Kurses für weitere 3 Monate.
Wenn ihr ein bisschen Englisch könnt, dann könnt ihr das unter Company information
oder company News bei der Börse Kuala Lumpur nachlesen

News von jedem Unternehmen werden dort reingestellt. Promet läuft unter
Building oder so also Bauwerte.

Das Unternehmen existiert, arbeitet, ist ein sehr grosses Unternehmen und hat gerade
seine ERgebnisse zum 31.5.2000 vorgelegt. auch unter Company News.

Verkaufen is im Moment nicht. Muss erst wieder in Malaysia gehandelt werden und
dann müsst ihr eure Bank fragen, ob sie euch die Teile in Malaysia verkaufen will.
Man bedenke dabei Gebühren und Abzug von ich glaub 15% Steuer die der "sympathische"
herr Mahathir festgelegt hat.

hab ein wenig herumgesucht, aber leider nichts gefunden...außer das
promet auch per 1.7.2000 in kuala noch immer nicht gehandelt wird.

Incorporation and change of name : Incorporated in 1927 in Singapore. After a series of reorganisations and reconstructions, it was incorporated in Malaysia as Gammon (Malaya) 1959 Ltd on 23.6.1959. Background
Profile : Originally in the business of building contractors and civil engineers, the Company set out on a path of diversification and expansion starting with the property and hotel industries in 1981. In 1982 the Group’s civil construction operations in Malaysia were transferred to subsidiary, Promet Construction.

Prop restructuring scheme pursuant to Section 176 of the Cos Act, 1965
In reply to the Exchange’s query dated 31/5/99 the Co advised amongst others that :-
All existing s/holders of Promet would be automatically issued one warrant for every one share held after the prop cap reduction and consolidation of 20 shares. The warrants are to be issued for free and as such, the basis of arriving at the issue price and the renounceability of the issue is not applicable.
Upon the exercise of the warrants at any time after the third anniversary of the issue date up to the maturity date which shall be 10 yrs fm the issue date, the ord shares to be issued pursuant to the aforesaid exercise of the warrants shall rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ord shares in Newco except that the Newco shares issued will not be entitled to any divs, rights, allotments and/or other distributions prior to the date of allotment of the new ord shares. Until such time that the warrants are exercised and new ord shares hv been allotted and issued, warrant holders will not hv any voting rights in the general meetings of the Co.
On 5/4/99, Promet entered into the fol five separate conditional SPAs for a total purchase consideration of RM292.3m :-
i. the entire issued and paid-up share cap of Port Dickson Land Development S/B (PDLD) for RM145.376m;
ii. the entire issued and paid-up share cap of Pembinaan Kota Laksamana (Melaka) S/B (PKL) for RM67.436m;
iii. the entire issued and paid-up share cap of Reclamation Development S/B (RDSB) for RM20.436m;
iv. two parcels of devt land in the Mukim of Bukit Katil, Melaka known as Air Keroh Heights Land for RM35.2m; and
v. an on-going housing project covering a site area of approx 35.21 hectares in the Mukim of Simpang Kanan (V), Johor together with the buildings erected thereon known as Banang Heights for RM23.43m (collectively referred to as SG Assets).
Promet will undertake the repayment of intercompany advances owing by PDLD, PKL and RDSB to the vendors. Details of the repayment which will be eventually capitalised is as fols :-
