In dieser Zahl steckt ein gewaltiges Potential: jeder Zugriff, jeder User hat an der Börse einen Marktwert, und der kann sich bei der Suchmaschine auf 300 bis 500 Millionen Dollar summieren. Wenn INTASYS seine Suchmaschine an die Börse bringt, verfünffacht

Intasys Corporation Announces Its Third Quarter Results

MONTREAL--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 26, 1999--Intasys Corporation (Nasdaq: INTA) announces its third quarter 1999
results. Sales for the third quarter ended September 30, 1999 were $931,735 compared with restated sales of $1,504,085 in
the third quarter of last year.

Net loss for the most recent quarter was $2,640,535, or $0.17 per share, compared with a loss of $557,774 ($0.06 per share)
in the same period of 1998. For the first nine months of 1999, net loss was $5,702,410 ($0.39 per share) compared to a loss of
$1,775,482 ($0.23 per share) in the same period of 1998. The increased loss is a result of continued investment in the billing
product as well as start-up costs associated with the new incubator investment initiative. All figures are reported in U.S. Dollars.

As previously announced, results have been restated for the second and third quarters of 1998 to reflect the company`s new
revenue recognition rules and, further, all of the quarters of 1998 have been restated to take into account the timing of software
capitalization. These restatements have no affect on the company`s December 31, 1998 year-end audited financial statements.

Steve Saviuk, Vice-Chairman and CEO of Intasys, said that the third quarter was one of transition as the company evolves from
a telecom billing solutions provider to a technology investment company focusing on the technologies of the new economy
wireless communications, internet and e-commerce. Intasys now provides investment capital management, strategic counsel and
merger/acquisition advice to early stage companies, through its incubator program, as well as later stage private companies that
are seeking growth capital. By focusing on sectors which are complementary in nature, Intasys investee companies benefit
managerially and commercially from their interaction.

In addition to continuing investments in its telecom billing division, Intasys Management, the third quarter saw Intasys make an
equity investment of $5,005,000 in interWAVE Communications International Ltd., a global provider of GSM microcellular
network systems. Intasys is currently integrating its billing system with interWAVE`s microcellular equipment, which can be
marketed by interWAVE on an OEM basis. Intasys and interWAVE will work together on product distribution and integration
opportunities. This investment is the first of a number of contemplated investments which leverage Intasys` billing expertise.

During this quarter and in keeping with Intasys` strategy of tailoring its billing solution to the wireless marketplace, Intasys has
closed its Atlanta office which resulted in a restructuring charge of $207,971 in the quarter. A new U.S. office is soon expected
to be strategically located in proximity with an investment opportunity currently in the final stages of negotiation.

In October, Intasys invested in Mamma.com, a top-rated meta search engine as well as a leading provider of search engines to
high traffic Internet web sites. Using its unique proprietary and advanced Internet search technology, Mamma.com rapidly,

entweder der wert ist uninteressant oder unentdeckt.
ersteres deckt sich mit der bezeichnung "scheintot" im ersten beitrag.

da zahlen doch tatsächlich leute über 20 % aufschlag ggü. dem usa-kurs.
kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass es ich dabei um amerikanische frühaufsteher handelt. und der kurs wird in usa gemacht. ich habe mit derartigen aufschlägen bisher nur schlechte erfahrungen gemacht und halte mich da raus.
